| 1 | Poly(dimethyl siloxane)anti-corrosion coating with wide pH-responsive and self-healing performance based on core-shell nanofiber containers显示文摘In this research,core-shell electrospun fibers loaded with the shell of cellulose acetate and the core of oleic acid and alkyd varnish resin were synthesized and used within poly(dimethyl siloxane)(PDMS)to prepare self-healing and p H-responsive coatings for a steel substrate.The morphology of the electrospun fibers was characterized by scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and confocal fluorescence microscopy.Thermo gravimetric analysis and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy revealed that the self-healing agents were loaded successfully with a loading rate of 2.9%.The properties of the fiber-PDMS composite coating were characterized by water contact angle measurements,mechanical tests,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,and scanning Kelvin probe.Results show that the maximum self-healing efficiencies of the fiber-PDMS coating in alkaline and acidic solution are 95.96%and 97.04%,respectively.The composition of the self-healing agents at the damaged part of the coating was verified by an infrared mapping test and using an energy dispersive spectrometer.In addition,the sandpaper abrasion test shows the hydrophobic effect of fiber-PDMS coating remains above 88.2%and decreases slightly through the addition of abrasion cycles.This research can pave the way for the industrial applications of p H-responsive self-healing coatings. | Xiaohong Ji Wei Wang Xia Zhao Lifei Wang Fubin Ma Yanli Wang Jizhou Duan Baorong Hou | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,6: | 4 |
| 2 | Integrated prodrug micelles with two-photon bioimaging and pH-triggered drug delivery for cancer theranostics显示文摘Nanodrug carriers with fluorescence radiation are widely used in cancer diagnosis and therapy due to their real-time imaging,less side effect,better drug utilization as well as the good bioimaging ability.However,traditional nanocarriers still suffer from unexpectable drug leakage,unsatisfactory tumor-targeted drug delivery and shallow imaging depth,which limit their further application in cancer theranostics.In this study,an integrated nanoplatform is constructed by polymeric prodrug micelles with two-photon and aggregation-induced emission bioimaging,charge reversal and drug delivery triggered by acidic pH.The prodrug micelles can be self-assembled by the TPPEI(DA/DOX)-PEG prodrug polymer,which consists of the two-photon fluorophore(TP),dimethylmaleic anhydride(DA)grafted polyethyleneimine(PEI)and polyethylene glycol(PEG).The PEG segment,DOX and DA are bridged to polymer by acid cleavable bonds,which provides the micelles a‘stealth’property and a satisfactory stability during blood circulation,while the outside PEG segment is abandoned along with the DA protection in the tumor acidic microenvironment,thus leading to charge reversal-mediated accelerated endocytosis and tumor-targeted drug delivery.The great antitumor efficacy and reduced side effect of these pH-sensitive prodrug micelles are confirmed by antitumor assays in vitro and in vivo.Meanwhile,these micelles exhibited great deep-tissue two-photon bioimaging ability up to 150 lm in depth.The great antitumor efficacy,reduced side effect and deep two-photon tissue imaging make the TP-PEI(DA/DOX)-PEG prodrug micelles would be an efficient strategy for theranostic nanoplatform in cancer treatment. | Hong Xu Boxuan Ma Jizhou Jiang Sutong Xiao Rongrong Peng Weihua Zhuang Gaocan Li Yunbing Wang | 2020 | Regenerative Biomaterials2020,7,2: | 1 |

| 17 | Optimization of integrated geological-engineering design of volume fracturing with fan-shaped well pattern显示文摘According to the variable toe-to-heel well spacing, combined with the dislocation theory, discrete lattice method, and finite-element-method(FEM) based fluid-solid coupling, an integrated geological-engineering method of volume fracturing for fan-shaped well pattern is proposed considering the geomechanical modeling, induced stress calculation, hydraulic fracturing simulation, and post-frac productivity evaluation. Besides, we propose the differential fracturing design for the conventional productivity-area and the potential production area for fan-shaped horizontal wells. After the fracturing of the conventional production area for H1 fan-shaped well platform, the research shows that the maximum reduction of the horizontal principal stress difference in the potential productivity-area is 0.2 MPa, which cannot cause the stress reversal, but this reduction is still conducive to the lateral propagation of hydraulic fractures. According to the optimized fracturing design, in zone-Ⅰ of the potential production area, only Well 2 is fractured, with a cluster spacing of 30 m and an injection rate of 12 m^(3)/min per stage;in zone-Ⅱ, Well 2 is fractured before Well 3, with a cluster spacing of 30 m and an injection rate of 12 m^(3)/min per stage. The swept area of the pore pressure drop in the potential production area is small, showing that the reservoir is not well developed.
