12018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 2Lower Cambrian phosphatized Punctatus from southern Shaanxi and their ontogeny sequence显示文摘Phosphatized and three-dimensionally preserved embryos and spherical fossils of metazoan recovered from the Kuanchuanpu Member, Dengying Formation in southern Shaanxi, China provide nice devel- opmental sequence for the studies of origination, taxonomy, phylogenic evolution and developmental biology of early animals. Ontogeny of these larva fossils has not been systemically studied mainly due to their poor preservation and limited identification. The Kuanchuanpu Member, predominated by phosphorites and cherts, yields phosphatized animal embryos, particularly those of Olivooides and Punctatus which have high resolution in fine structures and different ontogeny developmental stages. An ontogenetic sequence of the Punctatus is established mainly base on its developmental transitions from body part to oral one, which is perfectly consistent with the embryonic ontogeny sequence pro- posed by Bengtson and Yue (1997). 3Mild moxibustion at Tianshu (ST 25) decreases expression of prokineticin-1 and prokineticin receptor-1 in colon tissue of rats with chronic visceral hyperalgesia显示文摘Prokineticin-1 and prokineticin receptor-1 play important roles in visceral hypersensitivity and in-flammatory pain. Visceral hypersensitivity is closely associated with irritable bowel syndrome. Mild moxibustion can relieve chronic visceral hyperalgesia in rats with irritable bowel syndrome. We hypothesized that prokineticin-1 and prokineticin receptor-1 is the key target in the mechanism. This study established chronic visceral hyperalgesia rat models by colorectal distention. Protein and mRNA expression of prokineticin-1 and prokineticin receptor-1 were determined by immunohisto-chemical method and fluorescence quantitative-PCR, respectively, and were found to be signifi-cantly increased in visceral hyperalgesic rats. 4Importance measure system of fuzzy and random input variables and its solution by point estimates显示文摘For structure system with fuzzy input variables as well as random ones, a new importance measure system is presented for evaluating the effects of the two kinds of input variables on the output response. Based on the fact that the fuzziness of the output response is determined by that of the input variable, the presented measure system defines the importance measures which evaluate the effect of the fuzzy input variable. And for the random input variable, the importance measure system analyzes its effect from two aspects, i.e. its effect on the central distribution position and that on the fuzzy degree of the membership function of the output response. Taking the effects of the two kinds of input variables on the first moment and second one of the output response into account, the definitions of the importance measures of the input variables are given and their engineering significations are demonstrated. Combining with the advantages of the point estimates of Zhao and Ono, a solution of the proposed importance measures is provided. 5Cholesterol transport through the peroxisome-ER membrane contacts tethered by PI(4,5)P2 and extended synaptotagmins显示文摘Most mammalian cells take up cholesterol from low-density lipoproteins(LDLs) via receptor-mediated endocytosis.After reaching lysosomes,LDL-derived cholesterol continues to transport to downstream organelles including the ER for specific structural and functional needs.Peroxisomes are recently found to receive cholesterol from lysosomes through lysosomeperoxisome membrane contacts.However,whether and how cholesterol is conveyed from peroxisomes to the ER remain unknown.Here,by combining high-resolution microscopic analyses and in vitro reconstitution of highly purified organelles or artificial liposomes,we demonstrate that peroxisomes form membrane contacts with the ER through the interaction between peroxisomal PI(4,5)P2 and ER-resident extended synaptotagmin-1,2 and 3(E-Syts).Depletion of peroxisomal PI(4,5)P2 or ESyts markedly decreases peroxisome-ER membrane contacts and induces cholesterol accumulation in lysosomes.Furthermore,we show that cholesterol is delivered from 3H-labeled peroxisomes or PI(4,5)P2-containing liposomes to the ER in vitro,and that the presence of peroxisomes augments cholesterol transfer from lysosomes to the ER.Together,our study reveals a new cholesterol transport pathway along the lysosome-peroxisome-ER membrane contacts in the cell.Jian Xiao Jie Luo Ao Hu Ting Xiao Meixin Li Zekai Kong Luyi Jiang Zimu Zhou Yacheng Liao Chang Xie Beibei Chu Honghua Miao Boliang Li Xiongjie Shi Bao-Liang Song 2019Science China(Life Sciences)2019,62,9:8
