1Discovery of the Early Paleozoic post-collisional granites in northern margin ofthe Erguna massif and its geological significance显示文摘The Luoguhe intrusion, located in MoheCounty, Heilongjiang Province, is mainly composed of mon-zogranite, quartz diorite and granodiorite, with minor dio-rite, tonalite, quartz monzodiorite, quartz monzonite, syeno-granite and alkali-feldspar granite. The intrusion can bedivided into two lithological units, i.e. quartz diorite andmonzogranite units, with affinities to high-K calc-alkalineseries. The quartz diorite unit (SiO2: 54.79%―58.30%Na2O/CaO: 0.79―1.53 and Shand index: 0.77―0.82) belongsto metaluminous rocks. And the monzogranite unit (SiO2:65.29%―66.45%, Na2O/CaO: 1.73―3.43 and Shand index<1.05) can be considered as weakly peraluminous rocks. Theintrusion is characterized by high REE abundance (∑REE =180.2―344.3 μg/g), medium-strong negative Eu anomalies(δ Eu = 0.33―0.82), weak REE fractionation [(La/Yb)N =4.12―10.45], enrichments in Rb, Th, U, K, La, Ce, Nd, HfZr and Sm, but strong depletions of Ba, Nb, Ta, Sr, P and TiThese characteristics of major, REE and trace elements in-dicate that the intrusion was formed in a transitional tectonicsetting from compressional to extensional regime, which canbe classified as post-collisional granitoids. SHRIMP U-Pbzircon analyses yield ages of 517±9 and 504±8 Ma for thequartz diorite and monzogranite units, respectively. 2Detection of DNA methylation changes during seed germination in rapeseed (Brassica napus)显示文摘DNA methylation is known to play a crucial role in regulating plant development and or- gan or tissue differentiation. In this study, we as- sessed the extent and pattern of cytosine methylation during rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) seed germina- tion, and compared the methylation level of various tissues in seedling, using the techniques of methyla- tion-sensitive amplified polymorphism (MSAP) and HPLC separation and quantification of nucleosides. In all, 484 bands, each representing a recognition site cleaved by either or both of the isoschizomers, were amplified by 12 pairs of selective primers in DNA ob- tained from dry seeds. A total of 76 sites were found to be differentially digested by the isoschizomers, indicating that approximately 15.7% of 5′-CCGG-3′ sites in the genome were cytosine methylated. Four classes of patterns were observed in a comparative assay of cytosine methylation in the dry and germi- nating seeds; a small number of hypermethylation events occurred at 5′-CCGG-3′ sites in germinating seeds compared with dry seeds, while many more hypomethylation events were detected after seed germination. Differences in DNA methylation level in various tissues were also detected; radicel was less methylated than hypocotyl and cotyledon. These observations were further confirmed by HPLC analy- sis. In addition, sequencing of eleven differentially methylated fragments and the subsequent blast search revealed that cytosine methylated 5′-CCGG- 3′ sequences were equally distributed between cod- ing and non-coding regions. These results clearly demonstrate the power of MSAP technique for large-scale DNA methylation detection in rapeseed genome, and the complexity of DNA methylationchange during seed germination. 5A Nonlinear Observer Approach of SOC Estimation Based on Hysteresis Model for Lithium-ion Battery显示文摘In this paper, a state of charge(SOC) estimation approach for lithium-ion battery based on equivalent circuit model and the input-to-state stability(ISS) theory has been proposed. According to the electrochemical performance of lithiumion battery, the equivalent circuit model with two RC networks is established, which includes hysteresis characteristic in inner electrochemical response process. The nonlinear relation between open circuit voltage(OCV) and SOC is obtained from a rapid test. Exponential fitting method is used to identify the parameters of the model. A novel state observer based on ISS theory is designed for lithium-ion battery SOC estimation. The designed observer is tested on AMESim and Simulink co-simulation. 