1SIS accuracy and service performance of the BDS-3 basic system显示文摘On December 27,2018,the basic system of the third-generation BeiDou navigation satellite system(BDS-3)completed the deployment of its constellation of 18 MEO networking satellites as well as the construction of the operation control system(OCS)and began to provide basic navigation services to users worldwide.Compared with BDS-2,BDS-3 aims to offer users better navigation signals and higher precision with a series of new technologies.For example,the spaceborne atomic clock of BDS-3 is upgraded for higher performance,the Ka-band inter-satellite link is adopted for inter-satellite ranging and communication,and new B1C and B2a signals are broadcast in addition to B1I and B3I signals(compatible with BDS-2).In addition,a 9-parameter model based on a spherical harmonic function is employed for ionospheric delay corrections.Using the observation data from 18 satellites of the basic system,this paper conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the pseudorange measurement characteristics,signal-in-space(SIS)accuracy of navigation messages and global service capability of BDS-3.The results indicate that the pseudorange measurement multipath effect and observation noise of BDS-3 satellites are better than those of BDS-2;additionally,with the support of inter-satellite links,the user range error(URE)of the BDS-3 satellite broadcast ephemeris is better than 10 cm,the precision of the broadcast clock parameter is better than 1.5 ns,and the SIS accuracy is better than 0.6 m overall.Different from the traditional Klobuchar model,the BeiDou global broadcast ionospheric delay correction model(BDGIM)can provide ionospheric delay corrections better than 70%for worldwide single-frequency users.The service capability evaluation of the basic system consists mainly of the accuracy improvement of the B1I and B3I signals according to BDS-2 as well as the global positioning accuracy of the new signals.These results prove that the BDS-3 basic system has achieved the design goal;that is,both the horizontal and the vertical global positioning accuracies are better than 10 m(95%).In the future,6 MEO satellites as well as 3 GEO satellites and 3 IGSO satellites for regional enhancement purposes will be deployed for full operation;consequently,BDS-3 will definitely provide a higher SIS accuracy and better service capability.JinPing Chen XiaoGong Hu ChengPan Tang ShanShi Zhou YuFei Yang JunYang Pan Hui Ren YueXin Ma QiuNing Tian Bin Wu Yang Yu 2020Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2020,63,6:14
2Fatigue damage characterization of carbon fiber reinforced polymer bridge cables:Wavelet transform analysis for clustering acoustic emission data显示文摘Carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)has many remarkable merits.It is lightweight and has great rigidity and high intensity. High-durability cable produced from CFRP as reinforcement material is widely used in bridge construction projects.However, there is a dearth of studies regarding damage types and mechanism under fatigue load of CFRP bridge cables.In this paper,we adopt acoustic emission(AE)technology to monitor fatigue damage and failure of the CFRP bridge cables,specifically by monitoring the bridge cable’s fatigue test process and using wavelet transformation to analyze data.Results show that damage on the CFRP cable is divided into three stages.Based on wavelet singularity theory,in each stage of AE,the burst signal is obtained and its time-frequency distribution is achieved through wavelet analysis.According to the analysis results,failure modes in each phase and type of acoustic emission source are easy to determine.The characteristics of waveform,types of damages, and frequency distribution of CFRP bridge cable in different damage phases are collected.Research shows that the method used to determine the types of fatigue damage on the CFRP cable is feasible according to the range of distribution characteristic parameters for acoustic emission signal and type of waveform.LI DongSheng HU Qian OU JinPing LI Hui 2011Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,2:9
3Construction of a linkage map and QTL mapping for fiber quality traits in upland cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.)显示文摘With the development in spinning technology, the improvement of cotton fiber quality is becoming more and more important. The main objective of this research was to construct a high-density genetic linkage map to facilitate marker assisted selection for fiber quality traits in upland cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.). A genetic linkage map comprising 421 loci and covering 3814.3 cM, accounting for approximately 73.35% of the cotton genome, was constructed using an F2 population derived from cross GX1135 (P 1 )×GX100-2 (P 2 ). Forty-four of 49 linkage groups were assigned to the 26 chromosomes. Fiber quality traits were investigated in F2 population sampled from individuals, and in F2:3 , and F2:4 generations sampled by lines from