| 1 | Validity and reliability of Chinese version of Fatigue Impact Scale in cerebral infarction patients显示文摘BACKGROUND: Post-stroke fatigue has received much attention recently. Three evaluation scales are available,including the Fatigue Impact Scale (FIS). Yet none of these has been proven to be of use in the evaluation of psychological quality after post-stroke fatigue. OBJECTIVE: To introduce FIS into China,and to evaluate the validity and reliability of the Chinese Version in patients with cerebral infarction. DESIGN: Scale evaluation. SETTING: Department of Rehabilitation,Beijing Friendship Hospital,Capital Medical University. PARTICIPANTS: A total of 330 patients with cerebral infarction were selected from the Department of Neurology,Beijing Friendship Hospital,Capital Medical University from June 2005 to December 2006. All patients met diagnostic standards from the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Meeting of China Medical Association and were diagnosed with CT or MRI examination. Patients who were not willing to accept scale evaluation were excluded. METHODS: The English version of FIS was translated into Chinese and subsequently translated back to English again. FIS was given to the discharged patients,and they returned them upon completion. In-patients completed and immediately returned the FIS. Validity and reliability of the retrieved scales were ascertained with descriptive and inference analysis. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Total scores and subscale scores of FIS. RESULTS: Out of 330 questionnaires,214 valid questionnaires were deemed valid in total. Six components were extracted in factor analysis,and the total cumulative contribution was 73.919%,which suggested the questionnaire was valid. After correlation analysis,6 components were divided into 3 subscales,including cognitive,physical,and social,which was the same as the English version. The Cronbach α value for the three subscales was 0.937 7,0.918 8,and 0.940 6,respectively (> 0.7). | 2 | Lacustrine Shale Oil Resource Potential of Es3L Sub-Member of Bonan Sag, Bohai Bay Basin, Eastern China显示文摘Following shale gas, shale oil has become another highlight in unconventional hydrocarbon exploration and development. A large amount of shale oil has been produced from a host of marine shale in North America in recent years. In China, lacustrine shale, as the main source rock of conventional oil and gas, should also have abundant oil retained in place. In this study, geochemical and geologic characteristics of lacustrine shale from Es_3~L sub-member in Bonan sag were characterized by using total organic carbon(TOC), Rock-Eval pyrolysis, X-ray diffraction, and ?log R method. The results show that the Es_3~L sub-member shale have TOC contents ranging from 0.5 wt.% to 9.3 wt.%, with an average of 2.9 wt.%. The organic matter is predominantly Type I kerogen, with minor amounts of Type II1 kerogen. The temperature of maximum yield of pyrolysate(Tmax) values ranges from 424 to 447 °C, with an average of 440 °C, and vitrinite reflectance(Ro%) ranges from 0.7% to 0.9%, indicating most of shales are thermally mature. The dominant minerals of Es_3~L shale in Bonan sag are carbonates(including calcite and dolomite), averaging 51.82 wt.%, and the second minerals are clay(mostly are montmorillonite-illite-mixed layer and illite) and quartz, averaging about 18 wt.%. Finally, its shale oil resources were evaluated by using the volumetric method, and the evaluation result shows that the shale oil resource is up to 5.94 billion tons, and mostly Class I resource. | 3 | HAZ Characterization and Mechanical Properties of QP980-DP980 Laser Welded Joints显示文摘The QP980-DP980 dissimilar steel joints were fabricated by fiber laser welding.The weld zone(WZ)was fully martensitic structure,and heat-affected zone(HAZ)contained newly-formed martensite and partially tempered martensite(TM)in both steels.The supercritical HAZ of the QP980 side had higher microhardness(~549.5 Hv)than that of the WZ due to the finer martensite.A softened zone was present in HAZ of QP980 and DP980,the dropped microhardness of softened zone of the QP980 and DP980 wasΔ21.8 Hv andΔ40.9 Hv,respectively.Dislocation