9Insight into the interaction between Ni-rich LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2 cathode and BF4--introducing electrolyte at 4.5V high voltage显示文摘Owing to the high specific capacity and high voltage,Ni-rich(LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2,LNCM811)cathode has been considered as one of the most promising candidate cathode materials for next generation lithium ion batteries,whereas severe capacity fading greatly hinders its practical application.Notably,the compatibility of Ni-rich materials with LiBF4-containing electrolyte has not yet been realized.Herein,1 M LiPF6-based electrolyte with introducing 2 M LiBF4 is proposed to dramatically improve the cyclic stability of high voltage LNCM811/Li half-cell.Addition of high concentrated LiBF4 improves the moisture stability of electrolyte,which hinders the generation of harmful by-product HF,resulting in improved interfacial stability of LNCM811.Lithium plating/stripping reaction of Li/Li symmetric cell confirms that the enhanced cyclic stability is ascribed to the improved interfacial stability of LNCM811 instead of lithium electrode.Morphology and composition characterization results reveal that LiBF4 participates in the CEI film-forming reaction,resulting in suppressed oxidation of electrolyte and interfacial structural destruction of LNCM811.Guangyuan Lan Hebing Zhou Lidan Xing Jiawei Chen Zifei Li Rude Guo Yanxia Che Weishan Li 2019Journal of Energy Chemistry2019,28,12:3
10Recent progress in wide field-of-view optical receivers显示文摘The wide field-of-view(FOV) optical receiver has many advantages in optical wireless communication,sensing and detection.However,the FOV is limited by some tradeoffs of the receiver's components employing conventional optical devices.Furthermore,present mechanisms to extend the FOV are not effective.To realize the wide FOV receiver effectively,we propose surface plasmon polaritons(SPPs) as the potential candidate.Two examples are presented to lively illustrate SPPs' striking power to offer unexpected solutions to conventional problems.It is shown that unusual conditions should be explored to make use of SPPs under some circumstances.Excitations of localized SPPs,which are independent of the incidence angle,are suggested as the mechanism for the wide FOV receiver.Some progress in the optimization of SPPs' excitation at oblique incidence is also reported.LI GuangYuan CAI Lin XU AnShit 2009Chinese Science Bulletin2009,54,20:3

13Wet spinning of fiber-shaped flexible Zn-ion batteries toward wearable energy storage显示文摘High-performance flexible one-dimensional(1D)electrochemical energy storage devices are crucial for the applications of wearable electronics.Although much progress on various 1D energy storage devices has been made,challenges involving fabrication cost,scalability,and efficiency remain.Herein,a highperformance flexible all-fiber zinc-ion battery(ZIB)is fabricated using a low-cost,scalable,and efficient continuous wet-spinning method.Viscous composite inks containing cellulose nanofibers/carbon nanotubes(CNFs/CNTs)binary composite network and either manganese dioxide nanowires(MnO_(2) NWs)or commercial Zn powders are utilized to spinning fiber cathodes and anodes,respectively.MnO_(2) NWs and Zn powders are uniformly dispersed in the interpenetrated CNFs/CNTs fibrous network,leading to homogenous composite inks with an ideal shear-thinning property.The obtained fiber electrodes demonstrate favorable uniformity and flexibility.Benefiting from the well-designed electrodes,the assembled flexible fiber-shaped ZIB delivers a high specific capacity of 281.5 m Ah g^(-1) at 0.25 A g^(-1) and displays excellent cycling stability over 400 cycles.Moreover,the wet-spun fiber-shaped ZIBs achieve ultrahigh gravimetric and volumetric energy densities of 47.3 Wh kg^(-1) and 131.3 m Wh cm^(-3),respectively,based on both cathode and anode and maintain favorable stability even after 4000 bending cycles.This work offers a new concept design of 1D flexible ZIBs that can be potentially incorporated into commercial textiles for wearable and portable electronics.Tingting Gao Guangyuan Yan Xin Yang Qing Yan Yankuan Tian Jianwei Song Faxue Li Xueli Wang Jianyong Yu Yiju Li Shaojun Guo 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,8:3