6State dependent parameter method for importance analysis in the presence of epistemic and aleatory uncertainties显示文摘For the structure system with epistemic and aleatory uncertainties,a new state dependent parameter(SDP) based method is presented for obtaining the importance measures of the epistemic uncertainties.By use of the marginal probability density function(PDF) of the epistemic variable and the conditional PDF of the aleatory one at the fixed epistemic variable,the epistemic and aleatory uncertainties are propagated to the response of the structure firstly in the presented method.And the computational model for calculating the importance measures of the epistemic variables is established.For solving the computational model,the high efficient SDP method is applied to estimating the first order high dimensional model representation(HDMR) to obtain the importance measures.Compared with the direct Monte Carlo method,the presented method can considerably improve computational efficiency with acceptable precision.The presented method has wider applicability compared with the existing approximation method,because it is suitable not only for the linear response functions,but also for nonlinear response functions.Several examples are used to demonstrate the advantages of the presented method.LI LuYi LU ZhenZhou LI Wei 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,6:6
7Influence of herb-partitioned moxibustion at Qihai (CV6) and bilateral Tianshu (ST25) and Shangjuxu (ST37) acupoints on toll-like receptors 4 signaling pathways in patients with ulcerative colitis显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy of herb-partitioned moxibustion(HPM) at Qihai(CV6), Tianshu(ST25) and Shangjuxu(ST37) acupoints in relieving symptoms and the immune regulation of HPM on the toll-like receptors 4(TLR4) signaling pathway in ulcerative colitis(UC) patients.METHODS: A randomized, single-blind study was conducted 63 patients to receive HPM or sham HPM treatment. The efficacy outcomes included scores of the Mayo, Baron, inflammatory bowel disease questionnaire(IBDQ), self-rating depression scale(SDS), self-rating anxiety scale(SAS). HE staining was used to observe the histopathological changes of the colon. The expression of inflammatory cytokines and TLR4 signaling pathway related molecules were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and immunohistochemistry.RESULTS: Baron, SDS, SAS scores were significantly decreased in moxibustion group(P < 0.05), IBDQ score was significantly greater in the moxibustion group than in the sham moxibustion group(P < 0.05). Histopathology of mucosal biopsies showed that both two groups improved in mucosa after treatment. The expression levels of tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-2, interleukin-12, interferon-γ, and TLR4, lipopolysaccharide, myeloid differentiation factor 88, interleukin receptor associated kinase, tumor necrosis factor receptor associated factor 6 and nuclear factor kappa-B p65 were significantly lower in the moxibustion group than in the sham moxibustion group(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION: This study showed that HPM at Qihai(CV6), Tianshu(ST25) and Shangjuxu(ST37) acupoints is effective to relieve symptoms, anxiety, depression and improving life quality in UC patients,which may be related to the immune regulation of HPM on TLR4 signaling pathway.QI Qin Hyoyoung Im LI Kunshan GU Muen WU Huangan YANG Ling HUANG Yan ZHAO Jimeng CUI Yunhua LIU Huirong WU Luyi 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,3:5
8Saddlepoint approximation based line sampling method for uncertainty propagation in fuzzy and random reliability analysis显示文摘For structural system with random basic variables as well as fuzzy basic variables,uncertain propagation from two kinds of basic variables to the response of the structure is investigated.A novel algorithm for obtaining membership function of fuzzy reliability is presented with saddlepoint approximation(SA)based line sampling method.In the presented method,the value domain of the fuzzy basic variables under the given membership level is firstly obtained according to their membership functions.In the value domain of the fuzzy basic variables corresponding to the given membership level,bounds of reliability of the structure response satisfying safety requirement are obtained by employing the SA based line sampling method in the reduced space of the random variables.In this way the uncertainty of the basic variables is propagated to the safety measurement of the structure,and the fuzzy membership function of the reliability is obtained.Compared to the direct Monte Carlo method for