walls and slip bands were likely formed at the grain boundaries with the increase of strain,leading to the formation of low angle grain boundaries(LAGBs).Dislocation accumulation more easily occurred in the LAGBs than that of the HAGBs,which led to significant dislocation interaction and formation of cracks.The electron back-scattered diffraction(EBSD)results showed the fraction of LAGBs in sub-critical HAZ of DP980 side was the highest under different deformation conditions during tensile testing,resulting in the failure of joints located at the sub-critical HAZ of DP980 side.The QP980-DP980 dissimilar steel joints presented higher elongation(~11.21%)and ultimate tensile strength(~1011.53 MPa)than that of DP980-DP980 similar steel joints,because during the tensile process of the QP980-DP980 dissimilar steel joint(~8.2%and 991.38 MPa),the strain concentration firstly occurred on the excellent QP980 BM.Moreover,Erichsen cupping tests showed that the dissimilar welded joints had the lowest Erichsen value(~5.92 mm)and the peak punch force(~28.4 kN)due to the presence of large amount of brittle martensite in WZ and inhomogeneous deformation. | Junliang Xue Peng Peng Wei Guo Mingsheng Xia Caiwang Tan Zhandong Wan Hongqiang Zhang Yongqiang Li | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2021,34,4: | 3 |
| 4 | Synthesis and biological evaluation of novel tricyclic matrinic derivatives as potential anti-filovirus agents显示文摘Twenty-six novel tricyclic sophoridinic and matrinic derivatives containing a common chlorinated benzene fragment were designed, synthesized and evaluated for their anti-ebolavirus(EBOV)activities. Structure–activity relationship analysis indicated:(i) 12 N-dichlorobenzyl motif was beneficial for the activity;(ii) the chiral configuration at C5 atom might not affect the activity much. Among the target compounds, compound 7d exhibited the most potent potency against EBOV with an IC_(50) value of 5.29 μmol/L and an SI value of over 37.8. Further in vivo anti-EBOV assay of 7d identified its high effectiveness, and in vivo anti-MARV assay of 7d suggested its inspiring broad-spectrum anti-filovirus activity. | 6 | Modeling of the height–diameter relationship using an allometric equation model:a case study of stands of Phyllostachys edulis显示文摘Understanding the relationship between tree height(H) and diameter at breast height(D) is vital to forest design, monitoring and biomass estimation. We developed an allometric equation model and tested its applicability for unevenly aged stands of moso bamboo forest at a regional scale. Field data were collected for 21 plots. Based on these data, we identified two strong power relationships: a correlation between the mean bamboo height(Hm) and the upper mean H(Hu), and a correlation between the mean D(Dm) and the upper mean D(Du). Simulation results derived from the allometric equation model were in good agreement with observed culms derived from the field data for the 21 stands,with a root-mean-square error and relative root-mean-square error of 1.40 m and 13.41 %, respectively. These results demonstrate that the allometric equation model had a strong predictive power in the unevenly aged stands at a regional scale. In addition, the estimated average height–diameter(H–D) model for South Anhui Province was used to predict H for the same type of bamboo in Hunan Province based on the measured D, and the results were highly similar. The allometric equation model has multiple uses at the regional scale, including the evaluation of the variation in the H–D relationship among regions. | 7 | Controllable printing of large-scale compact perovskite films for flexible photodetectors显示文摘Perovskite materials are promising candidates for the next generation of wearable optoelectronics.However,due to uncontrolled crystallization and the natural brittle property of crystals,it remains a great challenge to fabricate large-scale compact and tough perovskite film.Here we report a facile method to print large-scale perovskite films with high quality for flexible photodetectors.By introducing a soluble polyethylene oxide(PEO)layer during the inkjet printing process,the nucleation and crystal growth of perovskite is well