| 7 | Green Plant Leaf-inspired Smart Camouflage Fabrics for Visible Light and Near-infrared Stealth显示文摘Due to Visible light and Near-Infrared(Vis–NIR)stealth play an important role in the commercial,military,and scientific fields,camouflage materials related to it attracted increasing attention in decades.Green plant leaves,as the most extensive background materials on the earth,were widely simulated in the camouflage materials.However,difficult full-spectrum simulation(380–2500 nm),low-similarity simulation and the complex preparation have been great challenges for Vis–NIR Camouflage Materials(Vis–NIR-CMs).Herein,basing on the color-matching principle,two novel Vis–NIR-CMs including Dark Green Materials and Light Green Materials(DGM and LGM)were facilely fabricated by simple printing organic disperse dyes including C.I.Disperse Blue 291,C.I.Disperse Yellow 114,and C.I.Disperse Orange 30(B-291,Y-114 and O-30),and titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))on the viscose fabrics.Based on the excellent red edge property of B-291 and high scattering ability of TiO2,DGM and LGM exhibited generally high spectral correlation coefficients r_(m)(>0.95)with green plant leaves.Moreover,with the great color performance,excellent objects covering performance,low areal density(<146.3 g cm^(−2)),high tensile strength(>7.7 MPa),high softness(>81.27),high air permeability(>45.848 mm s^(−1)),DGM and LGM showed good simulation performance and wearing comfort to satisfy the application needs.This work presents a high-similarity Vis–NIR-CMs as a reference for full-spectrum camouflage materials,as well as low-cost and efficient preparation method is beneficial to the development of camouflage field. | Qixin Lu Min Li Anli Tian Shaohai Fu | 2022 | Journal of Bionic Engineering2022,19,3: | 1 |

| 10 | Orthologous genesPm12andPm21from twowild relatives of wheat show evolutionary conservation but divergent powdery mildew resistance显示文摘Wheat powdery mildew,caused by Blumeria graminis f.sp.tritici(Bgt),is a devastating disease that threatens wheat production worldwide.Pm12,which originated from Aegilops speltoides,a wild relative of wheat,confers strong resistance to powdery mildew and therefore has potential use in wheat breeding.Using susceptible mutants induced by gamma irradiation,we physically mapped and isolated Pm12 and showed it to be orthologous to Pm21 from Dasypyrum villosum,also a wild relative of wheat.The resistance function of Pm12 was validated via ethyl methanesulfonatemutagenesis,virus-induced gene silencing,and stable genetic transformation.Evolutionary analysis indicates that the Pm12/Pm21 loci in wheat species are relatively conserved but dynamic.Here,we demonstrated that the two orthologous genes,Pm12 and Pm21,possess differential resistance against the same set of Bgt isolates.Overexpression of the coiledcoil domains of both PM12 and PM21 induces cell death in Nicotiana benthamiana leaves.However,their full-length forms display different cell death-inducing activities caused by their distinct intramolecular interactions.Cloning of Pm12 will facilitate its application in wheat breeding programs.This study also gives new insight into two orthologous resistance genes,Pm12 and Pm21,which show different race specificities and intramolecular interaction patterns. | Shanying Zhu Cheng Liu Shuangjun Gong Zhaozhao Chen Rong Chen Tianlei Liu Renkang Liu Haonan Du Rui Guo Genying Li Miaomiao Li Renchun Fan Zhiyong Liu Qian-Hua Shen Anli Gao Pengtao Ma Huagang He | 2023 | Plant Communications2023,4,2: | 0 |

