Spatial-temporal coupling between high-quality source rocks and reservoirs for tight sandstone oil and gas accumulations in the Songliao Basin, China显示文摘The spatial-temporal relationship between high-quality source rocks and reservoirs is a key factor when evaluating the formation, occurrence, and prospectivity of tight oil and gas reservoirs. In this study,we analyze the fundamental oil and gas accumulation processes occurring in the Songliao Basin, contrasting tight oil sand reservoirs in the south with tight gas sand reservoirs in the north. This is done using geochemical data,constant-rate and conventional mercury injection experiments, and fluid inclusion analyses. Our results demonstrate that as far as fluid mobility is concerned, the expulsion center coincides with the overpressure zone, and its boundary limits the occurrence of tight oil and gas accumulations. In addition, the lower permeability limit of high-quality reservoirs, controlled by pore-throat structures,is 0.1×10^-3μm^2 in the fourth member of the Lower Cretaceous Quantou Formation(K1q^4)in the southern Songliao Basin, and 0.05×10^-3μm^2 in the Lower Cretaceous Shahezi Formation(K1sh)in the northern Songliao Basin.Furthermore, the results indicate that the formation of tight oil and gas reservoirs requires the densification of reservoirs prior to the main phase of hydrocarbon expulsion from the source rocks.Reservoir“sweet spots”develop at the intersection of high-quality source rocks(with high pore pressure)and reservoirs(with high permeability). | Laixing Cai Guolin Xiao Shuangfang Lu Jiao Wang Zhiqiang Wu | 2019 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2019,29,3: | 6
New insights into marine hydrocarbon geological conditions in the South Yellow Sea Basin:evidence from borehole CSDP-2显示文摘The South Yellow Sea Basin(SYSB) has multiple sets of proven source rocks and good hydrocarbon prospects, but no industrial oil and gas has been explored at present. To solve this puzzle for petroleum geologists,we systematically investigated the marine hydrocarbon geological conditions based on cores and testing data from borehole CSDP-2,the first exploration well with continuous coring in SYSB.The qualities of source rocks are evaluated in detail according to organic matter abundance, type, and maturity. The reservoir characterization mainly includes porosity, permeability, and reservoir space.Displacement pressure test and stratum thickness are the main foundations for defining the caprocks. Then, the oil-source rock correlation in the Permian and stratum model are analyzed to determine the favorable source-reservoir-caprock assemblages. The results show that three sets of effective source rocks(the Lower Triassic,Upper Permian, and Lower Permian),two sets of tight sandstone re servoirs(the Upper Permian and Lower Silurian-Upper Devonian),and two sets of caprocks(the Lower Triassic and Carboniferous) combine to constitute the hydrocarbon reservoir-forming as se mblages of 'lower-ge neration and upper-accumlation' and 'self-generation and self-accumlation',thus laying a solid foundation for promising petroleum prospects. The three sets of marine source rocks are characterized by successive generation and expulsion stages, which guarantees multistage hydrocarbon accumulation.Another three sets of continental source rocks distributed across the Middle Jurassic,Upper Cretaceous, and Paleogene depression areas, especially in the Northern Depression, may supplement some hydrocarbons for the Central Uplift through faults and the Indosinian unconformity. The favorable Permian exploration strata have been identified in the Central Uplift of SYSB.First, the Lower Permian and Upper Permian source rocks with high organic matter abundance and high thermal maturity supply sufficient hydrocarbons.Secondly, the interbedding relationship between the source rocks and sandstones in the Upper Permian strata ensures that hydrocarbons have been migrated into the nearby Upper Permian sandstones, reflecting near-source hydrocarbon accumulation. Finally, the good sealing property of the Lower Triassic Qinglong Formation caprocks plays an indispensable role in hydrocarbon preservation of the Permian reservoirs. This conclusion is supported by direct oil shows, gas logging anomalous layers, and hydrocarbon-bearing fluid inclusions. | CAI Laixing XIAO Guolin ZENG Zhigang ZHANG Xunhua GUO Xingwei WANG Shuping | 2020 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2020,38,4: | 3