two sites and one respectively, and each followed a randomized complete block design with two replications. Thirty-nine quantitative trait loci were detected for five fiber quality traits with data from single environments (separate analysis each): 12 for fiber length, five for fiber uniformity, nine for fiber strength, seven for fiber elongation, and six for fiber micronaire, whereas 15 QTLs were found in combined analysis (data from means of different environments in F2:3 generation). Among these QTLs, qFL-chr5-2 and qFL-chr14-2 for fiber length were detected simultaneously in three generations (four environments) and verified further by combined analysis, and these QTLs should be useful for marker assisted selection to improve fiber quality in upland cotton.LIANG QingZhi HU Cheng HUA Hua LI ZhaoHu HUA JinPing 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,26:7
4On theory and methods for advanced detonation-driven hypervelocity shock tunnels显示文摘This study describes theory and methods for developing detonation-driven shock tunnels in hypervelocity test facilities.The primary concept and equations for high-enthalpy shock tunnels are presented first to demonstrate the unique advantage of shock tubes for aerodynamic ground-based testing.Then,the difficulties in simulating flight conditions in hypervelocity shock tunnels are identified,and discussed in detail to address critical issues underlying these difficulties.Theory and methods for developing detonation drivers are proposed,and relevant progress that has advanced the state of the art in large-scale hypersonic test facilities is presented with experimental verifications.Finally,tailored conditions for detonation-driven shock tunnels are described,laying a solid foundation to achieve long test duration.This interface-matching key issue encountered in developing shock tunnels has been investigated for decades,but not solved for detonation drivers in engineering applications.Zonglin Jiang Jinping Li Zongmin Hu Yunfeng Liu Hongru Yu 2020National Science Review2020,7,7:6
5Treatment patterns for adjuvant docetaxel-based chemotherapy in early-stage breast cancer in China:A pooled retrospective analysis of four observational studies显示文摘Objective:Adjuvant docetaxel-based chemotherapy is frequently used for operable early breast cancer(EBC).This study investigated patterns of use of docetaxel(T)in real-life clinical practice in China.Methods:This was a retrospective pooled analysis of the Asia-Pacific Breast Initiatives(APBI)Ⅰ(2006–2008)and Ⅱ(2009–2011)registries,and two Chinese observational studies;BC STATE(2011–2014)and BC Local Registry(2007–2010).Female Chinese adults(≥18 years)with operable breast cancer treated with docetaxel-based adjuvant chemotherapy were included in the analysis.Patients with metastatic disease were excluded.The primary endpoint was assessment of treatment patterns and patient profiles.A logistic regression analysis was conducted to identify factors associated with choice of adjuvant chemotherapy regimen.Results:Data from 3,020 patients were included.The most frequently used adjuvant regimen was docetaxel/anthracycline combination[n=1,421(47.1%);of whom 52.0%received T/epirubicin(E)/cyclophosphamide(C)],followed by docetaxel/other[n=705(23.3%);of whom 72.8%received TC],docetaxel/anthracycline sequential[n=447(14.8%);of whom 40.9%and 39.6%received 5-Fu/EC-T and EC-T,respectively],and'other'[n=447(14.8%);of whom 91.5%received T].A significant association was found between adjuvant therapy with docetaxel/anthracycline combination and patient weight,menopausal status and estrogen receptor status.Conclusions:Real-world data revealed that docetaxel/anthracycline combination is the most commonly used category of docetaxel-based adjuvant therapy for patients with operable breast cancer in China;of which TEC is the most frequently used regimen.Binghe Xu Zhimin Shao Shui Wang Zefei Jiang Xichun Hu Xiaohua Zhang Xiru Li Jinping Liu Mengquan Li Shu Wang 2018Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2018,30,3:5
6Pharmacokinetics of H002, a novel S1PR_1 modulator, and its metabolites in rat blood using liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry显示文摘A rapid and sensitive liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry(LC–MS/MS) method was developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of H002 and its phosphorylated metabolite, H002-P and hydroxylated metabolite H002-M, in rat blood. H001, an analogue of H002, was used as the internal standard.Blood samples were prepared by simple protein precipitation. The analytes and internal standard were separated on a Zorbax SB-C18 column with a gradient mobile phase consisting of methanol and water containing 0.1% formic acid at a flow rate of 0.2 mL /min with an operating temperature of 20 1C. The detection was performed on a triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer with positive electrospray ionization in multiple-reaction monitoring mode.Linear detection responses were obtained from 0.2–100 ng/mL for H002 and H002-M, while 0.5–100 ng/mL for H002-P. The intra- and inter-day precision(RSD%) was within 11.76%, with the accuracy(RE%) ranging from –9.84% to 9.12%. 