1Effect and Prospect of Basic Geological Survey Based on Airborne Gravimetry in China显示文摘The airborne gravimetry was an important leap and innovation in the world's history of geophysical exploration.China's first test of the airborne gravity geological survey in the onshore-offshore transitional area of the western and southern part of the Bohai Sea was successful and effective in geology.Based on the airborne gravity data,and combining previous ground gravity,seismic and drilling data etc.,we carried out the geological interpretation by forward and inverse methods.The result shows that the airborne Bouguer gravity anomaly was clear,the fracture interpretation was reliable,and the inversion depth of the main geological interfaces was relatively accurate.This airborne gravity geological survey not only filled the exploring gaps in the onshore-offshore transitional area,and realized the geological and tectonic junction between the sea and the land,but also discovered four local gravity anomalies,11 fractures and three sags or subsags,and so on.The good geological effect of airborne gravimetry not restricted by terrain condition shows that it can be served as a new geophysical method in the exploration of complex terrain physiognomy area such as mountain,jungle,desert,marsh,onshore-offshore transitional area and so on,and has an extensive application prospect in China in the future.LI Wenyong ZHOU Jianxin XIONG Shengqing GUO Zhihong LU Wenfen XU Jianchun LIU Yanxu 2012Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2012,86,1:11
2Study of Residual Basin and Tectonolayering Based on Airborne Gravity and Magnetic Data显示文摘This paper takes the South Yellow Sea as an example to show a new method for comprehensive geological-geophysical research such as residual basin and tectonolayering using airborne gravity and magnetic data in China. Based on airborne gravity and magnetic data, by measuring and analyzing stratigraphic density and susceptibility, the depths to the pre-Sinian magnetic basement top, the pre-Jurassic top and the Cenozoic bottom, are obtained by forward and inverse methods constrained by seismic and drilling data; and furthermore, the residual thicknesses of the Sinian-Triassic, the Jurassic-Cretaceous and the Cenozoic are calculated. Based on airborne gravity and magnetic anomalies, the faults in the pre-Sinian magnetic basement, the Jurassic-Cretaceous and the Cenozoic are respectively interpreted by the qualitative and quantitative methods. On the basis of the above study, and combining regional important tectonic events, four tectonolayers are divided in the vertical succession in South Yellow Sea, namely the pre-Sinian magnetic basement, the Sinian-Triassic, the Jurassic-Cretaceous and the Cenozoic. The result shows that there are thick Cenozoic and Jurassic-Cretaceous strata and thin residual Sinian-Triassic strata in the Suzhong-Huangnan depression area, but there are thin or only sporadic Mesozoic-Cenozoic terrestrial strata and thick Sinian-Triassic marine strata reserved in Subei-Huangzhong uplift area and Sunan-Wunansha uplift area. 3High Frequency Communication Network with Diversity: System Structure and Key Enabling Techniques显示文摘High frequency sky wave communication suffers from poor performance including poor link quality and low link success rate. To enhance performance, diversity technology is proposed in the high frequency communication network(HFCN) in this paper.First, we present the benefits and the challenges by introducing diversity technology into the existing HFCN. Secondly, to exploit the benefits fully and overcome the challenges, we propose a system structure suitable for deploying diversity technology in HFCN in large scale,based on the cloud radio access network and software defined network. Moreover, we present a general structure for the real-time updating frequency management system that plays a more important role especially when resource consuming(e.g., frequency) diversity technology is deployed. Thirdly, we investigate the key techniques enabling diversity technology deployment. 4A FAST BIT-LOADING ALGORITHM FOR HIGH SPEED POWER LINE COMMUNICATIONS显示文摘Adaptive bit-loading is a key technology in high speed power line communications with the Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) modulation technology. According to the real situation of the transmitting power spectrum limited in high speed power line communications, this paper explored the adaptive bit loading algorithm to maximize transmission bit number when transmitting power spectral density and bit error rate are not exceed upper limit. With the characteristics of the power line channel, first of all, it obtains the optimal bit loading algorithm, and then provides the improved algorithm to reduce the computational complexity. 