| 1 | The Global Landscape of SARS-CoV-2 Genomes, Variants, and Haplotypes in 2019nCoVR显示文摘On January 22,2020,China National Center for Bioinformation(CNCB)released the 2019 Novel Coronavirus Resource(2019nCoVR),an open-access information resource for the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).2019nCoVR features a comprehensive integration of sequence and clinical information for all publicly available SARS-CoV-2 isolates,which are manually curated with value-added annotations and quality evaluated by an automated in-house pipeline.Of particular note,2019nCoVR offers systematic analyses to generate a dynamic landscape of SARS-CoV-2 genomic variations at a global scale.It provides all identified variants and their detailed statistics for each virus isolate,and congregates the quality score,functional annotation,and population frequency for each variant.Spatiotemporal change for each variant can be visualized and historical viral haplotype network maps for the course of the outbreak are also generated based on all complete and high-quality genomes available.Moreover,2019nCoVR provides a full collection of SARS-CoV-2 relevant literature on the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),including published papers from PubMed as well as preprints from services such as bioRxiv and medRxiv through Europe PMC.Furthermore,by linking with relevant databases in CNCB,2019nCoVR offers data submission services for raw sequence reads and assembled genomes,and data sharing with NCBI.Collectively,SARS-CoV-2 is updated daily to collect the latest information on genome sequences,variants,haplotypes,and literature for a timely reflection,making 2019nCoVR a valuable resource for the global research community.2019nCoVR is accessible at http://gffzzdbc7b6aaae734bdds0fn650f9o99x6p9f.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/ncov/. | Shuhui Song Lina Ma Dong Zou Dongmei Tian Cuiping Li Junwei Zhu Meili Chen Anke Wang Yingke Ma Mengwei Li Xufei Teng Ying Cui Guangya Duan Mochen Zhang Tong Jin Chengmin Shi Zhenglin Du Yadong Zhang Chuandong Liu Rujiao Li Jingyao Zeng Lili Hao Shuai Jiang Hua Chen Dali Han Jingfa Xiao Zhang Zhang Wenming Zhao Yongbiao Xue Yiming Bao | 2020 | Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2020,18,6: | 4 |
| 2 | Effects of copper mining on heavy metal contamination in a rice agrosystem in the Xiaojiang River Basin, southwest China显示文摘Metallic ore mining causes heavy metal pollution worldwide.However,the fate of heavy metals in agrosystems with long-term contamination has been poorly studied.Dongchuan District(Yunnan,southwest China),located at the middle reaches of the Xiaojiang River,is a well-known 2000-year-old copper mining site.In this work,a survey on soil heavy metal contents was conducted using a handheld X-ray fluorescence instrument to understand the general contamination of heavy metals in the Xiaojiang River Basin.Furthermore,river water,soil,and rice samples at six sites along the fluvial/alluvial fans of the river were collected and analyzed to implement an environmental assessment and an evaluation of irrigated agrosystem.V,Zn,and Cu soil levels(1724,1047,and 696mg·kg-1,respectively)far exceeded background levels.The geo-accumulation indexes(Igeo)showed that cultivated soils near the mining sites were polluted by Cd and Cu,followed by Zn,V,Pb,Cr,Ni,and U.The pollution index(Pi)indicated that rice in the area was heavily polluted with Pb,Cr,Cd,Ni,Zn,and Cu.The difference in orders of metal concentrations between the soil and rice heavy metal contamination was related to the proportion of bioavailable heavy metals in the soil.The crop consumption risk assessment showed that the hazard quotient exceeded the safe threshold,indicating a potential carcinogenic risk to consumers.The Nemerow integrated pollution index and health index indicated that the middle of the river(near the mining area)was the heaviest polluted site. | Wanqiu Pu Jiaqi Sun Fangfang Zhang Xingyue Wen Wenhu Liu Chengmin Huang | 2019 | Acta Geochimica2019,38,5: | 4 |

| 5 | Phosphorylation inhibition of protein-tyrosine phosphatase 1B tyrosine-152 induces bone regeneration coupled with angiogenesis for bone tissue engineering显示文摘A close relationship has been reported to exist between cadherin-mediated cell-cell adhesion and integrin-mediated cell mobility,and protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B(PTP1B)may be involved in maintaining this homeostasis.The stable residence of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)and endothelial cells(ECs)in their niches is closely related to the regulation of PTP1B.However,the exact role of the departure of MSCs and ECs from their niches during bone regeneration is largely unknown.Here,we show that the phosphorylation state of PTP1B tyrosine-152(Y152)plays a central role in initiating the departure of these cells from their niches and their subsequent recruitment to bone defects.Based on our previous design of a PTP1B Y152 region-mimicking peptide(152RM)that significantly inhibits the phosphorylation of PTP1B Y152,further investigations revealed that 152RM enhanced cell migration partly via integrinαvβ3 and promoted MSCs osteogenic differentiation partly by inhibiting ATF3.Moreover,152RM induced type H vessels formation by activating Notch signaling.Demineralized bone matrix(DBM)scaffolds were fabricated with mesoporous silica nanoparticles(MSNs),and 152RM was then loaded onto them by electrostatic adsorption.The DBM-MSN/152RM scaffolds were demonstrated to induce bone formation and type H vessels expansion in vivo.In conclusion,our data reveal that 152RM contributes to bone formation by coupling osteogenesis with angiogenesis,which may offer a potential therapeutic strategy for bone defects. | Yong Tang Keyu Luo Yin Chen Yueqi Chen Rui Zhou Can Chen Jiulin Tan Moyuan Deng Qijie Dai Xueke Yu Jian Liu Chengmin Zhang Wenjie Wu Jianzhong Xu Shiwu Dong Fei Luo | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,7: | 3 |

