1Cluster analysis for syndromes of real-world coronary heartdisease with angina pectoris显示文摘Syndromes of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris were analyzed to provide guidance forclinical practice and to improve accuracy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) diagnoses and efficacy of TCMtreatment. A total of 860 cases with coronary heart disease with angina pectoris were selected from TCM ClinicalResearch Information Sharing System for TCM clinics and research. Syndromes were automatically extractedwith the cluster method and were analyzed to provide objective evidence for clinical studies. Final syndromeclassifications were recognized and confirmed by clinical experts. Popular syndromes included Qi and blooddeficiency, blood stasis and obstruction collaterals, liver depression and spleen deficiency, and Qi stagnation andblood stasis. Syndromes Qi and blood deficiency and blood stasis and obstruction collaterals accounted for 28.61%of total syndromes, whereas liver depression and spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation and blood stasis accountedfor 26.44%. 3Symptom selection for multi-label data of inquiry diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine显示文摘In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) diagnosis,a patient may be associated with more than one syndrome tags,and its computer-aided diagnosis is a typical application in the domain of multi-label learning of high-dimensional data.It is common that a great deal of symptoms can occur in traditional Chinese medical diagnosis,which affects the modeling of diagnostic algorithm.Feature selection entails choosing the smallest feature subset of relevant symptoms,and maximizing the generalization performance of the model.At present there are rare researches on feature selection on multi-label data.A hybrid optimization technique is introduced to symptom selection for multi-label data in TCM diagnosis in this paper,and modeling is made by means of four multi-label learning algorithms like k nearest neighbors,etc.We compare the performance of the algorithm with the current popular dimension reduction algorithms like MEFS(embedded feature selection for multi-Label learning),MDDM(multi-label dimensionality reduction via dependence maximization) on the UCI Yeast gene functional data set and an inquiry diagnosis dataset of coronary heart disease(CHD).Experimental results show that the algorithm we present has significantly improved the performance.In particular,the improvement on the average precision for the classifier is up to 10.62% and 14.54%.Syndrome inquiry modeling of CHD in TCM is realized in this paper,providing effective reference for the diagnosis of CHD and analysis of other multi-label data.SHAO Huan LI GuoZheng LIU GuoPing WANG YiQin 2013Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,5:8
4Size-Dependent Oxidation-Induced Phase Engineering for MOFs Derivatives Via Spatial Confinement Strategy Toward Enhanced Microwave Absorption显示文摘Precisely reducing the size of metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)derivatives is an effective strategy to manipulate their phase engineering owing to size-dependent oxidation;however,the underlying relationship between the size of derivatives and phase engineering has not been clarified so far.Herein,a spatial confined growth strategy is proposed to encapsulate small-size MOFs derivatives into hollow carbon nanocages.It realizes that the hollow cavity shows a significant spatial confinement effect on the size of confined MOFs crystals and subsequently affects the dielectric polarization due to the phase hybridization with tunable coherent interfaces and heterojunctions owing to size-dependent oxidation motion,yielding to satisfied microwave attenuation with an optimal reflection loss of-50.6 d B and effective bandwidth of 6.6 GHz.Meanwhile,the effect of phase hybridization on dielectric polarization is deeply visualized,and the simulated calculation and electron holograms demonstrate that dielectric polarization is shown to be dominant dissipation mechanism in determining microwave absorption.This spatial confined growth strategy provides a versatile methodology for manipulating the size of MOFs derivatives and the understanding of size-dependent oxidation-induced phase hybridization offers a precise inspiration in optimizing dielectric polarization and microwave attenuation in theory.Hanxiao Xu Guozheng Zhang Yi Wang Mingqiang Ning Bo Ouyang Yang Zhao Ying Huang Panbo Liu 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,6:7
5Infective viruses produced from full-length complementary DNA of swine vesicular disease viruses HK/70 strain显示文摘The full-length cDNA clone of swine vesicular disease virus HK/70 strain named pSVOK12 was constructed in order to study the antigenicity, replication, maturation and pathogenicity of swine vesicular disease virus. In vitro transcription RNA from pSVOK12 transfected IBRS-2 cells and the re- covered virus RNA were isolated and sequenced, then indirect hemagglutination test, indirect im- munofluorescence assays, eleectron microscope test, 50% tissue culture infecting dose (TCID50) assays and mouse virulence studies were performed to study the antigenicity and virulence of the recovered virus. The result showed that the infectious clones we ob- tained and the virus derived from pSVOK12 had the same biological properties as the parental strain HK/70. 6Construction and initial analysis of five Fosmid libraries of mitochondrial genomes of cotton(Gossypium)显示文摘Cotton(Gossypium)is an important crop providing textile fiber and edible oil.To gain the insights into mechanism of the cytoplasmic male sterility(CMS)inheritance,we constructed five fosmid libraries of mitochondrial genomes from mitotype of G.harknessii Brandegee.(one CMS line and its restorer),mitotype of G.hirsutum L.(one CMS line and its maintainer),and G.barbadense L.The numbers of the clones in these libraries ranged from 1152 to 2016 with an average insert size of 36.2 to 38.4 kb,equivalent to 70–119.3 mitogenomes.The libraries were screened with 28 markers derived from the conservative sequences and yielded 22,19,26,21,and 23 positive clones,respectively.These positive clones were used to construct the physical map of G.harknessii Brandegee.CMS line and G.barbadense L.mitogenomes that shared six syntenis regions.A total of 30 genes in nine clusters showed conservative and had high similarity with those in the mitochondrial genomes of cotton,Carica papaya,Cucurbita pepo and Nicotiana tabacum.Further investigation indicated that gene rrn26 had two copies in all five cotton mitogenomes,while genes atp1,rrn5 and rrn18 had two copies only in G.barbadense L.The positive clones and physical map are considered being useful resources in cotton genomics research.LI ShuangShuang LIU GuoZheng CHEN ZhiWen WANG YuMei LI PengBo HUA JinPing 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,36:5
