1Responses of Patients with Disorders of Consciousness to Habit Stimulation:A Quantitative EEG Study显示文摘Whether habit stimulation is effective in DOC patient arousal has not been reported. In this paper, we analyzed the responses of DOC patients to habit stimulation. Nineteen DOC patients with alcohol consumption or smoking habits were recruited and 64-channel EEG signals were acquired both at the resting state and at three stimulation states. Wavelet transformation and nonlinear dynamics were used to extract the features of EEG signals and four brain lobes were selected to investigate the degree of EEG response to habit stimulation. Results showed that the highest degree of EEG response was from the callname stimulation, followed by habit and music stimulations. Significant differences in EEG wavelet energy and response coefficient were found both between habit and music stimulation, and between habit and call-name stimulation. 3Prognosis in prolonged coma patients with diffuse axonal injury assessed by somatosensory evoked potential显示文摘A total of 43 prolonged coma patients with diffuse axonal injury received the somatosensory evoked potential examination one month after injury in the First Affiliated Hospital, School of Medicine, Zhejiang University in China. Somatosensory evoked potentials were graded as normal, abnormal or absent (grades Ⅰ-Ⅲ) according to N20 amplitude and central conduction time. The outcome in patients with grade Ⅲ somatosensory evoked potential was in each case unfavorable. The prognostic accuracy of grade Ⅲ somatosensory evoked potential for unfavorable and non-awakening outcome was 100% and 80%, respectively. The prognostic accuracy of grade Ⅰ somatosensory evoked potential for favorable and wakening outcome was 86% and 100%, respectively. These results suggest that somatosensory evoked potential grade is closely correlated with coma severity and degree of recovery. 6Unique Characteristics of Vertical Carbon Nanotube Field-effect Transistors on Silicon显示文摘A vertical carbon nanotube field-effect transistor(CNTFET) based on silicon(Si) substrate has been proposed and simulated using a semi-classical theory. A single-walled carbon nanotube(SWNT) and an n-type Si nanowire in series construct the channel of the transistor. The CNTFET presents ambipolar characteristics at positive drain voltage(Vd) and n-type characteristics at negative Vd. The current is significantly influenced by the doping level of n-Si and the SWNT band gap. The n-branch current of the ambipolar characteristics increases with increasing doping level of the n-Si while the p-branch current decreases. The SWNT band gap has the same influence on the p-branch current at a positive Vd and n-type characteristics at negative Vd. The lower the SWNT band gap, the higher the current. However, it has no impact on the n-branch current in the ambipolar characteristics. 11Advances and challenges in two-dimensional materials for oxygen evolution显示文摘Oxygen evolution reaction(OER)plays an important role in many energy conversions and storage technologies,such as water splitting,rechargeable metal air batteries,renewable fuel cells,and electrocatalytic carbon dioxide reduction and nitrogen reduction,but its slow kinetics and high overpotential seriously affect the energy efficiency.Fabrication of high-performance and well-stocked OER catalysts is the key to the large-scale implementation of these energy-related technologies.Two-dimensional(2D)materials get a lot of attention as OER catalysts due to their large specific surface area,abundant active sites,and adjustable structures and compositions.Here,an overview is presented for the latest achievements in design and synthesis of 2D materials(including layered double hydroxides,metal-organic frameworks and their derivatives,covalent-organic frameworks,graphene,and black phosphorus)for the OER,emphasizing novel strategies(including metal/nonmetal doping,defect engineering,interface engineering,lattice strain,and fabrication of heterojunction)for achieving high electrocatalytic activity.Peculiarly,the structure–function relationship is analyzed in detail to gain deeper insight into the reaction mechanism,which is crucial to rational design of more high-performance 2D materials for the OER.Finally,the remaining challenges to improve the OER performance of 2D electrocatalysts are put forward to indicate possible future development of 2D materials.Tianmi Tang Saisai Li Jianrui Sun Zhenlu Wang Jingqi Guan 2022Nano Research2022,15,10:1

14Individualized Treatment and Palliative Care for A90-Year-Old Patient with Primary Gastric Diffuse Large-B Cell Lymphoma:4 Year Follow-up and Inspiration显示文摘A 90-year-old man was diagnosed with primary gastric diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(PGDLBL)by PET/CT examination,gastroscopy,biopsy and histopathological analysis at a regular physical check in April,2016.The patient received R-CO chemotherapy(rituximab,cyclophosphamide,and vincristine)and radiotherapy subsequently,with enteral nutritional treatment through 3-cavity nasogastric tube due to development of pyloric obstruction.To satisfy patient's strong desire of eating by himself,we performed surgery of exploratory laparotomy and Roux-en-Y gastric bypass(RGB)to relieve pylorus obstruction.Postoperatively,the patient resumed oral feeding,supplemented by nasogastric tube feeding at 1350-1550 Kcal daily.He is now 94 years old with fairly well nutrition and normal communication.The outcome of 4 year follow-up suggests that nutritional treatment and palliative medicine are important for improving prognosis and life-quality of very elderly patients with end-stage tumors apart from the effective chemotherapy,radiotherapy,and surgery.Yanjie Cao Jingqi Duan Lifang Liu Xuan Wei Li Ren Lanning Zhang Wei Zhang 2021Chinese Medical Sciences Journal2021,36,1:1

18Efficient elimination and detection of phenolic compounds in juice using laccase mimicking nanozymes显示文摘Residual phenols in the juice can cause turbidity and affect its sensory quality.Laccase is used to remove phenolic compounds from fruit juice s.In order to overcome the shortcomings of natural laccase instability and high cost,in this work,we prepared a laccase mimic enzyme based on copper ion and adenosine monophosphate(AMP-Cu nanozymes).At the same mass concentration(1 mg·ml^(-1)), the catalytic activity of the nanozyme is about 15 times that of laccase.The AMP-Cu nanozymes had a higher V_(max) and a lower Km than laccase.The laccase mimic enzyme had a good stability under the condition of 30-90 ℃ and pH> 6.It also maintained high catalytic activity at high salt concentrations and 9 days storage time.Furthermore,the AMP-Cu nanozyme s maintained an initial catalytic activity of about 80% after six consecutive cycles of reaction.The linear range of detection of phenolic compounds by AMP-Cu nanozymes was 0.1-100 μmol·L^(-1) with a detection limit of 0.033 μmol·L^(-1).The phenol removal rate of AMP-Cu nanozymes was much higher than that of laccase under different reaction times.When the reaction was performed for 5 h,the phenol removal rate of the fruit juice by AMP-Cu nanozymes was about 65%.The efficient removal of phenolic compounds from different juices by AMP-Cu nanozymes indicate s that they have good application prospect in the food juice industry.Hui Huang Lulu Lei Juan Bai Ling Zhang Donghui Song Jingqi Zhao Jiali Li Yongxin Li 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,1:1
