1Trends in Stroke Mortality Rate--China,2004-2019显示文摘Introduction:Stroke has been the leading cause of death in China for decades.This study described the trends in stroke mortality in China from 2004 to 2019.Methods:Data was obtained from the National Disease Surveillance Point(DSP)system.A descriptive analysis was conducted.The adjusted mortality rate(AMR)and age-standardized mortality rate(ASMR)of stroke were calculated.Results:From 2004 to 2019,the ASMR substantially decreased,with a reduction of 39.8%,but the AMR stayed relatively stable.The mortality rate of stroke in rural areas was consistently higher than in urban areas.A geographical gradient in mortality of stroke was also apparent,with an increased rate in the western part of China and a decreased rate in the eastern part of China.In central China,the rate remained relatively stable.Conclusions:Although the ASMR of stroke continued to decline in China,the stagnant crude mortality rates suggested that China had not achieved sufficient decline to offset the demographic forces of population growth and ageing.More vigorous and effective prevention and treatment strategies are urgently needed to mitigate the disease burden of stroke in China,especially in areas with high stroke burden and limited resources.Junxia Cheng Wei Wang Jianwei Xu Ling Yin Yunning Liu Jing Wu 2022China CDC weekly2022,4,24:3
2Review on status of groundwater database and application prospect in deep-time digital earth plan显示文摘Groundwater is an important water resource.The total amount of active groundwater in a hydrological cycle is about 3.5 times that of the total amount of surface water.The information in the deep groundwater records the material exchange and dynamics in the earth’s evolution,which is an important aspect of the Deep-Time Digital Earth(DDE)plan.In recent years,scientists have discussed the distribution of transboundary aquifers and the environmental significance of groundwater resources through groundwater databases established by international organizations,such as the Global Groundwater Information System and the chronicles consortium,and national institutes,such as national geological surveys.The application of the groundwater database in the DDE plan,however,has been limited by the management,interactivity,and monitoring method of the groundwater data.The ability to further integrate data that are private and scattered across research institutions and individuals,while establishing an open,unified,and shared groundwater data platform,is essential to enhance our understanding of groundwater,ranging from shallow to deep water,which is a goal of the DDE plan.In this study,we introduced the current situation of groundwater database operations in domestic and international research and provided frontier research with groundwater big data.Considering the related objectives of the DDE plan and the limitations of existing groundwater databases,we proposed an improvement plan and new prospects for applying groundwater databases in the research of the deep earth.Wenkai Qiu Teng Ma Yanxin Wang Jianmei Cheng Chunli Su Junxia Li 2022Geoscience Frontiers2022,13,4:1
3Monitoring the morphology evolution of LiNi_(0.8)Mn_(0.1)Co_(0.1)O_(2)during high-temperature solid state synthesis via in situ SEM显示文摘The particle morphology determined by the sintering process is the director factor affecting the electrochemical performance of Ni-rich NMC cathode materials.To prepare the ideal NMC particles,it is of great significance to understand the morphological changes during sintering process.In this work,the morphology evolution of LiNi_(0.8)Mn_(0.1)Co_(0.1)O_(2)(NMC811)synthesis at temperature ranging from 300–1080℃were observed by in situ SEM.The uniform mixture of spherical Ni_(0.8)Mn_(0.1)Co_(0.1)(OH)_(2)precursor and lithium sources(LiOH)was employed by high temperature solid-state process inside the SEM,which enables us to observe morphology changes in real time.The results show that synthetic reaction of LiNi_(0.8)Mn_(0.1)Co_(0.1)O_(2)usually includes three processes:the raw materials’dehydration,oxidation,and combination,accompanied by a significant reduction in particle size,which is important reference to control the synthesis temperature.As heating temperature rise,the morphology of mixture also changed from flake to brick-shaped.However,Ni nanoparticle formation is apparent at higher temperature~1000℃,suggesting a structural transformation from a layered to a rock-salt-like structure.Combining the in-situ observed changes in size and morphology,and with the premise of ensuring the morphology change from flakes to bricks,reducing the sintering temperature as much as possible to prevent excessive reduction in particle size and layered to a rock-salt structure transformation is recommended for prepare ideal NMC particles.Liang Tang Xiaopeng Cheng Rui Wu Tianci Cao Junxia Lu Yuefei Zhang Ze Zhang 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,3:1

6A 2D Staggered Multi-Material ALE Code Using MOF Interface Reconstruction显示文摘Hydrocodes are necessary numerical tools in the fields of implosion and high-velocity impact,which often involve large deformations with changing-topology interfaces.It is very difficult for Lagrangian or Simplified Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian(SALE)codes to tackle these kinds of large-deformation problems,so a stag-gered Multi-Material ALE(MMALE)code is developed in this paper,which is the explicit time-marching Lagrange plus remap type.We use the Moment Of Fluid(MOF)method to reconstruct the interfaces of multi-material cells and present an adaptive bisection method to search for the global minimum value of the nonlinear objective function.To keep the Lagrangian computations as long as possible,we develop a ro-bust rezoning method named as Combined Rezoning Method(CRM)to generate the convex,smooth grids for the large-deformation domain.Regarding the staggered remap phase,we use two methods to remap the variables of Lagrangian mesh to the rezoned one.One is the first-order intersection-based remapping method that doesn’t limit the distances between the rezoned