1A novel approach for one-step forming ε-caprolactam from cyclohexane nitrozation catalyzed by transition metal salt显示文摘The nitrozation reaction of cyclohexane in one-step reaction to form ε-caprolactam has been studied using transition metal salt as catalysts in this work. The results indicated that the catalysts play an especially important role. This method is expected to be a novel way to synthesize other lactam by similar reaction. 2Analysis of Phthalate Esters in Air, Soil and Plants in Plastic Film Greenhouse显示文摘The phthalate esters such as DMP, DEP, DBP and DEHP in air, soil and plant samples in plastic film greenhouse were clean up with fine silica gel column and determined with HPLC. It was found that the concentrations of PEs in air and soil samples in plastic film greenhouse are much higher than those of contrast samples. 4Characterization and validation of somatic mutation spectrum to reveal heterogeneity in gastric cancer by single cell sequencing显示文摘Gastric cancer(GC) is a highly heterogeneous disease with multiple cellular types and poor prognosis.However, the cellular evolution and molecular basis of GC at the individual intra-tumor level has not been well demonstrated. We performed single-cell whole exome sequencing to detect somatic singlenucleotide variants(SNVs) and significantly mutated genes(SMGs) among 34 tumor cells and 9 normal cells from a patient with GC. The Complete Prediction for Protein Conformation(CPPC) approach directly predicting the folding conformation of the protein 3D structure with Protein Folding Shape Code, combined with functional experiments were used to confirm the characterization of mutated SMGs in GC cells. We identified 201 somatic SNVs, including 117 non-synonymous mutations in GC cells. Further analysis identified 24 significant mutated genes(SMGs) in single cells, for which a single amino acid change might affect protein conformation. Among them, two genes(CDC27 and FLG) that were mutated only in single cells but not in the corresponding tumor tissue, were recurrently present in another GC tissue cohort, and may play a potential role to promote carcinogenesis, as confirmed by functional characterization. 5Formation of calcium phosphate mineral material controlled by microemulsion显示文摘In order to prepare calcium phosphate-based material with nano-structure and bioactivity, natural lecithin and n-tetradecane were used as the amphipile and the oil phase respectively, along with the water phase, to form a microemulsion template. Phosphate mineralization was induced and controlled by the microemulsion. The products, characterized by scanning electronic microscopy, infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis, are composed of lecithin and hydroxyapatite, and possess the nano-structure of sticks, balls and three-dimensional nets connected by tubes. 9Fungal diversity notes 253-366:taxonomic and phylogenetic contributions to fungal taxa显示文摘Notes on 113 fungal taxa are compiled in this paper,including 11 new genera,89 new species,one new subspecies,three new combinations and seven reference specimens.Awide geographic and taxonomic range of fungal taxa are detailed.In the Ascomycota the new genera Angustospora(Testudinaceae),Camporesia(Xylariaceae),Clematidis,Crassiparies(Pleosporales genera incertae sedis),Farasanispora,Longiostiolum(Pleosporales genera incertae sedis),Multilocularia(Parabambusicolaceae),Neophaeocryptopus(Dothideaceae),Parameliola(Pleosporales genera incertae sedis),and Towyspora(Lentitheciaceae)are introduced.Newly introduced species are 11Microwave-induced high-energy sites and targeted energy transition promising for efficient energy deployment显示文摘Diverse interactions between microwaves and irradiated media provide a solid foundation for identifying novel organization pathways for energy flow.In this study,a high-energy-site phenomenon and targeted-energy transition mechanism were identified in a particular microwave heating(MH)process.Intense discharges were observed when microwaves were imposed on irregularly sized SiC particles,producing tremendous heat that was 8-fold the amount generated in the discharge-free case.Energy efficiency was thereby greatly improved in the electricity-microwaves-effective heat transition.Meanwhile,the dispersed microwave field