1Terrestrial carbon sinks in China and around the world and their contribution to carbon neutrality显示文摘Enhancing the terrestrial ecosystem carbon sink(referred to as terrestrial C sink) is an important way to slow down the continuous increase in atmospheric carbon dioxide(CO_(2)) concentration and to achieve carbon neutrality target.To better understand the characteristics of terrestrial C sinks and their contribution to carbon neutrality,this review summarizes major progress in terrestrial C budget researches during the past decades,clarifies spatial patterns and drivers of terrestrial C sources and sinks in China and around the world,and examines the role of terrestrial C sinks in achieving carbon neutrality target.According to recent studies,the global terrestrial C sink has been increasing from a source of (-0.2±0.9) Pg C yr^(-1)(1 Pg=1015g)in the 1960s to a sink of (1.9±1.1) Pg C yr^(-1) in the 2010s.By synthesizing the published data,we estimate terrestrial C sink of 0.20–0.25 Pg C yr^(-1) in China during the past decades,and predict it to be 0.15–0.52 Pg C yr^(-1) by 2060.The terrestrial C sinks are mainly located in the mid-and high latitudes of the Northern Hemisphere,while tropical regions act as a weak C sink or source.The C balance differs much among ecosystem types:forest is the major C sink;shrubland,wetland and farmland soil act as C sinks;and whether the grassland functions as C sink or source remains unclear.Desert might be a C sink,but the magnitude and the associated mechanisms are still controversial.Elevated atmospheric CO_(2) concentration,nitrogen deposition,climate change,and land cover change are the main drivers of terrestrial C sinks,while other factors such as fires and aerosols would also affect ecosystem C balance.The driving factors of terrestrial C sink differ among regions.Elevated CO_(2) concentration and climate change are major drivers of the C sinks in North America and Europe,while afforestation and ecological restoration are additionally important forcing factors of terrestrial C sinks in China.For future studies,we recommend the necessity for intensive and long-term ecosystem C monitoring over broad geographic scale to improve terrestrial biosphere models for accurately evaluating terrestrial C budget and its dynamics under various climate change and policy scenarios.Yuanhe Yang Yue Shi Wenjuan Sun Jinfeng Chang Jianxiao Zhu Leiyi Chen Xin Wang Yanpei Guo Hongtu Zhang Lingfei Yu Shuqing Zhao Kang Xu Jiangling Zhu Haihua Shen Yuanyuan Wang Yunfeng Peng Xia Zhao Xiangping Wang Huifeng Hu Shiping Chen Mei Huang Xuefa Wen Shaopeng Wang Biao Zhu Shuli Niu Zhiyao Tang Lingli Liu Jingyun Fang 2022Science China(Life Sciences)2022,65,5:32
2Application of Hot Forming High Strength Steel Parts on Car Body in Side Impact显示文摘Lightweight structure is an important method to increase vehicle fuel efficiency.High strength steel is applied for replacing mild steel in automotive structures to decrease thickness of parts for lightweight.However,the lightweight structures must show the improved capability for structural rigidity and crash energy absorption.Advanced high strength steels are attractive materials to achieve higher strength for energy absorption and reduce weight of vehicles.Currently,many research works focus on component level axial crash testing and simulation of high strength steels.However,the effects of high strength steel parts to the impact of auto body are not considered.The goal of this research is to study the application of hot forming high strength steel(HFHSS) in order to evaluate the potential using in vehicle design for lightweight and passive safety.The performance of HFHSS is investigated by using both experimental and analytical techniques.In particular,the focus is on HFHSS which may have potential to enhance the passive safety for lightweight auto body.Automotive components made of HFHSS and general high strength steel(GHSS) are considered in this study.The material characterization of HFHSS is carried out through material experiments.The finite element method,in conjunction with the validated model is used to simulate the side impact of a car with GHSS and HFHSS parts according to China New Car Assessment Programme(C-NCAP) crash test.The deformation and acceleration characteristics of car body are analyzed and the injuries of an occupant are calculated.The results from the simulation analyses of HFHSS are compared with those of GHSS.The comparison indicates that the HFHSS parts on car body enhance the passive safety for the lightweight car body in side impact.Parts of HFHSS reduce weight of vehicle through thinner thickness offering higher strength of parts.Passive safety of lightweight car body is improved through reduction of crash deformation on car body by the application of HFHSS parts.The experiments and simulation are conducted to the HFHSS parts on auto body.The results demonstrate the feasibility of the application of HFHSS materials on automotive components for improved capability of passive safety and lightweight.SUN Hongtu HU Ping MA Ning SHEN Guozhe LIU Bo ZHOU Dinglu 2010Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2010,23,2:19
