2Double-side fabrication process and millimeter waveresponse of intrinsic Josephson junctions显示文摘We adopted double-side fabrication process to prepare intrinsic Josephson junctions (IJJs) based on Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+x (BSCCO) single crystals. Using crystal cleavage and double-side argon ion milling, we have successfully fabricated very uniform IJJs with the thickness of single crystal slice less than 200 nm. Using quasi-optical system, the response of the IJJs to millimeter wave radiation was studied. 3Acid etching process for fabrication of Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O_(8+x) stack显示文摘We adopted a new method, acid etching process, to fabricate the intrinsic Josephson junctions based on the Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+x single crystals. By soaking the crystals into the dilute hydrochloric acid, we fabricated a junction stack successfully, and meantime made the surrounding area insulated. A certain concentration of hydrochloric acid was used to maintain the roughness of the modified layer. The cur-rent-voltage characteristic was achieved through the four terminal measurement. We could control the junctions' number by changing the concentration and the soaking time. We also found that the thick-ness of the stack was equal to the average height of the insulation layer. 4Terahertz narrow bandstop, broad bandpass filter using double-layer S-shaped metamaterials显示文摘In this study,double-layer S-shaped metamaterials(MMs)are analyzed by terahertz time-domain spectroscopy.These materials exhibit narrow bandstop and broad bandpass transmission properties at both horizontal and vertical electric-feld polarizations.A 117%increase in the unloaded quality factor is experimentally observed for these materials.The center frequency is approximately 0.45 THz,with a 3-dB bandwidth of 0.52 THz from 0.20 to 0.72 THz at normal incidence.The measured average insertion loss is 0.5 dB with a ripple of 1 dB.These results show that double-layer S-shaped MMs are efective in designing tunable terahertz devices.LIANG LanJu JIN BiaoBing WU JingBo ZHOU GaoChao ZHANG YongGang TU XueCou JIA Tao JIA XiaoQing CAO ChunHai KANG Lin XU WeiWei CHEN Jian 2013Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,12:2
5Damage Identification of General Overhead Travelling Crane Structure Based on Model Updating by Sensitivity显示文摘A model based damage identification was proposed by facilitating parameter sensitivity analysis and applied to a general overhead travelling crane.As updating reference data,experimental modal frequency was obtained by operational modal analysis(OMA)under ambient excitation.One dimensional damage function was defined to identify the damage by bending stiffness.The results showed that the model updating method could locate the damage and quantitatively describe the structure.The average error of eigenvalues between updated model analysis and the experimental results was less than 4% which proved the accuracy reliable.The comparison of finite element analysis and the test results of the deflection under the capacity load further verified the feasibility of this method.Qing Guangwei Yue Lin Guo Qingtao Tao Yanhe Hu Jingbo 2017Transactions of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics2017,34,3:1

13High conversion efficiency of pristine TiO_2 nanotube arrays based dye-sensitized solar cells显示文摘We prepared highly-ordered titanium dioxide nanotube arrays (TNAs) by anodizing Ti foils in F-containing electrolytes.The crystalline nature and morphology of the TNAs were studied using X-ray diffraction patterns and scanning electron microscopy.We found the morphology of TNAs affects the light-to-electricity conversion efficiency (η) of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs).The efficiency of DSSCs reached 5.95% under the condition of light illuminated from the counter electrode.The high efficiency of TNA-based DSSCs was attributed to the neat top surface of TNAs,which allows more dye molecule loading on the surface of the TiO 2 nanotubes,and fewer electron recombination centers and a low interface resistance of integrated TNAs.WANG ShangHua TAN WeiWei ZHANG JingBo LIN Yuan 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,8:1