propagating the uncertainties of the fuzzy and random basic variables,the presented method can considerably improve computational efficiency with acceptable precision.The presented method has wider applicability compared to the transformation method,because it doesn't limit the distribution of the variable and the explicit expression of performance function, and no approximation is made for the performance function during the computing process.Additionally,the presented method can easily treat the performance function with cross items of the fuzzy variable and the random variable,which isn't suitably approximated by the existing transformation methods.Several examples are provided to illustrate the advantages of the presented method.LI LuYi,LU ZhenZhou &SONG ShuFang School of Aeronautics,Northwestern Polytechnical University,Xi’an 710072,China 2010Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,8:5
9Suspended moxibustion at Tianshu (ST25) inhibits prokineticin 1 and prokineticin receptor 1 expression in the spinal cord of rats with chronic visceral hypersensitivity显示文摘Suspended moxibustion can decrease the expression of prokineticin 1 and its receptor in colonic tissue from rats modeling chronic visceral hyperalgesia. This study aimed to verify if rat spinal cord prokineticin 1 and its receptor contribute to the analgesic effect of suspended moxibustion in a rat model of irritable bowel syndrome where rats display chronic visceral hypersensitivity. Results showed that suspended moxibustion at Tianshu (ST25) point significantly decreased visceral sensitivity to colorectal distention in a chronic visceral hyperalgesia rat model; also protein and mRNA expression of prokineticin 1 and prokineticin receptor 1 in the spinal cord of rats was significantly decreased. 10Polymer matrix mediated solvation of LiNO3 in carbonate electrolytes for quasi-solid high-voltage lithium metal batteries显示文摘Lithium(Li)metal is one of the most promising anodes for next-generation energy storage systems.However,the Li dendrite formation and unstable solid-electrolyte interface(SEI)have hindered its further application.Lithium nitrate(LiNO3)is extensively used as an effective electrolyte additive in ether-based electrolytes to improve the stability of lithium metal.Nevertheless,it is rarely utilized in carbonate electrolytes due to its low solubility.Here,a novel gel polymer electrolyte(GPE)consisting of poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF),poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA),poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)with LiN03 additive is proposed to solve this issue.In this GPE,polyether-based PEO serves as a matrix for dissolving LiNO3 which can be decomposed into a fast Li-ion conductor(Li3N)in conventional carbonate electrolytes to enhance the stability and Li^+conductivity of the SEI film.As a result,dendrite formation is effectively suppressed,and a significantly improved average Coulombic efficiency(CE)of 97.2%in Li-Cu cell is achieved.By using this novel GPE coupled with Li anode and LiNi0.5Mn0.3Co0.2O2(NMC532),excellent capacity retention of 94.1%and high average CE of over 99.2%are obtained after 200 cycles at 0.5 C.This work presents fresh insight into practical modification strategies on high-voltage Li metal batteries.Zijian Wang Kai Yang Yongli Song Hai Lin Ke Li Yanhui Cui Luyi Yang Feng Pan 2020Nano Research2020,13,9:3

12Scaled-up synthesis of defect-rich layered double hydroxide monolayers without organic species for efficient oxygen evolution reaction显示文摘The scaled-up synthesis of organic-free monolayer nanomaterials is highly desirable,especially in obtaining green energy by electrocatalysis.In this study,a method for the scaled-up synthesis of the series of monolayer layered double hydroxides(LDHs)without the addition of organic solvents is reported via the separate nucleation and aging steps process.The resulting monolayer LDHs with the thicknesses of less than 1 nm showed a narrow thickness distribution.X-ray absorption fine-structure revealed that monolayer NiFe-LDH nanosheets have a number of oxygen and metal vacancies defects.As a practical application,monolayer NiFe-LDH nanosheets containing defects showed an enhanced electrocatalytic water oxidation activity compared with that of bulk NiFe-LDH.Density functional theory calculations uncovered that excellent catalytic activity is attributed to vacancies defects.The proposed method is an economical and universally applicable strategy for the scaled-up production of monolayer LDHs.Haoyuan Chi Jingwen Dong Tian Li Sha Bai Ling Tan Jikang Wang Tianyang Shen Guihao Liu Lihong Liu Luyi Sun Yufei Zhao Yu-Fei Song 2022Green Energy & Environment2022,7,5:2