3CapOX as neoadjuvant chemotherapy for locally advanced operable colon cancer patients: a prospective single-arm phase Ⅱ trial显示文摘Objective: The aim of this prospective, single-arm phase II trial was to confirm the safety and efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC) using oxaliplatin plus capecitabine(Cap OX) for patients with operable locally advanced colon cancer(CC).Methods: Patients with computed tomography-defined T4 or lymph node-positive CCs were enrolled. After radiological staging, patients were treated with at least 2 cycles of NAC consisting of 130 mg/m2 oxaliplatin on d 1,plus 1,000 mg/m2 capecitabine twice daily for 14 d every 3 weeks, followed by surgery, and then with the rest cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy. Radiological response was evaluated after 2 cycles of NAC. Tumor response, treatment toxicity, and surgical complications were recorded. The pathological response to therapy was evaluated according to the tumor regression grade(TRG) score. The primary endpoint was pathologic tumor response. This trial is registered in Clinical Trials.gov(No: NCT02415829).Results: Forty-seven patients were enrolled in the study. Forty-two patients completed the planned treatments.The total radiological response rate was 68%(32/47), including complete and partial response rates of 2%(1/47)and 66%(31/47), respectively. Stable disease was observed in 32%(15/47) and progressive disease was observed in none. Complete pathologic response, major regression, and at least moderate regression were achieved in 1(2%), 2(4%), and 29(62%) patients, respectively. Four patients developed grade 3 treatment toxicities. One patient with wound infection occurred after operation(1/47, 2%). 5SF_(6)decomposition and insulation condition monitoring of GIE:A review显示文摘The statistics of the Conference International des Grands Reseaux Electriques(CIGRE)indicate that the operational reliability of SF6 gas‐insulated equipment(GIE)is very high;however,the failure rate of the GIE in operation is much higher than that of the IEC standard,and the fault occurs frequently in the GIE at a high voltage level.The reason is due to the complex and strong on‐site electromagnetic interference environment and fully enclosed structure of GIE.The key method and technology for effective on‐line monitoring and fault diagnosis of GIE are still lacking.Given the partial strong electromagnetic energy and high temperature induced by early latent insulation faults in the equipment,SF6 gas insulation presents different degrees of decomposition.The decomposition products mainly include SO_(2)F_(2),SOF_(2),SO_(2),HF,and H2S.The decomposition characteristics of SF6 are closely related to the property of insulation faults.At present,this area is attracting attention from the power industry and research institutes.This study summarises the current research on SF_(6)decomposition component analysis(DCA).The content mainly includes the latest progress of SF_(6)decomposition characteristics and mechanism under fault conditions,and fault diagnosis methods based on decomposition components.Fuping Zeng Haotian Li Hongtu Cheng Ju Tang Yilu Liu 2021High Voltage2021,6,6:3

12Changing liver stiffness predict regression in advanced fibrosis patients with chronic hepatitis B,but not in moderate fibrosis patients显示文摘Background and objective:Liver stiffness measurement(LSM)may effectively correlate to the presence of liver fibrosis,but it is controversial to use for the prediction of clinical outcomes.Therefore,we aimed to evaluate the predictive value of liver stiffness for the regression of liver fibrosis.Methods:In this study,we collected data from a clinical cohort of patients who are received anti-virus therapies for 48 weeks.180 naive chronic hepatitis B(CHB)patients,who received paired LSM and liver biopsy with pre-and post-treatments were analyzed.Two methods(FibroScan and iLivTouch)test LSM.Result:The area under the receiver operating characteristics curve(AUROC)of changing LSM for fibrosis regression is higher in advanced fibrosis patients(F5/6)than in moderate fibrosis patients(F3/4)in both FibroScan(0.719,95%CI,0.590–0.848;P=0.003;vs 0.617,95%CI,0.379–0.856,P=0.282)and iLivTouch(0.707,95%CI,0.567–0.847;P=0.011;vs 0.583,95%CI,0.422–0.744;P=0.377).A higher kappa value was received in advanced stage than in moderate stage both in FibroScan(0.392,P=0.001 vs 0.265,P=0.053)and iLivTouch(0.326,P=0.019 vs 0.030,P=0.833).Cut-off set as 4.10 kPa(sen,69.4%;spe,73.9%)in FibroScan,as 4.25 kPa(sen,56.8%;spe,72.2%)in iLivTouch.Conclusion:The changing LSM can be used for predicting the liver fibrosis regression in advanced stage of CHB patients.Zhengxin Li Tingting Zhu Zhimin Zhao Li Shen Gaofeng Chen Hongtu Gu Chenghai Liu 2023Gastroenterology & Hepatology Research2023,5,1:0