This is the first attempt to analyze the solar eclipse radio emission under the two telescopes located at different places with broadband frequencies in the periods of total and partial eclipses. | 12 | Cobalt doped Fe-Mn@CNTs catalysts with highly stability for lowtemperature selective catalytic reduction of NO_(x)显示文摘In this paper,we report the fabrication of cobalt-doped de-NO_(x)catalyst by pyrolyzing an analogous metal-organic framework-74(MOF-74)containing Fe&Mn.The resulted catalyst exhibits distinctive microstructures of manganese,cobalt,and iron immobilized on N-doped carbon nanotubes(CNTs).It is found through experiments that the trimetallic catalyst Fe_(2)Mn_(1)Co_(0.5)/CNTs-50 has the best NH_(3)-selective catalytic reduction(SCR)performance.The Fe_(2)Mn_(1)Co_(0.5)/CNTs-50 exhibited excellent water and sulfur resistance and good stability under the harsh gas environment of 250℃ and/or 170℃,NO=NH_(3)=1,000 ppm,8 vol.%O_(2),20 vol.%H2O,1,000 ppm SO_(2),and gas hourly space velocity(GHSV)=75,000 h^(-1).The de-NO_(x)conversion was maintained about 55%and 25%after 192 h.The water and sulfur resistance performance were much higher than commercial vanadium series catalyst.The highly water and sulfur resistance performance may be attributed to the unique core-shell microstructure and the synergistic effect of manganese,cobalt,and iron which helps reduce the formation for byproducts(NH_(4)HSO_(4)).This study may promote to explore the development of a high stability catalyst for low-temperature selective catalytic reduction of NO_(x)with NH_(3). | Pengfei Li Tiezhen Zhang Haixiao Sun Yufeng Gao Yanyuan Zhang Yuanyuan Liu Chengmin Ge Hao Chen Xiaoping Dai Xin Zhang | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,4: | 1 |

The result enables us to reveal the following aspects: (1) The pattern of Sq variation at CGWS in early (Apr.) and Late winter (Sep.) is similar to that at Beijing Geomagnetic Observatory (BJO) at the middle latitude in the Northern Hemisphere. It may be controlled by the midlatitudinal ionospheric dynamo current. Amplitude of Sq variation is very small, and the harmonics in 8 hours or shorter periods in midwinter (June and July) is predominant because of the decreased effect of solar ultraviolet radiation and the dominant geomagnetic disturbance at high latitudes. | 19 | Rational design of high-quality 2D/3D perovskite heterostructure crystals for record-performance polarization-sensitive photodetection显示文摘Polarization-sensitive photodetection is central to optics applications and has been successfully demonstrated in photodetectors of two-dimensional(2D)materials,such as layered hybrid perovskites;however,achieving high polarization sensitivity in such a photodetector remains extremely challenging.Here,for the first time,we demonstrate a high-performance polarization-sensitive photodetector using single-crystalline 2D/3D perovskite heterostructure,namely,(4-AMP)(MA)_(2)Pb_(3)Br_(10)/MAPbBr_(3)(MA=methylammonium;4-AMP=4-(aminomethyl)piperidinium),which exhibits ultrahigh polarization sensitivity up to 17.6 under self-driven mode.To our knowledge,such a high polarization selectivity has surpassed all of the reported perovskite-based devices,and is comparable to,or even better than,the traditional inorganic heterostructure-based photodetectors.Further studies reveal that the built-in electric field formed at the junction can spatially separate the photogenerated electrons and holes,reducing their recombination rate and thus enhancing the performance for polarization-sensitive photodetection.This work provides a new source of polarization-sensitive materials and insights into designing novel optoelectronic devices. | Xinyuan Zhang Lina Li Chengmin Ji Xitao Liu Qing Li Kun Zhang Yu Peng Maochun Hong Junhua Luo | 2021 | National Science Review2021,8,10: | 0 |
| 20 | FAST discovery of an extremely radio-faint millisecond pulsar from the Fermi-LAT unassociated source 3FGL J0318.1+0252显示文摘High sensitivity radio searches of unassociated γ-ray sources have proven to be an effective way of finding new pulsars. Using the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST) during its commissioning phase, we have carried out a number of targeted deep searches of Fermi Large Area Telescope(LAT) γ-ray sources. On February 27, 2018 we discovered an isolated millisecond pulsar(MSP), PSR J0318+0253, coincident with the unassociated γ-ray source 3 FGL J0318.1+0252. PSR J0318+0253 has a spin period of 5.19 ms, a dispersion measure(DM) of 26 pc cm-3 corresponding to a DM distance of about 1.3 kpc, and a period-averaged flux density of(~11±2) μJy at L-band(1.05-1.45 GHz). Among all high energy MSPs, PSR J0318+0253 is the faintest ever detected in radio bands, by a factor of at least ~4 in terms of L-band fluxes. With the aid of the radio ephemeris, an analysis of 9.6 years of Fermi-LAT data revealed that PSR J0318+0253 also displays strong γ-ray pulsations. Follow-up observations carried out by both Arecibo and FAST suggest a likely spectral turn-over around 350 MHz. This is the first result from the collaboration between FAST and the Fermi-LAT teams as well as the first confirmed new MSP discovery by FAST, raising hopes for the detection of many more MSPs.
