2Study on improvement of conductivity of Cu-Cr-Zr alloys显示文摘The influence of alloying, heat treatment, and plastic working on the performance of Cu-Cr-Zr alloys was investigated. The precipitated phases were characterized as Cr, Cu51Zr14 and Cu5Zr. Cu-Cr-Zr alloys demonstrate combination properties of high strength and high conductivity after solution treatment, aging treatment, and plastic deformation. 3Partial Discharge Measurement and Analysis in High Voltage IGBT Modules Under DC Voltage显示文摘Insulation performance of high voltage IGBT modules is one of the key attributes in power system applications.However,the existing standards of IGBT devices and research on the evaluation of insulation performance of high voltage IGBT modules are insufficient;for example,partial discharge resistance under DC voltage blocking condition is not considered.In this paper,a new test was proposed to allow the measurement of partial discharges in all the components of IGBT modules under DC voltage.The topology of the measuring circuit is arranged in the polarity discrimination way to exclude the interference,and the voltage and discharge current waveforms during the partial discharge process are measured by the wideband time domain measurement technique.According to the proposed test,the discharge phenomenon of the IGBT modules below the rating voltage were detected.A comprehensive waveform analysis on the voltage and discharge current was performed,and the influence of the applied voltage on the waveform parameters was obtained.The waveform parameters are influenced by the applied voltage and insulation structure,which enables the discrimination of the causes of the observed partial discharge in the IGBT module under DC voltage by the waveform analysis technique.Based on the waveform analysis technique,the types and causes of the observed partial discharges were discussed and inferred,and the correctness of the inference was further verified by observation.The proposed test and waveform analysis technique provide the possibility to evaluate and distinguish partial discharges in the high voltage IGBT module under DC voltage,which may be helpful to insulation performance evaluation and insulation defect diagnosis in high voltage IGBT module.Pengyu Fu Zhibin Zhao Xiang Cui Teng Wen Haoyu Wang Xuebao Li Peng Zhang 2018CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2018,4,4:9

5Investigation of MHD power generation with supersonic non-equilibrium RF discharge显示文摘Magnetohydrodynamic(MHD) power generation with supersonic non-equilibrium plasma is demonstrated. Capacitively coupled radio frequency(RF) discharge(6 MHz, maximum continual power output of 200 W) was adopted to ionize the Mach number 3.5(650 m/s),0.023 kg/m3 airflow. In a MHD channel of 16 mm*10mm*20 mm, MHD open voltage of 10 V is realized in the magnetic field of 1.25 T, and power of 0.12 m W is extracted steadily and continuously in the magnetic field of 1 T. The reasons for limited power generation are proposed as:low conductivity of RF discharge; large touch resistance between MHD electrode and plasma;strong current eddies due to flow boundary layer. 6Investigation of the short-term stress distribution in stopes and drifts backfilled with cemented paste backfill显示文摘Cemented paste backfill(CPB) is largely used in underground mines worldwide.A key issue associated with application of CPB is to estimate the stresses in backfilled stopes and on barricades.Recent numerical and experimental results show that arching effect is absent shortly after the placement of CPB in stopes.However,stress decreases in barricade drift with increasing distance between the measurement points and drawpoint have also been observed,demonstrating arching effect shortly after the pouring of CPB.To explain these paradoxes,CPB is considered as Bingham fluid having a yield shear stress.Three dimensional analytical solutions are proposed to evaluate the short-term total stresses in backfilled stopes and on barricades,accounting for the CPB's yield shear stress-induced arching effect.Stress diminution due to such arching effect in the backfilled stopes and on barricades is indeed obtained.But the reduction becomes insignificant using typical yield shear stress and stope geometry.More analyses indicate that the typical yield shear stress values do not fully correspond to field conditions where the yield shear stress would increase exponentially due to apparent consolidation(loss of water by drainage,a phenomenon similar to the desiccation of overly saturated fine-grained materials).Pengyu Yang Li Li 2015International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2015,25,5:6

