10Attention-based neural network for end-to-end music separation显示文摘The end-to-end separation algorithm with superior performance in the field of speech separation has not been effectively used in music separation.Moreover,since music signals are often dual channel data with a high sampling rate,how to model longsequence data and make rational use of the relevant information between channels is also an urgent problem to be solved.In order to solve the above problems,the performance of the end-to-end music separation algorithm is enhanced by improving the network structure.Our main contributions include the following:(1)A more reasonable densely connected U-Net is designed to capture the long-term characteristics of music,such as main melody,tone and so on.(2)On this basis,the multi-head attention and dualpath transformer are introduced in the separation module.Channel attention units are applied recursively on the feature map of each layer of the network,enabling the network to perform long-sequence separation.Experimental results show that after the introduction of the channel attention,the performance of the proposed algorithm has a stable improvement compared with the baseline system.On the MUSDB18 dataset,the average score of the separated audio exceeds that of the current best-performing music separation algorithm based on the time-frequency domain(T-F domain).Jing Wang Hanyue Liu Haorong Ying Chuhan Qiu Jingxin Li Muhammad Shahid Anwar 2023CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology2023,8,2:0
11Insights into Photothermally Enhanced Photocatalytic U(VI)Extraction by a Step-Scheme Heterojunction显示文摘In this work,a CdS/BivO4 step-scheme(S-scheme)heterojunction with self-photothermally enhanced photocatalytic effect was synthesized and applied for efficient U(VI)photoextraction.Characterizations such as transient absorption spectroscopy and Tafel test together confirmed the formation of S-scheme heterojunctions,which allows CdS/BivO_(4) to avoid photocorrosion while retaining the strong reducing capacity of CdS and the oxidizing capacity of BivO_(4).Experimental results such as radical quenching experiments and electron spin resonance show that U(VI)is rapidly oxidized by photoholes/·OH to insoluble UO(OH)2 after being reduced to U(IV)by photoelectrons/·O2,which precisely avoids the depletion of electron sacrificial agents.The rapid recombination of electron-hole pairs triggered by the S-scheme heterojunction is found to release large amounts of heat and accelerate the photocatalysis.This work offers a new enhanced strategy for photocatalytic uranium extraction and presents a direction for the design and development of new photocatalysts.Yifeng Zhang Haorong Sun Feixue Gao Shuo Zhang Qingzhi Han Jing Li Ming Fang Yawen Cai Baowei Hu Xiaoli Tan Xiangke Wang 2023Research2023,,1:0
12miRNA sequencing analysis of healthy and atretic follicles of chickens revealed that miR-30a-5p inhibits granulosa cell death via targeting Beclin1显示文摘Background:The egg production performance of chickens is affected by many factors,including genetics,nutrition and environmental conditions.These factors all play a role in egg production by affecting the development of follicles.MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are important non-coding RNAs that regulate biological processes by targeting genes or other non-coding RNAs after transcription.In the animal reproduction process,miRNA is known to affect the development and atresia of follicles by regulating apoptosis and autophagy of granulosa cells(GCs).Results:In this study,we identified potential miRNAs in the atretic follicles of broody chickens and unatretic follicles of healthy chickens.We identified gga-miR-30a-5p in 50 differentially expressed miRNAs and found that gga-miR-30a-5p played a regulatory role in the development of chicken follicles.The function of miR-30a-5p was explored through the transfection test of miR-30a-5p inhibitor and miR-30a-5p mimics.In the study,we used qPCR,western blot and flow cytometry to detect granulosa cell apoptosis,autophagy and steroid hormone synthesis.Confocal microscopy and transmission electron microscopy are used for the observation of autophagolysosomes.The levels of estradiol(E2),progesterone(P4),malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were detected by ELISA.The results showed that miR-30a-5p showed a negative effect on autophagy and apoptosis of granulosa cells,and also contributed in steroid hormones and reactive oxygen species(ROS)production.In addition,the results obtained from the biosynthesis and dual luciferase experiments showed that Beclin1 was the target gene of miR-30a-5p.The rescue experiment conducted further confirmed that Beclin1 belongs to the miR-30a-5p regulatory pathway.Conclusions:In summary,after deep miRNA sequencing on healthy and atretic follicles,the results indicated that miR-30a-5p inhibits granulosa cell death by inhibiting Beclin1.Haorong He Dongmei Li Yongtong Tian Qinyao Wei Felix Kwame Amevor Congjiao Sun Chunlin Yu Chaowu Yang Huarui Du Xiaosong Jiang Menggen Ma Can Cui Zhichao Zhang Kai Tian Yao Zhang Qing Zhu Huadong Yin 2022Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2022,13,5:0