and Lagrangian meshes,so it can be used in the applications of wide scope.The other one is the conservative second-order flux-based remapping method developed by Kucharika and Shashkov[22]that requires the rezoned element to locate in its adjacent old elements.Numerical results of triple point problem show that the result of first-order remapping method using ALE computations is gradually convergent to that of second-order remapping method using Eulerian computations with the decrease of rezoning,thereby telling us that MMALE computations should be performed as few as possible to reduce the errors of the interface reconstruction and the remapping.Numerical results provide a clear evidence of the robustness and the accuracy of this MMALE scheme,and that our MMALE code is powerful for the large-deformation problems.Yibing Chen Junxia Cheng Liang Pan Haihua Yang Heng Yong Xin Yu 2021Numerical Mathematics(Theory,Methods and Applications)2021,14,1:0

8Assessing the Influence of Aerosol on Radiation and Its Roles in Planetary Boundary Layer Development显示文摘A comprehensive measurement of planetary boundary layer(PBL)meteorology was conducted at 140 and 280 m on a meteorological tower in Beijing,China,to quantify the effect of aerosols on radiation and its role in PBL development.The measured variables included four-component radiation,temperature,sensible heat flux(SH),and turbulent kinetic energy(TKE)at 140 and 280 m,as well as PBL height(PBLH).In this work,a method was developed to quantitatively estimate the effect of aerosols on radiation based on the PBLH and radiation at the two heights(140 and 280 m).The results confirmed that the weakened downward shortwave radiation(DSR)on hazy days could be attributed predominantly to increased aerosols,while for longwave radiation,aerosols only accounted for around onethird of the enhanced downward longwave radiation.The DSR decreased by 55.2 W m^(-2) on hazy days during noontime(1100–1400 local time).The weakened solar radiation decreased SH and TKE by enhancing atmospheric stability,and hence suppressed PBL development.Compared with clean days,the decreasing rates of DSR,SH,TKE,and PBLH were 11.4%,33.6%,73.8%,and 53.4%,respectively.These observations collectively suggest that aerosol radiative forcing on the PBL is exaggerated by a complex chain of interactions among thermodynamic,dynamic,and radiative processes.These findings shed new light on our understanding of the complex relationship between aerosol and the PBL.Zhigang CHENG Yubing PAN Ju LI Xingcan JIA Xinyu ZHANG Pengkun MA Qianqian WANG Junxia DOU Jingjiang ZHANG Jiannong QUAN 2021Journal of Meteorological Research2021,35,2:0
9Incidence of Major Adverse Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Events in Chinese Patients Undergoing Percutaneous Coronary Intervention with Iodixanol: An Observational Postauthorization Study显示文摘Objective:This study aimed to evaluate the major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events(MACCEs)and overall safety profile associated with iodixanol in Chinese patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:Patients at 30 centers in China registered in the OpenClinic v3.6 database from October 30,2013,to October 7,2015,were included in the study.The primary endpoint was in-hospital MACCEs including target lesion revascularization(TLR),stroke,stent thrombosis,cardiac death,and PCI-related myocardial infarction(MI)within 72 h post-PCI.Secondary endpoints were MACCEs from 72 h to 30 d post-PCI and other safety events within 30 d post-PCI.Results:A total of 3,042 patients were enrolled.The incidence of MACCEs within 72 h post-PCI was 2.33%(n=71),including cardiac death(0.03%,n=1)and PCI-related MI(2.30%,n=70).The incidence of MACCEs from 72 h to 30 d post-PCI was 0.16%(n=5),including cardiac death(0.10%,n=3),PCI-related MI(0.03%,n=1),and TLR for stent thrombosis(0.03%,n=1).The incidence of composite angiographic or procedural complications was 2.86%(n=87);233(7.86%)patients had results suggesting contrast-induced acute kidney injury.Conclusions:These findings indicate that the use of iodixanol in Chinese patients undergoing PCI is associated with a low incidence of MACCEs,confirming its safety in this population.Xiaozeng Wang Dengfeng Ma Tianchang Li Bao Li Xi Su Yanqing Wu Zhimin Du Zheng Ji Ping Yang Baisong Yang Xuebin Cao Junxia Li Fengxia Hou Ziping Cheng Banglong Xu Yaling Han 2023Cardiology Discovery2023,3,2:0
10Natural variations of OsAUX5,a target gene of OsWRKY78,control the neutral essential amino acid content in rice grains显示文摘Grain essential amino acid(EAA)levels contribute to rice nutritional quality.However,the molecular mechanisms underlying EAA accumulation and natural variation in rice grains remain unclear.Here we report the identification of a previously unrecognized auxin influx carrier subfamily gene,OsAUX5,which encodes an amino acid transporter that functions in uptake of multiple amino acids.We identified an elite haplotype of Pro::OsAUX5^(Hap2) that enhances grain EAA accumulation without an apparent negative effect on agronomic traits.Natural variations of OsAUX5 occur in the cis elements of its promoter,which are differentially activated because of the different binding affinity between OsWRKY78 and the W-box,contributing to grain EAA variation among rice varieties.The two distinct haplotypes were shown to have originated from different Oryza rufipogon progenitors,which contributed to the divergence between japonica and indica.Introduction of the indica-type Pro::OsAUX5^(Hap2) genotype into japonica could significantly increase EAA levels,indicating that indica-type Pro::OsAUX5^(Hap2) can be utilized to increase grain EAAs of japonica varieties.Collectively,our study uncovers an WRKY78–OsAUX5-based regulatory mechanism controlling grain EAA accumulation and provides a potential target for breeding EAA-rich rice.Yuheng Shi Yuanyuan Zhang Yangyang Sun Ziyang Xie Yu Luo Qiyuan Long Jiahui Feng Xueqing Liu Bi Wang Dujun He Junxia Ren Peizhen Guo Junwei Xing Liqiang He Alisdair RFernie Wei Chen Xianqing Liu Yuehua Luo Cheng Jin Jie Luo 2023Molecular Plant2023,16,2:0