14New perylene diimide derivatives: stable red emission, adjustable property from ACQ to AIE, and good device performance with an EQE value of 4.93%显示文摘Perylene diimide(PDI) derivatives, due to their special opto-electronic property, have been successfully utilized in organic field-effect transistor(OFET), solar cells, and as non-fullerene acceptor and others,while few cases in organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs). In this work, six perylene bisimide-based red emitters, N,N''-bis(2-decyltetradecyl)-1-([1,1':3',1''-terphenyl]-5'-yl)perylene-3,4,9,10-diimide(STPH),N,N'-bis(2-decyltetradecyl)-1,7-bis([1,1':3',1''-terphenyl]-5'-yl)perylene-3,4,9,10-diimide(DTPH), N,N''-bis(2-decyltetradecyl)-1-(5'-phenyl-[1,1':3',1''-terphenyl]-4-yl)perylene-3,4,9,10-diimide(STRPH), N,N0-bis(2-decyltetradecyl)-1,7-bis(5'-phenyl-[1,1':3',1''-terphenyl]-4-yl)perylene-3,4,9,10-diimide(DTRPH),N,N0-bis(2-decyltetradecyl)-1-(4-(2,2-diphenylvinyl)phenyl)perylene-3,4,9,10-diimide(STTPE) and N,N'-bis(2-decyltetradecyl)-1,7-bis(4-(2,2-diphenylvinyl)phenyl)perylene-3,4,9,10-diimide(DTTPE), with the excellent chemical, thermal and photo-chemical stability, are synthesized through the convenient Suzuki coupling reaction, in which, the fluorescent properties can be modified easily from ACQ to AIE by just simply changing the bulky volume of the introduced aromatic substituents. 15Insights Into the Interfacial Degradation of High-Voltage All-Solid-State Lithium Batteries显示文摘Poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)-based solid polymer electrolyte(SPE)is considered as a promising solid-state electrolyte for all-solid-state lithium batteries(ASSLBs).Nevertheless,the poor interfacial stability with high-voltage cathode materials(e.g.,LiCoO_(2))restricts its application in high energy density solid-state batteries.Herein,high-voltage stable Li_(3)AlF_(6) protective layer is coated on the surface of LiCoO_(2) particle to improve the performance and investigate the failure mechanism of PEO-based ASSLBs.The phase transition unveils that chemical redox reaction occurs between the highly reactive LiCoO_(2) surface and PEO-based SPE,resulting in structure collapse of LiCoO_(2),hence the poor cycle performance of PEO-based ASSLBs with LiCoO_(2) at charging voltage of 4.2 V vs Li/Li+.By sharp contrast,no obvious structure change can be found at the surface of Li_(3)AlF_(6)-coated LiCoO_(2),and the original layered phase was well retained.When the charging voltage reaches up to 4.5 V vs Li/Li+,the intensive electrochemical decomposition of PEO-based SPE occurs,leading to the constant increase of cell impedance and directly causing the poor performance.This work not only provides important supplement to the failure mechanism of PEO-based batter-ies with LiCoO_(2),but also presents a universal strategy to retain structure stability of cathode-electrolyte interface in high-voltage ASSLBs.Jiawen Li Yuchen Ji Haoran Song Shiming Chen Shouxiang Ding Bingkai Zhang Luyi Yang Yongli Song Feng Pan 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,12:2
16Wafer-scale patterned growth of type-II Dirac semimetal platinum ditelluride for sensitive room-temperature terahertz photodetection显示文摘As the lastly unexplored electromagnetic wave,terahertz(THz)radiation has been exploited in a plenty of contexts such as fundamental research,military and civil fields.Most recently,representative two-dimensional(2D)topological semimetal,platinum ditelluride(PtTe_(2))has attracted considerable research interest in THz detection due to its unique physical properties.However,to achieve practical applications,the low-cost,large-scale,controllable synthesis and efficient patterning of 2D materials are key requirements,which remain a challenge for PtTe_(2)and its photodetectors(PDs).Herein,a facile approach is developed to obtain waferscale(2-inches)patterned PtTe_(2)arrays using one-step tellurium-vapor transformation method and micro-Nano technology.PtTe_(2)PD arrays are fabricated with the as-grown PtTe_(2)arrays evenly distributed on a 2-inch wafer,exhibiting high conductivity(~2.7×105 S m^(-1))and good electrical consistency.Driven by the Dirac fermions,PtTe_(2)PDs achieve a broadband(0.02-0.3 THz)response with a fast response speed(~4.7μs),a high sensitivity(~47 pW Hz^(-1/2))and high-resolution transmission THz-imaging capability,which displays the potential of large-area THz array imaging.These results are one step towards the practical applications of integrated PD arrays based on 2D materials.Zhuo Dong Wenzhi Yu Libo Zhang Liu Yang Luyi Huang Yan Zhang Zeqian Ren Haoran Mu Cheng Chen Junrong Zhang Jie Li Lin Wang Kai Zhang 2023InfoMat2023,5,5:1
