1A study on relationship of nitric oxide,oxidation,peroxidation,lipoperoxidation with chronic cholecystitis显示文摘AIM To study relationship of injury induced bynitric oxide,oxidation,peroxidation,lipoperoxidation with chronic cholecystitis.METHODS The values of plasma nitric oxide(P-NO),plasma vitamin C(P-VC),plasma vitamin E(P-VE),plasma β-carotene(P-β-CAR),plasmalipoperoxides(P-LPO),erythrocyte superoxidedismutase(E-SOD),erythrocyte catalase(E-CAT),erythrocyte glutathione peroxidase(E-GSH-Px)activities and erythrocyte lipoperoxides(E-LPO)level in 77 patients with chronic cholecystitisand 80 healthy control subjects were determined,differences of the above average values betweenthe patient group and the control group anddifferences of the average values betweenpreoperative and postoperative patients wereanalyzed and compared,linear regression andcorrelation of the disease course with the abovedetermination values as well as the stepwiseregression and correlation of the course with thevalues were analyzed.RESULTS Compared with the control group,theaverage values of P-NO,P-LPO,E-LPO weresignificantly increased(P<0.01),and of P-VC, P-VE,P-β-CAR,E-SOD,E-CAT and E-GSH-Pxdecreased(P<0.01)in the patient group.Theanalysis of the linear regression and correlationshowed that with prolonging of the course,thevalues of P-NO,P-LPO and E-LPO in the patientswere gradually ascended and the values of P-VC,P-VE,P-β-CAR,E-SOD,E-CAT and E-GSH-Pxdescended(P<0.01).The analysis of thestepwise regression and correlation indicated thatthe correlation of the course with P-NO,P-VE andP-β-CAR values was the closest.Compared withthe preoperative patients,the average values of P-NO,P-LPO and E-LPO were significantlydecreased(P<0.01)and the average values of P-VC,E-SOD,E-CAT and E-GSH-Px in postoperativepatients increased(P<0.01)in postoperativepatients.But there was no significant difference inthe average values of P-VE,P-β-CAR preoperativeand postoperative patients.CONCLUSION Chronic cholecystitis could inducethe increase of nitric oxide,oxidation,peroxidation and lipoperoxidation.Jun Fu Zhou Dong Cai You Gen Zhu Jin Lu Yang Cheng Hong Peng Yang Hai Yu 2000World Journal of Gastroenterology2000,6,4:36

3Oxidative Stress before and after Operation in Patients with Chronic Cholecystitis Containing Gallstone显示文摘To study the relationship of oxidative, antioxidative constituents and antioxidases in blood with chronic cholecystitis containing gallstone, levels of lipoperoxides (LPO), nitric oxide (NO), vitamin C(VC), vitamin E (VE) and β carotene (β CAR) in plasma as well as level of LPO, activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) in erythrocytes were investigated by spectrophotometric assay in 107 patients with this condition (PCg) and 100 healthy volunteers (HVs). Compared with HVs group, the average value of LPO and NO in plasma and that of LPO in erythrocytes of PCg group were significantly increased ( P <0.0001), while that of VC, VE and β CAR in plasma and the average activities of SOD, CAT and GSH Px in erythrocytes were significantly decreased ( P <0.0001). Linear regression and correlation analysis for 107 preoperative PCg showed that the value of LPO and NO in plasma and that of LPO in erythrocytes of PCg gradually increased ( P <0.0001), representing a significant linear positive correlation. The value of VC, VE and β CAR in plasma and that of SOD, CAT and GSH Px in erythrocytes of PCg gradually decreased ( P <0.0001), representing a significant linear negative correlation. Stepwise regression and correlation analysis for 107 preoperative PCg suggested that the closest correlation was observed between the course of disease and the value of NO and VC in plasma and that of SOD, GSH Px and LPO in erythrocytes, r =0.7306, F =32.1408, P <0.0001. Compared with the preoperative PCg group, the average value of LPO and NO in plasma and that of LPO in erythrocytes of the postoperative PCg group were significantly decreased ( P <0.0001). Furthermore, the average value of VC in plasma and that of SOD, CAT and GSH Px in erythrocytes of the postoperative PCg group were significantly increased ( P <0.0001), whereas no significant difference was found between their average value of VE and β CAR in plasma. These findings suggested that oxidative stress was an aggravating pathological condition in PCg group. 4Onset of Coronary Heart Disease is Associated with HCMV Infection and Increased CD14^+CD16^+Monocytes in a Population of Weifang,China显示文摘Objective To investigate the relationship between human cytomegalovirus(HCMV)infection and peripheral blood CD14+CD16+monocytes in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease(CHD),and to elucidate the mechanism of pathogenesis in CHD by analyzing the correlation between infection,inflammation,and CHD,to provide a basis for the prevention,evaluation,and treatment of the disease.Methods In total,192 patients with CHD were divided into three groups:latent CHD,angina pectoris,and myocardial infarction.HCMV-IgM and-IgG antibodies were assessed using ELISA;CD14+CD16+monocytes were counted using a five-type automated hematology analyzer;mononuclear cells were assessed using fluorescence-activated cell sorting;and an automatic biochemical analyzer was used to measure the levels of triglyceride,cholesterol,high-and low-density lipoprotein cholesterols,lipoprotein,hs-CRp and Hcy.Results The positive rates of HCMV-IgM and-IgG were significantly higher in the CHD groups than in the control group.HCMV infection affects lipid metabolism to promote immune and inflammatory responses.Conclusion HCMV infection has a specific correlation with the occurrence and development of CHD.The expression of CD14+CD16+mononuclear cells in the CHD group was increased accordingly and correlated with acute HCMV infection.Thus,HCMV antibody as well as peripheral blood CD14+CD16+mononuclear cells can be used to monitor the occurrence and development of CHD.LI Hong Zheng WANG Qin ZHANG Yi Yuan WANG Jin Dong WU Hong Juan ZHANG Mo Gen LI Ji Chen LIU Zhi Jun 2020Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2020,33,8:8
