2Effect of wind field below unmanned helicopter on droplet deposition distribution of aerial spraying显示文摘Wind field is one of the important factors affecting the distribution characteristics of aerial spraying droplet deposition.In order to reveal the impact mechanism of droplet deposition distribution by the wind field below agricultural unmanned helicopter rotor,in this study,the wind field distribution below uniaxial single-rotor electric unmanned helicopter rotor was measured by using a wireless wind speed sensor network measurement system for unmanned helicopter.The effects of wind field in three directions(X,Y,Z)below the rotor on droplet deposition distribution were analyzed with the condition of aerial spraying droplet deposition in rice canopy,and the regression model was established via variance and regression analyses of experiment results.The results showed that,the wind field in Y direction had a significant effect on droplet deposition in effective spray area,the wind field in Z direction had an extremely significant effect on droplet deposition in effective spray area,and the corresponding significance(sig.)values were 0.011 and 0.000.Furthermore,the wind field in Z direction had a significant effect on the penetrability and uniformity of droplet deposition in effective spray area,the corresponding sig.values were 0.025 and 0.011 respectively.The wind speed in Y direction at the edge of effective spray area had a significant effect on droplet drift,the sig.value was 0.021.In addition,the correlation coefficient R of the regression model was 0.869 between droplet deposition in effective spray area and the wind speed in Y and Z directions,and 0.915 between the uniformity of droplet deposition in effective spray area and the maximum wind speed in Z direction.The result revealed the influencing mechanism of the wind field below the rotor of uniaxial single-rotor electric unmanned helicopter on the distribution of aerial spraying droplet deposition.The results can provide guidance for the actual production application of aerial spraying to reduce liquid drift and improve the utilization rate of pesticide.Chen Shengde Yubin Lan Li Jiyu Zhou Zhiyan Liu Aimin Mao Yuedong 2017International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,3:25

4Cancer incidence and mortality in Shandong province,2012显示文摘Objective: Population-based cancer registration data in 2012 from all available cancer registries in Shandong province were collected by Shandong Center for Disease Control and Prevention(SDCDC). SDCDC estimated the numbers of new cancer cases and cancer deaths in Shandong province with compiled cancer incidence and mortality rates.Methods: In 2015, there were 21 cancer registries submitted data of cancer incidence and deaths occurred in 2012. All the data were checked and evaluated based on the National Central Cancer Registry(NCCR) criteria of data quality. Qualified data from 15 registries were used for cancer statistics analysis as provincial estimation. The pooled data were stratified by area(urban/rural), gender, age group(0, 1-4, 5-9, 10-14, …, 85+ years) and cancer type. New cancer cases and deaths were estimated using age-specific rates and corresponding provincial population in 2012. The Chinese census data in 2000 and Segi's population were applied for age-standardized rates. All the rates were expressed per 100,000 person-year.Results: Qualified 15 cancer registries(4 urban and 11 rural registries) covered 17,189,988 populations(7,486,039 in urban and 9,703,949 in rural areas). The percentage of cases morphologically verified(MV%) and death certificate-only cases(DCO%) were 66.12% and 2.93%, respectively, and the mortality to incidence rate ratio(M/I) was 0.60. A total of 253,060 new cancer cases and 157,750 cancer deaths were estimated in Shandong province in 2012. The incidence rate was 263.86/100,000(303.29/100,000 in males, 223.23/100,000 in females), the age-standardized incidence rates by Chinese standard population(ASIRC) and by world standard population(ASIRW) were 192.42/100,000 and 189.50/100,000 with the cumulative incidence rate(0-74 years old) of 22.07%. The cancer incidence, ASIRC and ASIRW in urban areas were 267.64/100,000, 195.27/100,000 and 192.02/100,000 compared to 262.32/100,000, 191.26/100,000 and 188.48/100,000 in rural areas, respectively. The cancer mortality was 164.47/100,000(207.42/100,000 in males, 120.23/100,000 in females), the age-standardized incidence rates by Chinese standard population(ASMRC) and by world standard population(ASMRW) were 