Five-year follow-up of 23 asymmetrical Parkinson's disease patients treated with unilateral subthalamic nucleus stimulation显示文摘In this study, 23 asymmetrical Parkinson's disease patients were treated with unilateral deep brain stimulation of the subthalamic nucleus and followed up for 5 years. At 5 years after stimulation treatment, Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale II, III and axial symptom scores in the off-drug condition were significantly increased compared those at baseline. However, total Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale II, III and axial symptom scores were significantly lower with stimulation-on compared with the synchronous stimulation-off state in off-drug condition, and the motor symptoms of contralateral side limbs were effectively controlled. Only low Hoehn-Yahr stage was correlated with good long-term postoperative improvement in motor symptoms. The mean levodopa-equivalent daily dose after stimulation treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment, but dyskinesias became worse. Our experimental findings indicate that unilateral deep brain stimulation of the subthalamic nucleus is an effective treatment for improving motor symptoms in well selected asymmetrical Parkinson's disease patients presenting no severe axial symptoms and dyskinesias. | Jinchuan Liang Xiaowu Hu Xiaoping Zhou Xiufeng Jiang Yiqun Cao Laixing Wang Aiguo Jin Jianmin Liu | 2012 | Neural Regeneration Research2012,7,18: | 3

Maternal lysozyme concentrations in the eggs of the Great Cormorant (Phalacrocorax carbo) in relation to breeding density and laying order显示文摘Background: Females can differentially deposit the immune factor lysozyme into eggs based on conditions of local breeding density and laying order.Materials: We collected 80 eggs from Great Cormorants(Phalacrocorax carbo) and then analyzed whether the level of lysozymes in the eggs is related to breeding density and laying order. Results: Between clutches, the level of lysozyme in eggs is positively related to breeding density; while within a clutch, the level of lysozyme is positively related to the laying order. Conclusion: When parents breed under conditions of high density, they allocate more lysozymes to their offspring,a trait adaptive to the local environment. That the increase in the level of lysozymes is a function of the laying order seems a necessary condition to mitigate the hierarchy among siblings for improving the survival of the entire clutch. | Jian Cao Jirong Li Wen Wang Fang Yang Zhuo Li Laixing Li | 2015 | Chinese Birds2015,,4: | 0
Avian influenza virus ecology in wild birds of Western Siberia显示文摘Background:The aim of the study was to explore the ecological diversity of wild birds in Siberia, which are the natural reservoir of avian influenza virus(AIV).Methods:Cloacal swabs and intestinal fragments were collected from wild migratory birds from 2007-2014. Isolated viruses were grown in the allantoic cavity of embryonated chicken eggs. The presence of virus was determined using hemagglutination assays. Primary identification and subtyping of influenza viruses was confirmed by RT-PCR.Results:A total of 2300 samples obtained from wild migratory birds of 8 orders were collected and tested. Influenza was detected in 185 birds of 3 orders. Species of family Anatidae(order Anseriformes) such as European Teal(Anas crecca), Garganey Teal(A. querquedula), and Shoveler(A. clypeata) play the main role in AIV circulation in the south of Western Siberia. The proportion of viral carriers among waterfowl ranged from 5.6 to 20% in 2007-2014. The order Charadriiformes had lower virus isolation rates of not more than 1.4%.Conclusions:Wild migratory waterfowl of orders Anseriformes and Charadriiformes are the main reservoir of AIV in the south of Western Siberia. This area plays a key role in persistence, evolution, and geographical distribution of avian influenza. | K.A.Sharshov A.K.Yurlov Xinxin Li Wen Wang Laixing Li Yuhai Bi Wenjun Liu Takehiko Saito Haruko Ogawa A.M.Shestopalov | 2017 | Avian Research2017,8,2: | 0