energy concentrated in small sites,where local temperatures could reach 2000℃–4000℃,with the energy density reaching up to 4.010^(5) W/kg.This can be called a high-energy site phenomenon which could induce further processes or reactions enhancement by coupling effects of heat,light,and plasma.The whole process,including microwave energy concentration and intense site-energy release,shapes a targeted-energy transition mechanism that can be optimized in a controlled manner through morphology design.In particular,the discharge intensity,frequency,and high-energy sites were strengthened through the fabrication of sharp nano/microstructures,conferring twice the energy efficiency of untreated metal wires.The microwave-induced high-energy sites and targeted energy transition provide an important pathway for high-efficiency energy deployment and may lead to promising applications.Jing SUN Guanqun YU Kui AN Wenlong WANG Biao WANG Zhenyu JIANG Chenggong SUN YanpengMAO Xiqiang ZHAO Zhanlong SONG 2022Frontiers in Energy2022,16,6:0
12Ground infrastructure monitoring in coastal areas usingtime-series inSAR technology:the case study of Pudong International Airport,Shanghai显示文摘Shanghai Pudong International Airport(PDIA),with its east side built along the coast with weak geological conditions,is prone to uneven foundation settlement due to the consolidation and compression of soil and erosion of coastal tides,affecting the safe operation of the airport.Therefore,it is crucial to conduct dynamic subsidence monitoring within the airport,especially in the runway area.29 scenes of ascending track Sentinel-1A radar images from August 2016 to June 2018 are selected to perform surface deformation inversion based on PS-InSAR and improved SBAS-InSAR for PDIA and its around coastal area.Through cross-validation,the reliability of the time-series InSAR technique for dynamic monitoring of surface deformation of coastal zone infrastructures is confirmed.The results show severely uneven settlement.By combining the monitoring results with the local geological and hydrological dataset,the driving factors of differential deformation of the infrastructures are analyzed,including stratigraphic geological conditions,ground loadings,foundation treatment methods,water erosion,and groundwater level changes.Finally,the time-series deformation characteristics and the causes of PDIA’s runway are emphasized based on the PS deformation results.This case provides a reference for the safety management of critical infrastructure in coastal areas using advanced InSAR technique.Bei An Yanan Jiang Changcheng Wang Peng Shen Tianyi Song Chihao Hu Kui Liu 2023International Journal of Digital Earth2023,16,1:0
13Effect of slag composition on elements oxidation behavior of GH984G superalloy for electroslag remelting withdrawal process显示文摘The composition of a slag system has been shown to be particularly important and influential for the new technology of electroslag remelting withdrawal process.The oxidation of the GH984G alloy elements,in contact with different contents of CaF_(2)–CaO–Al_(2)O_(3)–MgO–TiO_(2)–SiO_(2)in various slag systems,has been investigated in the present study by performing slag–metal equilibrium experiments and ion and molecule coexistence theory analysis.The results show that CaF_(2)and MgO have only a minor effect on the oxidation rates of Al and Ti in the GH984G superalloys.However,it was found that SiO_(2)would intensify the oxidation degree of Al and Ti,and Al was found to become easier oxidized than Ti.Moreover,CaO was found to reduce the activity of SiO_(2)and,thereby,also the oxidation degree of Al and Ti.Also,TiO_(2)was found to reduce the oxidation rate of Ti and instead increase the oxidation rate of Al.Finally,the effect of Al_(2)O_(3)on the oxidation of Al and Ti was observed to be opposite to that of TiO_(2).The calculated results were found to be in good agreement with experimental measurements.Moreover,viscosity experiments showed that CaO would rapidly increase the viscosity of the slag at low temperatures,and that the viscosity of the slag would increase with an increase in SiO_(2)content.Fu-bin Liu Jun-zhe Gao Hai-bo Cao Hua-bing Li Zhou-hua Jiang Xin Geng Cong-peng Kang Kui Chen Rui-dong An 2022Journal of Iron and Steel Research(International)2022,29,5:0