117.54/100,000 and 116.90/100,000, and the cumulative mortality rate(0-74 years old) was 13.53%. The cancer mortality, ASMRC and ASMRW were 141.59/100,000, 101.17/100,000 and 100.33/100,000 in urban areas, and 173.79/100,000, 124.20/100,000 and 123.64/100,000 in rural areas, respectively. Cancers of the lung, stomach, liver, esophagus, colorectum, female breast, brain, leukemia, bladder and pancreas were the most common cancers, accounting for about 82.12% of all cancer new cases. Lung cancer, stomach cancer, liver cancer, esophageal cancer, colorectal cancer, female breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, brain tumor, leukemia and lymphoma were the leading causes of cancer death, accounting for about 89.01% of all cancer deaths. The cancer spectrum showed difference between urban and rural, males and females both in incidence and mortality rates.Conclusions: Cancer surveillance information in Shandong province is making great progress with the increasing number of cancer registries, population coverage and the improving data quality. Cancer registration plays a fundamental role in cancer control by providing basic information on population-based cancer incidence, mortality, survival and time trend. 5Combined obeticholic acid and apoptosis inhibitor treatment alleviates liver fibrosis显示文摘Obeticholic acid(OCA), the first FXR-targeting drug, has been claimed effective in the therapy of liver fibrosis. However, recent clinical trials indicated that OCA might not be effective against liver fibrosis, possibly due to the lower dosage to reduce the incidence of the side-effect of pruritus. Here we propose a combinatory therapeutic strategy of OCA and apoptosis inhibitor for combating against liver fibrosis. CCl4-injured mice, D-galactosamine/LPS(GalN/LPS)-treated mice and cycloheximide/TNFα(CHX/TNFα)-treated HepG2 cells were employed to assess the effects of OCA, or together with IDN-6556, an apoptosis inhibitor. OCA treatment significantly inhibited hepatic stellate cell(HSC)activation/proliferation and prevented fibrosis. Elevated bile acid(BA) levels and hepatocyte apoptosis triggered the activation and proliferation of HSCs. OCA treatment reduced BA levels but could not inhibit hepatocellular apoptosis. An enhanced anti-fibrotic effect was observed when OCA was co-administrated with IDN-6556. Our study demonstrated that OCA inhibits HSCs activation/proliferation partially by regulating BA homeostasis and thereby inhibiting activation of HSCs. 6Assessing the numbers of SNPs needed to establish molecular IDs and characterize the genetic diversityof soybean cultivars derived from Tokachi nagaha显示文摘The development of a core set of SNP molecular markers that could be widely used in soybean genetic research would greatly facilitate research into the genetic diversity of soybean.We conducted an analysis of Tokachi nagaha and 137 of its descendant soybean cultivars using 4044 SNP markers with the goal of determining the appropriate number of single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)needed to construct unambiguous molecular IDs and characterize genetic diversity based on a genetic distance matrix correlation method.When the number of SNPs was held constant,the number of accession pairs that could be distinguished increased as the polymorphism informative content(PIC)value of the SNPs increased.A core panel of 20 selected SNPs from 11 linkage groups with a mean PIC value of 0.3703 and a range of 0.3640–0.3749 was able to identify almost all of the accession pairs in our study[9445 pairs(99.92%)].The eight accession pairs that could not be identified with this core SNP set all originated from the same province and some of them had the same parental cultivars.The molecular IDs of the 138 accessions were constructed using the core 20 SNPs.It is known that both the number of SNPs and PIC values should be considered when SNPs are selected for use in the analysis of genetic diversity.In this study,when the PIC value was 0.3460,the correlation coefficient between the genetic distance matrices associated with a panel of 200 SNPs and the total population was>0.800,indicating satisfactory correlation.Our high-accuracy,high-resolution core SNP panel for germplasm fingerprinting and our findings about assessing genetic diversity will likely markedly improve the management and utilization efficiency of soybean germplasm resources.Zhangxiong Liu Jun Li Xuhong Fan Nang Myint Phyu Sin Htwe Shuming Wang Wen Huang Jiyu Yang Lili Xing Lijun Chen Yinghui Li Rongxia Guan Ruzhen Chang Dechun Wang Lijuan Qiu 2017The Crop Journal2017,5,4:10

