| 5 | Influence of Cerium on Corrosion of AZ91 Magnesium Alloy显示文摘Effect of cerium addition on corrosion resistance of AZ91 magnesium alloy was investigated using the static weight loss and polarization curve method as well as metallographical observation. The results indicate that a small amount of cerium (0.2%~0.8%) in AZ91 magnesium alloy can significantly reduce the corrosion rate, enhance the electrode voltage and lower corrosion current density in 3.5%NaCl aqueous solution, and AZ91-0.8%Ce alloy has better corrosion resistant performance. | 12 | Self-Adaptive Grinding for Blind Tip Reconstruction of AFM Diamond Probe显示文摘Blind tip reconstruction(BTR) method is one of the favorable methods to estimate the atomic force microscopy(AFM) probe shape. The exact shape of the characterizer is not required for BTR, while the geometry of the sample may affect the reconstruction significantly. A cone-shaped array sample was chosen as a characterizer to be evaluated. The target AFM probe to be reconstructed was a diamond triangular pyramid probe with two feature angles, namely front angle(FA) and back angle(BA). Four conical structures with different semi-angles were dilated by the pyramid probe. Simulation of scanning process demonstrates that it is easy to judge from the images of the isolated rotary structure, cone-shaped, the suitability of the sample to be a tip characterizer for a pyramid probe. The cone-shaped array sample was repeatedly scanned 50 times by the diamond probe using an AFM. The series of scanning images shrank gradually and more information of the probe was exhibited in the images, indicating that the characterizer has been more suitable for BTR. The feature angle FA of the characterizer increasingly reduces during the scanning process. | 15 | Design and performance of the LLRF control system for CSNS linac显示文摘Objective The China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)linac is designed with beam energy of 80 MeV and a peak current of 15 mA in the first phase.It consists of RFQ,two bunchers of medium-energy beam transmission line,four DTL tanks and one debuncher of linac-to-ring beam transmission line.Correspondingly,eight online RF power sources are used to power these accelerators.In order to stabilize the amplitude,phase and resonant frequency of the RF accelerating field,and minimize beam loss,we have established digital low-level RF(LLRF)control system.Methods The LLRF system includes RF reference line,analog module(AM),clock distribution module,digital control module(DCM),high-power protection module,timing and RF interlock module and so on.The DCM is mainly responsible for the stability of the RF field amplitude and phase,and RF interlock module can quickly cut off the RF drive in case of arc in the RF transmission system,VSWR over threshold or cavity vacuum fault and so on.Result During beam commissioning,all of eight online units of LLRF control system were operating stably and reliably.The amplitude and phase variations of the linac fields have been achieved about±0.4%and±0.15°with 10-mA beam loading,much better than the design requirements of±1%in amplitude and±1°in phase.Conclusion With the help of this system,we achieved stable operation under different beam loads.Also,many important progresses have been achieved in the LLRF control system for amore convenient operation and a higher stability performance.This article describes the design and implementation of the LLRF for CSNS linac. | Linyan Rong Zhencheng Mu Jian Li Zhexin Xie Wenzhong Zhou Bo Wang Maliang Wan Meifei Liu Xinan Xu | 2020 | Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2020,4,2: | 1 |
| 16 | Disparity in soil bacterial community succession along a short time-scale deglaciation chronosequence on the Tibetan Plateau显示文摘Global warming leads to deglaciations in high-elevation regions,which exposes deglaciated soils to microbial colonization.Disparity in year-to-year successional patterns of bacterial community and influencing factors in freshly deglaciated soils remain unclear.We explored the abundance of bacterial 16S rRNA gene and community succession in deglaciated soils along a 14-year chronosequence after deglaciation using qPCR and Illumina sequencing on the Tibetan Plateau.The results showed that the abundance of bacterial 16S rRNA gene gradually increased with increasing deglaciation age.Soil bacterial community succession was clustered into three deglaciation stages,which were the early(zero-year old),transitional(1-7 years old)and late(8-14 years old)stages.A significantly abrupt bacterial community succession occurred from the early to the transitional stage(P<0.01),while a mild succession(P=0.078)occurred from the transitional to the