5Optimization of equimolar reverse constant-temperature mass-diffusion process for minimum entransy dissipation显示文摘The mass entransy describes the mass-diffusion ability of the solution system, and the mass-diffusion process with the finite concentration difference always leads to the mass-entransy dissipation. This paper studies the equimolar reverse constant-temperature mass-diffusion process with Fick's law( g∝Δ(c)). The optimal concentration paths for the MED(Minimum Entransy Dissipation) are derived and compared with those for the MEG(Minimum Entropy Generation) and CCR(Constant Concentration Ratio) operations. 6A Study on Spatial Interpolation of Temperature in Anhui Province Based on ANUSPLIN显示文摘To achieve refined temperature grid data with high accuracy and high spatial resolution,hourly temperature grid dataset with spatial resolution of 1 km in Anhui Province from January to December in 2016 was established using the ANUSPLIN thin plate spline algorithm,which meets the needs of climate change research and meteorological disaster risk assessment. And the interpolation error was analyzed. The results show that the interpolated values of hourly temperature by ANUSPLIN are close to the observed values in 2016. The error is generally below 1. 5 ℃,and the root mean square error is 0. 937 6 ℃. On monthly scale,the interpolated values of hourly temperature by ANUSPLIN are also close to the observed values.In October,November,June and May,the interpolation accuracy is the highest,and the proportion of absolute error of hourly temperature lower than 2 ℃ is up to 99%,97. 4%,98. 1% and 97. 4% respectively. In February,March,August and December,the interpolation accuracy is the lowest,and the proportion of absolute error higher than 2 ℃ is 8. 1%,5. 3%,4. 1% and 4. 2% respectively. 7Thermal performance analysis of non-uniform height rectangular fin based on constructal theory and entransy theory显示文摘A model of non-uniform height rectangular fin, in which the variation of base's thickness and width are taken into account, is established in this paper. The dimensionless maximum thermal resistance(DMTR) and the dimensionless equivalent thermal resistance(DETR) defined based on the entransy dissipation rate(EDR) are taken as performance evaluation indexes. According to constructal theory, the variations of the two indexes with the geometric parameters of the fin are analyzed by using a finite-volume computational fluid dynamics code, the effects of the fin-material fraction on the two indexes are analyzed. It is found that the two indexes decrease monotonically as the ratio between the front height and the back height of the fin increases subjected to the non-uniform height rectangular fin. When the model is reduced to the uniform height fin, the two indexes increase first and then decrease with increase in the ratio between the height of the fin and the fin space. The fin-material fraction has no effect on the change rule of the two indexes with the ratio between the height of the fin and the fin space. The sensitivity of the DETR to the geometric parameters of the fin is higher than that of the DMTR to the geometric parameters. 8Monitoring result analyses of high slope of five-step ship lock in the Three Gorges Project显示文摘The construction of the double-lane fi ve-step ship lock of the Three Gorges Project(TGP)was commenced in 1994,the excavation of the ship lock was completed by the end of 1999,and the ship lock was put in operation in June 2003.The side slopes of the ship lock are characterized by great height(170 m),steepness(70 m in height of upright slope),and great length(over 7000 m in total length).In association with the ship lock,the surrounding rocks in slope have a high potential to deform,with which the magnitude of deformation is restricted.Monitoring results show that the deformation of the fi ve-step ship lock high slopes of the TGP primarily occurred in excavation period,and deformation tended to be stable and convergent during operation period,suggesting the allowable ranges of deformation.At present,the slopes and lock chambers are stable,and the ship lock works well under normal operation condition,enabling the social and economic bene fi ts of the TGP.Qixiang Fan Hongbing Zhu Jun Gen 2015Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2015,7,2:4