controlled.Perovskite films can be easily printed in large scale and patterned in high resolution.Moreover,this method can be extended to various kinds of perovskite materials,such as MAPbb(MA=methylammonium),MA_(3)Sb_(2)l_(9),and(BA)_(2)PbBr_(4)(BA=benzylammonium).The printed perovskite films show high quality and excellent mechanical performance.The photodetectors based on the MAPbBr3 perovskite films show a responsivity up to -1,036 mAA/V and maintain over 96.8%of the initial photocurrent after 15,000 consecutive bending cycles.This strategy provides a facile approach to prepare large-scale flexible perovskite films.It opens up new opportunities for the fabrication of diverse wearable optoelectronic devices. | Zhenkun Gu Ying Wang Shiheng Wang Ting Zhang Rudai Zhao Xiaotian Hu Zhandong Huang Meng Su Qun Xu Lihong Li Yiqiang Zhang Yanlin Song | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,2: | 1 |

| 13 | Mechanochemistry of an Interlocked Poly[2]catenane:From Single Molecule to Bulk Gel显示文摘Mechanically interlocked molecules(MIMs)are prototypical molecular machines with parts that enable controlled,large-amplitude movement with one component positioned relative to another.Incorporating MIMs into polymeric matrices is promising for the designing of functional materials with unprecedented properties.However,the central issue is the challenges involved with establishing the mechanistic linkage between the single-molecule and the bulk material.Herein,we explore the mechanochemical properties and energetic details of a linear poly[2]catenane with strong intercomponent hydrogen bonding(IHB)revealed by single-molecule force spectroscopy.Our results showed that the individual linear poly[2]catenane chain exhibited typical sawtooth pattern,corresponding to the reversible unlocking and relocking transitions under external force or upon stimulations to dissociate or re-form the strong IHB.Furthermore,when a poly[2]catenane-based polymer gel was prepared using a thiol-ene click reaction between thiol-ended poly[2]catenane and a low-molecule-weight cross-linker,the resultant gel showed excellent mechanical adaptability and dynamic properties,which correlated well with the molecular-level observations.The unique poly[2]catenane structure also contributed to the gel formation with an extraordinary IHB-mediated swelling behavior and shape memory property.Thus our present results demonstrate the functioning of bulk material in a linear tandem manner from the behavior of a single molecule,a finding which should be applicable to other systems with versatile properties and promising applications. | Hao Xing Zhandong Li Wenbo Wang Peiren Liu Junkai Liu Yu Song Zi Liang Wu Wenke Zhang Feihe Huang | 2020 | CCS Chemistry2020,2,1: | 0 |

| 16 | TXNIP aggravates cardiac fibrosis and dysfunction after myocardial infarction in mice by enhancing the TGFB1/Smad3 pathway and promoting NLRP3 inflammasome activation显示文摘Myocardial infarction(MI)results in high mortality.The size of fibrotic scar tissue following MI is an independent predictor of MI outcomes.Thioredoxin-interacting protein(TXNIP)is involved in various fibrotic diseases.Its role in post-MI cardiac fibrosis,however,remains poorly understood.In the present study,we investigate the biological role of TXNIP in post-MI cardiac fibrosis and the underlying mechanism using mouse MI models of the wild-type(WT),Txnip-knockout(Txnip-KO)type and Txnip-knock-in(Txnip-KI)type.After MI,the animals present with significantly upregulated TXNIP levels,and their fibrotic areas are remarkably expanded with noticeably impaired cardiac function.These changes are further aggravated under Txnip-KI conditions but are ameliorated in Txnip-KO animals.MI also leads to increased protein levels of the fibrosis indices Collagen I,Collagen III,actin alpha 2(ACTA2),and connective tissue growth factor(CTGF).The Txnip-KI group exhibits the highest levels of these proteins,while the lowest levels are observed in the Txnip-KO mice.Furthermore,Txnip-KI significantly upregulates the levels of transforming growth factor(TGF)B1,p-Smad3,NOD-,LRR-and pyrin domain-containing protein 3(NLRP3),Cleaved Caspase-1,and interleukin(IL)1B after MI,but these effects are markedly offset by Txnip-KO.In addition,after MI,the Smad7 level significantly decreases,particularly in the Txnip-KI mice.TXNIP may aggravate the progression of post-MI fibrosis and cardiac dysfunction by activating the NLRP3 inflammasome,followed by IL1B generation and then the enhancement of the TGFB1/Smad3 pathway.As such,TXNIP might serve as a novel potential therapeutic target for the treatment of post-MI cardiac fibrosis. | Yan Zhang Jin Wang Xuejiao Wang Aiyun Li Zhandong Lei Dongxue Li Dehai Xing Yichao Zhang Wanzhen Su Xiangying Jiao | 2023 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,12: | 0 |
