1Enhanced catalysis of ultrasmall Au-MoS_2 clusters against reactive oxygen species for radiation protection显示文摘Ionizing radiation produces excessive reactive oxygen species(ROS) which impose detrimental effects on biological systems. Thus, it is important to explore clinically safe and efficacious radioprotection agents to scavenge ROS and reduce the risks of radiotherapy. Recently, emerging catalytic nanomaterials such as sulfide nanomaterials have shown capability of clearing ROS in vivo by unique electron transfers between atoms, but their catalytic activities are yet suboptimal. As such, there is an unmet need to improve catalytic properties for stronger antioxidant activities and radiation protection. Herein, we prepared ultrasmall Au-MoS_2 clusters(~2.5 nm) and they showed enhanced catalytic properties via gold intercalation facilitating increased active sites and synergistic effects. Electrocatalysis results revealed that the catalytic activity of Au-MoS_2 towards H2O_2 was superior to ultrasmall MoS_2 without Au. As a result, we found that improving the electrocatalytic property of Au-MoS_2 can effectively enhance corresponding antioxidant activities and radioprotection effects in vivo. In addition, Au-MoS_2 also showed significant radioprotection in vitro and dramatically reduced the excess of radiation-induced adverse ROS. 3Direct laser patterning of two-dimensional lateral transition metal disulfide-oxide-disulfide heterostructures for ultrasensitive sensors显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)heterostructures based on the combination of transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs)and transition metal oxides(TMOs)have aroused growing attention due to their integrated merits of both components and multiple functionalities.However,nondestructive approaches of constructing TMD-TMO heterostructures are still very limited.Here,we develop a novel type of lateral TMD-TMO heterostructure(NbS2-Nb2O5-NbS2)using a simple lithography-free,direct laser-patterning technique.The perfect contact of an ultrathin TMO channel(Nb2O5)with two metallic TMDs(NbS2)electrodes guarantee strong electrical signals in a two-terminal sensor.Distinct from sensing mechanisms in separate TMOs or TMDs,this sensor works based on the modulation of surface conduction of the ultrathin TMO(Nb2O5)channel through an adsorbed layer of water molecules.The sensor thus exhibits high selectivity and ultrahigh sensitivity for room-temperature detection of NH3(ΔR/R=80%at 50 ppm),superior to the reported NH3 sensors based on 2D materials,and a positive temperature coefficient of resistance as high as 15%–20%/℃.Bending-invariant performance and high reliability are also demonstrated in flexible versions of sensors.Our work provides a new strategy of lithography-free processing of novel TMD-TMO heterostructures towards high-performance sensors,showing great potential in the applications of future portable and wearable electronics.Bolun Wang Hao Luo Xuewen Wang Enze Wang Yufei Sun Yu-Chien Tsai Jinxuan Dong Peng Liu Huanglong Li Yong Xu Sefaattin Tongay Kaili Jiang Shoushan Fan Kai Liu 2020Nano Research2020,13,8:1

63D-printed cell-free PCL-MECM scaffold with biomimetic micro-structure and micro-environment to enhance in situ meniscus regeneration显示文摘Despite intensive effort was made to regenerate injured meniscus by cell-free strategies through recruiting endogenous stem/progenitor cells,meniscus regeneration remains a great challenge in clinic.In this study,we found decellularized meniscal extracellular matrix(MECM)preserved native meniscal collagen and glycosaminoglycans which could be a good endogenous regeneration guider for stem cells.Moreover,MECM significantly promoted meniscal fibrochondrocytes viability and proliferation,increased the expression of type II collagen and proteoglycans in vitro.Meanwhile,we designed 3D-printed polycaprolactone(PCL)scaffolds which mimic the circumferential and radial collagen orientation in native meniscus.Taken these two advantages together,a micro-structure and micro-environment dually biomimetic cell-free scaffold was manipulated.This cell-free PCL-MECM scaffold displayed superior biocompatibility and yielded favorable biomechanical capacities closely to native meniscus.Strikingly,neo-menisci were regenerated within PCL-MECM scaffolds which were transplanted into knee joints underwent medial meniscectomy in rabbits and sheep models.Histological staining confirmed neo-menisci showed meniscus-like heterogeneous staining.Mankin scores showed PCL-MECM scaffold could protect articular cartilage well,and knee X-ray examination revealed same results.Knee magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)scanning also showed some neo-menisci in PCL-MECM scaffold group.In conclusion,PCL-MECM scaffold appears to optimize meniscus regeneration.This could represent a promising approach worthy of further investigation in preclinical applications.Weimin Guo Mingxue Chen Zhenyong Wang Yue Tian Jinxuan Zheng Shuang Gao Yangyang Li Yufeng Zheng Xu Li Jingxiang Huang Wei Niu Shuangpeng Jiang Chunxiang Hao Zhiguo Yuan Yu Zhang Mingjie Wang Zehao Wang Jiang Peng Aiyuan Wang Yu Wang Xiang Sui Wenjing Xu Libo Hao Xifu Zheng Shuyun Liu Quanyi Guo 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,10:1

