2Analysis of the effect of repeated-pulse transcranial magnetic stimulation at the Guangming point on electroencephalograms显示文摘Here, we administered repeated-pulse transcranial magnetic stimulation to healthy people at the left Guangming(GB37) and a mock point, and calculated the sample entropy of electroencephalogram signals using nonlinear dynamics. Additionally, we compared electroencephalogram sample entropy of signals in response to visual stimulation before, during, and after repeated-pulse transcranial magnetic stimulation at the Guangming. Results showed that electroencephalogram sample entropy at left(F3) and right(FP2) frontal electrodes were significantly different depending on where the magnetic stimulation was administered. Additionally, compared with the mock point, electroencephalogram sample entropy was higher after stimulating the Guangming point. When visual stimulation at Guangming was given before repeated-pulse transcranial magnetic stimulation, significant differences in sample entropy were found at five electrodes(C3, Cz, C4, P3, T8) in parietal cortex, the central gyrus, and the right temporal region compared with when it was given after repeated-pulse transcranial magnetic stimulation, indicating that repeated-pulse transcranial magnetic stimulation at Guangming can affect visual function. Analysis of electroencephalogram revealed that when visual stimulation preceded repeated pulse transcranial magnetic stimulation, sample entropy values were higher at the C3, C4, and P3 electrodes and lower at the Cz and T8 electrodes than visual stimulation followed preceded repeated pulse transcranial magnetic stimulation. The findings indicate that repeated-pulse transcranial magnetic stimulation at the Guangming evokes different patterns of electroencephalogram signals than repeated-pulse transcranial magnetic stimulation at other nearby points on the body surface, and that repeated-pulse transcranial magnetic stimulation at the Guangming is associated with changes in the complexity of visually evoked electroencephalogram signals in parietal regions, central gyrus, and temporal regions.Xin Zhang Lingdi Fu Yuehua Geng Xiang Zhai Yanhua Liu 2014Neural Regeneration Research2014,9,5:3
3Generation of transgenic wheat resistant to wheat yellow mosaic virus and identification of gene silence induced by virus infection显示文摘The plasmid containing the promoter Actl, the coat protein (cp) gene of wheat yellow mosaic virus (WYMV) and the selectable bar gene, was delivered via particle bombardment, directly into immature embryos of a wheat culti-vars. PCR and PCR-RFLP were employed to screen the existence of the cp gene in T0 and T1 generations. Seeds from the positive T1 plants were sowed in fields heavily contaminated with WYMV to detect their resistance. In field trial of virus infection, one of the transgenic wheat lines, P8-T2, exhibited highly disease-resistance. Western blot and RT-PCR analysis showed that the expression level of cp gene in the resistant transgenic line was reduced greatly compared to those susceptible to WYMV infection. 5Functional lithiophilic polymer modified separator for dendrite-free and pulverization-free lithium metal batteries显示文摘Severe performance drop and fire risk due to the uneven lithium(Li) dendrite formation and growth during charge/discharge process has been considered as the major obstacle to the practical application of Li metal batteries.So inhibiting dendrite growth and producing a stable and robust solid electrolyte interface(SEI) layer are essential to enable the use of Li metal anodes.In this work,a functional lithiophilic polymer composed of chitosan(CTS),polyethylene oxide(PEO),and poly(triethylene glycol dimethacrylate)(PTEGDMA),was homogeneously deposited on a commercial Celgard separator by combining electrospraying and polymer photopolymerization techniques.The lithiophilic environment offered by the CTS-PEO-PTEGDMA layer enables uniform Li deposition and facilitates the formation of a robust homogeneous SEI layer,thus prevent the formation and growth of Li dendrites.As a result,both Li/Li symmetric cells and LiFePO4/Li full cells deliver significantly enhanced electrochemical performance and cycle life.Even after 1000 cycles,the specific capacity of the modified full cell could be maintained at65.8 mAh g^(-1), twice which of the unmodified cell(32.8 mAh g^(-1)).The long-term cycling stability in Li/Li symmetric cells,dendrite-free anodes in SEM images and XPS analysis suggest that the pulverization of the Li anode was effectively suppressed by the lithiophilic polymer layer.Lingdi Shen Xin Liu Jing Dong Yuting Zhang Chunxian Xu Chao Lai Shanqing Zhang 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,1:1