14Pyrrole derivatives as interlayer modifier of Li-S batteries:Modulation of electrochemical performance by molecular perturbation显示文摘The electrochemical performance of lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries is strongly hampered by the shuttle effect and slow redox kinetics of lithium polysulfides(Li PSs).Surface modified interlayer of a separator of Li-S batteries is demonstrated to be an effective strategy to overcome this problem.Herein,cobalt nanoparticles confined in nitrogen co-doped porous carbon framework(Co-CN)were developed from pyrolysis of ZIF-67 and used as interlayer of PP separator for Li-S batteries,and were functionalized by four pyrrole derivatives,1-phenylpyrrole,1-methyl pyrrole,1-(p-toluenesulfonyl)pyrrole,and 1-pyrrole,respectively,which were screened in terms of the electron-withdrawing/donating ability of the substituent groups on the pyrrolic nitrogen.The impact of the molecular structure of pyrrole derivatives on the interaction with Li PSs and the electrochemical performance of Li-S batteries were explored by nuclear magnetic resonance and theoretical calculation.It is uncovered that 1-phenylpyrrole shows the highest enhancement of redox kinetics of Li PSs,attributing to the optimal interaction with Co nanoparticles and Li PSs.Therefore,1-phenylpyrrole modified Co-CN interlayer enables the best electrochemical performance for the Li-S batteries,delivering a specific capacity of 562 m Ah g^(-1)at 5 C and a capacity of 538,526,and 449 m Ah g^(-1)after 500 cycles at 1,2,and 3 C,respectively.At a high sulfur loading of 5.5 mg cm^(-2),it achieves a capacity of 440 m Ah g^(-1)after 500 cycles at 1 C.This work reveals the interaction mechanism among Li PSs,Co nanoparticles and the molecular modifiers in improving the electrochemical performance of Li-S batteries.Jiajv Lin Yuan Zhou Jingbo Wen Weijie Si Hongcheng Gao Gongming Wang Xiongwu Kang 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,,12:1

18Performances improvement of eosin Y sensitized solar cells by modifying TiO_2 electrode with silane-coupling reagent显示文摘Chemical fixing of xanthene dye (eosin Y) on the surface of TiO2 electrode was carried out by modifying the electrode with silane-coupling reagent to obtain stable dye-sensitized TiO2 electrode. Such silane modification can not only evidently enhance the stability of dye-sensitized TiO2 electrode but also im-prove the energy conversion efficiency of the assembled cells by increasing short-circuit photocurrent (JSC) and open-circuit photovoltage (VOC). It was found that the improvements of cell performances differ depending on the composition of the electrolyte. The optimum cell of the cell performance was achieved in the electrolyte with 0.5 mol/L TBAI/0.05 mol/L I2/EC:PC(3:1 w/w), yielding JSC of 4.69 mA·cm?2, VOC of 0.595 V, fill factor (FF) of 0.64 and η of 1.78%. 20Deep learning model improves radiologists'performance in detection and classification of breast lesions显示文摘Objective:Computer-aided diagnosis using deep learning algorithms has been initially applied in the field of mammography,but there is no large-scale clinical application.Methods:This study proposed to develop and verify an artificial intelligence model based on mammography.Firstly,mammograms retrospectively collected from six centers were randomized to a training dataset and a validation dataset for establishing the model.Secondly,the model was tested by comparing 12 radiologists’performance with and without it.Finally,prospectively enrolled women with mammograms from six centers were diagnosed by radiologists with the model.The detection and diagnostic capabilities were evaluated using the freeresponse receiver operating characteristic(FROC)curve and ROC curve.Results:The sensitivity of model for detecting lesions after matching was 0.908 for false positive rate of 0.25 in unilateral images.The area under ROC curve(AUC)to distinguish the benign lesions from malignant lesions was0.855[95%confidence interval(95%CI):0.830,0.880].The performance of 12 radiologists with the model was higher than that of radiologists alone(AUC:0.852 vs.0.805,P=0.005).The mean reading time of with the model was shorter than that of reading alone(80.18 s vs.62.28 s,P=0.032).In prospective application,the sensitivity of detection reached 0.887 at false positive rate of 0.25;the AUC of radiologists with the model was 0.983(95%CI:0.978,0.988),with sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value(PPV),and negative predictive value(NPV)of94.36%,98.07%,87.76%,and 99.09%,respectively.Conclusions:The artificial intelligence model exhibits high accuracy for detecting and diagnosing breast lesions,improves diagnostic accuracy and saves time.Yingshi Sun Yuhong Qu Dong Wang Yi Li Lin Ye Jingbo Du Bing Xu Baoqing Li Xiaoting Li Kexin Zhang Yanjie Shi Ruijia Sun Yichuan Wang Rong Long Dengbo Chen Haijiao Li Liwei Wang Min Cao 2021Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2021,33,6:1
