1Preliminary results pertaining to coseismic displacement and preseismic strain accumulation of the Lushan M_S7.0 earthquake,as reflected by GPS surveying显示文摘This paper presents the coseismic displacement and preseismic deformation fields of the Lushan MS7.0 earthquake that occurred on April 20,2013.The results are based on GPS observations along the Longmenshan fault and within its vicinity.The coseismic displacement and preseismic GPS results indicate that in the strain release of this earthquake,the thrust rupture is dominant and the laevorotation movement is secondary.Furthermore,we infer that any possible the rupture does not reach the earth’s surface,and the seismogenic fault is most likely one fault to the east of the Guanxian-Anxian fault.Some detailed results are obtainable.(1)The southern segment of the Longmenshan fault is locked preceding the Lushan earthquake.After the Wenchuan earthquake,the strain accumulation rate in the southeast direction accelerates in the epicenter of the Lushan earthquake,and the angle between the principal compressional strain and the seismogenic fault indicates that a sinistral deformation background in the direction of the seismogenic fault precedes the Lushan earthquake.Therefore,it is evident that the Wenchuan MS8.0 earthquake accelerated the pregnancy of the Lushan earthquake.(2)The coseismic displacements reflected by GPS data are mainly located in a region that is 230 km(NW direction)×100 km(SW direction),and coseismic displacements larger than 10 mm lie predominantly in a100-km region(NW direction).(3)On a large scale,the coseismic displacement shows thrust characteristics,but the associated values are remarkably small in the near field(within 70 km)of the earthquake fault.Meanwhile,the thrust movement in this70-km region does not correspond with the attenuation characteristics of the strain release,indicating that the rupture of this earthquake does not reach the earth’s surface.(4)The laevorotation movements are remarkable in the 50-km region,which is located in the hanging wall that is close to the earthquake fault,and the corresponding values in this case correlate with the attenuation characteristics of the strain release.WU YanQiang JIANG ZaiSen WANG Min CHE Shi LIAO Hua LI Qiang LI Peng YANG YongLin XIANG HePing SHAO ZhiGang WANG WuXing WEI WenXin LIU XiaoXia 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,28:33
2First dark matter search results from the PandaX-Ⅰ experiment显示文摘We report on the first dark-matter(DM)search results from PandaX-I,a low threshold dual-phase xenon experiment operating at the China JinPing Underground Laboratory.In the 37-kg liquid xenon target with 17.4 live-days of exposure,no DM particle candidate event was found.This result sets a stringent limit for low-mass DM particles and disfavors the interpretation of previously-reported positive experimental results.The minimum upper limit,3.7×10-44cm2,for the spin-independent isoscalar DM-particle-nucleon scattering cross section is obtained at a DM-particle mass of 49 GeV/c2at 90%confidence level.XIAO MengJiao XIAO Xiang ZHAO Li CAO XiGuang CHEN Xun CHEN YunHua CUI XiangYi FANG DeQing FU ChangBo GIBONI Karl L. 4Efficacy and advantages of modified Traditional Chinese Medicine treatments based on'kidney reinforcing'for chronic aplastic ane-mia:a randomized controlled clinical trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To compare the efficacy of modified treatments based on 'kidney reinforcing' in the management of chronic aplastic anemia(CAA),and explore their advantages and specialties.METHODS:One hundred and eleven patients with CAA were randomly divided into three groups:kidney reinforcing alone(KA),'kidney reinforcing and Qi tonifying'(KQ),and 'kidney reinforcing and blood circulation invigorating'(KC).Normal and positive control groups were also formed.All patients were treated for 6 months(two courses).Hemograms,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndrome scores,and therapeutic effects were assessed,and changes in T-lymphocyte subsets,regulatory T cells and cytokines were detected.RESULTS:The KQ and KC groups had lower TCM syndrome scores than the positive control group after 6 months(P < 0.05).The KQ group had a higher overall efficacy than the positive control group after 3 months(P < 0.05),while platelet counts increased in the KC group after 6 months(P < 0.05).CD3+ T-lymphocyte ratios decreased only in the KQ group,while CD3 + CD4 + CD8-Tlymphocytes increased only in the KC group after 6 months(P <0.05).Levels of interferon-γ,tumor necrosis fac-tor-α,interleukin(IL)-2 and IL-6 decreased and levels of IL-4 and IL-10 increased in all treated groups after 6 months.Levels of IL-6 in the KQ and KC groups were lower than those in the positive control group(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION:Treatments based on kidney reinforcing have a rebalancing effect on cytotoxic and T helper cells,and regulate expression of interferon-γ,IL-2,IL-6 and IL-4.KQ may be more effective in treating CAA,and KC may have an advantage in platelet recovery.Wu Dijiong Shen Yiping Ye Baodong Fang Bingmu Lin Shengyun Chen Zhilu Jiang Huifang Feng Changwei He Lüyuan Gao Yanting Liu Yonglin Liu Yonghua Zhu Jiajia Wu Liqiang Shao Keding Zhou Yuhong 2016Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2016,36,4:6
