| 5 | Research on optimized GA-SVM vehicle speed prediction model based on driver-vehicle-road-traffic system显示文摘The accurate prediction of vehicle speed plays an important role in vehicle's real-time energy management and online optimization control. However, the current forecast methods are mostly based on traffic conditions to predict the speed, while ignoring the impact of the driver-vehicle-road system on the actual speed profile. In this paper, the correlation of velocity and its effect factors under various driving conditions were firstly analyzed based on driver-vehicle-road-traffic data records for a more accurate prediction model. With the modeling time and prediction time considered separately, the effectiveness and accuracy of several typical artificial-intelligence speed prediction algorithms were analyzed. The results show that the combination of niche immunegenetic algorithm-support vector machine(NIGA-SVM) prediction algorithm on the city roads with genetic algorithmsupport vector machine(GA-SVM) prediction algorithm on the suburb roads and on the freeway can sharply improve the accuracy and timeliness of vehicle speed forecasting. Afterwards, the optimized GA-SVM vehicle speed prediction model was established in accordance with the optimized GA-SVM prediction algorithm at different times. | 7 | AntarcticaLC2000:The new Antarctic land cover database for the year 2000显示文摘Antarctica plays a key role in global energy balance and sea level change.It has been conventionally viewed as a whole ice body with high albedo in General Circulation Models or Regional Climate Models and the differences of land cover has usually been overlooked.Land cover in Antarctica is one of the most important drivers of changes in the Earth system.Detailed land cover information over the Antarctic region is necessary as spatial resolution improves in land process models.However,there is a lack of complete Antarctic land cover dataset derived from a consistent data source.To fill this data gap,we have produced a database named Antarctic Land Cover Database for the Year 2000(AntarcticaLC2000) using Landsat Enhanced Thematic Mapper Plus(ETM+) data acquired around 2000 and Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectrometer(MODIS) images acquired in the austral summer of 2003/2004 according to the criteria for the 1:100000-scale.Three land cover types were included in this map,separately,ice-free rocks,blue ice,and snow/firn.This classification legend was determined based on a review of the land cover systems in Antarctica(LCCSA) and an analysis of different land surface types and the potential of satellite data.Image classification was conducted through a combined usage of computer-aided and manual interpretation methods.A total of 4067 validation sample units were collected through visual interpretation in a stratified random sampling manner.An overall accuracy of 92.3%and the Kappa coefficient of 0.836 were achieved.Results show that the areas and percentages of ice-free rocks,blue ice,and snow/firn are 73268.81 km2(0.537%),225937.26 km2(1.656%),and 13345460.41 km2(97.807%),respectively.The comparisons with other different data proved a higher accuracy of our product and a more advantageous data quality.These indicate that AntarcticaLC2000,the new land cover dataset for Antarctica entirely derived from satellite data,is a reliable product for a broad spectrum of applications. | HUI FengMing KANG Jing LIU Yan CHENG Xiao GONG Peng WANG Fang LI Zhan YE YuFang GUO ZiQi | 2017 | Science China Earth Sciences2017,60,4: | 5 |
| 8 | An improved Landsat Image Mosaic of Antarctica显示文摘A revised Landsat Image Mosaic of Antarctica (LIMA) is presented, using the 1073 multi-band scenes of the original Landsat-7 ETM+ LIMA image collection available at the United States Geological Survey (USGS: http://gffzza64998f73d704ee0hucpcv9k6qxx06x9p.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/). Three improvements have been applied during the data processing: (1) DN saturation is adjusted by adopting a linear regression, which has a lower root mean square error than the ratio regression used by LIMA; (2) solar elevation angle is calculated using pixel-level latitude/longitude and the acquisition time and date of the central pixel of the scene, improving slightly upon the bilinear interpolation of the solar elevation angles of scene corners applied in LIMA; and (3) two additional image bands, Band 5 and Band 7, are sharpened using the panchromatic band (Band 8) and a Gram-Schmidt Spectral Sharpening algorithm to more easily distinguish snow, cloud and exposed rocks. The final planetary