1Microstructure, Mechanical Properties and Oxidation Resistance of Nb-22Ti-14Si-2Hf-2Al-xCr Alloys显示文摘Nb-22Ti-14Si-2Hf-2Al-xCr (x=2, 6, 10, 14, 17 at%) alloys are prepared by arc-melting under argon atmosphere. Microstructural characteristics, mechanical properties and oxidation resistance of the arc-melted alloys are investigated. At 2 at% Cr content, the microstructure is composed of Nbss, Nb3Si and a small quantity of Nb5Si3, when the Cr contents increase, Nb3Si disappears. For the high Cr content (x ≥ 10 at%) alloys, besides the Nbss and Nb5Si3, Cr2Nb is also detected. With the increase of Cr content, the volume fractions of Cr2Nb and Nb5Si3 increase, while that of Nbss increases firstly and then begins to degrade when the Cr content is higher than 6 at%. For the alloy with 2 at% Cr, the room temperature fracture toughness is about 14.5 MPa·m1/2, but badly decreases to about 8.5 MPa·m1/2, when the Cr contents increase. Vickers hardness of Nbss tends to increase linearly from about 400 to 500, while that of silicides is not sensitive to Cr contents, about 950. The appearance of Cr2Nb phase significantly improves the high temperature oxidation resistance of the alloys with high Cr contents. 3PdNi/N-doped graphene aerogel with over wide potential activity for formic acid electrooxidation显示文摘Anti-CO poisoning ability is significant in formic acid oxidation in the fuel cell technique.Herein,Pd Ni alloy supported on N-doped graphene aerogel(Pd Ni/GA-N)was found to have catalytic ability toward formic acid electrooxidation over a wide potential range because of the improved anti-CO poisoning ability.This catalyst was fabricated by simple freeze-drying of mixture solution of graphene aerogel,polyvinylpyrrolidone,Pd^(2+)and Ni^(2+)and the subsequent thermal annealing reduction approach in the N2/H2 atmosphere.Pd-Ni alloy particles anchored over the folding N-doped graphene surface with a porous hierarchical architecture structure in the 3 D directions.It showed the catalytic performance of its maximum mass activity of 836 m A mg^(-1)in a broad potential range(0.2-0.6 V)for formic acid oxidation.The CO stripping experiment demonstrated its largely improved anti-CO poisoning ability with the peak potential of 0.67 V,approximately 60 and 40 m V less compared to those of Pd/GA-N and Pd/C samples.The high anti-CO poisoning ability and strong electronic effect resulting from the interaction between the3 D GA-N support and the Pd-Ni alloy makes it a promising catalyst for application in direct formic acid fuel cells.Yufei Bao Meng Zha Pengliang Sun Guangzhi Hu Ligang Feng 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,8:3
4TLR_9在人肺腺癌细胞A549中的表达(英文)显示文摘Objective:Being considered as a bridge between the innate immunity and acquired immunity,Toll-like receptors(TRLs) are very important innate immunity moleculars.Recent researchs on the innate immunity have focused on the relationship between TLRs and human tumor.This paper investgated the expression and significance of TLR9 in human pulmonary adenocarcinoma cell(A549 cell) and human bronchial epithelial cell(HBE cell).Methods:After culturing A549 cell and HBE cell in vitro,the expression of TLR9 mRNA and protein in both cells were detected by immunocytochemistry,Real-time Quantitative Reverse Transcriptase-Polymerase Chain Reaction(Real-time Quantitative PCR) and Western blot,respectively.Results:By immunocytochemistry staining,TLR9 was mainly expressed in both cells' cell membrane and endochylema as brown-yellow material.It showed that the expressions of TLR9 mRNA and protein in A549 cell were stronger than those in HBE cell(P < 0.01).Conclusion:The results suggest TLR9 might cause the progression of human pulmonary adenocarcinoma,and the mechanism needs to be further investgatied.Jun Yu Tiecheng Pan Xiang Wei Ligang Liu Min Hu Fang Yuan Jiaduo Li 2009The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2009,8,7:2

7Microstructure and mechanical properties of cast Ti-47Al-2Cr-2Nb alloy melted in various crucibles显示文摘The main factors limiting the mass production of TiAl-based components are the high reactivity of TiAl-based alloys with the crucible or mould at high temperature.In this work,various crucibles (e.g.CaO,Y2O3 ceramic crucibles and water-cooled copper crucible) were used to fabricate the Ti-47Al-2Cr-2Nb alloy in a vacuum induction furnace.The effects of crucible materials and melting parameters on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were analyzed by means of microstructure observation,chemical analysis,tensile test and fracture surface observation.The possibilities of melting TiAl alloys in crucibles made of CaO and Y2O3 refractory materials were also discussed.Wang Ligang Zheng Lijing Cui Renjie Yang Lili Zhang Hu 2012China Foundry2012,9,1:2
