| 1 | Chinese consensus guidelines for diagnosis and management of gastrointestinal stromal tumor显示文摘In order to further promote the standardization of diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST) in China, the members of Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO) Expert Committee on GIST thoroughly discussed the key contents of the consensus guidelines, and voted on the controversial issue. In final, the Chinese consensus guidelines for the diagnosis and management of GIST(2017 edition) was formed on the basis of 2013 edition consensus guidelines, which is hereby announced. | 2 | Western medication plus Traditional Chinese Medicine preparations in patients with chronic heart failure:a prospective,single-blind,randomized,controlled,and multicenter clinical trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To assess the efficacy and safety in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) of Western medication plus Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) preparations.METHODS: This prospective, single-blind, randomized, controlled, and multicenter clinical trial began on September 17, 2008, and was completed on June 25, 2011. A total of 340 inpatients, aged 40-79 years, with exacerbating CHF from 10 hospitals were enrolled and randomly allocated within 24 h of admission. The trial included three intervention periods. During hospitalization, the control group received western medication for CHF and the treatment group received Danhong injection with Shenfu injection or Shenmai injection. After discharge,all patients were treated with Qiliqiangxin capsules and Buyiqiangxin tablets or a placebo for 6 months. After the 6-month intervention, both groups received only continuous western medication. The primary endpoint was all-cause mortality.The efficacy assessments were as follows: B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP), Lee's HF score, the 6-minute walking test(6 MWT), left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), and the Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire(MLHFQ). The safety assessments were as follows: blood and urine routine examination, hepatic and renal function, electrolytes in blood and adverse events.RESULTS: Compared with the control group, the treatment group showed a 30.99% reduction in all-cause mortality and an improved survival rate.The treatment group showed greater improvement in 6 MWT(P = 0.02) than the control group on discharge, after 12-month follow-up, there was a time-group interaction for MLHFQ(P = 0.03). | 3 | Turbulent Convective Heat Transfer of Methane at Supercritical Pressure in a Helical Coiled Tube显示文摘The heat transfer of methane at supercritical pressure in a helically coiled tube was numerically investigated using the Reynolds Stress Model under constant wall temperature. The effects of mass flux(G), inlet pressure(P_(in)) and buoyancy force on the heat transfer behaviors were discussed in detail. Results show that the light fluid with higher temperature appears near the inner wall of the helically coiled tube. When the bulk temperature is less than or approach to the pseudocritical temperature(T_(pc)), the combined effects of buoyancy force and centrifugal force make heavy fluid with lower temperature appear near the outer-right of the helically coiled tube. Beyond the T_(pc), the heavy fluid with lower temperature moves from the outer-right region to the outer region owing to the centrifugal force. The buoyancy force caused by density variation, which can be characterized by Gr/Re^2 and Gr/Re^2.7, enhances the heat transfer coefficient(h) when the bulk temperature is less than or near the T_(pc), and the h experiences oscillation due to the buoyancy force. The oscillation is reduced progressively with the increase of G. Moreover, h reaches its peak value near the T_(pc). Higher G could improve the heat transfer performance in the whole temperature range. The peak value of h depends on P_(in). | 4 | Preparation and Properties of Smart Thermal Control and Radiation Protection Materials for Multi-functional Structure of Small Spacecraft显示文摘Considering the unique properties of small spacecraft,such as light weight,low power-consumption and high heat flux density,a new kind of lightweight boron carbide(B 4 C) radiation-protection coating material was proposed.New techniques for preparing LSMO thermal control coating and B 4 C radiation-protection coating were developed.The sample piece of multi-functional structure was manufactured by using the proposed materials,and a series of performance tests,such as thermal control and radiation-protection behaviors were evaluated.Test results show that:the emissivity of the multi-functional structure varies from 0.42 to 0.86 at 240 K to 353 K and the phase transition temperature is about 260 K.The electron radiation-protection ability of the multi-functional structure is 3.3 times better than that of Al material.The performance index of this multi-functional structure can meet the requirements for space application in on-board electronic equipment. | shijie Zhang Xibin Cao Yingqiang Luan Xinxin Ma Xiaohui Lin Xianren Kong | 2011 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2011,27,10: | 3 |

| 13 | A Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry‑Based Metabonomic Study on Estimation of Toxicant in Rats显示文摘The aim of this study was to develop a gas chromatography‑mass spectrometry(GC‑MS)‑based metabolomics method to distinguish different kinds of poisons in the blood.We examined the changes in blood metabolites using GC‑MS following administration of four different poisons(paraquat,dichlorvos,aconitine,and sodium nitrite).The data were analyzed with orthogonal partial least squares.Then,total and single differential metabolite profiles were evaluated with support vector machine(SVM)models.The results showed that various metabolites(5‑ketone proline,1,5‑anhydrohexitol,lactic acid,glycine 2,2‑furoic acid,and 3‑hydroxybutyric acid)were differential between the experimental groups and the control groups.The accuracy rates of the SVM models established using total and single differential metabolites were 80%and 100%,respectively.In conclusion,we successfully developed a poison screening method.The established SVM models can distinguish four kinds of poisons and could be used to establish a complete poison metabonomic information database.Furthermore,some of the metabolites could be biomarkers of these poisons.Finally,both the models and potential biomarkers may reduce the time required for poison detection and provide direction for solving cases and auxiliary diagnosis. | Yingqiang Fu Xinhua Dai Fan Chen Yuzi Zheng Shiyong Fang Yang Lin Yi Ye Linchuan Liao | 2019 | Journal of Forensic Science and Medicine2019,5,2: | 0 |