reflectance product is stored in 16-bit bands to preserve the full radiometric content of the scenes. | 14 | Late Quaternary Activity of the Huashan Piedmont Fault and Associated Hazards in the Southeastern Weihe Graben,Central China显示文摘The Weihe Graben is not only an important Cenozoic fault basin in China but also a significant active seismic zone. The Huashan piedmont fault is an important active fault on the southeast side of the Weihe Graben and has been highly active since the Cenozoic. The well–known Great Huaxian County Earthquake of 1556 occurred on the Huashan piedmont fault. This earthquake, which claimed the lives of approximately 830000 people, is one of the few large earthquakes known to have occurred on a high–angle normal fault. The Huashan piedmont fault is a typical active normal fault that can be used to study tectonic activity and the associated hazards. In this study, the types and characteristics of late Quaternary deformation along this fault are discussed from geological investigations, historical research and comprehensive analysis. On the basis of its characteristics and activity, the fault can be divided into three sections, namely eastern, central and western. The eastern and western sections display normal slip. Intense deformation has occurred along the two sections during the Quaternary; however, no deformation has occurred during the Holocene. The central section has experienced significant high–angle normal fault activity during the Quaternary, including the Holocene. Holocene alluvial fans and loess cut by the fault have been identified at the mouths of many stream valleys of the Huashan Mountains along the central section of the Huashan piedmont fault zone. Of the three sections of the Huashan piedmont fault, the central section is the most active and was very active during the late Quaternary. The rate of normal dip–slip was 1.67–2.71±0.11 mm/a in the Holocene and 0.61±0.15 mm/a during the Mid–Late Pleistocene. As is typical of normal faults, the late Quaternary activity of the Huashan piedmont fault has produced a set of disasters, which include frequent earthquakes, collapses, landslides, mudslides and ground fissures. | 16 | Ligustrazine facilitates hair cell regeneration in the cochlea following gentamicin ototoxicity显示文摘BACKGROUND:Ligustrazine(tetramethylpyrazine) decreases ototoxicity induced by gentamicin and facilitates hair cell regeneration and repair,but the precise mechanisms remain controversial.OBJECTIVE:To explore the protective effects of ligustrazine on gentamicin ototoxicity by determining heat shock protein 70 mRNA and protein expression in the cochlear stria vascularis of guinea pigs at different time points.DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:The randomized,controlled study was performed at the Laboratory of Physiology,Shenyang Medical College of China in 2007.MATERIALS:Ligustrazine parenteral solution(Qiqihar Pharmaceutical Factory,China) and gentamicin sulfate(Shenyang First Pharmaceutical Factory,China) were used in this experiment.METHODS:White guinea pigs with red eyes were randomly intraperitoneally administered gentamicin sulfate injection + saline,gentamicin sulfate injection + ligustrazine,and ligustrazine + saline,respectively.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Auditory brainstem response threshold was measured.Immunohistochemistry,in situ hybridization,and image analyzing techniques were utilized to determine heat shock protein 70 mRNA and protein expression in cochlear stria vascularis of guinea pigs.RESULTS:Following gentamicin ototoxicity,the auditory brainstem response threshold increased,peaked on day 3,and then decreased with increased time after drug withdrawal.The auditory brainstem response threshold was significantly diminished following ligustrazine intervention,but recovered to normal on day 30(P > 0.05).Heat shock protein 70 expression also increased,peaked on day 3,and then decreased in the cochlear stria vascularis of guinea pigs following gentamicin ototoxicity.Ligustrazine intervention resulted in decreased heat shock protein 70 expression in the cochlear stria vascularis,which recovered to normal on day 14.Heat shock protein 70 mRNA expression increased in the cochlear stria vascularis following gentamicin ototoxicity,but ligustrazine intervention resulted in decreased levels.CONCLUSION:Ligustrazine significantly ameliorated gentamicin ototoxicity by reducing heat shock protein 70 mRNA and protein expression in the cochlear stria vascularis. | Liang Zhang Yueqiu Ni Yufang Li Wenshuang Fu | 2010 | Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,10: | 2 |