8Electrochemical oxygen evolution reaction efficiently boosted by selective fluoridation of FeNi3 alloy/oxide hybrid显示文摘Performance boosting of hybrid metal oxide and metal alloy catalyst is crucial to the water electrolysis for hydrogen generation. Herein, a novel concept of selective fluoridation of metal alloy/oxide hybrid is proposed to boost their catalytic performance for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER). A well-recognized OER catalyst system of FeNi3 alloy/oxide embedded in nitrogen-doped porous nanofibers(FeNiO/NCF) is employed as a proof of concept, and it is selectively fluoridated by transforming the metal oxide to metal fluoride(FeNiF/NCF). The crystal structure and surface chemical state transformation are well supported by the spectroscopic analysis and the improved electrochemical performance for OER can be well correlated to the phase and structure change. Specifically, FeNiF/NCF can drive the benchmark current density of 10 mA cm-2 at 260 mV with a Tafel slope of 67 mV dec-1, about 70 mV less than that of FeNiO/NCF.Increased catalytic kinetics, rapid charge transfer ability, high catalytic efficiency and stability are also probed by electrochemical analysis. The high surface area and roughness are found mainly generated via the high-temperature annealing for the metal alloy/metal oxide formation, and the low-temperature fluoridation process intrinsically contributes to the active structure formation. 9Electrochemical deposited amorphous FeNi hydroxide electrode for oxygen evolution reaction显示文摘The electrodeposition approach is significant in electrode fabrication for practical application.Herein,the electrodeposited amorphous NiFe hydroxide species for oxygen evolution reaction (OER) in water splitting reaction is demonstrated by revealing the synergistic effect influenced by the support electrode of Fe and Ni foil and the contents of Fe and Ni in the electrolyte.All the electrodeposited samples have an amorphous structure and similar profiles of binding energy and chemical states for Fe and Ni as characterized by the spectroscopic techniques.While the support effect and Fe/Ni synergistic effect are indeed observed for the varied catalytic performances observed for the different electrodes;the Ni foil supported catalyst exhibits much higher performance than that of the Fe foil supported catalyst,and the different redox potentials of Ni species in the different Fe/Ni electrode resulting from the Fe–Ni synergism are observed in the cyclic voltammetry curve analysis.The surface roughness and the electrochemical surface area are also influenced by the support effect and the Fe/Ni ratio in the plating electrolyte.The optimal electrode shows a very low overpotential of~200 mV to reach 10 mA cm^(-2),and very high catalytic stability by the consecutive cyclic voltammetry measurements and 20 h stability test.Though it has the largest electrochemical surface area,the highest catalytic efficiency for these active sites is also indicated by the specific activity and turnover frequency polarization curves.The current work shows the effective experience for the electrodeposited Fe/Ni based catalysts in large-scale fabrication,which can be more practical for hydrogen generation in the alkaline water electrolysis.Zhengzhi Yin Runze He Yongcai Zhang Ligang Feng Xiang Wu Thomas Wågberg Guangzhi Hu 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,6:2