| 15 | Identification of serous ovarian tumors based on polarization imaging and correlation analysis with clinicopathological features显示文摘Ovarian cancer is one of the most aggressive and heterogeneous female tumors in the world,and serous ovarian cancer(SOC)is of particular concern for being the leading cause of ovarian cancer death.Due to its clinical and biological complexities,ovarian cancer is still considered one of the most di±cult tumors to diagnose and manage.In this study,three datasets were assembled,including 30 cases of serous cystadenoma(SCA),30 cases of serous borderline tumor(SBT),and 45 cases of serous adenocarcinoma(SAC).Mueller matrix microscopy is used to obtain the polarimetry basis parameters(PBPs)of each case,combined with a machine learning(ML)model to derive the polarimetry feature parameters(PFPs)for distinguishing serous ovarian tumor(SOT).The correlation between the mean values of PBPs and the clinicopathological features of serous ovarian cancer was analyzed.The accuracies of PFPs obtained from three types of SOT for identifying dichotomous groups(SCA versus SAC,SCA versus SBT,and SBT versus SAC)were 0.91,0.92,and 0.8,respectively.The accuracy of PFP for identifying triadic groups(SCA versus SBT versus SAC)was 0.75.Correlation analysis between PBPs and the clinicopathological features of SOC was performed.There were correlations between some PBPs(δ,β,q_(L),E_(2),rqcross,P_(2),P_(3),P_(4),and P_(5))and clinicopathological features,including the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO)stage,pathological grading,preoperative ascites,malignant ascites,and peritoneal implantation.The research showed that PFPs extracted from polarization images have potential applications in quantitatively differentiating the SOTs.These polarimetry basis parameters related to the clinicopathological features of SOC can be used as prognostic factors. | Yulu Huang Anli Hou Jing Wang Yue Yao Wenbin Miao Xuewu Tian Jiawen Yu Cheng Li Hui Ma Yujuan Fan | 2023 | Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2023,16,5: | 0 |
| 16 | Deciphering transcriptome alterations in bone marrow hematopoiesis at single-cell resolution in immune thrombocytopenia显示文摘Immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)is an autoimmune disorder,in which megakaryocyte dysfunction caused by an autoimmune reaction can lead to thrombocytopenia,although the underlying mechanisms remain unclear.Here,we performed single-cell transcriptome profiling of bone marrow CD34+hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells(HSPCs)to determine defects in megakaryopoiesis in ITP.Gene expression,cell-cell interactions,and transcriptional regulatory networks varied in HSPCs of ITP,particularly in immune cell progenitors.Differentially expressed gene(DEG)analysis indicated that there was an impaired megakaryopoiesis of ITP.Flow cytometry confirmed that the number of CD9+and HES1+cells from Lin−CD34+CD45RA−HSPCs decreased in ITP.Liquid culture assays demonstrated that CD9+Lin−CD34+CD45RA−HSPCs tended to differentiate into megakaryocytes;however,this tendency was not observed in ITP patients and more erythrocytes were produced.The percentage of megakaryocytes differentiated from CD9+Lin−CD34+CD45RA−HSPCs was 3-fold higher than that of the CD9−counterparts from healthy controls(HCs),whereas,in ITP patients,the percentage decreased to only 1/4th of that in the HCs and was comparable to that from the CD9−HSPCs.Additionally,when co-cultured with pre-B cells from ITP patients,the differentiation of CD9+Lin−CD34+CD45RA−HSPCs toward the megakaryopoietic lineage was impaired.Further analysis revealed that megakaryocytic progenitors(MkP)can be divided into seven subclusters with different gene expression patterns and functions.The ITP-associated DEGs were MkP subtype-specific,with most DEGs concentrated in the subcluster possessing dual functions of immunomodulation and platelet generation.This study comprehensively dissects defective hematopoiesis and provides novel insights regarding the pathogenesis of ITP. | Yan Liu Xinyi Zuo Peng Chen Xiang Hu Zi Sheng Anli Liu Qiang Liu Shaoqiu Leng Xiaoyu Zhang Xin Li Limei Wang Qi Feng Chaoyang Li Ming Hou Chong Chu Shihui Ma Shuwen Wang Jun Peng | 2022 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,11: | 0 |

| 18 | An Explanatory Strategy for Reducing the Risk of Privacy Leaks显示文摘As machine learning moves into high-risk and sensitive applications such as medical care,autonomous driving,and financial planning,how to interpret the predictions of the black-box model becomes the key to whether people can trust machine learning decisions.Interpretability relies on providing users with additional information or explanations to improve model transparency and help users understand model decisions.However,these information inevitably leads to the dataset or model into the risk of privacy leaks.We propose a strategy to reduce model privacy leakage for instance interpretability techniques.The following is the specific operation process.Firstly,the user inputs data into the model,and the model calculates the prediction confidence of the data provided by the user and gives the prediction results.Meanwhile,the model obtains the prediction confidence of the interpretation data set.Finally,the data with the smallest Euclidean distance between the confidence of the interpretation set and the prediction data as the explainable data.Experimental results show that The Euclidean distance between the confidence of interpretation data and the confidence of prediction data provided by this method is very small,which shows that the model's prediction of interpreted data is very similar to the model's prediction of user data.Finally,we demonstrate the accuracy of the explanatory data.We measure the matching degree between the real label and the predicted label of the interpreted data and the applicability to the network model.The results show that the interpretation method has high accuracy and wide applicability. | Mingting Liu Xiaozhang Liu Anli Yan Xiulai Li Gengquan Xie Xin Tang | 2021 | Journal of Information Hiding and Privacy Protection2021,3,4: | 0 |
