| 1 | 延吉市中小学生伤害现状及安全教育需求调查显示文摘目的了解延吉市中小学生伤害现状和安全教育需求,为学校开展安全教育提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,在延吉市的小学、初中和高中学校中各选取1所朝鲜族、汉族学校,共6所;再采用随机抽样法,对6所中小学1 229名学生及其教师和家长进行问卷调查。结果中小学生伤害发生率为41.2%,发生率较高的健康危险行为为玩火、饮酒、试图离家出走、不适当减肥和吸烟。不同年级学生的家长和教师对学生各种健康危险行为的认识差异有统计学意义。24.1%的教师从未接受过急救相关知识培训,50%以上的学生未接受过系统的安全教育。90%以上的家长和教师以及78%的学生认为学校有必要进行系统的健康安全教育。结论将安全教育课程纳入正常教学计划,建立训练有素的安全教育师资队伍和开发相关教材,是学校安全教育得以顺利开展的关键。 | 李春玉 张春梅 金健 Myung Ken Lee Courtland Robinson | 2008 | 中国学校卫生2008,29,8: | 9 |
| 2 | Dual destructive and protective roles of adaptive immunity in neurodegenerative disorders显示文摘Inappropriate T cell responses in the central nervous system(CNS)affect the pathogenesis of a broad range of neuroinflammatory and neurodegenerative disorders that include,but are not limited to,multiple sclerosis,amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease.On the one hand immune responses can exacerbate neurotoxic responses;while on the other hand,they can lead to neuroprotective outcomes.The temporal and spatial mechanisms by which these immune responses occur and are regulated in the setting of active disease have gained significant recent attention.Spatially,immune responses that affect neurodegeneration may occur within or outside the CNS.Migration of antigen-specific CD4+T cells from the periphery to the CNS and consequent immune cell interactions with resident glial cells affect neuroinflammation and neuronal survival.The destructive or protective mechanisms of these interactions are linked to the relative numerical and functional dominance of effector or regulatory T cells.Temporally,immune responses at disease onset or during progression may exhibit a differential balance of immune responses in the periphery and within the CNS.Immune responses with predominate T cell subtypes may differentially manifest migratory,regulatory and effector functions when triggered by endogenous misfolded and aggregated proteins and cell-specific stimuli.The final result is altered glial and neuronal behaviors that influence the disease course.Thus,discovery of neurodestructive and neuroprotective immune mechanisms will permit potential new therapeutic pathways that affect neuronal survival and slow disease progression. | Kristi M Anderson Katherine E Olson Katherine A Estes Ken Flanagan Howard E Gendelman R Lee Mosley | 2014 | Translational Neurodegeneration2014,3,1: | 8 |

| 4 | Endoscopic approach through the minor papilla for the management of pancreatic diseases显示文摘AIM:To clarify the efficacy and safety of an endoscopic approach through the minor papilla for the management of pancreatic diseases.METHODS:This study included 44 endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP) procedures performed in 34 patients using a minor papilla approach between April 2007 and March 2012.We retrospectively evaluated the clinical profiles of the patients,the endoscopic interventions,short-term outcomes,and complications.RESULTS:Of 44 ERCPs,26 were diagnostic ERCP,and 18 were therapeutic ERCP.The most common cause of difficult access to the main pancreatic duct through the major papilla was pancreas divisum followed by distortion of Wirsung's duct.The overall success rate of minor papilla cannulation was 80%(35/44),which was significantly improved by wire-guided cannulation(P = 0.04).Endoscopic minor papillotomy(EMP) was performed in 17 of 34 patients(50%) using a needle-knife(13/17) or a pull-type papillotome(4/17).EMP with pancreatic stent placement,which was the main therapeutic option for patients with chronic pancreatitis,recurrent acute pancreatitis,and pancreatic pseudocyst,resulted in short-term clinical improvement in 83% of patients.Mild post-ERCP pancreatitis occurred as an early complication in 2 cases(4.5%).CONCLUSION:The endoscopic minor papilla approach is technically feasible,safe,and effective when the procedure is performed in a high-volume referral center by experienced endoscopists. | Nao Fujimori Hisato Igarashi Akira Asou Ken Kawabe Lingaku Lee Takamasa Oono Taichi Nakamura Yusuke Niina Masayuki Hijioka Masahiko Uchida Kazuhiro Kotoh Kazuhiko Nakamura Tetsuhide Ito Ryoichi Takayanagi | 2013 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy2013,5,3: | 6 |
