1The Averaged-value Model of a Flexible Power Electronics Based Substation in Hybrid AC/DC Distribution Systems显示文摘The concept of a flexible power electronics substation(FPES)was first applied in the Zhangbei DC distribution network demonstration project.As a multi-port power electronics transformer(PET)with different AC and DC voltage levels,the FPES has adopted a novel topology integrating modular multilevel converter(MMC)and four-winding medium frequency transformer(FWMFT)based multiport DC-DC converter,which can significantly reduce capacitance in each sub-module(SM)of a MMC and also save space and cost.In this paper,in order to accelerate speed of electromagnetic transient(EMT)simulations of FPES based hybrid AC/DC distribution systems,an averaged-value model(AVM)is proposed for efficient and accurate representation of FPES.Assume that all SM capacitor voltages are perfectly balanced in the MMC,then the MMC behavior can be modeled using controlled voltage sources based on modulation voltages from control systems.In terms of the averaged current transfer characteristics among the windings of the FWMFT,we consider that all multiport DC-DC converters are controlled with the same dynamics,a lumped averaged model using controlled current and voltage sources has been developed for these four-port DC-DC converters connected to the upper or lower arms of the MMC.The presented FPES AVM model has been tested and validated by comparison with a detailed IGBT-based EMT model.Results show that the AVM is significantly more efficient while maintaining its accuracy in an EMT simulation.Hong Liu Zhanfeng Deng Xialin Li Li Guo Di Huang Shouqiang Fu Xiangyu Chen Chengshan Wang 2022CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2022,8,2:2
2Effects of chlorine dioxide on morphology and ultrastructure of Fusarium sulphureum and its virulence to potato tubers显示文摘The inhibitory effect and its virulence of chlorine dioxide(ClO_(2))against dry rot of potato were investigated.Potatoes were treated by ClO_(2),then observed for indoor bioassay,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)were used to observe the morphology and ultrastructure of hyphae,and evaluated the control efficiency of ClO_(2) on potato tuber(LK99)dry rot by F.sulphureum pre-treatment.The results showed that the pathogen of potato dry rot was sensitive to ClO_(2),the virulence of regression of y=5.05+7.308x,EC50 and EC90 were 0.3490 and 0.6261 respectively,the treatment of ClO_(2) could significantly inhibit the spore germination and mycelium growth of F.sulphureum,which was in a concentration-dependent manner,SEM and TEM observed that the morphology and ultrastructure of F.sulphureum hyphae were regularly damaged by ClO_(2),in vivo experiment further indicated that ClO_(2) could effectively control the dry rot of potato tubers with F.sulphureum,and ClO_(2) at the concentration of 0.75 ug/mL could significantly reduce the incidence of potato tuber dry rot and lesion expansion rate.The study showed that ClO_(2) could greatly against the pathogen of F.sulphureum,which could provide a scientific theoretical basis for the safe and efficient application of ClO_(2) in the prevention and control of potato diseases after harvest.Li Mei Tian Shilong Shen Jin Wang Xizhuo Cheng Jianxin Li Shouqiang Ge Xia Tian Jiachun 2017International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,5:1
3Applications of lasers:A promising route toward low-cost fabrication of high-efficiency full-color micro-LED displays显示文摘Micro-light-emitting diodes(micro-LEDs)with outstanding performance are promising candidates for next-generation displays.To achieve the application of high-resolution displays such as meta-displays,virtual reality,and wearable electronics,the size of LEDs must be reduced to the micro-scale.Thus,traditional technology cannot meet the demand during the processing of micro-LEDs.Recently,lasers with short-duration pulses have attracted attention because of their unique advantages during micro-LED processing such as noncontact processing,adjustable energy and speed of the laser beam,no cutting force acting on the devices,high efficiency,and low cost.Herein,we review the techniques and principles of laser-based technologies for micro-LED displays,including chip dicing,geometry shaping,annealing,laserassisted bonding,laser lift-off,defect detection,laser repair,mass transfer,and optimization of quantum dot color conversion films.Moreover,the future prospects and challenges of laser-based techniques for micro-LED displays are discussed.Shouqiang Lai Shibiao Liu Zilu Li Zhening Zhang Zhong Chen Rong Zhang Hao-Chung Kuo Tingzhu Wu 2023Opto-Electronic Science2023,2,10:0
4Synthesis of novel magnetic sulfur-doped Fe_3O_4 nanoparticles for efficient removal of Pb(Ⅱ)显示文摘In this work, we report the synthesis of magnetic sulfur-doped Fe_3O_4 nanoparticles (Fe_3O_4:S NPs) with a novel simple strategy,which includes low temperature multicomponent mixing and high temperature sintering. The prepared Fe_3O_4:S NPs exhibit a much better adsorption performance towards Pb(Ⅱ) than bare Fe_3O_4 nanoparticles. FTIR, XPS, and XRD analyses suggested that the removal mechanisms of Pb(Ⅱ) by Fe_3O_4:S NPs were associated with the process of precipitation (formation of PbS), hydrolysis,and surface adsorption. The kinetic studies showed that the adsorption data were described well by a pseudo second-order kinetic model, and the adsorption isotherms could be presented by Freundlich isotherm model. Moreover, the adsorption was not significantly affected by the coexisting ions, and the adsorbent could be easily separated from water by an external magnetic field after Pb(Ⅱ) adsorption.