8Design and test of operation parameters for rice air broadcasting by unmanned aerial vehicle显示文摘Considering the difficulty of broadcasting in the small plots and complex terrain in South China,this research aimed to explore a new efficient broadcasting way and figure out advisable operation parameters by using a hollow 12-axis,rotor-wing Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)which is typically made up of four groups of solid support structure,with each consisting of three axes and two rotor wings.A 3.7 L reverse pyramid-shape seed hopper with a 60 mm×13 mm rectangular outlet at the bottom was designed to realize self-gravity seeding.Rice seed firstly directly falls on the rotating disc driven by direct-current dynamo before being sown.The disc was located 120 mm above the ground,with a diameter of 350 mm.Under constant flight conditions,parameters of the on-board broadcasting devices(dropping speed referring to speed for the outlet and the broadcasting speed for the disc’s rotation speed)determine the uniformity of air broadcasting.The FUTABA T8FG transmitter and receiver system were employed as the remote control device.When the UAV flies at 3 m/s and 2 m above the ground with an expected seeding of 180 grain/m^(2),the RD(Right Down)knob marked 29 and LD(Left Down)knob marked-24 with a disc rotation speed of 900 r/min,the broadcasting lasts for 15 seconds with a 25%opening(1.95 cm^(2))of rectangular outlet.In order to verify the feasibility of air broadcasting parameters,the project team carried out a field broadcasting test by using a hollow multi-rotor UAV at Zhongluotan Test Base in Guangzhou in July,2014.In the square field plots of 0.09 hm^(2),flying path of air broadcasting operation was designed.The collected sampling data of broadcasting quantity per unit area after the test showed that there were,on average,187.4 grains/m^(2)of the five sampling points with a standard deviation of 22.77,and a coefficient of variation of 12.15%which was far smaller than that of artificial broadcasting.The average yield of field broadcasted by UAV is 7705.5 kg/hm^(2)in 2014,implying that rice air broadcasting by UAV is feasible.Li Jiyu Lan Yubin Zhou Zhiyan Zeng Shan Huang Cong Yao Weixiang Zhang Yang Zhu Qiuyang 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,5:10

10A novel miR167a-OsARF6-OsAUX3 module regulates grain length and weight in rice显示文摘Grain size is one of the most important factors that control rice yield,as it is associated with grain weight(GW).To date,dozens of rice genes that regulate grain size have been isolated;however,the regulatory mechanism underlying GW control is not fully understood.Here,the quantitative trait locus qGL5 for grain length(GL)and GW was identified in recombinant inbred lines of 9311 and Nipponbare(NPB)and fine mapped to a candidate gene,OsAUX3.Sequence variations between 9311 and NPB in the OsAUX3 promoter and loss of function of OsAUX3 led to higher GL and GW.RNA sequencing,gene expression quantification,dual-luciferase reporter assays,chromatin immunoprecipitation-quantitative PCR,and yeast one-hybrid assays demonstrated that OsARF6 is an upstream transcription factor regulating the expression of OsAUX3.OsARF6 binds directly to the auxin response elements of the OsAUX3 promoter,covering a single-nucleotide polymorphism site between 9311 and NPB/Dongjin/Hwayoung,and thereby controls GL by altering longitudinal expansion and auxin distribution/content in glume cells.Furthermore,we showed that miR167a positively regulate GL and GW by directing OsARF6 mRNA silencing.Taken together,our study reveals that a novel miR167a-OsARF6-OsAUX3 module regulates GL and GW in rice,providing a potential target for the improvement of rice yield.Jiyue Qiao Hongzhen Jiang Yuqing Lin Lianguang Shang Mei Wang Dongming Li Xiangdong Fu Markus Geisler Yanhua Qi Zhenyu Gao Qian Qian 2021Molecular Plant2021,14,10:8
