| 1 | Synthesis and electrochemical properties of Zn_3V_3O_8 as novel anode material显示文摘Zn_3V_3O_8 two-dimensional micro sheets are successfully synthesized by combination of solvothermal method and heat treatment. The X-ray diffraction(XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM) are used to characterize the structure and morphology of the samples, and the battery testing system is used to investigate its electrochemical performance. The results show that the Zn_3V_3O_8 is successfully obtained using mix solvent(water:ethylene glycol =1:1), and the sample takes on morphology of two-dimensional sheets. The initial discharge capacity for Zn_3V_3O_8 two-dimensional micro sheets is 752.0 mAh/g at 100 mA/g in the voltage range of 0.01-3 V. After heat treatment in a tube furnace at 550 ℃, the sample had the initial discharge capacity as 1152.0 mAh/g and maintained it at 901.4 mAh/g after 100 cycles. | 2 | A Vaccine Based on the Receptor-Binding Domain of the Spike Protein Expressed in Glycoengineered Pichia pastoris Targeting SARS-CoV-2 Stimulates Neutralizing and Protective Antibody Responses显示文摘In 2020 and 2021,severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),a novel coronavirus,caused a global pandemic.Vaccines are expected to reduce the pressure of prevention and control,and have become the most effective strategy to solve the pandemic crisis.SARS-CoV-2 infects the host by binding to the cellular receptor angiotensin converting enzyme 2(ACE2)via the receptor-binding domain(RBD)of the surface spike(S)glycoprotein.In this study,a candidate vaccine based on a RBD recombinant subunit was prepared by means of a novel glycoengineered yeast Pichia pastoris expression system with characteristics of glycosylation modification similar to those of mammalian cells.The candidate vaccine effectively stimulated mice to produce high-titer anti-RBD specific antibody.Furthermore,the specific antibody titer and virus-neutralizing antibody(NAb)titer induced by the vaccine were increased significantly by the combination of the double adjuvants Al(OH)_(3) and CpG.Our results showed that the virus-NAb lasted for more than six months in mice.To summarize,we have obtained a SARS-CoV-2 vaccine based on the RBD of the S glycoprotein expressed in glycoengineered Pichia pastoris,which stimulates neutralizing and protective antibody responses.A technical route for fucose-free complex-type N-glycosylation modified recombinant subunit vaccine preparation has been established. | Bo Liu Ying Yin Yuxiao Liu Tiantian Wang Peng Sun Yangqin Ou Xin Gong Xuchen Hou Jun Zhang Hongguang Ren Shiqiang Luo Qian Ke Yongming Yao Junjie Xu Jun Wu | 2022 | Engineering2022,8,6: | 1 |

| 15 | Diagnostic Quantification of the Cloud Water Resource in China during 2000–2019显示文摘By using the diagnostic quantification method for cloud water resource(CWR),the three-dimensional(3D)cloud fields of 1°×1°resolution during 2000-2019 in China are firstly obtained based on the NCEP reanalysis data and related satellite data.Then,combined with the Global Precipitation Climatology Project(GPCP)products,a 1°×1°gridded CWR dataset of China in recent 20 years is established.On this basis,the monthly and annual CWR and related variables in China and its six weather modification operation sub-regions are obtained,and the CWR characteristics in different regions are analyzed finally.The results show that in the past 20 years,the annual total amount of atmospheric hydrometeors(GM_(h))and water vapor(GM_(v))in the Chinese mainland are about 838.1 and 3835.9 mm,respectively.After deducting the annual mean precipitation of China(P_(s),661.7 mm),the annual CWR is about 176.4 mm.Among the six sub-regions,the southeast region has the largest amount of cloud condensation(C_(vh))and precipitation,leading to the largest GM_(h) and CWR there.In contrast,the annual P_(s),GM_(h),and CWR are all the least in the northwest region.Furthermore,the monthly and interannual variation trends of P_(s),C_(vh),and GM_(h) in different regions are identical,and the evolution characteristics of CWR are also consistent with the hydrometeor inflow(Q_(hi)).For the north,northwest,and northeast regions,in spring and autumn the precipitation efficiency of hydrometeors(PEh)is not high(20%-60%),the renewal time of hydrometeors(RT_(h))is relatively long(5-25 h),and GM_(h) is relatively high.Therefore,there is great potential for the development of CWR through artificial precipitation enhancement(APE).For the central region,spring,autumn,and winter are suitable seasons for CWR development.For the southeast and southwest regions,P_(s) and PE_(h) in summer are so high that the development of CWR should be avoided.For different spatial scales,there are significant differences in the characteristics of CWR. | Miao CAI Yuquan ZHOU Jianzhao LIU Yahui TANG Chao TAN Junjie ZHAO Jianjun OU | 2022 | Journal of Meteorological Research2022,36,2: | 0 |

| 17 | Growth hormone promotes the reconstruction of injured axons in the hypothalamo-neurohypophyseal system显示文摘Previous studies have shown that growth hormone can regulate hypothalamic energy metabolism, stress, and hormone release. Therefore, growth hormone has great potential for treating hypothalamic injury. In this study, we established a specific hypothalamic axon injury model by inducing hypothalamic pituitary stalk electric lesions in male mice. We then treated mice by intraperitoneal administration of growth hormone. Our results showed that growth hormone increased the expression of insulin-like growth factor 1 and its receptors, and promoted the survival of hypothalamic neurons, axonal regeneration, and vascular reconstruction from the median eminence through the posterior pituitary. Altogether, this alleviated hypothalamic injury-caused central diabetes insipidus and anxiety.