9Influence of puerarin,paeoniflorin,and menthol on structure and barrier function of tight junctions in MDCK and MDCK-MDR1 Cells显示文摘Objective:In this study,the influence of puerarin,paeoniflorin,and menthol on the structure and barrier function of tight junctions(TJs)in MadineDarby canine kidney epithelial(MDCK)and MDCK-multi-drug resistance 1(MDR1)cells was evaluated to determine the mechanisms by which the drugs cross the bloodebrain barrier(BBB).Method:Cells were treated with puerarin,paeoniflorin,and menthol followed by immunohistochemical staining with occludin,claudin-1,and F-actin.The cells were then observed using laser-scanning confocal microscopy.Average optical density(AOD)of the immunofluorescence images of the proteins were analyzed using ImageJ software while Transepithelial electrical resistance(TEER)was measured using an epithelial voltohmmeter.Results:Confocal microscopy revealed that puerarin-and paeoniflorin-treated tight junction proteins were conspicuous while menthol suppressed their expression.Correspondingly,AOD values of cells treated with puerarin or paeoniflorin,or both showed no difference compared to the control group(P>.05)while the menthol group value was downregulated.In 3 h,TEER of cells not treated with menthol were similar to the control group,while treatment with menthol significantly decreased TEER value(P<.05).In addition,application of menthol decreased TEER in MDCK cells earlier than in MDCK-MDR1 cells.Conclusion:Menthol but not puerarin and paeoniflorin may enhance paracellular transport and improve drug penetration of the BBB by disrupting the structure and,thereby,weakening the barrier function of TJs.Lin Zhang Shouying Du Yang Lu Chang Liu Huichao Wu Bing Yang Jie Bai Pengyue Li 2015Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2015,2,2:4

12A numerical evaluation of continuous backfilling in cemented paste backfilled stope through an application of wick drains显示文摘Cemented paste backfill(CPB) is gaining popularity in many underground mines worldwide. Sufficient water is added into CPB to make a flowable material for pipe transportation. Barricades are built near the drawpoints to prevent in-rush of the fill slurry. To avoid barricade failures resulting from excessive backfill pressures, backfilling is typically performed with a plug pour followed by a final pour. The interval between the two pours should be shortened or removed to increase mining productivity and avoid pipe clogging. Recently, Li proposed to apply wick drains in backfilled stopes to promote drainage and consolidation. The preliminary simulations by considering an instantaneous filling indicated that the drainage of CPB can be significantly accelerated by using wick drains. Barricade was not considered.Here, some new numerical modellings are presented with more representative filling sequences, stope geometry, and different draining configurations. 13Synthesis and characterization of the flower-like La_(x)Ce_(1-x)O_(1.5+δ) catalyst for low-temperature oxidative coupling of methane显示文摘Lanthanum-based oxides are promising candidates for low-temperature oxidative coupling of methane(OCM).To further lower the OCM reaction temperature,the Ce doped flower-like La_(2)O_(2)CO_(3)microsphere catalysts were synthesized,achieving a significantly low reaction temperature (375℃) while maintaining high C_(2) hydrocarbon selectivity (43.0%).Doping Ce into the lattice of La_(2)O_(2)CO_(3)created more surface oxygen vacancies and bulk lattice defects,which was in favor of the transformation and migration of oxygen species at 350–400℃.The designed H_(2) temperature-programmed reduction (H_(2)-TPR) experiments provided strong evidence that the low reaction temperature of La_(x)Ce_(1-x)O_(1.5+δ)can be attributed to the transformation and migration of oxygen species,which dynamically generated surface oxygen vacancies for continuous oxygen activation to selectively convert methane.Moreover,designed temperatureprogrammed surface reaction (TPSR) clarified that two kinds of surface oxygen species in La_(x)Ce_(1-x)O_(1.5+δ)catalysts were concerned with catalytic performance,that is,the surface chemisorbed oxygen species for the activation of CH_(2)and the formation of CH_(2)·intermediates,surface La-Ce-O lattice oxygen species that caused the excessive oxidation of CH_(2)·intermediates.Finally,the factors affecting the transformation and migration of oxygen species were explored.Ru Feng Pengyu Niu Bo Hou Qiang Wang Litao Jia Minggui Lin Debao Li 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,4:2
