| 1 | High-performance PVDF-HFP based gel polymer electrolyte with a safe solvent in Li metal polymer battery显示文摘Poly(vinylidenefluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene)(PVDF-HFP)based gel polymer electrolytes are widely studied owing to their electrochemical stability and high dielectric constant.However,most gel polymer electrolytes show unsatisfied safety and interface compatibility due to excessive absorption of volatile and flammable liquid solvents.Herein,by using a safe solvent(N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone)with higher boiling(203℃)and flash points(95℃),we initiatively fabricate a flexible PVDF-HFP based gel polymer electrolyte.The obtained gel polymer electrolyte demonstrates a high ionic conductivity of 7.24×10^−4 S cm−1,an electrochemical window of 5.2 V,and a high lithium transference number of 0.57.As a result,the synthesized polymer electrolyte exhibits a capacity retention of 70%after 500 cycles at 0.5 C,and a discharge capacity of 86 mAh g−1 even at a high current rate of 10 C for LiFePO4 based Li metal batteries.Moreover,a stable Li plating/stripping for more than 500 h is achieved under 0.1 mAh at both room temperature and 70℃.Our results indicate that the PVDF-HFP polymer electrolyte is promising for manufacturing safe and high-performance Li metal polymer batteries. | Jing Jie Yulong Liu Lina Cong Bohao Zhang Wei Lu Xinming Zhang Jun Liu Haiming Xie Liqun Sun | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,10: | 10 |
| 2 | Effect of Exposure to Trace Elements in the Soil on the Prevalence of Neural Tube Defects in a High-Risk Area of China显示文摘Objective Our objective is to build a model that explains the association between the exposure to trace elements in the soil and the risk of neural tube defects. Methods We built a function with different parameters to describe the effects of trace elements on neural tube defects. The association between neural tube defects and trace element levels was transformed into an optimization problem using the maximum likelihood method. Results Tin, lead, nickel, iron, copper, and aluminum had typical layered effects (dosage effects) on the prevalence of neural tube defects. Arsenic, selenium, zinc, strontium, and vanadium had no effect, and molybdenum had one threshold value that affected the prevalence of birth defects. Conclusion As an exploratory research work, our model can be used to determine the direction of the effect of the trace element content of cultivated soil on the risk of neural tube defects, which shows the clues by the dosage effect of their toxicological characteristics. | 4 | Application of Multi-agent Models to Urban Expansion in Medium and Small Cities: A Case Study in Fuyang City,Zhejiang Province,China显示文摘In this study,three-phase satellite images were used to define rules for the allocation of time and space in construction land resources based on a complex adaptive system and game theory.The decision behavior and rules of government agent,enterprise agent and resident agent in construction land growth were explored.A distinctive and dynamic simulation model of construction land growth was built,which integrated multi-agent,GIS technology and RS data and described the interaction among influencing agents.Taking Fuyang City in the Changjiang River Delta as an example,an assessment process for the remote sensing data in construction land and scenario planning was constructed.Repast and ArcGIS were used as simulation platforms.A simulation of the spatial pattern in land-use planning and the setting of scenario planning were conducted by using the incomplete active game,which was based on different natural,social and economic levels.Through this model,a simulation of urban planning space and decision-making for Fuyang City was created.Relevant non-structured problems arising from urban planning management could be identified,and the process and logic of urban planning spatial decision-making could thus be improved.Cel1-by-cel1 comparison showed that the simulation accuracy was over 72%.This model has great potential for use by government and town planners in decision support and technique support in the policy-making process. | ZHANG Jing WANG Ke SONG Gengxin ZHANG Zhongchu CHEN Xinming YU Zhoulu | 2013 | Chinese Geographical Science2013,23,6: | 5 |
| 5 | Ecosystem evolution of seal colony and the influencing factors in the 20th century on Fildes Peninsula,West Antarctica显示文摘As the topmost predator in Antarctica,the seal is a unique indicator of Antarctic environment and climate changes.In this study,we collected a sediment core from the Fildes Peninsula of West Antarctica,and used cholesterol,cholestanol,epicoprostanol,coprostanol,and seal hair numbers as the proxy indicators of seal population size and phytol as of general vegetation,and we reconstructed the 20th century history of variation of the seal population and vegetation abundance on this island.The sealing industry in the early 20th century caused the dramatic decline of seal population,and the ban of seal hunting since the 1960s led to its recovery of seal population.The seal population during the past century was primarily controlled by human activities and krill density.The reconstructed relation between seal population and vegetation abundance may offer new insights into Antarctic environment and ecology. | Jing Huang Liguang Sun Xinming Wang Yuhong Wang Tao Huang | 2011 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2011,23,9: | 4 |