late stage.The bacterial community at the early and transitional stages were dominated by Proteobacteria,while the late stage was dominated by Actinobacteria.Less abundant(<10%)Acidobacteria,Gemmatimonadetes,Verrucomicrobia,Chloroflexi,Planctomycetes,unclassified bacteria dominantly occurred in the transition and late stage and Cyanobacteria in the early stage.Total organic carbon(24.7%),post deglaciation age(21%),pH(16.5%)and moisture(10.1%)significantly contributed(P<0.05)to the variation of bacterial community succession.Our findings provided a new insight that short time-scale chronosequence is a good model to study yearly resolution of microbial community succession. | Ajmal Khan Weidong Kong Mukan Ji Linyan Yue Yue Xie Jinbo Liu Baiqing Xu | 2020 | Soil Ecology Letters2020,2,2: | 1 |

| 19 | PbEIL1 acts upstream of PbCysp1 to regulate ovule senescence in seedless pear显示文摘Numerous environmental and endogenous signals control the highly orchestrated and intricate process of plant senescence.Ethylene,a well-known inducer of senescence,has long been considered a key endogenous regulator of leaf and flower senescence,but the molecular mechanism of ethylene-induced ovule senescence has not yet been elucidated.In this study,we found that blockage of fertilization caused ovule abortion in the pear cultivar‘1913’.According to transcriptome and phytohormone content data,ethylene biosynthesis was activated by pollination.At the same time,ethylene overaccumulated in ovules,where cells were sensitive to ethylene signals in the absence of fertilization.We identified a transcription factor in the ethylene signal response,ethylene-insensitive 3-like(EIL1),as a likely participant in ovule senescence.Overexpression of PbEIL1 in tomato caused precocious onset of ovule senescence.We further found that EIL1 could directly bind to the promoter of the SENESCENCE-ASSOCIATED CYSTEINE PROTEINASE 1(PbCysp1)gene and act upstream of senescence.Yeast one-hybrid and dual-luciferase assays revealed the interaction of the transcription factor and the promoter DNA sequence and demonstrated that PbEIL1 enhanced the action of PbCysp1.Collectively,our results provide new insights into how ethylene promotes the progression of unfertilized ovule senescence. | Huibin Wang Haiqi Zhang Fangfang Liang Liu Cong Linyan Song Xieyu Li Rui Zhai Chengquan Yang Zhigang Wang Fengwang Ma Lingfei Xu | 2021 | Horticulture Research2021,8,1: | 0 |
| 20 | A chromosome-level genome assembly for Erianthus fulvus provides insights into its biofuel potential and facilitates breeding for improvement of sugarcane显示文摘Erianthus produces substantial biomass,exhibits a good Brix value,and shows wide environmental adaptability,making it a potential biofuel plant.In contrast to closely related sorghum and sugarcane,Erianthus can grow in degraded soils,thus releasing pressure on agricultural lands used for biofuel production.However,the lack of genomic resources for Erianthus hinders its genetic improvement,thus limiting its potential for biofuel production.In the present study,we generated a chromosome-scale reference genome for Erianthus fulvus Nees.The genome size estimated by flow cytometry was 937 Mb,and the assembled genome size was 902 Mb,covering 96.26%of the estimated genome size.A total of 35065 proteincoding genes were predicted,and 67.89%of the genome was found to be repetitive.A recent wholegenome duplication occurred approximately 74.10 million years ago in the E.fulvus genome.Phylogenetic analysis showed that E.fulvus is evolutionarily closer to S.spontaneum and diverged after S.bicolor.Three of the 10 chromosomes of E.fulvus formed through rearrangements of ancestral chromosomes.Phylogenetic reconstruction of the Saccharum complex revealed a polyphyletic origin of the complex and a sister relationship of E.fulvus with Saccharum sp.,excluding S.arundinaceum.On the basis of the four amino acid residues that provide substrate specificity,the E.fulvus SWEET proteins were classified as monoand disaccharide sugar transporters.Ortho-QTL genes identified for 10 biofuel-related traits may aid in the rapid screening of E.fulvus populations to enhance breeding programs for improved biofuel production.The results of this study provide valuable insights for breeding programs aimed at improving biofuel production in E.fulvus and enhancing sugarcane introgression programs. | Ling Kui Aasim Majeed Xianhong Wang Zijiang Yang Jian Chen Lilian He Yining Di Xuzhen Li Zhenfeng Qian Yinming Jiao Guoyun Wang Lufeng Liu Rong Xu Shujie Gu Qinghui Yang Shuying Chen Hongbo Lou Yu Meng Linyan Xie Fu Xu Qingqing Shen Amit Singh Karl Gruber Yunbing Pan Tingting Hao Yang Dong Fusheng Li | 2023 | Plant Communications2023,4,4: | 0 |