7Operational Laboratory Methods for GDGTs Groups Separation显示文摘Glycerol dialkyl glycerol tetraethers(GDGTs), specific membrane lipids synthesized mainly by bacteria and archaea, can be divided into isoprenoids and methyl branched alkyl GDGTs(i GDGTs and brGDGTs, respectively). Three GDGTs groups(i GDGTs, brGDGTs, and other membrane lipids) in a peat sample were separated and collected in this study using semi-preparative high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and silica gel column chromatography. The obtained recoveries for the whole analytical procedure were 85% – 55% using semi-preparative HPLC and 70% – 20% using gel column chromatography. In addition, in each method, the recoveries of brGDGTs and iGDGTs were similar, regardless of the huge difference in their contents. High purity was found in the fractionated groups, determined based on ether cleavage and reduction. Moreover, the semi-preparative HPLC method could realize a better separation efficiency than the silica gel method, but it was time-consuming and required expensive equipment, while the silica gel chromatography method featured merits of time saving and convenient operation at the cost of a slight reduction in separation efficiency. 8Pick-up strategies for and electrical characterization of ZnO nanowires with a SEM-based nanomanipulator显示文摘Because of their unique mechanical and electrical properties,zinc oxide(ZnO)nanowires are used widely in microscopic and nanoscopic devices and structures,but characterizing them remains challenging.In this paper,two pick-up strategies are proposed for characterizing the electrical properties of ZnO nanowires using SEM equipped with a nanomanipulator.To pick up nanowires efficiently,direct sampling is compared with electrification fusing,and experiments show that direct sampling is more stable while electrification fusing is more efficient.ZnO nanowires have cut-off properties,and good Schottky contact with the tungsten probes was established.In piezoelectric experiments,the maximum piezoelectric voltage generated by an individual ZnO nanowire was 0.07 V,and its impedance decreased with increasing input signal frequency until it became stable.This work offers a technical reference for the pick-up and construction of nanomaterials and nanogeneration technology.Mei Liu Lingdi Kong Weilin Su Aristide Djoulde Kai Cheng Jinbo Chen Jinjun Rao Zhiming Wang 2023Nanotechnology and Precision Engineering2023,6,1:0
9Structural state of adularia from Hishikari,Japan显示文摘Adularia sample was collected from epithermal Au-, Ag-bearing quartz-adularia veins from Hishikari, Japan. This adularia is rich in K, Or=94.63, clear, transparent, fine-grained and closely associated with quartz. In this study, it was determined by XRD, IR and 29Si, 27A1 MAS NMR methods. The adularia studied is of high sanidine with triclinic domains in it. The occupancy of Al 2t1=0.60, IR ordering θ=0.15.29Si NMR spectrum of this adularia shows a broad triplet peak, i.e. 3 poorly separated peaks at -94.9, -96.7, -99.9. This kind 29Si NMR spectrum for natural high sanidine has never been reported before. And the 27A1 NMR spectrum gives an asymmetry peak with chemical shift at 58.7 extending slightly to the low frequency. 10Integrated Data Reveal the Flavonoid Biosynthesis Metabolic Pathway in Semen Ziziphi Spinosae Using Transcriptomic and Metabolomic显示文摘The extract from Semen Ziziphi Spinosae(SZS)contains many secondary metabolites(flavonoids,alkaloids,and terpenoids),widely reported for their high medicinal value.In order to know the number and type of flavonoids and the regulating mechanism of flavonoid biosynthesis during the growth and development of SZS,we identified and analyzed the flavonoid metabolites and genes in SZS using metabolomic and transcriptomic.A total of 13,232 differentially expressed genes and 83 flavonoid metabolites were identified at three different growth and development stages(T1,T2,and T3)of SZS.The main flavonoid metabolic components of SZS were catechin,L-epicatechin,(–)-epigallocatechin,(+)-gallocatechin,spinosin and its derivatives.A total of 53 unigenes encoding 15 enzymes were identified as candidate genes involved in flavonoid biosynthesis in SZS.Among,PAL,C4H,4CL,CHS,CHI,FLS,FNS,ANS,ANR,LAR,and UFGT genes were all downregulated in T3 than in T1.The expression levels of these genes influence the accumulation of flavonoids in SZS.Our results should provide valuable information for flavonoid metabolites and candidate genes involved in flavonoid biosynthesis on SZS .Wei Tian Lingdi Liu Zhongxing Song Zhishu Tang Chunxiu Wen Tao Jiang 2023Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2023,92,2:0
11Metabolomics Analysis of Metabolites in Forsythia suspense Fruit Using UPLC/ESI-Q TRAP-MS/MS显示文摘Forsythiae Fructus,the fruit of Forsythia suspense is a traditional Chinese hebal medicine that has the antiviral and antioxidant effects in China.Modern analytical chemistry studies showed that the extracts of Forsythiae Fructus contain many bioactive components,such as flavonoids,lignans,phenolic acids,and terpenoids,which can be used to anti-inflammatory and treat toxicity,tonsillitis,ulcers,pharyngitis and acute nephritis.In order to study the types and quantities of metabolites in Forsythiae Fructus,we isolated,identified and analysed metabolites between two varieties of Forsythiae Fructus using UPLC/ESI-Q TRAP-MS/MS.The results showed that a total of 407 metabolites were identified in Forsythiae Fructus using UPLC/ESI-Q TRAP-MS/MS,including 21 terpenoids,68 phenolic acids,63 flavonoids,43 amino acids and derivatives,22 alkaloids,55 lipids,24 lignans and coumarins,31 nucleotides and derivatives,29 organic acids,and 51 other metabolites.Among,lignans and coumarins,terpenoids,organic acids,lipids,and phenolic acids were rich in Forsythiae Fructus,which accounted for more than 60%of the total metabolite content.Differential metabolite analysis revealed that 80 metabolites differed significantly between the two types of Forsythiae Fructus.Our results greatly enrich the Forsythiae Fructus phytochemical composition database and provide valuable information for further study of the metabolites of Forsythiae Fructus.Lingdi Liu Chunxiu Wen Wei Tian Xiaoliang Xie Saiqun Wen Tao Jiang 2022Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2022,91,10:0