| 6 | The dual-inhibitory effect of miR-338-5p on the multidrug resistance and cell growth of hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘Chemotherapeutic treatments against hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)are necessary for both inoperable patients to improve prospects for survival and surgery patients to improve the outcome after surgical resection.However,multidrug resistance(MDR)is a major obstacle to obtaining desirable results.Currently,increasing the chemotherapy sensitivity of tumor cells or discovering novel tumor inhibitors is an effective therapeutic strategy to solve this issue.In the present study,we uncovered the dual-inhibitory effect of miR-338-5p:on the one hand,it could downregulate ABCB1 expression and sensitize HCC cells to doxorubicin and vinblastine by directly targeting the 3′-untranslated region(3′-UTR)of ABCB1,while,on the other hand,it could suppress the proliferation of HCC cells by directly targeting the 3′-UTR of EGFR and reducing EGFR expression.Since EGFR regulates ABCB1 levels,the indirect action of miR-338-5p in ABCB1 modulation was revealed,in which miR-338-5p inhibits ABCB1 expression by targeting the EGFR/ERK1/2 signaling pathway.These data indicate that the miR-338-5p/EGFR/ABCB1 regulatory loop plays a critical role in HCC,and a negative correlation between miR-338-5p and EGFR or ABCB1 was also detected in HCC clinical samples.In conclusion,these findings reveal a critical role for miR-338-5p in the regulation of MDR and proliferation of HCC,suggesting the potential therapeutic implications of miR-338-5p in HCC treatment. | Yang Zhao Jing Chen Wenxin Wei Xinming Qi Chunzhu Li Jin Ren | 2018 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2018,3,1: | 4 |

| 9 | Effects of ultradry storage on fluidity of plasma membrane of seed显示文摘The effects of ultradry seed storage on the fluidity of plasma membrane have been investigated using the DPH fluorescent probe (1,6-diphenyi-1, 3, 5,-hexatriene). The results demonstrated that the micro-viscosity of plasma membrane of ultradried seeds has no significant changes compared with the seeds which were stored under -20℃ condition. However, there is a little adverse effect on the seeds with extreme dehydration. The results were consistent with higher vigor level of ultradried seed. It indicated that ultradry seed storage could maintain the physiological function of seed, protect the integrity of the membrane and improve the storability of seed. Furthermore, the results also revealed that sugar has the effect on protecting membrane structure and preserving the fluidity of the plasma membrane under seed dehydration. | 12 | Development of P genome-specific SNPs and their application in tracing Agropyron cristatum introgressions in common wheat显示文摘As an important wild relative of wheat, Agropyron cristatum has been successfully used for wheat improvement. Currently, a few useful agronomic traits of A. cristatum, such as high grain number per spike and resistance to diseases, have been transferred into common wheat.However, the effective detection of small A. cristatum segmental introgressions in common wheat is still difficult. The objective of this study was to identify A. cristatum-specific single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) for the detection of small alien segments in wheat. The transcriptome sequences of A. cristatum were aligned against wheat coding DNA sequences(CDS) for SNP calling. As a result, we discovered a total of 167,613 putative SNPs specific to the P genome of A. cristatum compared with the common wheat genomes. Among 230 selected SNPs with functional annotations related to inflorescence development and stress resistance,68 were validated as P genome-specific SNPs in multiple wheat backgrounds using Kompetitive Allele Specific PCR(KASP) assays. Among them, 55 SNPs were assigned to six homoeologous groups of the P genome using wheat-A. cristatum addition lines, and 6 P-specific SNP markers were further physically mapped on different segments of chromosome 6 P in 6 P translocation lines. The P genome-specific SNPs were also validated by Sanger sequencing and used to detect the P chromatin in wheat-A. cristatum cryptic introgression lines. Two SNP markers(Unigene20217-182 and Unigene20307-1420) were detected in two wheat-A. cristatum introgression lines that showed enhanced grain number per spike and high resistance to powdery mildew.