| 17 | Autoantibody against angiotensin II type I receptor induces pancreaticβ-cell apoptosis via enhancing autophagy显示文摘Autoantibody against the angiotensin II type I receptor(AT1-AA)has been found in the serum of patients with diabetes mellitus(DM).However,it remains unclear whether AT1-AA inducesβ-cell apoptosis and participates in the development of DM.In this study,an AT1-AA-positive rat model was set up by active immunization,and AT1-AA IgG was purified.INS-1 cells were treated with AT1-AA,and cell viability,apoptosis,and autophagy-related proteins were detected by Cell Counting Kit-8 assay,flow cytometry,and western blot analysis,respectively.Results showed that existence of AT1-AA impaired the islet function and increased the apoptosis of pancreatic islet cells in rats,and the autophagy level in rat pancreatic islet tissues tended to increase gradually with the prolongation of immunization time.AT1-AA markedly reduced INS-1 cell viability,promoted cell apoptosis,and decreased insulin secretion in vitro.In addition,the autophagy level was gradually increased along with the prolongation of AT1-AA treatment time.Meanwhile,it was determined that treatment with autophagy inhibitor 3-methyladenine and angiotensin II type 1 receptor(AT1R)blocker telmisartan could improve insulin secretion and apoptosis in vitro and in vivo.In conclusion,it is deduced that upregulation of autophagy contributed to the AT1-AA-inducedβ-cell apoptosis and islet dysfunction,and AT1R mediated the signal transduction. | Jin Wang Dan Li Zhinan Zhang Yan Zhang Zhandong Lei Wenwen Jin Jimin Cao Xiangying Jiao | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,6: | 0 |

| 19 | Angiotensin II type 1a receptor knockout ameliorates high-fat diet-induced cardiac dysfunction by regulating glucose and lipid metabolism显示文摘Obesity-related cardiovascular diseases are associated with overactivation of the renin-angiotensin system(RAS).However,the underlying mechanisms remain elusive.In this study,we investigate the role of angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ)in high-fat diet(HFD)-induced cardiac dysfunction by focusing on cardiac glucose and lipid metabolism and energy supply.Ang Ⅱ plays a role in cardiovascular regulation mainly by stimulating angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor(AT1R),among which AT1aR is the most important subtype in regulating the function of the cardiovascular system.AT1aR gene knockout(AT1aR^(‒/‒))rats and wild-type(WT)rats are randomly divided into four groups and fed with either a normal diet(ND)or a HFD for 12 weeks.The myocardial lipid content,Ang II level and cardiac function are then evaluated.The expressions of a number of genes involved in glucose and fatty acid oxidation and mitochondrial dynamics are measured by quantitative polymerase chain reaction and western blot analysis.Our results demonstrate that AT1aR knockout improves HFD-induced insulin resistance and dyslipidemia as well as lipid deposition and left ventricular dysfunction compared with WT rats fed a HFD.In addition,after feeding with HFD,AT1aR^(‒/‒)rats not only show further improvement in glucose and fatty acid oxidation but also have a reverse effect on increased mitochondrial fission proteins.In conclusion,AT1aR deficiency ameliorates HFD-induced cardiac dysfunction by enhancing glucose and fatty acid oxidation,regulating mitochondrial dynamics-related protein changes,and further promoting cardiac energy supply. | Jin Wang Dongxue Li Yan Zhang Dehai Xing Zhandong Lei Xiangying Jiao | 2023 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,9: | 0 |