16An efficient papaya leaf distortion mosaic potyvirus vector for virus-induced gene silencing in papaya显示文摘Papaya(Carica papaya L.)is regarded as an excellent model for genomic studies of tropical trees because of its short generation time and its small genome that has been sequenced.However,functional genomic studies in papaya depend on laborious genetic transformations because no rapid tools exist for this species.Here,we developed a highly efficient virus-induced gene silencing(VIGS)vector for use in papaya by modifying an artificially attenuated infectious clone of papaya leaf distortion mosaic virus(PLDMV;genus:Potyvirus),PLDMV-E,into a stable Nimble Cloning(NC)-based PLDMV vector,pPLDMV-NC,in Escherichia coli.The target fragments for gene silencing can easily be cloned into pPLDMV-NC without multiple digestion and ligation steps.Using this PLDMV VIGS system,we silenced and characterized five endogenous genes in papaya,including two common VIGS marker genes,namely,phytoene desaturase,Mg-chelatase H subunit,putative GIBBERELLIN(GA)-INSENSITIVE DWARF1A and 1B encoding GA receptors;and the cytochrome P450 gene CYP83B1,which encodes a key enzyme involved in benzylglucosinolate biosynthesis.The results demonstrate that our newly developed PLDMV VIGS vector is a rapid and convenient tool for functional genomic studies in papaya.Decai Tuo Pu Yan Guangyuan Zhao Hongguang Cui Guopeng Zhu Yang Liu Xiukun Yang He Wang Xiaoying Li Wentao Shen Peng Zhou 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:2
17Review of drought impacts on carbon cycling in grassland ecosystems显示文摘Grasslands play a key role in both carbon and water cycles.In semi-arid and arid grassland areas,the frequency and intensity of droughts are increasing.However,the influence of a drought on grassland carbon cycling is still unclear.In this paper,the relationship between drought and grassland carbon cycling is described from the perspective of drought intensity,frequency,duration,and timing.Based on a large amount of literature,we determined that drought is one of the most prominent threats to grassland carbon cycling,although the impacts of different drought conditions are uncertain.The effects of a drought on grassland carbon cycling are more or less altered by drought-induced disturbances,whether individually or in combination.Additionally,a new conceptual model is proposed to better explain the mechanism of droughts on grassland carbon cycling.At present,evaluations of the effects of droughts on grassland carbon cycling are mainly qualitative.A data fusion model is indispensable for evaluating the fate of carbon cycling in a sustainable grassland system facing global change.In the future,multi-source data and models,based on the development of single and multiple disturbance experiments at the ecosystem level,can be utilized to systematically evaluate drought impacts on grassland carbon cycling at different timescales.Furthermore,more advanced models should be developed to address extreme drought events and their consequences on energy,water,and carbon cycling.Tianjie LEI Jie FENG Cuiying ZHENG Shuguang LI Yang WANG Zhitao WU Jingxuan LU Guangyuan KAN Changliang SHAO Jinsheng JIA Hui CHENG 2020Frontiers of Earth Science2020,14,2:2
18Naringenin nanocrystals for improving antirheumatoid arthritis activity显示文摘Naringenin(NAR)is recognized for its anti-inflammatory activity.However,the clinical application of NAR is limited by low bioavailability,which is attributed to its poor aqueous solubility.In this study,we aimed to improve the therapeutic efficacy of NAR by formulating it into nanocrystals(NCs)via wet milling.The obtained NARNCs exhibited superior dissolution behaviors,increased cellular uptake,and enhanced transcellular diffusion relative to those of bulk NAR.Oral administration of NARNCs also significantly improved bioavailability in rats.In addition,the NARNCs effectively improved rheumatoid arthritis treatment in collagen-induced arthritic rats by reducing inflammatory cell infiltration and synovial damage.These results indicate that NARNCs provides a promising strategy for rheumatoid arthritis treatment.Guangshuai Zhang Guangyuan Sun Haishan Guan Mo Li Yanhua Liu Baocheng Tian Zhonggui He Qiang Fu 2021Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2021,16,6:1
