2Effect and quantitative evaluation of CO_2 derived from organic matter in coal on the formation of tight sandstone reservoirs显示文摘Tight reservoirs are widely distributed, especially in coal measure strata. Identification of the densification mechanism of the tight sandstone reservoirs is critical in effectively exploring and exploiting tight gas/oil resources. In this study, the gas formation from type Ⅲ organic matter in coal was kinetically modeled for the whole diagenetic stage, from the shallow buried biogas generation stage to the deep buried thermal gas generation stage. The results demonstrated that during hydrocarbon formation, quantities of non-hydrocarbon gases, such as CO2 , were generated. The proportion of CO2 is about 50%-70% of that of the C1-5 , which far exceeds the CO2 content (0-5%) in the natural gas in the sedimentary basins. Geological case study analysis showed that a considerable part of the 'lost' gaseous CO2 was converted into carbonate cement under favorable environments. Under the ideal conditions, the volume of the carbonate cement transformed from total CO 2 generated by 1 m 3 coal (Junggar Basin Jurassic, TOC 67%) can amount to 0.32 m 3 . Obviously, this process plays a very important role in the formation of tight sandstone reservoirs in the coal measures. Our results also show that the kinetic generation processes of C1-5 and CO2 are asynchronous. There are two main stages of CO2 generation, one at the weak diagenetic stage and the other at the over-mature stage, which are different from large-scale multi-stage hydrocarbon gas generation. Therefore, we can understand the mechanism of tight gas charging by determining the filling time for a tight gas reservoir and the key period of CO2 generation. Further analysis and correlation studies of a specific region are of great significance for determining the mechanism and modeling gas charging in tight reservoirs. It should be noted that the formation of tight sandstone reservoirs is the combined result of complex organic-inorganic and water-rock-hydrocarbon interactions. 3Spatial-resolved metabolomics reveals tissue-specific metabolic reprogramming in diabetic nephropathy by using mass spectrometry imaging显示文摘Detailed knowledge on tissue-specific metabolic reprogramming in diabetic nephropathy(DN)is vital for more accurate understanding the molecular pathological signature and developing novel therapeutic strategies.In the present study,a spatial-resolved metabolomics approach based on air flowassisted desorption electrospray ionization(AFADESI)and matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization(MALDI)integrated mass spectrometry imaging(MSI)was proposed to investigate tissue-specific metabolic alterations in the kidneys of high-fat diet-fed and streptozotocin(STZ)-treated DN rats and the therapeutic effect of astragalosideⅣ,a potential anti-diabetic drug,against DN.As a result,a wide range of functional metabolites including sugars,amino acids,nucleotides and their derivatives,fatty acids,phospholipids,sphingolipids,glycerides,carnitine and its derivatives,vitamins,peptides,and metal ions associated with DN were identified and their unique distribution patterns in the rat kidney were visualized with high chemical specificity and high spatial resolution.These region-specific metabolic disturbances were ameliorated by repeated oral administration of astragaloside Ⅳ(100 mg/kg)for 12 weeks.This study provided more comprehensive and detailed information about the tissue-specific metabolic reprogramming and molecular pathological signature in the kidney of diabetic rats.These findings highlighted the promising potential of AFADESI and MALDI integrated MSI based metabolomics approach for application in metabolic kidney diseases.Zhonghua Wang Wenqing Fu Meiling Huo Bingshu He Yaqi Liu Lu Tian Wanfang Li Zhi Zhou Baili Wang Jianzhen Xia Yanhua Chen Jinfeng Wei Zeper Abliz 2021Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,11:7
4Largest Toothed Pterosaur Skull from the Early Cretaceous Yixian Formation of Western Liaoning, China, with Comments on the Family Boreopteridae显示文摘A new pterosaur Moganopterus zhuiana gen. et sp. nov. is erected based on a complete skull with lower jaws and anterior cervical vertebrae. It is characterized by much elongated upper and lower jaws with at least 62 total, long, curved teeth with sharp tips, a well developed parietal crest extending posterodorsally, forming an angle of 15 degrees with the ventral margin of the skull, the ratio of length to width of cervical vertebrae greater than 5:1. The skull length is 750 mm, and it is the largest toothed pterosaur found so far in the world. 5Blind reconnaissance of the pseudo-random sequence in DS/SS signal with negative SNR显示文摘This paper introduces a new theory and algorithm that can be used in blind detection of the carrier wave signal and the pseudo-random sequence of the direct sequence spread spectrum (DS/SS) signal with negative SNR. First, without any a priori knowledge of the DS/SS signal, the carrier wave signal can be detected from DS/SS signal with negative SNR by using stochastic differential equations and energy detection method. Based on this, the pseudo-random sequence can also be blindly detected in DS/SS signal with negative SNR by reducing noise of the nonlinear signal and the algorithm of wavelet multiscale decomposition algorithm. 