7Knowledge-based bridge detection from SAR images显示文摘Automatic bridge detection is an important application of SAR images.Differed from the classical CFAR method,a new knowledge-based bridge detection approach is proposed.The method not only uses the backscattering intensity difference between targets and background but also applies the contextual information and spatial relationship between objects.According to bridges' special characteristics and scattering properties in SAR images,the new knowledge-based method includes three processes:river segmentation,potential bridge areas detection and bridge discrimination.The application to AIRSAR data shows that the new method is not sensitive to rivers' shape.Moreover,this method can detect bridges successfully when river segmentation is not very exact and is more robust than the radius projection method.Wang Wenguang Sun Jinping Hu Rui Mao Shiyi 2009Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2009,20,5:5
8Maternal supply of cysteamine alleviates oxidative stress and enhances angiogenesis in porcine placenta显示文摘Background:Oxidative stress in placenta is associated with the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in sow,but there are few satisfactory treatment strategies for these conditions.This study investigated the potential of cysteamine(CS)as an antioxidant protectant for regulating the reproductive performance,redox status,and placental angiogenesis of sows.Methods:The placental oxidative stress status and vascular density of piglets with different birth weights:<1.0 kg(low birth weight,LBW)and 1.4–1.6 kg(normal birth weight,NBW)were evaluated,followed by allotting 84 sows to four treatments(n=21)and feeding them with a basal diet supplemented with 0,100,300,or 500 mg/kg of CS from d 85 of gestation to d 21 of lactation,respectively.Placenta,serum,and colostrum samples of sows or piglets were collected,and the characteristics of sows and piglets were recorded.Furthermore,the in vivo results were validated using porcine vascular endothelial cells(PVECs).Results:Compared with the NBW placentae,the LBW placentae showed increased oxidative damage and were vulnerable to angiogenesis impairment.Particularly,H2O2-induced oxidative stress prompted intracellular reactive oxygen species generation and inhibited the tube formation and migration of PVECs as well as the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor-A(VEGF-A)in vitro.However,dietary CS supplementation can alleviate oxidative stress and improve the reproductive performance of sows.Specifically,compared with the control group,dietary 100 mg/kg CS could(1)decrease the stillbirth and invalid rates,and increase both the piglet birth weight in the low yield sows and the placental efficiency;(2)increase glutathione and reduce malondialdehyde in both the serum and the colostrum of sows;(3)increase the levels of total antioxidant capacity and glutathione in LBW placentae;(4)increase the vascular density,the mRNA level of VEGF-A,and the immune-staining intensity of platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1 in the LBW placentae.Furthermore,the in vitro experiment indicated that CS pre-treatment could significantly reverse the NADPH oxidase 2-ROS-mediated inactivation of signal transducer and activator of transcription-3(Stat3)signaling pathway induced by H2O2 inhibition of the proliferation,tube formation,and migration of PVECs.Meanwhile,inhibition of Stat3 significantly decreased the cell viability,tube formation and the VEGF-A protein level in CS pretreated with H_(2)O_(2)-cultured PVECs.Conclusions:The results indicated that oxidative stress and impaired angiogenesis might contribute to the occurrence of LBW piglets during pregnancy,but CS supplementation at 100 mg/kg during late gestation and lactation of sows could alleviate oxidative stress and enhance angiogenesis in placenta,thereby increasing birth weight in low yield sows and reducing stillbirth rate.The in vitro data showed that the underlying mechanism for the positive effects of CS might be related to the activation of Stat3 in PVECs.Shuangbo Huang Zifang Wu Zihao Huang Xiangyu Hao Longmiao Zhang Chengjun Hu Jianfu Wei Jinping Deng Chengquan Tan 2022Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2022,13,1:4
