2Physicochemical properties and volatile components of pea flour fermented by Lactobacillus rhamnosus L08显示文摘Pea(Pisum sativum L.)is an important source of plant proteins.However,the use of pea flour as a food ingredient is greatly limited due to its strong beany flavor.In this work,we investigated the effects of Lactobacillus rhamnosus L08(L.rhamnosus L08)fermentation on the physicochemical characteristics,amino acids composition and volatile flavor compounds of pea flour.We found that L.rhamnosus L08 had the probiotic potential of utilizing pea flour as fermentation substrate.L.rhamnosus L08 fermentation significantly increased the content of most amino acids,and total amino acid content increased from 222.18 mg/g at 0 h to 262.35 mg/g at 6 h.A total of 44 volatile compounds were identified in pea flour.L.rhamnosus L08 fermentation increased the variety of acids and esters,while reduced the unpleasant flavor such as nonanal,decanal,octanal,1-hexanol and 2-ethyl-1-hexanol.The emulsifying stability and foam stability of pea flour were slightly enhanced during fermentation.Our results illustrate that lactic acid bacteria fermentation is a promising approach to eliminate undesirable aroma of pea flour.Moreover,this study provides theoretical support for the application of peas as high-quality protein source.Mengqi Pei Zifu Zhao Song Chen E.I.Reshetnik S.L.Gribanova Chun Li Guofang Zhang Libo Liu Lin Zhao 2022Food Bioscience2022,46,2:2

7Properties and applications of biochars derived from different biomass feedstock sources显示文摘In China,substantial agricultural and garden wastes are burned yearly.This practice not only wastes resources but also pollutes air.Corn straw and poplar leaves are typical agricultural and garden waste in China.In this study,corn straw and poplar leaves were used to prepare biochars with different pyrolysis temperatures(250℃,350℃,450℃,550℃and 650℃)and were labeled as CC(corn straw)and LC(poplar leaves),respectively.The biochars were characterized through elemental analysis,Brunauer-Emmett-Teller surface area analysis,scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.Yield,ash content and biochar pH were also measured.Results showed that the two biochars possessed some similar characteristics with increasing pyrolysis temperature.These attributes included increased carbon content,biochar hydrophobicity,alkaline pH;decreased hydrogen and oxygen contents and polar functional group content;and enlarged surface area.The biochars also displayed some different characteristics,such as the obviously larger surface area of CC than that of LC at high pyrolysis temperatures and the regular holes of CC and irregular and disordered holes of LC.When biochars CC-650 and LC-650 were used as soil conditioners,the soil pH increased by 0.3 and 0.4 units,respectively,and the soil cation exchange capacity increased by 12.7%and 21.5%,respectively,with respect to those of the blank controls.Bai Xiaofeng Zhou Xiaoqin Li Zifu Ni Jiewen Bai Xue 2017International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,2:1
8Online measurement of alkalinity in anaerobic co-digestion using linear regression method显示文摘Alkalinity is a reliable indicator of process stability in anaerobic digestion system.Total alkalinity(TA)and partial alkalinity(PA)are usually monitored offline as indicators for the status of anaerobic digestion process.In order to online monitor TA and PA,the linear regression method was used as estimator to predict alkalinity via software sensor method.Parameters,namely,pH,oxidation and reduction potential(ORP),and electrical conductivity(EC),were used as input variables.EC was the most significant parameter with TA and PA.Multiple linear regression(MLR)models and simple linear regression models with EC were constructed to predict TA and PA in anaerobic co-digestion system.On the basis of the evaluation of prediction accuracy,the applications of linear regression models were better for monitoring PA than TA.MLR models provided higher accuracy for alkalinity prediction than simple linear regression models.The two MLR models based on single-phase anaerobic digestion system were also feasible to predict TA in anaerobic co-digestion systems.However,the accuracy of these models should be improved by calibrating for broad applications of linear regression method in online alkalinity measurement.Bai Xue Li Zifu Wang Xuemei He Xi Cheng Shikun Bai Xiaofeng Gao Ruiling 2017International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,1:1

20Bibliometric analysis of China’s contribution to the knowledge system of cerebrovascular intervention显示文摘Background:Cerebrovascular disease has become the leading cause of death in China.The purpose of this article is to analyze China’s contribution to the interventional treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:Bibliometric analysis was used for evaluating the quantity,quality,research hotspots,and cooperation network of publications regarding interventional treatment of cerebrovascular diseases from China.These articles were searched from the database of Web of Science Core Collection.The authors,publication years,citation times,regions,and source journals of retrieved articles were recorded.Network analysis and visualization were performed on Citespace5.6.Results:From 1991 to 2019,a total of 5052 articles regarding cerebrovascular intervention were contributed by Chinese researchers.The number of publications from China grew fastest annually in the latest 5 years among countries.These publications were cited 61,216 times,with 12.12 average citations per item.The h-index was 82.Affiliated hospitals of Capital Medical University contributed most articles.Cerebral ischemia and intracranial aneurysm were the most popular keywords over the three decades.The timeline view of keywords indicated that cerebral ischemia always was a hot spot.Stent techniques were the main treatment tools and still had a strong developing trend.Neural regeneration and neuroprotection were the hot topics of basic researches related to cerebrovascular intervention.Conclusions:The number of researches grows rapidly in China over the decades,but the quality still needs further improvement.The increasing contributions of Chinese researchers to the global knowledge system of cerebrovascular intervention are promising.Hongyu Ma He Li Peng Liu Pei Liu Xiaoxi Zhang Yongxin Zhang Zifu Li Rui Zhao Bo Hong Jianmin Liu Pengfei Yang 2022Chinese Neurosurgical Journal2022,8,2:0