7ETCM v2.0:An update with comprehensive resource and rich annotations for traditional Chinese medicine显示文摘Existing traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)-related databases are still insufficient in data standardization,integrity and precision,and need to be updated urgently.Herein,an Encyclopedia of Traditional Chinese Medicine version 2.0(ETCM v2.0,http://gffzz3ff3e9d9e9f64aa3hbovwpuo55n9k669u.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/ETCM2/front/#/)was constructed as the latest curated database hosting 48,442 TCM formulas recorded by ancient Chinese medical books,9872 Chinese patent drugs,2079 Chinese medicinal materials and 38,298 ingredients.To facilitate the mechanistic research and new drug discovery,we improved the target identification method based on a two-dimensional ligand similarity search module,which provides the confirmed and/or potential targets of each ingredient,as well as their binding activities.Importantly,five TCM formulas/Chinese patent drugs/herbs/ingredients with the highest Jaccard similarity scores to the submitted drugs are offered in ETCM v2.0,which may be of significance to identify prescriptions/herbs/ingredients with similar clinical efficacy,to summarize the rules of prescription use,and to find alternative drugs for endangered Chinese medicinal materials.Moreover,ETCM v2.0 provides an enhanced Java Script-based network visualization tool for creating,modifying and exploring multi-scale biological networks.ETCM v2.0 may be a major data warehouse for the quality marker identification of TCMs,the TCM-derived drug discovery and repurposing,and the pharmacological mechanism investigation of TCMs against various human diseases.Yanqiong Zhang Xin Li Yulong Shi Tong Chen Zhijian Xu Ping Wang Meng Yu Wenjia Chen Bing Li Zhiwei Jing Hong Jiang Lu Fu Wenjing Gao Yanhua Jiang Xia Du Zipeng Gong Weiliang Zhu Hongjun Yang Haiyu Xu 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,6:3

9Comparative transcriptome analysis reveals defense responses against soft rot in Chinese cabbage显示文摘Pectobacterium carotovorum ssp.carotovorum(Pcc)is a necrotrophic bacterial species that causes soft rot disease in Chinese cabbage.In this study,plants harboring the resistant mutant sr gene,which confers resistance against Pcc,were screened from an 800 M2 population mutated by ethyl methane sulfonate(EMS)and scored in vitro and in vivo for lesion size.The transcript profiles showed~512 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)between sr and WT plants occurring between 6 and 12 h postinoculation(hpi),which corresponded to the important defense regulation period(resistance)to Pcc in Chinese cabbage.The downstream defense genes(CPK,CML,RBOH MPK3,and MPK4)of pathogen pattern-triggered immunity(PTI)were strongly activated during infection at 12 hpi in resistant mutant sr;PTI appears to be central to plant defense against Pcc via recognition by three putative pattern recognition receptors(PRRs;BrLYM1-BrCERK1,BrBKK1/SERK4-PEPR1,BrWAKs).Pcc triggered the upregulation of the jasmonic acid(JA)and ethylene(ET)biosynthesis genes in mutant sr,but auxins and other hormones may have affected some negative signals.Endogenous hormones(auxins,JAs,and SA),as well as exogenous auxins(MEJA and BTH),were also verified as functioning in the immune system.Concurrently,the expression of glucosinolate and lignin biosynthesis genes was increased at 12 hpi in resistant mutant sr,and the accumulation of glucosinolate and lignin also indicated that these genes have a functional defensive role against Pcc.Our study provides valuable information and elucidates the resistance mechanism of Chinese cabbage against Pcc infection.Mengyang Liu Fang Wu Shan Wang Yin Lu Xueping Chen Yanhua Wang Aixia Gu Jianjun Zhao Shuxing Shen 2019Horticulture Research2019,6,1:2
10Operation of the CSNS Penning surface H^- ion source显示文摘The accelerator complex of the China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS) consists of a H- linear accelerator (linac) and a rapid cycling synchrotron (RCS). The linac contains a Penning surface H- ion source. The designed energy and the beam current of the source are 50 keV and 20 mA respectively, with a normalized root mean square (norm. rms.) emittance of 0.2π mm mrad. The manufactures and tests of the discharge chamber are in great progress. The construction of H- ion source test stand has been completed, and the operation of the source is also in progress. Stable H- ion beams with energy of 50 keV and current up to 50 mA are attained. 11Bacteroides ovatus-mediated CD27^(−)MAIT cell activation is associated with obesity-related T2D progression显示文摘Type 2 diabetes(T2D)is highly associated with obesity.However,the factors that drive the transition from excessive weight gain to glucose metabolism disruption are still uncertain and seem to revolve around systemic immune disorder.Mucosal-associated invariant T(MAIT)cells,which are innate-like T cells that recognize bacterial metabolites,have been reported to be altered in obese people and to lead to metabolic dysfunction during obesity.By studying the immunophenotypes of blood MAIT cells from a cross-sectional cohort of obese participants with/without T2D,we found an elevation in CD27^(-)negative(CD27−)MAIT cells producing a high level of IL-17 under T2D obese conditions,which could be positively correlated with impaired glucose metabolism in obese people.We further explored microbial translocation caused by gut barrier dysfunction in obese people as a triggering factor of MAIT cell abnormalities.Specifically,accumulation