2Treatment patterns for adjuvant docetaxel-based chemotherapy in early-stage breast cancer in China:A pooled retrospective analysis of four observational studies显示文摘Objective:Adjuvant docetaxel-based chemotherapy is frequently used for operable early breast cancer(EBC).This study investigated patterns of use of docetaxel(T)in real-life clinical practice in China.Methods:This was a retrospective pooled analysis of the Asia-Pacific Breast Initiatives(APBI)Ⅰ(2006–2008)and Ⅱ(2009–2011)registries,and two Chinese observational studies;BC STATE(2011–2014)and BC Local Registry(2007–2010).Female Chinese adults(≥18 years)with operable breast cancer treated with docetaxel-based adjuvant chemotherapy were included in the analysis.Patients with metastatic disease were excluded.The primary endpoint was assessment of treatment patterns and patient profiles.A logistic regression analysis was conducted to identify factors associated with choice of adjuvant chemotherapy regimen.Results:Data from 3,020 patients were included.The most frequently used adjuvant regimen was docetaxel/anthracycline combination[n=1,421(47.1%);of whom 52.0%received T/epirubicin(E)/cyclophosphamide(C)],followed by docetaxel/other[n=705(23.3%);of whom 72.8%received TC],docetaxel/anthracycline sequential[n=447(14.8%);of whom 40.9%and 39.6%received 5-Fu/EC-T and EC-T,respectively],and'other'[n=447(14.8%);of whom 91.5%received T].A significant association was found between adjuvant therapy with docetaxel/anthracycline combination and patient weight,menopausal status and estrogen receptor status.Conclusions:Real-world data revealed that docetaxel/anthracycline combination is the most commonly used category of docetaxel-based adjuvant therapy for patients with operable breast cancer in China;of which TEC is the most frequently used regimen.Binghe Xu Zhimin Shao Shui Wang Zefei Jiang Xichun Hu Xiaohua Zhang Xiru Li Jinping Liu Mengquan Li Shu Wang 2018Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2018,30,3:5
3A unified model of bidirectional reflectance distribution function for the vegetation canopy显示文摘An accurate and operational bidirectional reflectance distribution function(BDRF) canopy model is the basis of quantitative vegetation remote sensing.The canopy reflectance should be approximated as the sum of the single scattering reflectance arising from the sun,ρ~1,and the multiple scattering reflectance arising from the canopy,ρ~m,as their directional characteristics are dramatically different.Based on the existing BRDF model,we obtain a new analytical expression of ρ~1 and ρ~m in this paper,which is suitable for different illumination conditions and different vegetation canopies.According to the geometrical optic model at the leaf scale,the anisotropy of ρ~1 can be ascribed to the geometry of the object,sun and the sensor,multiple scale clumping,and the fraction of direct solar radiation and diffuse sky radiation.Then,we parameterize the area ratios of four components:the sunlit foliage,sunlit ground,shadow foliage and shadow ground based on a Poisson distribution,and develop a new approximate analytical single scattering reflectance model.Assuming G=0.5,a recollision probability theory based scattering model is developed which considers the effects of diffuse sky radiation,scattering inside the canopy and rebounds between the canopy and soil.Validation using ground measurements of maize and black spruce forest proves the reliability of the model.XU XiRu FAN WenJie LI JuCai ZHAO Peng CHEN GaoXing 2017Science China Earth Sciences2017,60,3:3

5Research on remote intelligent control technology of throttling and back pressure in managed pressure drilling显示文摘In order to reduce the non production time of drilling,improve the efficiency and safety of drilling,improve the economic effect of managed pressure drilling(MPD),and realize the intelligent control construction of digital oilfield.Based on the pressure control in MPD,this paper analyzes the pressure control drilling system,takes the wellhead back pressure as the controlled parameter,calculates the mathematical model of the throttle valve according to the characteristics of the throttle valve,the basic parameters and boundary conditions of pressure control drilling,and puts forward an improved particle swarm Optimization PID neural network(IPSO-PIDNN)model.By means of remote communication,VR technology can realize remote control of field control equipment.The real-time control results of IPSO-PIDNN are compared with those of traditional PID neural network(PIDNN)and traditional Particle Swarm Optimization PID neural network(PSO-PIDNN).The results show that IPSO-PIDNN model has good self-learning characteristics,high optimization quality,high control accuracy,no overshoot,fast response and short regulation time.Thus,the advanced automatic control of bottom hole pressure in the process of MPD is realized,which provides technical guarantee for the well control safety of MPD.He Zhang Yongzhi Qiu Haibo Liang Yunan Li Xiru Yuan 2021Petroleum2021,7,2:1
6FPSblo:A Blockchain Network Transmission Model Utilizing Farthest Point Sampling显示文摘Peer-to-peer(P2P)overlay networks provide message transmission capabilities for blockchain systems.Improving data transmission efficiency in P2P networks can greatly enhance the performance of blockchain systems.However,traditional blockchain P2P networks face a common challenge where there is often a mismatch between the upper-layer traffic requirements and the underlying physical network topology.This mismatch results in redundant data transmission and inefficient routing,severely constraining the scalability of blockchain systems.To address these pressing issues,we propose FPSblo,an efficient transmission method for blockchain networks.Our inspiration for FPSblo stems from the Farthest Point Sampling(FPS)algorithm,a well-established technique widely utilized in point cloud image processing.In this work,we analogize blockchain nodes to points in a point cloud image and select a representative set of nodes to prioritize message forwarding so that messages reach the network edge quickly and are evenly distributed.Moreover,we compare our model with the Kadcast transmission model,which is a classic improvement model for blockchain P2P transmission networks,the experimental findings show that the FPSblo model reduces 34.8%of transmission redundancy and reduces the overload rate by 37.6%.By conducting experimental analysis,the FPS-BT model enhances the transmission capabilities of the P2P network in blockchain.Longle Cheng Xiru Li Shiyu Fang Wansu Pan He Zhao Haibo Tan Xiaofeng Li 2024Computers, Materials & Continua2024,78,2:0

9Effects of Agaricus blazei Murill Polysaccharides on Leadinduced Disturbance of Morphology and ASIC1a and ASIC2b Gene Expression in Hippocampus of Rats显示文摘The present study was undertaken to investigate the effects of Agaricus blazei murill polysaccharides on morphology of hippocampus tissue and expression of ASIC1a and ASIC2b mRNA in lead-poisoning rats.Forty SD rats were divided into five groups:control group,lead group,experimental group 1,2,3.After 60d of treatments,hippocampus tissues were observed by HE staining and the expression levels of ASIC1a and ASIC2b mRNA were determined by the flouoreescent quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(FQRT-PCR).The results showed that after lead induction,the number of hippocampus neuron increased,cell gap increased,the chromatin was stained lightly;after administration of ABMP,the number of the hippocampus neuron increased as the dose of ABMP rose,cell gap decreased,the chromatin was stained darkly.The expression level of ASIC1a mRNA in hippocampus of rats in ABMP group decreased extremely significantly compared with that in the model group(P<0.01).Lead exposure and ABMP exhibited no significant effects on the expression level of ASIC2b mRNA.ABMP possesses a protective effect on nervous system of rats exposed to lead by combining with lead.Xin LI Xiru LV Cuiping FENG Mingchang CHANG Hongyan CHENG Junlong MENG 2014Agricultural Biotechnology2014,3,3:0