14Multi-functional vesicles improve Helicobacter pylori eradication by a comprehensive strategy based on complex pathological microenvironment显示文摘Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori),creating a global infection rate over 50%,presents great challenges in clinical therapies due to its complex pathological microenvironment in vivo.To improve the eradication efficacy,herein we fabricated a pharmaceutical vesicle RHL/Cl-Ch-cal where cholesterol-PEG,calcitriol and first-line antibiotic clarithromycin were co-loaded in the rhamnolipid-composed outer lipid layer.RHL/Cl-Ch-cal could quickly penetrate through gastric mucus layer to reach H.pylori infection sites,and then effectively destroyed the architecture of H.pylori biofilms,killed dispersed H.pylori and inhibited the re-adhesion of residual bacteria(called biofilms eradication tetralogy).Moreover,RHL/Cl-Ch-cal activated the host immune response to H.pylori by replenishing cholesterol to repair lipid raft on the cell membrane of host epithelial cells.Finally,RHL/Cl-Ch-cal killed the intracellular H.pylori through recovering the lysosomal acidification and assisting degradation.In experiments,RHL/Cl-Ch-cal demonstrated prominent anti-H.pylori efficacy in the classical H.pylori-infected mice model.Therefore,the study provides a“comprehensive attack”strategy for anti-H.pylori therapies including biofilms eradication tetralogy,immune activation and intracellular bacteria killing.Xiaonan Chen Yiqing Zou Shuqi Zhang Pengchao Fang Shuxuan Li Pengyu Li Yingying Sun Gang Yuan Haiyan Hu 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,9:2
15A LexA-based yeast two-hybrid system for studying light- switchable interactions of phytochromes with their interacting partners显示文摘Phytochromes are a family of photoreceptors in plants that perceive the red(R)and far-red(FR)components of their light environment.Phytochromes exist in vivo in two forms,the inactive Pr form and the active Pfr form,that are interconvertible by treatments with R or FR light.It is believed that phytochromes transduce light signals by interacting with their signaling partners.A GAL4-based lightswitchable yeast two-hybrid(Y2H)system was developed two decades ago and has been successfully employed in many studies to determine phytochrome interactions with their signaling components.However,several pairs of interactions between phytochromes and their interactors,such as the phyACOP1 and phyA-TZP interactions,were demonstrated by other assay systems but were not detected by this GAL4 Y2H system.Here,we report a modified LexA Y2H system,in which the LexA DNA-binding domain is fused to the C-terminus of a phytochrome protein.The conformational changes of phytochromes in response to R and FR light are achieved in yeast cells by exogenously supplying phycocyanobilin(PCB)extracted from Spirulina.The well-defined interaction pairs,including phyA-FHY1 and phyB-PIFs,are well reproducible in this system.Moreover,we show that our system is successful in detecting the phyA-COP1 and phyA-TZP interactions.Together,our study provides an alternative Y2H system that is highly sensitive and reproducible for detecting light-switchable interactions of phytochromes with their interacting partners.Hong Li Xinyan Qin Pengyu Song Run Han Jigang Li 2021aBIOTECH2021,2,2:2
16Synthesis and characterization of dendronized hyperbranched polymers through the “A_3+B_2” approach显示文摘Dendronized hyperbranched polymer(DHP) is a new kind of polymer, which combines the advantages of dendrimers and hyperbranched polymers. In this work, two dendronized hyperbranched polymers, DHPG0 and DHPG1, were successfully prepared through the simple 'A_3+B_2' type Sonogashira coupling reaction. The nonlinear optical(NLO) effects of DHPG0 and DHPG1, characterized by the d33 values, were 183 and 220 pm V^(–1) respectively, higher than those of their analogues of dendronized polymers and dendrimers, thanks to the special topological structure. 