11The role of chloroplast NAD(P)H dehydrogenase in protection of tobacco plant against heat stress显示文摘After incubation at 42℃ for more than 48 h, brown damages occurred on the stems of tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) ndhC-ndhK-ndhJ deletion mutant (?ndhCKJ), followed by wilt of the leaves, while less the phenotype was found in its wild type (WT). Analysis of the kinetics of post-illumination rise in chlorophyll fluorescence indicated that the PSI cyclic electron flow and the chlororespiration mediated by NAD(P)H dehydrogenase (NDH) was significantly enhanced in WT under the high temperature. After leaf disks were treated with methyl viologen (MV), photosynthetic apparatus of ?ndhCKJ exhibited more severe photo-oxidative damage, even bleaching of chlorophyll. Analysis of P700 oxidation and reduction showed that the NDH mediated cyclic electron flow probably functioned as an electron competitor with Mehler reaction, to reduce the accumulation of reactive oxygen species (ROS). When leaf disks were heat stressed at 42℃ for 6 h, the photochemical activity declined more markedly in ?ndhCKJ than in WT, accompanied with more evident decrease in the amount of soluble Rubisco activase. In addition, the slow phase of millisecond-delayed light emission (ms-DLE) of chlorophyll fluorescence indicated that NDH was involved in the building-up of transthy-lakoid proton gradient (?pH), while the consumption of ?pH was highly inhibited in ?ndhCKJ after heat stress. 15A novel method to determine effective thermal conductivity of porous materials显示文摘A 2D Lattice-Boltzmann (LB) model is proposed for analyzing the heat conduction process in the porous media. The effective thermal conductivities of several porous materials are calculated by means of this model. The calculated results are found to be in excellent agreement with the experimental data of the existing references. The factors affecting the effective thermal conductivity of porous materials are discussed. The results show that the effective thermal conductivity is strongly dependent upon the porosity and the pore structure and only has imperceptible dependence on the pore density. Then the correlation for estimating the effective thermal conductivity of the porous material is established. 18Bio-inspired Superhydrophobic Self-healing Surfaces with Synergistic Anticorrosion Performance显示文摘The past decade has witnessed significant efforts in addressing the global metallic corrosion challenge,with a focus on avoiding or mitigating huge economic losses incurred by corrosion and on the development of protective coatings on metals.Herein,a synergistic anticorrosion coating with both superhydrophobicity and self-healing properties was reported,through a facile replica molding method by mixing the polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)matrix with nano-sized SiO2 particles and 2-mercaptobenzothiazole(MBT)loaded halloysites(HNTs).The surface exhibits robust self-cleaning behavior under harsh conditions and high liquid repellence to withstand the osmosis of corrosive ions.The self-healing performance of the coating,due to the introduction of MBT-loaded HNTs,enhances the anticorrosion capability,which is still valid once the protective layer is damaged.Potentiodynamic polarization(PDP)and Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy(EIS)measurements demonstrate that the synergetic effects in anticorrosion performances significantly enhance the long-term corrosion protection of metals.Hence,this type of dual-action coating may find unique applications in metal corrosion resistance where both super-repellency and self-healing properties are desired.Xiaona Yang Limei Tian Wei Wang Yong Fan Jiyu Sun Jie Zhao Luquan Ren 2020Journal of Bionic Engineering2020,17,6:4

20Nanomedicines for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis:State of art and potential therapeutic strategies显示文摘Increasing understanding of the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)has remarkably promoted the development of effective therapeutic regimens of RA.Nevertheless,the inadequate response to current therapies in a proportion of patients,the systemic toxicity accompanied by longterm administration or distribution in non-targeted sites and the comprised efficacy caused by undesirable bioavailability,are still unsettled problems lying across the full remission of RA.So far,these existing limitations have inspired comprehensive academic researches on nanomedicines for RA treatment.A variety of versatile nanocarriers with controllable physicochemical properties,tailorable drug release pattern or active targeting ability were fabricated to enhance the drug delivery efficiency in RA treatment.This review aims to provide an up-to-date progress regarding to RA treatment using nanomedicines in the last 5 years and concisely discuss the potential application of several newly emerged therapeutic strategies such as inducing the antigen-specific tolerance,pro-resolving therapy or regulating the immunometabolism for RA treatments.Qin Wang Xianyan Qin Jiyu Fang Xun Sun 2021Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,5:4