9Valence electron structure and bonding features of RuB2 and OSB2: The empirical electron theory calculations显示文摘The valence electron structure (VES) of RuB2 and OsB2 were calculated by the empirical electron theory (EET) of solids and molecules and compared with the results derived from the first-principles calculations. The distributions of covalent electrons in different bonds indicate that B-B and B-Me have remarkably covalent bonding characters. Lattice electrons cruising around Me-Me layers are found to have great influences on electronic conductivity and high temperature plasticity. The ultra-high values of elastic constant Cn in the two compounds originate from close-packed covalent bonding along the c axis. Uneven bond strengths and distributions of covalent bonds, especially for B-Afe bonds, yield significant anisotropy. Low ratios of lattice electrons to covalent electrons suggest the intrinsic embrittlement in crystals. 11Neurobiological disruptions induced in brains of the rats fed with mercury contami- nated rice collected from experimental fields in Guizhou Province, China显示文摘Guizhou Province, located in the southwestern China, is an important mercury (Hg) production center. High levels of Hg were found in local environmental and biomass samples. The neurobiological disruptions induced in brains of rats fed with Hg polluted rice collected from two experimental plots in Guizhou Province were studied. The plots are close to the Hg mine of Wanshang area and a chemical plant (where Hg is used as a catalyst for the pro-duction of acetaldehyde) of Qingzhen area. Rats were fed for 30 d before toxicological end points were tested. The results showed that the accumulations of Hg in rat’s brain of Qingzhen chemical plant group and Wanshang mine group were significantly higher than those of Shanghai group (con-trol group) (P<0.01). The neural transmitters, including ace-tylcholine (Ach), acetylcholine enzyme (AchE), nitric oxide and nitricoxide synthase (NOS), in rat’s brain were signifi-cantly affected. Oxidative stress was observed in the expo-sure groups. The expression levels of the immediately early gene (IEG), c-fos and c-FOS proteins were induced by the Hg polluted rice. It was noted that the IEG (c-fos) participated in the neurotoxic process induced by the Hg polluted rice. IEG response to Hg might be dependent on interactions between neural transmitter and oxidative damage. c-fos could be used as an effective index of detecting and assessing the neurotox-icity of Hg. The results suggested that it should be alert to mental health problem in human beings eating Hg-polluted food. 12Evaluation of genetic diversity and relationships within and between two breeds of duck based on microsatellite markers显示文摘The genetic diversity of two natural populations(M,N) of Beijing duck(Anas platyrhynchos) and 11 artificially selected lines of Beijing duck(A,B,E-L,O) from China Gold Star Duck Production Ltd.,along with two Cherry Valley duck lines(C and D) from the British Cherry Valley Livestock Division,was evaluated using 18 microsatellite markers covering 16 linkage groups.A phylogenetic tree of the 15 populations of duck,formed of four main branches,was constructed from Nei's D_A genetic distance.The mean genetic differentiation index(F_(ST)) in all loci,Nei's standard genetic distance(Ds),and the genetic distance D_A between the Beijing duck and the Cherry Valley duck were 0.075,0.143 and 0.142,respectively.These results demonstrated a high degree of genetic similarity between the two breeds and supported the hypothesis that the Cherry Valley duck was derived from the Beijing duck.The F_(ST) matrix of seven clusters of Beijing duck suggested that the efficiency of selection was not significant to some extent and should be supplemented by marker -assisted selection.Fei Wu Yinghua Huang Ying Ma Shengqiang Hu Jinping Hao Ning Li 2009Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2009,19,11:3
13Intelligent Segmentation and Measurement Model for Asphalt Road Cracks Based on Modified Mask R-CNN Algorithm显示文摘Nowadays, asphalt road has dominated highways around the world. Among various defects of asphalt road, crackshave been paid more attention, since cracks often cause major engineering and personnel safety incidents. Currentmanual crack inspection methods are time-consuming and labor-intensive, and most segmentation methods cannot detect cracks at the pixel level. This paper proposes an intelligent segmentation and measurement model basedon the modified Mask R-CNN algorithm to automatically and accurately detect asphalt road cracks. The modelproposed in this paper mainly includes a convolutional neural network (CNN), an optimized region proposalnetwork (RPN), a region of interest (RoI) Align layer, a candidate area classification network and a Mask branch offully convolutional network (FCN). The ratio and size of anchors in the RPN are adjusted to improve the accuracyand efficiency of segmentation. Soft non-maximum suppression (Soft-NMS) algorithm is developed to improvethe segmentation accuracy. A dataset including 8,689 images (512× 512 pixels) of asphalt cracks is established andthe road crack is manually marked. Transfer learning is used to initialize the model parameters in the trainingprocess. To optimize the model training parameters, multiple comparison experiments are performed, and the testresults show that the mean average precision (mAP) value and F1-score of the optimal trained model are 0.952 and0.949. Subsequently, the robustness verification test and comparative test of the trained model are conducted andthe topological features of the crack are extracted. Then, the damage area, length and average width of the crackare measured automatically and accurately at pixel level. 