Correlation study of relative parameters of intracranial pressure and prognosis of patient with craniocerebral injury显示文摘Objective:To analyze the correlation of the relative parameters of intracranial pressure to the prognosis in patients with craniocerebral injury. Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with closed craniocerebral injury were retrospectively analyzed, and all of these patients underwent conventional examinations of arterial blood pressure and intracranial pressure.Neumatic DCR system was used to monitor relative parameters of intracranial pressure from patients.According to the score of Glasgow outcome scale(GOS)upon discharge, they were divided into favorable prognosis group(GOSⅢ-Ⅴ,n=46)and unfavorable prognosis group(GOSⅠ-Ⅱ,n=34).The relative parameters of intracranial pressure of two groups were compared so as to analyze the correlation of the prognosis in patients to ICP-related parameters. Results:Pressure reactivity index(PRx)and intracranial pressure(ICP)of favorable prognosis group were significantly higher than those of unfavorable prognosis group(t=12.27,t=5.22,p<0.05).Meanwhile,cerebral perfusion pressure(CPP)and ICP-ABP wave amplitude correlation(IAAC)of favorable prognosis group were significantly lower than those of unfavorable prognosis group(t=14.54,t=14.78,p<0.05).The average age, gender, duration of admission to neurosurgical intensive care unit(NICU)and GCS(Glasgow coma scale)score on admission of the two groups were not statistically significant. Conclusions:The prognosis and ICP-related parameters(such as PRx,ICP,CPP,etc.)in patients with craniocerebral injury are risk factors for the prognosis effect. Therefore,to monitor the above-mentioned indicators has an important clinical value for assessing the prognosis of craniocerebral injury. | Laixing Liu Yixin Deng Fuquan Liu Lei Chen Dexi Li Xiangyi Wang | 2019 | Discussion of Clinical Cases2019,6,4: | 0
Structure of intact human MCU supercomplex with the auxiliary MICU subunits显示文摘Dear Editor,Mitochondrial Ca2+homeostasis regulates energy production, cell division, and cell death. The basic properties of mitochondrial Ca2+uptake have been firmly established. The Ca2+influx is mediated by MCU,driven by membrane potential and using a uniporter mechanism(Vasington and Murphy,1962).Patch-clamp analysis of MCU currents demonstrated that MCU is a channel with exceptionally high Ca2+selectivity(Kirichok et al.,2004). | Wei Zhuo Heng Zhou Runyu Guo Jingbo Yi Laixing Zhang Lei Yu Yinqiang Sui Wenwen Zeng Peiyi Wang Maojun Yang | 2021 | Protein & Cell2021,12,3: | 0
Experimentation of acute injured spinal cord by transplanting the bone marrow stromal cells显示文摘Objective:In this study, bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs)were transplanted in situ after spinal cord injury(SCI)in rats.It was proved that the implanted BMSCs could differentiate into neuron-like cells in the injured spinal cord, and the long-term motor ability test was carried out to investigate the recovery of neurological dysfunction after transplantation.Methods:(1)An improved Alien’s SCI rat model(weight 10 g,height 30 mm)was made by Alien weight drop method.Methyl eosin(Haematoxyli-n/eosin,HE)was used to identify with SCI.(2)The BMSCs were identified by the method of bone marrow adherent culture in vitro. The morphology of the cells was observed by cell staining, and CD44 was detected by BMSCs.After three cultures, the cells were transfected with lentiviral vectors carrying Green Fluorescent Protein(GFP)gene.(3)Cell survival after passage and transplantation:the GFP labeled BMSCs in situ(injury zone)were implanted into the injury model. The spinal cord sections were sacrificed after 2 weeks(2w),4 weeks(4w)and 6 weeks(6w)respectively,and the cells expressing GFP were observed under immunofluorescence microscope.(4)The modified Rivlin oblique plate test and spinal motor function blood brain barrir(BBB)score method were used to compare the changes of exercise ability in the simple injury group,2w after transplantation group,4w after transplantation group and 6w after transplantation group.Results:(1)The Alien’s SCI rat model was made by using Alien’s heavy drop method, and the effect was reliable and stable.