7High Energy and High Coercivity Sintered NdFeB Magnets by Low Oxygen Process显示文摘Using ball milling and single direction pressing, we can produce high performance NdFeB sintered magnets. The oxygen content of sintered magnets can be controlled under 1500x10^-6 and the magnetic performance can be improved by using low oxygen processing. 8MOFs derived magnetic porous carbon microspheres constructed by core-shell Ni@C with high-performance microwave absorption显示文摘Lightweight and high-performance are two determining factors for metal-organic-frameworks(MOFs)derived microwave absorbers.However,most of the reported MOFs derived absorbers usually possess high filler loading.Herein,a series of MOFs derived magnetic porous carbon microspheres with tunable diameter and high specific surface area have been synthesized via a pyrolysis process.The synthesized magnetic porous carbon microspheres,constructed by uniformly distributed core-shell Ni@C,exhibit high-performance microwave absorption with a low filler loading of 10 wt%.Considering the mciro-mesoporous structures,matched impedance,strong conductive loss,enhanced dipolar/interfacial polarization as well as strong magnetic coupling network,a minimum reflection loss of-60 dB and an absorption bandwidth of 7.0 GHz can be achieved at 2.6 mm.Moreover,the bandwidth reaches as wide as 10.2 GHz when the thickness is 4 mm.In addition,compared with other MOFs derived absorbers,this work provides us a simple strategy for the synthesis of porous carbon microspheres with lightweight and high-performance microwave absorption for practical applications.Sai Gao Guozheng Zhang Yi Wang Xiaopeng Han Ying Huang Panbo Liu 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,29:4
9Tracing of dye molecules in living plants through NaGdF_4:Yb^(3+),Er^(3+)fluorescent nanoprobes显示文摘In this paper, we demonstrated trace of dye molecules in living plants. The NaGdF4:Yb^(3+),Er^(3+) nanoparticles probe was used to detect the rhodamine B(RhB) in bean sprout. It is found that the fluorescencedye can be efficiently imbibed during the growing process and the absorbance presented a position dependence effect, which was supported by the upconversion spectra and the fluorescent image characterization. In addition, the concentration of the residual RhB in bean sprout can be efficiently traced by the synthesized probe based on the fluorescent resonant energy transfer. Finally, the relation between the excitation power, concentration and the ratio of yellow to green emission are discussed in detail. 10Heteroatoms-doped carbon nanocages with enhanced dipolar and defective polarization toward light-weight microwave absorbers显示文摘Light-weight and exceptional microwave absorption are two vital characteristics for microwave absorbers in practical applications,but still face challenges.Herein,we employ a sacrificial template strategy to fabricate heteroatoms-doped carbon nanocages(CNs)via chemical vapor deposition,in which heteroatoms are simultaneously doped into the carbon frameworks by bubbling flowing source liquid.Compared with CNs,doped heteroatoms,accompanied with the inevitably defective arrangements in the lattice,not only decrease the electrical conductivity and balance the impedance characteristics,but also introduce structuralchemical defects and trigger dominant dipolar/defect polarization.As a result,both the minimum reflection loss(R_(L,min))and effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)greatly increase at an ultralow filler loading of 5 wt.%owing to internal hollow void and high specific surface area.The R_(L,min) values reach−53.6,−43.2,and−50.1 dB for N-CNs,S-CNs,and N,S-CNs with the corresponding EAB of 4.9,2.5,and 3.1 GHz,respectively.Furthermore,this work provides an effective strategy for the construction of heteroatoms-doped hollow carbon frameworks in large-scale production and the obtained doped carbon nanocages can be used as light-weight and high-performance microwave absorbers.Hanxiao Xu Guozheng Zhang Yi Wang Yiruo Wang Huanlei Wang Ying Huang Panbo Liu 2022Nano Research2022,15,10:2
11Sparse representation of global features of visual images in human primary visual cortex: Evidence from fMRI显示文摘In fMRI experiments on object representation in visual cortex, we designed two types of stimuli: one is the gray face image and its line drawing, and the other is the illusion and its corresponding completed illusion. Both of them have the same global features with different minute details so that the results of fMRI experiments can be compared with each other. The first kind of visual stimuli was used in a block design fMRI experiment, and the second was used in an event-related fMRI experiment. Comparing and analyzing interesting visual cortex activity patterns and blood oxygenation level dependent (BOLD)- fMRI signal, we obtained results to show some invariance of global features of visual images. 19Strengthening Mechanisms of 15 vol.% Al_(2)O_(3) Nanoparticles Reinforced Aluminum Matrix Nanocomposite Fabricated by High Energy Ball Milling and Vacuum Hot Pressing显示文摘Increasing nanoparticle volume fraction has been proved to be effective in improving the strength of nanoparticle reinforced Al matrix nanocomposite. However, the underlying mechanisms for the ultrahigh strength of those nanocomposites with high volume fraction(> 10 vol.%) nanoparticles are short of experimental research. In this study, the strengthening mechanisms of high strength Al matrix nanocomposite reinforced with 15 vol.% Al_(2)O_(3) nanoparticles were investigated experimentally and analyzed theoretically. The results show that the thermal mismatch induced geometrically necessary dislocations exhibit a negligible strengthening effect, because of their low density in the nanocomposite that is contradiction to the conventional dislocation punch model. Orowan mechanism makes a major strengthening contribution in view of the deformation process dominated by nanoparticle-dislocation interactions due to the extreme pinning effect of nanoparticles on dislocation motion.