8Immunogenic-cell-killing and immunosuppression-inhibiting nanomedicine显示文摘Combining chemo-therapeutics with immune checkpoint inhibitors facilitates killing cancer cells and activating the immune system through inhibiting immune escape.However,their treatment effects remain limited due to the compromised accumulation of both drugs and inhibitors in certain tumor tissues.Herein,a new poly(acrylamide-co-acrylonitrile-co-vinylimidazole-co-bis(2-methacryloyl)oxyethyl disulfide)(PAAVB)polymer-based intelligent platform with controllable upper critical solution temperature(UCST)was used for the simultaneous delivery of paclitaxel(PTX)and curcumin(CUR).Additionally,a hyaluronic acid(HA)layer was coated on the surface of PAAVB NPs to target the CD44-overexpressed tumor cells.The proposed nanomedicine demonstrated a gratifying accumulation in tumor tissue and uptake by cancer cells.Then,the acidic microenvironment and high level of glutathione(GSH)in cancer cells could spontaneously decrease the UCST of polymer,leading to the disassembly of the NPs and rapid drug release at body temperature without extra-stimuli.Significantly,the released PTX and CUR could induce the immunogenic cell death(ICD)to promote adaptive anti-tumor immunogenicity and inhibit immunosuppression through suppressing the activity of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1(IDO1)enzyme respectively.Therefore,the synergism of this intelligent nanomedicine can suppress primary breast tumor growth and inhibit their lung metastasis.Ying Wang Di Gao Yan Liu Xiaoqing Guo Shuojia Chen Li Zeng Jinxuan Ma Xingcai Zhang Zhongmin Tian Zhe Yang 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,6:0

11Enhanced carrier mobility in MoSe_(2) by pressure modulation显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)materials hold great potential for the development of next-generation integrated circuits(ICs)at the atomic limit.However,it is still very challenging to build high performance devices.One of the main factors that limit the incorporation of 2D materials into IC technology is their relatively low carrier mobility.Thus,the engineering strategies that focus on optimizing performance continue to emerge.Herein,using a spatiotemporal resolved pump-probe setup,the carrier transport performance and relaxation process of few-layer and bulk MoSe_(2) under pressure were investigated nondestructively and simultaneously.Our results show that pressure can tune the transport performance effectively.In particular,under pressure regulation,the carrier mobility of the bulk MoSe_(2) increases by~4 times;meanwhile,the carrier lifetimes of the samples become shorter.Although the processes almost return to their initial state after the pressure release,it is still surprising to see that the carrier mobilities of fewlayer and bulk MoSe2 are still~1.5 and 2 times enhanced,and carrier lifetimes are still shorter than the initial state.Combined with the Raman spectra under pressure,we consider that it is caused by the enhanced layer coupling and lattice compression.The combination of enhanced mobility and shortened lifetime in MoSe_(2) under pressure holds great potential for optoelectronic applications under the deep ocean and deep earth.Zhiying Bai He Zhang Jiaqi He Dawei He Jiarong Wang Guili Li Jinxuan Bai Kun Zhao Xiaohui Yu Yongsheng Wang Xiaoxian Zhang 2023Nano Research2023,16,11:0

13Enhanced exciton diffusion from interlayer charge-transfer transitions in PtSe2/MoSe_(2) van der Waals heterojunction显示文摘Artificial van der Waals(vdWs)heterostructures offer unprecedented opportunities to explore and reveal novel synergistic electronic and optical phenomena,which are beneficial for the development of novel optoelectronic devices at atomic limits.However,due to the damage caused by the device fabrication process,their inherent properties such as carrier mobility are obscured,which hinders the improvement of device performance and the incorporation of vdWs materials into next-generation integrated circuits.Herein,combining pump-probe spectroscopic and scanning probe microscopic techniques,the intrinsic optoelectronic properties of PtSe_(2)/MoSe_(2)heterojunction were nondestructively and systematically investigated.The heterojunction exhibits a broad-spectrum optical response and maintains ultrafast carrier dynamics(interfacial charge transfer~0.8 ps and carrier lifetime~38.2 ps)simultaneously.The in-plane exciton diffusion coefficient of the heterojunction was extracted(19.4±7.6 cm^(2)∙s^(−1)),and its exciton mobility as high as 756.8 cm^(2)∙V−1∙s^(−1)was deduced,exceeding the value of its components.This enhancement was attributed to the formation of an n-type Schottky junction between PtSe_(2)and MoSe_(2),and its built-in electric field assisted the ultrafast transfer of photogenerated carriers from MoSe_(2)to PtSe_(2),enhancing the in-plane exciton diffusion of the heterojunction.Our results demonstrate that PtSe_(2)/MoSe_(2)is suitable for the development of broadspectrum and sensitive optoelectronic devices.Meanwhile,the results contribute to a fundamental understanding of the performance of various optoelectronic devices based on such PtSe_(2)two-dimensional(2D)heterostructures.Jiarong Wang Dawei He Zhiying Bai Guili Li Jinxuan Bai Keqin Liu Fangying Ren Xiaojing Liu Jiaqi He Weiya Zhou Jianlin Sun Yongsheng Wang Xiaoxian Zhang Yuchao Yang 2023Nano Research2023,16,11:0