(2)The proliferation of BMSCs after 3 passages has stabilized. After culture and amplification in vitro, the cell morphology changed to be conical, protruding interwoven into a network. Therefore,it could be used as a source of cell transplantation after SCI.The morphology of the cells was observed by staining, and the positive CD44 was detected.(3)BMSCs were transfected into the SCI model by lentiviral vector carrying GFP gene, and the expression of GFP in 6w was observed.(4)The results of modified inclined plane test and Rivlin locomotor BBB score of rats in simple injury group were significantly worse than those in transplantation control group(p<.05).2w,4w and 6w after transplantation groups could improve long-term motor function. The recovery of neurological dysfunction after 6w was the best, and the difference was statistically significant(p<.05).Conclusions:BMSCs transplantation could promote the recovery of neurological dysfunction after SCI,and the mechanism may be related to the differentiation of BMSCs into neurons and glial cells, and the BMSCs induced by transplantation could interact with peripheral nerve cells and produce some cytokines. | Laixing Liu Yude Zhu Xiangyi Wang Jishen Li Yixin Deng Xin Sui | 2015 | Discussion of Clinical Cases2015,2,4: | 0

Suppressive effect of dexamethasone on the neutrophil expression of CD18 in rats with radiation induced brain edema显示文摘BACKGROUND: Stereo-tactic radiation therapy (SRT) is widely used to treat intracranial diseases, but some patients suffered from radiation induced brain edema after SRT. Once radiation induced brain edema occurs, the treatment is quite difficult, and it always leads to a poor outcome. Dexamethasone has certain therapeutic effect on traumatic brain edema, but the biological mechanism is still unclear. OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of dexamethasone on the neutrophil expression of CD18. DESIGN: A randomized control observation. SETTING: Changhai Hospital of the Second Military Medical University of Chinese PLA. MATERIALS: The experiment was carried out in Changhai Hospital of the Second Military Medical University of Chinese PLA from January 1999 to December 1999. Twenty SD rats (male and female each in half) weighing (250±50) g were used. METHODS: Twenty SD rats were divided into four groups at random. ① Blank control group (n=5): The rats were not treated without dexamethasone or irradiation; ② Irradiation group (n=5): The rats were given irradiation but no dexamethasone treatment; ③ Irradiation+1 mg/kg dexamethasone group (n=5): The rats were treated with irradiation and dexamethasone of 1 mg/kg; ④ Irradiation+5 mg/kg dexamethasone group (n=5): The rats were treated with irradiation and dexamethasone of 5 mg/kg. The heads of the rats were irradiated with 10 MeV X-ray (30 Gy), and brain tissue was removed after 2 weeks to observe the pathological changes. Blood samples were taken from the carotid artery, gradient centrifugation was used, and neutrophile layer was obtained, the level of neutrophile expression of CD18 mRNA and quantity of membrane proteins in blood were detected with Northern blot and flow cytometry respectively. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: ① Blood cell count; ② Pathological results; ③ level of neutrophile expression of CD18 mRNA and quantity of membrane proteins. RESULTS: All the 20 SD rats were involved in the analysis of results without deletion. At 2 weeks after irradiation, obvious cell injury could be observed under light microscope. The level of neutrophile expression of CD18 mRNA and quantity of membrane proteins in blood were obviously increased, but the severity of cell injury was relieved in the irradiation+1 and 5 mg/kg dexamethasone groups, and the CD18 expression was markedly suppressed (P < 0.05), and the suppression was more obvious in the irradiation+5 mg/kg dexamethasone group than in the irradiation+1 mg/kg dexamethasone group (P < 0.01). CONCLUSION: Dexamethasone can reduce the radiation induced brain edema by inhibiting the expression of CD18. | Laixing Wang Yibin Fang Xiaoping Zhou Xiaowu Hu Jianmin Liu | 2006 | Neural Regeneration Research2006,1,1: | 0