14ECMO/CRRT Combined Support in the Treatment of Critically Ill SARS-CoV-2 Pneumonia Patients显示文摘Objective: To explore the experience with and complications of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO)combined with continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) for treatment of critically ill patients with severe acuterespiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) pneumonia.Methods: The data on critically ill COVID-19 patients who received ECMO/CRRT at Tongji Hospital, which isaffi liated with Huazhong University of Science and Technology, in February and March 2020 were collected andanalyzed. All three patients were male, and the mean age was 50.6 years (range 44 – 58 years). The indications forECMO in critically ill SARS-CoV-2 pneumonia patients at our center were severe acute respiratory distress syndromewith Pa o 2 /F i o 2 below 100 mmHg under an effective protective pulmonary ventilation strategy and infl ammatory stormaccompanied by acute kidney injury. One patient, with severe heart failure, was selected for venoarterial ECMO, andthe other two patients were selected for venovenous ECMO.Results: In the three patients who received ECMO combined with bedside CRRT, the mean duration was 9.7 days(range 7 – 13 days). Four complications occurred during ECMO/CRRT, especially thrombocytopenia. Laboratorytesting showed increased counts of leukocytes and lymphocytes and decreased levels of infl ammatory factors. LungCT was suggestive of signifi cantly absorbed and reduced lesions and interstitial fi brosis.Conclusions: The survival rate of patients with cardiopulmonary failure treated with ECMO/CRRT in whomconventional treatment failed in this group was 100%, which indicates that combined treatment with ECMO and CRRTis an important treatment technique.Hai Zou Shengqing Li 2021Cardiovascular Innovations and Applications2021,,1:0
15Machine Learning Modeling of Protein-intrinsic Features Predicts Tractability of Targeted Protein Degradation显示文摘Targeted protein degradation(TPD)has rapidly emerged as a therapeutic modality to eliminate previously undruggable proteins by repurposing the cell’s endogenous protein degradation machinery.However,the susceptibility of proteins for targeting by TPD approaches,termed“degradability”,is largely unknown.Here,we developed a machine learning model,model-free analysis of protein degradability(MAPD),to predict degradability from features intrinsic to protein targets.MAPD shows accurate performance in predicting kinases that are degradable by TPD compounds[with an area under the precision–recall curve(AUPRC)of 0.759 and an area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUROC)of 0.775]and is likely generalizable to independent non-kinase proteins.We found five features with statistical significance to achieve optimal prediction,with ubiquitination potential being the most predictive.By structural modeling,we found that E2-accessible ubiquitination sites,but not lysine residues in general,are particularly associated with kinase degradability.Finally,we extended MAPD predictions to the entire proteome to find964 disease-causing proteins(including proteins encoded by 278 cancer genes)that may be tractable to TPD drug development.Wubing Zhang Shourya S.Roy Burman Jiaye Chen Katherine A.Donovan Yang Cao Chelsea Shu Boning Zhang Zexian Zeng Shengqing Gu Yi Zhang Dian Li Eric S.Fischer Collin Tokheim X.Shirley Liu 2022Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2022,20,5:0
16Dynamic fluid transport property of hydraulic fractures and its evaluation using acoustic logging显示文摘The existing acoustic logging methods for evaluating the hydraulic fracturing effectiveness usually use the fracture density to evaluate the fracture volume, and the results often cannot accurately reflect the actual productivity. This paper studies the dynamic fluid flow through hydraulic fractures and its effect on borehole acoustic waves. Firstly, based on the fractal characteristics of fractures observed in hydraulic fracturing experiments, a permeability model of complex fracture network is established. Combining the dynamic fluid flow response of the model with the Biot-Rosenbaum theory that describes the acoustic wave propagation in permeable formations, the influence of hydraulic fractures on the velocity dispersion of borehole Stoneley-wave is then calculated and analyzed, whereby a novel hydraulic fracture fluid transport property evaluation method is proposed. The results show that the Stoneley-wave velocity dispersion characteristics caused by complex fractures can be equivalent to those of the plane fracture model, provided that the average permeability of the complex fracture model is equal to the permeability of the plane fracture. In addition, for fractures under high-permeability(fracture width 10~100 μm, permeability ~100 μm^(2)) and reduced permeability(1~10 μm, ~10 μm^(2), as in fracture closure) conditions, the Stoneley-wave velocity dispersion characteristics are significantly different. 