11Study on the Clinical Effectiveness of Thymectomy for Myasthenia Gravis显示文摘Objectiv:To investigate the theoretical basis and clinical significance of thymectomy in the treatment of myasthenia gravis (MG). Methods:Analyze the changes in the contents of serum AchRab and sIL-2R, lymphocyte subtypes in Peripheral blood lymphocytes before and after thymectomy in 69 patients. Results:In the study group significant changes were found in serum contents of AchRab and sIL-2R before and after operation and there was also remarkable change in the number and constitution of peripheral blood lymphocyte subtypes. 13Selective adsorption-involved formation of NMC532/PANI microparticles with high ageing resistance and improved electrochemical performance显示文摘Surface modification offers an alternative strategy to improve both ageing resistance and electrochemical performance of cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries.From the viewpoint of real application,surface modification of the cathode materials should be designed with scientificity,effectiveness,low cost,less Li+leaching,and remained tap density.In this contribution,a selective adsorption-involved in-situ growth of polyaniline(PANI)nanoparticles on LiNi_(0.5)Mn_(0.3)Co_(0.2)O_(2)(NMC532)has been designed through a room-temperature-and-pressure chemical vapor deposition technique.The selective growth of PANTI on NMC532 is based on theoretical computation results that multivalent Ni,Mn,and Co are capable of specifically conjugating and activating aniline molecules and,hence,initiating in-situ oxidation polymerization.With only trace amount of aniline monomer,the resulting PANI nanoparticles-inlaid NMC532 microparticles can endure four-month ageing in ambient atmosphere and exhibit improved electrochemical performance at both room temperature and 55℃ compared with pristine NMC532.The improved electrochemical performance of NMC532/PANI is attributed to the enhanced structural stability of NMC532 and inhibited side reactions related to Li_(2)CO_(3) formation,PVDF degradation,electrolyte decomposition,and transition-metal dissolution,owing to PANI modification.Mingchuan Shao Changshuo Shang Fengxiang Zhang Zhen Xu Wei Hu Qingqing Lu Ligang Gai 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,3:1
14Simultaneous size characterization and mass quantification of the in vivo core-biocorona structure and dissolved species of silver nanoparticles显示文摘Size characterization of silver nanoparticles with biomolecule corona(AgNP@BCs) and mass quantification of various silver species in organisms are essential for understanding the in vivo transformation of Ag NPs. Herein, we report a versatile method that allows simultaneous determination of the size of AgNP@BCs and mass concentration of various silver species in rat liver. Both particulate and ionic silver were extracted in their original forms from the organs by alkaline digestion, and analyzed by size exclusion chromatography combined with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(SEC-ICP-MS). While the silver mass concentrations were quantified by ICP-MS with a detection limit of 0.1 μg/g, the effective diameter of AgNP@BCs was determined based on the retention time in SEC separation with size discrimination of 0.6-3.3 nm. More importantly, we found that the BC thickness of AgNP@BCs is core size independent, and a linear correlation was found between the effective diameter and core diameter of AgNP@BCs in extracted tissues, which was used to calibrate the core diameter with standard deviations in the range of 0.2-1.1 nm. The utility of this strategy was demonstrated through application to rat livers in vivo. 17Heat-treated glassy carbon under pressure exhibiting superior hardness,strength and elasticity显示文摘Glassy carbon(GC)is a type of non-graphitizing disordered carbon material at ambient pressure and high temperatures,which has been widely used due to its excellent mechanical properties.Here we report the changes in the microstructure and mechanical properties of GC treated at high pressures(up to 5 GPa)and high temperatures.The formation of intermediate sp2-sp3 phases is identified at moderate treatment temperatures before the complete graphitization of GC,by analyzing synchrotron X-ray diffraction,Raman spectra,and transmission electron microscopy images.The intermediate metastable carbon materials exhibit superior mechanical properties with hardness reaching up to 10 GPa and compressive strength reaching as high as 2.5 GPa,nearly doubling those of raw GC,and improving elasticity and thermal stability.The synthesis pressure used in this study can be achieved in the industry on a commercial scale,enabling the scalable synthesis of this type of strong,hard,and elastic carbon materials.Meng Hu Shuangshuang Zhang Bing Liu Yingju Wu Kun Luo Zihe Li Mengdong Ma Dongli Yu Lingyu Liu Yufei Gao Zhisheng Zhao Yoshio Kono Ligang Bai Guoyin Shen Wentao Hu Yang Zhang Ralf Riedel Bo Xu Julong He Yongjun Tian 2021Journal of Materiomics2021,7,1:1