14存量工业用地更新与政策演进的时空响应研究--以天津市中心城区为例显示文摘The regeneration of stock land has gradually occupied the mainstream of China’s urban development.In order to cope with the inherent complexity of land property rights and transaction costs in stock land regeneration,relevant urban policies need to play a necessary guiding role.Taking the downtown area of Tianjin as an example,this paper discusses the interaction between spatial regeneration and policy change of stock industrial land.Firstly,a spatial database is constructed through multi-party research to quantitatively describe the spatial and temporal evolution of the stock industrial land since 1995.Secondly,the relevant urban policies since 1979 are sorted out,and the characteristics of policy changes are evaluated and analyzed.Finally,through comparative studies,it is confirmed that the regeneration rate of stock industrial land is affected by policy change,and the speed of policy impact is subject to the policies’inherent characteristics,namely,'guiding policy'or'regulating policy.'Zeng Peng Li Jinxuan 2020China City Planning Review2020,29,4:0
15Color-kinematics duality for Sudakov form factor in non-supersymmetric pure Yang-Mills theory显示文摘We study the duality between color and kinematics for the Sudakov form factors of tr(F~2)in non-supersymmetric pure Yang-Mills theory.We construct the integrands that manifest the color-kinematics duality up to two loops.The resulting numerators are given in terms of Lorentz products of momenta and polarization vectors,which have the same powers of loop momenta as that from the Feynman rules.The integrands are checked by d-dimensional unitarity cuts and are valid in any dimension.We find that massless-bubble and tadpole topologies are needed at two loops to realize the color-kinematics duality.Interestingly,the two-loop solution contains a large number of free parameters suggesting the duality may hold at higher loop orders.Zeyu Li Gang Yang Jinxuan Zhang 2022Communications in Theoretical Physics2022,74,6:0
16The recent advances and future perspectives of genetic compensation studies in the zebrafish model显示文摘Genetic compensation is a remarkable biological concept to explain the genetic robustness in an organism to maintain its fitness and viability if there is a disruption occurred in the genetic variation by mutation.However,the underlying mechanism in genetic compensation remain unsolvable.The initial concept of genetic compensation has been studied in model organisms when there was a discrepancy between knockout-mediated and knockdown-mediated phenotypes.In the zebrafish model,several studies have reported that zebrafish mutants did not exhibit severe phenotype as shown in zebrafish morphants for the same genes.This phenomenon in zebrafish mutants but not morphants is due to the response of genetic compensation.In 2019,two amazing works partially uncovered genetic compensation could be triggered by the upregulation of compensating genes through regulating NMD and/or PTC-bearing mRNA in collaboration with epigenetic machinery in mutant zebrafish.In this review,we would like to update the recent advances and future perspectives of genetic compensation studies,which including the hypothesis of time-dependent involvement and addressing the discrepancy between knockout-mediated and knockdown-mediated to study gene function in the zebrafish model.At last,the study of genetic compensation could be a potential therapeutic strategy to treat human genetic disorder related diseases.Muhammad Abdul Rouf Lin Wen Yoga Mahendra Jinxuan Wang Kun Zhang Shuang Liang Yuming Wang Zhenggong Li Yeqi Wang Guixue Wang 2023Genes & Diseases2023,10,2:0
17The effects of deformation parameters and cooling rates on the aging behavior of AZ80+0.4%Ce显示文摘The extruded AZ80+0.4%Ce magnesium alloy was twisted in the temperature range of 300-380℃by using a Gleeble 3500 thermal simulation test machine with a torsion unit.The deformed cylindrical specimens were cooled at a cooling rate of 10℃/s or 0.1℃/s,respectively,and aged at 170℃.The microstructure analysis results showed that the grain size decreased with increasing specimen radial position from center(SRPC),and that the strong initial basal texture of the extruded magnesium alloy was weakened.Both continuous and discontinuous dynamic recrystallization mechanisms were involved in contributing to the grain refinement for all specimens investigated.And a novel extension twinning induced dynamic recrystallization mechanism was proposed for specimen deformed at 300℃.For the specimens deformed at 300℃and 340℃followed by a slow cooling rate(0.1℃/s),precipitates of various shapes(β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)),with the dominant precipitates being on the grains boundaries,appeared on the surface section.For specimen deformed at 380℃,lamellar precipitates(LPS)in the interiors of the grains were predominant.After aging,the LPS still dominated for specimens twisted at 380℃;however,the LPS gradually decreased with decreasing deformation temperatures from 380℃to 300℃.Dynamically precipitatedβ,especially those decorating the grain boundaries,changed the competition pictures for the LPS and precipitates of other shapes after aging.Interestingly,LPS dominated the areas for the center section of the specimens after aging regardless of deformation temperatures.Low temperature deformation with high SRPC followed by rapid cooling rate increased the micro hardness of the alloy after aging due to refined grain,reduced precipitates size,decreased lamellar spacing as well as strain hardening.Yongbiao Yang Jinxuan Guo Cuiying Wang Ting Yan Zhang Wenxuan Jiang Zhimin Zhang Qiang Wang Guojun Li Jun Wang 2024Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2024,12,2:0