| 17 | A Comparative Study of Ionospheric Correction on SAR Interferometry—A Case Study of L’Aquila Earthquake显示文摘Synthetic Aperture Radar Interferometry(InSAR)has shown its potential on seismic deformation monitoring since it can achieve the accuracy of centimeter level or even the millimeter level.However,the irregular varieties of ionosphere can induce the additional phase delay on SAR interferometry,restricting its further application in high-precision deformation monitoring.Although several methods have been proposed to correct the ionospheric phase delay on SAR interferometry,the performances of them haven't been evaluated and compared.In this study,three commonly used methods,including polynomial fitting,azimuth offset and split-spectrum are applied to L'Aquila Earthquake to correct the ionospheric phase delay on two Phased Array type L-band Synthetic Aperture Radar(PALSAR)onboard the Advanced Land Observing Satellite-1(ALOS-1)images.The result indicates that these three methods can effectively correct the ionospheric phase delay error for SAR interferometry,where the standard deviations of the ionosphere-corrected results have decreased by almost a factor of 1.8 times for polynomial fitting method,4.2 times for azimuth offset method and 2.5 times for split-spectrum method,compared to those of the original phase.Furthermore,the result of the sliding distribution inversion of the seismic fault shows the best performance for split-spectrum method. | Yufang HE Wu ZHU Yang LEI Qin ZHANG Zhenhong LI | 2022 | Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2022,5,1: | 2 |
| 18 | Methodological exploration on the construction of a traditional Chinese medicine nursing expert consensus based on evidence--taking stroke as an example显示文摘Objective: To explore the methodology of the evidence-based expert consensus formulation process of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) nursing taking stroke as an example.Methods: First, preliminary and comprehensive presentation of all stroke-related symptoms and corresponding TCM nursing techniques involved were revealed through bibliometric analysis. Then, selection of stroke symptoms and TCM nursing techniques for inclusion in the consensus was performed using an expert consultation method. Next, we determined the search strategy for a precise evidence search;conducted an evaluation of evidence quality and the grade of the evidence;and completed evidence extraction, evidence analysis, and evidence synthesis based on the included symptoms and TCM nursing techniques. The Delphi method was then applied to determine the strength of each recommendation and the choice of nursing care points by referring to the Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development, and Evaluations grid. Finally, we conducted an external expert validation of the Delphi results to form an expert consensus guideline.Results: Through the bibliometric analysis, 22 stroke symptoms and 18 TCM nursing techniques were identified in the literature. Then, after expert consultation, 22 symptoms and 111 pairs of symptoms combined with TCM nursing techniques were selected for the evidence search. Evidence integration yielded 10 stroke symptoms corresponding to 29 bodies of evidence;these 10 symptoms were retained through the Delphi consultation, and recommendation strength results for 26 recommendations were obtained. | 19 | 折合频率对三维跨声速压气机颤振稳定性的影响显示文摘It is well known that fan/compressor blade flutter stability increases with the increase of reduced frequency.Less well-known is that the least stable inter blade phase angle(IBPA)increases with the drop of reduced frequency.However,it is quite striking that little can be found in the open literature about the mechanism to the observations.In this paper,a numerical investigation is carried out to uncover the mechanism of the effect of reduced frequency on flutter stability and the least stable IBPA.The NASA rotor 67 has been used as the test vehicle with its first bending and torsion modes being considered.The time domain harmonic balance method together with the influence coefficient method is used to obtain the worksum-IBPA curves for all cases.It is found that:1)the deterioration of flutter stability with the decrease of reduced frequency is dictated by the dominant decrease of aerodamping due to a blade own vibration;2)the increase of the least stable IBPA with the decrease of reduced frequency arises largely from the increase of the least stable IBPA of the aerodamping from the nearest blade on a blade pressure side. | Ruichao Shi Yufang Li Dingxi Wang | 2022 | 风机技术2022,64,3: | 2 |
