3An isotope study of the accumulation mechanisms of high-sulfur gas from the Sichuan Basin, southwestern China显示文摘The mechanism of hydrogen sulfide(H_2S) generation plays a key role in the exploration and development of marine high-sulfur natural gas, of which the major targets are the composition and isotope characteristics of sulfur-containing compounds.Hydrocarbon source rocks, reservoir rocks, natural gases and water-soluble gases from Sichuan Basin have been analyzed with an online method for the content of H_2S and isotopic composition of different sulfur-containing compounds. The results of comparative analysis show that the sulfur-containing compounds in the source rocks are mainly formed by bacterial sulfate reduction(BSR), and the sulfur compounds in natural gas, water and reservoir are mainly formed by thermal sulfate reduction(TSR). Moreover, it has been shown that the isotopically reversion for methane and ethane in high sulfur content gas is caused by TSR. 8Light Induced Rapid Thermal Diffusion of Boron Atom in Silicon显示文摘We have studied the light induced rapid thermal diffusion of boron atom in silicon.The samples were heated by the rapid thermal processor.We have carried out spreading resistance and deep level transient spectroscopy(DLTS)measurements.The impurity distribution profile is much shallower and steeper than that of conventional thermal diffusion and the diffusion depth can be con-trolled to 0.1μm.Several peaks in the deep level transient spectra were detected and the density of these defects ranges from 0.5 × 10^(12) to 5.6 × 10^(12)/cm^(3).The passivation and annihilation of these defects have been studied.We have also made the planar diode whose diameter is 500μm.The reverse current and the back breakdown voltage of the planar diode are 10^(-9) A and 80V respectively.SHI Wanquan HOU Qingrun LIU Xuejun LIU Shixiang FU Zhengqing LU Liwu LI Yuanjing 1992Chinese Physics Letters1992,9,9:0
9A New Genus of Paleonisciformes from the Early Cretaceous Longjiang Formation in Heilongjiang Province, China显示文摘We report a new genus and species of Paleonisciformes-Cretolepis dongbeiensis gen. et sp. nov.,from the Early Cretaceous Longjiang Formation in Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province. The new materials can be distinguished from other Paleonisciformes genera by possessing the following characteristics: a sclerotic ring composed of more than five small bones; three pieces of suborbitals; one dermohyomandibular;a jaw hanging apparently inclined anteriorly; long and tall horizontal branch of the preopercular, a short vertical branch, with the angle formed by the two branches slightly higher than 90°; a triangular dorsal fin in the middle point between the pelvic and anal fins.