17NUSAP1 potentiates chemoresistance in glioblastoma through its SAP domain to stabilize ATR显示文摘NUSAP1,which is a microtubule-associated protein involved in mitosis,plays essential roles in diverse biological processes,especially in cancer biology.In this study,NUSAP1 was found to be overexpressed in GBM tissues in a grade-dependent manner compared with normal brain tissues.NUSAP1 was also highly expressed in GBM patients,dead patients,and GBM cells.In addition,NUSAP1 was found to participate in cell proliferation,apoptosis,and DNA damage in GBM cells.Ataxia telangiectasia and Rad3-related protein(ATR)are a primary sensor of DNA damage,and ATR is also a promising target in cancer therapy.Here,we found that NUSAP1 positively regulated the expression of ATR.Mechanistically,NUSAP1 suppressed the ubiquitin-dependent proteolysis of ATR.The SAP(SAF-A/B,Acinus,and PIAS)domain is a common motif of many SUMO(small ubiquitin-like modifier)E3 ligases,and this domain is involved in substrate recognition and ligase activity.This study further demonstrated that the SAP domain of NUSAP1 promoted the sumoylation of ATR,and thereby antagonized the ubiquitination of ATR.These results suggest that NUSAP1 stabilizes ATR by sumoylation.Moreover,NUSAP1 potentiated chemotherapeutic resistance to temozolomide(TMZ)and doxorubicin(DOX)through its SAP domain.Overall,this study indicates that NUSAP1 is a promising therapeutic target in GBM.Yuzu Zhao Jiang He Yongsen Li Shengqing Lv Hongjuan Cui 2020Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1:0

19NDRG1 promotes endothelial dysfunction and hypoxia-induced pulmonary hypertension by targeting TAF15显示文摘Background:Pulmonary hypertension(PH)represents a threatening pathophysiologic state that can be induced by chronic hypoxia and is characterized by extensive vascular remodeling.However,the mechanism underlying hypoxia-induced vascular remodeling is not fully elucidated.Methods and Results:By using quantitative polymerase chain reactions,western blotting,and immunohistochemistry,we demon-strate that the expression of N-myc downstream regulated gene-1(NDRG1)is markedly increased in hypoxia-stimulated endothelial cells in a time-dependent manner as well as in human and rat endothelium lesions.To determine the role of NDRG1 in endothelial dysfunction,we performed loss-of-function studies using NDRG1 short hairpin RNAs and NDRG1 over-expression plasmids.In vitro,silencing NDRG1 attenuated proliferation,migration,and tube formation of human pulmonary artery endothelial cells(HPAECs)un-der hypoxia,while NDRG1 over-expression promoted these behaviors of HPAECs.Mechanistically,NDRG1 can directly interact with TATA-box binding protein associated factor 15(TAF15)and promote its nuclear localization.Knockdown of TAF15 abrogated the effect of NDRG1 on the proliferation,migration and tube formation capacity of HPAECs.Bioinformatics studies found that TAF15 was involved in regulating PI3K-Akt,p53,and hypoxia-inducible factor 1(HIF-1)signaling pathways,which have been proved to be PH-related pathways.In addition,vascular remodeling and right ventricular hypertrophy induced by hypoxia were markedly alleviated in NDRG1 knock-down rats compared with their wild-type littermates.Conclusions:Taken together,our results indicate that hypoxia-induced upregulation of NDRG1 contributes to endothelial dysfunction through targeting TAF15,which ultimately contributes to the development of hypoxia-induced PH.Chengwei Li Junzhu Lv Gulinuer Wumaier Yu Zhao Liang Dong Yuzhen Zeng Ning Zhu Xiujuan Zhang Jing Wang Jingwen Xia Shengqing Li 2023Precision Clinical Medicine2023,6,4:0
20Comprehensive Control Measures and Effect Evaluation of Groundwater Over-exploitation Areas in High-tech Zone,Jining in 2020显示文摘Groundwater over-exploitation is a major problem in groundwater development, utilization and protection. At present, the area of shallow groundwater over-exploitation in the High-tech Zone is 76 km^(2). In this study, the system and mechanism construction, engineering measure construction, and control effect of national comprehensive control project of groundwater over-exploitation areas in the High-tech Zone in 2020 were evaluated, and the comprehensive control of groundwater over-exploitation in the High-tech Zone in the year was summarized to provide effective basis for the continuous implementation of comprehensive control of groundwater over-exploitation.