15Unraveling specific role of carbon matrix over Pd/quasi-Ce-MOF facilitating toluene enhanced degradation显示文摘Metal organic frameworks(MOFs)derivatives represented by quasi-MOFs have excellent physical and chemical properties and can be applied for the catalytic combustion of volatile organic compounds(VOCs).In this work,Pd/quasi-Ce-BTC synthesized by simple one-step Npyrolysis was applied to the oxidation of toluene,showing excellent toluene catalytic activity(T_(90)=175℃,30000 mL/(g·h)).Microscopic analyses indicate the formation and interaction of a carbon matrix composite quasi-MOF structure interface.The results show that the amorphous carbon matrix formed during the partial pyrolysis of Ce-BTC significantly improves the adsorption and activation capacity of toluene in the reaction,and constructs a reductive system to maintain high concentrations of Ce^(3+)and Pd^(0),which can facilitate the activation and utilization of oxygen in reaction.Quasi in-situ XPS proves that carbon matrix is indirectly involved in the activation and storage of oxygen,and Pd^(0)is the crucial active site for the activation of oxygen.Stability and water resistance tests display good stability of Pd/quasi-Ce-BTC.This work provides a potential method for designing quasi-MOF catalysts towards VOCs effective abatement.Chunjing Su Zhi Li Mengqi Mao Wenhua Ye Jinping Zhong Quanming Ren Hairong Cheng Haomin Huang Mingli Fu Junliang Wu Yun Hu Daiqi Ye Haihong Xu 2022Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,11:2
16Transparent,Ultra-Stretching,Tough,Adhesive Carboxyethyl Chitin/Polyacrylamide Hydrogel Toward High-Performance Soft Electronics显示文摘To date,hydrogels have gained increasing attentions as a flexible conductive material in fabricating soft electronics.However,it remains a big challenge to integrate multiple functions into one gel that can be used widely under various conditions.Herein,a kind of multifunc-tional hydrogel with a combination of desirable characteristics,including remarkable transparency,high conductivity,ultra-stretchability,tough-ness,good fatigue resistance,and strong adhesive ability is presented,which was facilely fabricated through multiple noncovalent crosslinking strategy.The resultant versatile sensors are able to detect both weak and large deformations,which owns a low detection limit of 0.1%strain,high stretchability up to 1586%,ultrahigh sensitivity with a gauge factor up to 18.54,as well as wide pressure sensing range(0-600 kPa).Meanwhile,the fabrication of conductive hydrogel-based sensors is demonstrated for various soft electronic devices,including a flexible human-machine interactive system,the soft tactile switch,an integrated electronic skin for unprecedented nonplanar visualized pressure sensing,and the stretchable triboelectric nanogenerators with excellent biomechanical energy harvesting ability.This work opens up a simple route for multifunctional hydrogel and promises the practical application of soft and self-powered wearable electronics in various complex scenes.Jipeng Zhang Yang Hu Lina Zhang Jinping Zhou Ang Lu 2023Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,1:2
17Electrolyte Concentration Regulation Boosting Zinc Storage Stability of High-Capacity K0.486V2O5 Cathode for Bendable Quasi-Solid-State Zinc Ion Batteries显示文摘Vanadium-based cathodes have attracted great interest in aqueous zinc ion batteries(AZIBs)due to their large capacities,good rate performance and facile synthesis in large scale.However,their practical application is greatly hampered by vanadium dissolution issue in conventional dilute electrolytes.Herein,taking a new potassium vanadate K0.486V2O5(KVO)cathode with large interlayer spacing(~0.95 nm)and high capacity as an example,we propose that the cycle life of vanadates can be greatly upgraded in AZIBs by regulating the concentration of ZnCl2 electrolyte,but with no need to approach“water-in-salt”threshold.With the optimized moderate concentration of 15 m ZnCl2 electrolyte,the KVO exhibits the best cycling stability with ~95.02% capacity retention after 1400 cycles.We further design a novel sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)-moderate concentration ZnCl2 gel electrolyte with high ionic conductivity of 10.08 mS cm^-1 for the first time and assemble a quasi-solid-state AZIB.This device is bendable with remarkable energy density(268.2 Wh kg^−1),excellent stability(97.35% after 2800 cycles),low self-discharge rate,and good environmental(temperature,pressure)suitability,and is capable of powering small electronics.The device also exhibits good electrochemical performance with high KVO mass loading(5 and 10 mg cm^-2).Our work sheds light on the feasibility of using moderately concentrated electrolyte to address the stability issue of aqueous soluble electrode materials.Linpo Li Shuailei Liu Wencong Liu Deliang Ba Wenyi Liu Qiuyue Gui Yao Chen Zuoqi Hu Yuanyuan Li Jinping Liu 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,2:2