of the bacterial strain Bacteroides ovatus in the peripheral blood drove IL-17^(-)producing CD27−MAIT cell expansion and could be associated with T2D risk in obese individuals.Overall,these results suggest that an aberrant gut microbiota–immune axis in obese people may drive or exacerbate T2D.Importantly,CD27−MAIT cell subsets and Bacteroides ovatus could represent targets for novel interventional strategies.Our findings extend current knowledge regarding the clinical relevance of body mass index(BMI)-associated variation in circulating MAIT cells to reveal the role of these cells in obesity-related T2D progression and the underlying cellular mechanisms.Yue Li Yi Yang Jin Wang Peihong Cai Mei Li Xixiang Tang Ying Tan Yuchan Wang Fan Zhang Xiaofeng Wen Qiaoxing Liang Yuanpeng Nie Tufeng Chen Xiang Peng Xuemin He Yanhua Zhu Guojun Shi Wai WCheung Lai Wei Yanming Chen Yan Lu 2022Cellular & Molecular Immunology2022,19,7:2
12Research on Key Issues of Consistency Analysis of Vehicle Steering Characteristics显示文摘Given the global lack of effective analysis methods for the impact of design parameter tolerance on performance deviation in the vehicle proof-of-concept stage,it is difficult to decompose performance tolerance to design parameter tolerance.This study proposes a set of consistency analysis methods for vehicle steering performance.The process of consistency analysis and control of automotive performance in the conceptual design phase is proposed for the first time.A vehicle dynamics model is constructed,and the multi-objective optimization software Isight is used to optimize the steering performance of the car.Sensitivity analysis is used to optimize the design performance value.The tolerance interval of the performance is obtained by comparing the original car performance value with the optimized value.With the help of layer-by-layer decomposition theory and interval mathematics,automotive performance tolerance has been decomposed into design parameter tolerance.Through simulation and real vehicle experiments,the validity of the consistency analysis and control method presented in this paper are verified.The decomposition from parameter tolerance to performance tolerance can be achieved at the conceptual design stage.Yanhua Liu Xin Guan Pingping Lu Rui Guo 2021Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2021,34,2:2

18The design of HEPS global timing system显示文摘Purpose The high energy photon source(HEPS)is a 4th generation synchrotron light source under construction by the institute of high energy physics.The accelerator complex consists of a 500-MeV Linac,a full-energy synchrotron booster,a 6-GeV synchrotron storage ring(SR),and three e-beam transport lines for injection and extraction among accelerators.A global timing system(GTS)covers the timing needs for all accelerator,beamline,and experiment systems.The GTS is designed to coordinate the injection processes and various measurements and protections.Most systems require that the RMS jitter of the GTS signal is less than 30 ps,while the trigger jitters for the electron gun and SR injection and extraction kickers are less than 10 ps.Method The HEPS GTS is an event-based timing system based on MicroTCA.4 hardware architecture.The MicroTCA.4300 series products from the micro-research Finland Oy are implemented in the HEPS GTS system.Results and conclusions The RMS jitter,integrated from 1 Hz to 10 MHz,of the 166.6 MHz event clock is 5.489 ps.The RMS jitter of TTL outputs is less than 30 ps.This paper reports the design of the HEPS GTS,which satisfies all of the HEPS physics requirements for timing with preliminary test results shown.Fang Liu Ge Lei Zhe Duan Cai Meng Chenyan Lu Yanhua Shao Xinpeng Ma Nan Gan Yuemei Peng Jianshe Cao Chungming Chu Yanfeng Sui Jingyi Li IHEP 2021Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2021,5,3:1

20Simulation Research on Dynamic Characteristics of Hydraulic Mount显示文摘At present,research on hydraulic mounts has mainly focused on the prediction of the dynamic stiffness and loss angle.Compared to the traditional finite element analysis method,the programming method can be used to analyze hydraulic mounts for a rapid and accurate understanding of the influence of the different mounting parameters on the dynamic stiffness and loss angle.The aims of this study were to investigate the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of a hydraulic mount,and to identify the parameters that affect the dynamic stiffness and loss angle using MATLAB software programs to obtain the influence curves of the parameters,so as to use suitable parameters as the basis for vibration analysis.A nonlinear mechanical model of a hydraulic mount was established according to the basic principles of fluid dynamics.The dynamic stiffness and loss angle of the dimensionless expression were proposed.A numerical calculation method for the dynamic performance evaluation index of the hydraulic mount was derived.A one-to-one correspondence was established between the structural parameters and peak frequency of the evaluation index.The accuracy and applicability of the mechanical model were verified by the test results.The results demonstrated the accuracy of the nonlinear mechanical model of the hydraulic mount,and the vehicle driving comfort was greatly improved by the optimization of the structural parameters.Yanhua Liu Xin Guan Pingping Lu Rui Guo 2021Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2021,34,3:1