10Analysis and Design of Vector Control for VSC-HVDC Connected to Weak Grids显示文摘Voltage source converter based high voltage direct current transmission(VSC-HVDC)is considered one of the most suitable technologies to integrate renewable energies.However,connecting VSC to a weak grid is challenging since traditional vector control tends to become unstable under high power demand conditions.In this paper,an improved vector control method is proposed wherein a feed forward branch based on steady state and small signal analysis of the VSC system is added under weak grid situations.The feed forward branch promotes faster reactive power response,thus enhancing the stability of the VSC system.Since the improved vector control uses the same inner loop as traditional vector control,the proposed method allows for the ability to retain fault current suppression capabilities.Furthermore,the control parameters of the outer loop of the improved vector control need not vary according to the variation of the operating points,which makes it easy to implement.The feed forward branch is implemented by solving a nonlinear equation or through use of a look-up table.The influence of the estimation errors of short circuit ratio(SCR)on the control performance is also studied.The effectiveness of the improved vector control is demonstrated through small signal model analysis and time domain simulations.Guanglu Wu Jun Liang Xiaoxin Zhou Yalou Li Agusti Egea-Alvarez Gen Li Hongying Peng Xing Zhang 2017CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2017,3,2:3
11Effects of the momentum dependence of nuclear symmetry potential on pion observables in Sn+Sn collisions at 270 MeV/nucleon显示文摘Within a transport model,we investigated the effects of the momentum dependence of the nuclear symmetry potential on the pion observables in central Sn+Sn collisions at 270 MeV/nucleon.To this end,the quantity U^(∞)_(sym)(ρ_(0))(i.e.,the value of the nuclear symmetry potential at the saturation densityρ_(0) and infinitely large nucleon momentum)was used to characterize the momentum dependence of the nuclear symmetry potential.With a certain L(i.e.,the slope of the nuclear symmetry energy at(ρ_(0))),the characteristic parameter U^(∞)_(sym)(ρ_(0))of the symmetry potential significantly affects the production of−and+and their pion ratios.Moreover,by comparing the charged pion yields,pion ratios,and spectral pion ratios of the theoretical simulations for the reactions ^(108) Sn+^(112) Sn and ^(132)Sn+^(124)Sn with the corresponding data in the SRIT experiments,we found that our results favor a constraint on U^(∞)_(sym)(ρ_(0))(i.e.,−160_(−9)^(+18) MeV),and L is also suggested within a range of 62.7 MeVGao‑Feng Wei Xin Huang Qi‑Jun Zhi Ai‑Jun Dong Chang‑Gen Peng Zheng‑Wen Long 2022Nuclear Science and Techniques2022,33,12:3

13Generalized Switched-Capacitor Step-up Multilevel Inverter Employing Single DC Source显示文摘In this paper,a new generalized step-up multilevel DC-AC converter is proposed,which is suitable for applications with low-voltage input sources,such as photovoltaic power generation and electric vehicles.This inverter can achieve a high voltage gain by controlling the series-parallel conversion of the DC power supply and capacitors.Only one DC voltage source and a few power devices are employed.The maximum output voltage and the number of output levels can be further increased through the switched-capacitor unit’s extension and the submodule cascaded extension.Moreover,the capacitor voltages are self-balanced without complicated voltage control circuits.The complementary operating mechanism between each pair of switches simplifies the modulation algorithm.The inductiveload ability is fully taken into account in the proposed inverter.Additionally,a remarkable characteristic of the inverter is that the charging and discharging states among different capacitors are synchronous,which reduces the voltage ripple of the frontend capacitors.The circuit structure,the working principle,the modulation strategy,the capacitors and losses analysis are presented in detail.Afterwards,the advantages of the proposed inverter are analyzed by comparing with other recently proposed inverters.Finally,the steady-state and dynamic performance of the proposed inverter is verified and validated by simulation and experiment.Yaoqiang Wang Kaige Wang Gen Li Fengjiang Wu Kewen Wang Jun Liang 2022CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2022,8,2:2
14Inferring the invasion mechanisms of the red swamp crayfish in China using mitochondrial DNA sequences显示文摘The red swamp crayfish,Procambarus clarkii,is a native species in north-eastern Mexico and south-central USA.P.clarkii was introduced to China in 1929 and has been used as an aquaculture species in China since 1983.It currently exists in most of the provinces of China,but threatens local fish,crustaceans,aquatic plants and local freshwater ecosystems.We examined the genetic variation in partial mitochondrial ND2 gene of 831 individuals collected from 25 P.clarkii populations in 13 provinces of China to infer the expansion pathways and mechanisms.Six haplotypes were detected.All six haplotypes appeared in four populations in Nanjing and a population located near Nanjing whereas only 1–5 of the six haplotypes were present in other populations.These data suggest that the populations in Nanjing are probably the source of all other populations in China.There were no significant relationships between geographic distances and genetic distances in 25 populations,whereas significant relationship was found in four populations in Qinhuai River covering 50 km in Nanjing.These data suggest that the expansion mainly be human-mediated in large scale,and active disposal or non-anthropogenic passive dispersal might have played an important role in expansion at a smaller scale.In some places far away from Nanjing,several haplotypes existed,suggested multiple introduction events may have happened.Although aquaculture of this species could bring huge economic benefit,its potential to negatively affect native biota and entire ecosystems should not be ignored.Gen Hua Yue Jian-Bin Feng Jun Hong Xia Su Yin Cao Chun Ming Wang 2021Aquaculture and Fisheries2021,6,1:2