18LIM domain proteins Pinch1/2 regulate chondrogenesis and bone mass in mice显示文摘The LIM domain-containing proteins Pinch1/2 regulate integrin activation and cell–extracellular matrix interaction and adhesion.Here,we report that deleting Pinch1 in limb mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)and Pinch2 globally(double knockout;dKO)in mice causes severe chondrodysplasia,while single mutant mice do not display marked defects.Pinch deletion decreases chondrocyte proliferation,accelerates cell differentiation and disrupts column formation.Pinch loss drastically reduces Smad2/3 protein expression in proliferative zone(PZ)chondrocytes and increases Runx2 and Col10a1 expression in both PZ and hypertrophic zone(HZ)chondrocytes.Pinch loss increases sclerostin and Rankl expression in HZ chondrocytes,reduces bone formation,and increases bone resorption,leading to low bone mass.In vitro studies revealed that Pinch1 and Smad2/3 colocalize in the nuclei of chondrocytes.Through its C-terminal region,Pinch1 interacts with Smad2/3 proteins.Pinch loss increases Smad2/3 ubiquitination and degradation in primary bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs).Pinch loss reduces TGF-β-induced Smad2/3 phosphorylation and nuclear localization in primary BMSCs.Interestingly,compared to those from single mutant mice,BMSCs from dKO mice express dramatically lower protein levels ofβ-catenin and Yap1/Taz and display reduced osteogenic but increased adipogenic differentiation capacity.Finally,ablating Pinch1 in chondrocytes and Pinch2 globally causes severe osteopenia with subtle limb shortening.Collectively,our findings demonstrate critical roles for Pinch1/2 and a functional redundancy of both factors in the control of chondrogenesis and bone mass through distinct mechanisms.Yiming Lei Xuekun Fu Pengyu Li Sixiong Lin Qinnan Yan Yumei Lai Xin Liu Yishu Wang Xiaochun Bai Chuanju Liu Di Chen Xuenong Zou Xu Cao Huiling Cao Guozhi Xiao 2020Bone Research2020,8,4:2
19Influence of frequency on the surface discharge characteristics of PEEK under positive repetitive square voltage显示文摘In this study, the surface discharge current pulses of polyetheretherketone (PEEK) material under positive repetitive square voltage in a nitrogen atmosphere are measured. The influences of different voltage amplitudes and frequencies on the detail parameters of forward discharge and backward discharge current pulses are statistically analysed. The results show that as the square voltage amplitude increases, the current pulse amplitude, fall time and pulse width of both forward and backward discharge current increase, and the rise time does not change significantly. As the voltage frequency increases, current pulse amplitude, fall time and pulse width of both forward and backward discharge current decrease, and the rise time does not change significantly. Due to the independence of the discharge at different repetitive cycles, the specific discharge process in one cycle is analysed in detail to explain the influence mechanism of the voltage amplitude and frequency on the discharge current. By mean of the Richardson-Schottky and the Cavallini relaxation model, the relationship between discharge voltage ratio and surface charge, and the decay process of surface discharge are analysed. 20Anti-arthritic effects of microneedling with bee venom gel显示文摘Objective:To combine with transdermal drug delivery using microneedle to simulate the bee venom therapy to evaluate the permeation of bee venom gel.Methods:In this study,the sodium urate and LPS were used on rats and mice to construct the model.Bee venom gelemicroneedle combination effect on the model is to determine the role of microneedle gel permeation by observing inflammation factors.Results:Compared with the model group,the bee venom gelemicroneedle combination group can reduce the level of serum nitric oxide of the acute gouty inflammation model caused by sodium urate,and on LPS induced mouse model of acute inflammation effect and the micro.Conclusions:Bee venom can significantly suppress the occurrence of gouty arthritis inflammation in rats and mice LPS inflammatory reaction.Choose the 750 mm microneedle with 10N force on skin about 3 minutes,bee venom can play the optimal role,and the anti-inflammatory effect is obvious.Microneedles can promote the percutaneous absorption of the active macromolecules bee venom gel.Mengdi Zhao Jie Bai Yang Lu Shouying Du Kexin Shang Pengyue Li Liu Yang Boyu Dong Ning Tan 2016Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2016,3,4:2