5Nano-scaled iron-carbon precipitates in HSLC and HSLA steels显示文摘This paper studies the composition, quantity and particle size distribution of nano-scaled precipitates with size less than 20 nm in high strength low carbon (HSLC) steel and their effects on mechanical properties of HSLC steel by means of mass balance calculation of nano-scaled precipitates measured by chemical phase analysis plus SAXS method, high-resolution TEM analysis and thermodynamics calculation, as well as temper rapid cooling treatment of ZJ330. It is found that there existed a large quantity of nano-scaled iron-carbon precipitates with size less than 18 nm in low carbon steel produced by CSP and they are mainly Fe-O-C and Fe-Ti-O-C precipitates formed below temperature A1. These precipitates have ob- vious precipitation strengthening effect on HSLC steel and this may be regarded as one of the main reasons why HSLC steel has higher strength. 6Dark matter direct search sensitivity of the PandaX-4T experiment显示文摘The Panda X-4T experiment, a 4-ton scale dark matter direct detection experiment, is being planned at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory. In this paper we present a simulation study of the expected background in this experiment. In a 2.8-ton fiducial mass and the signal region between 1-10 keV electron equivalent energy, the total electron recoil background is found to be 4.9 × 10^(-5) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). The nuclear recoil background in the same region is 2.8 × 10^(-7) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). 7Efficacy of water fraction from Dioscorea cirrhosa on oxidative stress and apoptosis in H9c2 cardiomyocytes induced by H2O2显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of water fraction from Dioscorea cirrhosa(WF)on oxidative damage and apoptosis of cardiomyocytes induced by H2O2,and to study its mechanism.METHODS:Cell viability was measured by the MST assay kit.The content of malondialdehyde(MDA),release of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and activity of catalase(CAT)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were detected by biochemical kit.The content of reactive oxygen species(ROS)was assessed by nonfluorescent probe 2′,7′-dichlorofluorescin diacetate(DCFH-DA).JC-1 was used to analyze the mitochondrial membrane potential(mtΔΨ)and Annexin-V-FITC/PI staining was applied to assess apoptosis of H9c2 by flow cytometry.Moreover,the expression of B-cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2),Bcl-2-associated X(Bax),caspase-3,caspase-9,cleaved-caspase-3 and cleaved-caspase-9 proteins was determined by western blot analysis.RESULTS:WF increased cell viability and decreased LDH leakage in H9c2 cells exposed to H2O2.WF treatment decreased ROS and MDA level,enhanced SOD and CAT activities,improved mtΔΨand inhibited apoptosis.Western blot analysis demonstrated that the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax was increased and the expression cleaved-caspase-3,caspase-3,cleaved-caspase-9 and caspase-9 were decreased in group treated with WF.CONCLUSION:WF protects H9c2 myocardial cells on H2O2-induced oxidative stress and apoptosis by scavenging ROS,improving antioxidant capacity,protecting mitochondrial and regulating the proteins expression related to apoptosis.LIU Chunhua PAN Jie WANG Aimin LAN Yanyu LI Yongjun LU Yuan SUN Jia WANG Yonglin LIU Ting LU Dingyan YOU Jingrui 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,1:4

9Parallel Sensing in Metaverses: Virtual-Real Interactive Smart Systems for “6S” Sensing显示文摘In the construction of Metaverses,sensors that are referred to as the“bridge of information transmission”,play a key role.The functionality and efficiency of today’s sensors,which operate in a manner similar to physical sensing,are frequently constrained by their hardware and software.In this research,we proposed the Parallel Sensing framework,which includes background,concept,basic methods and typical application of parallel sensing.In our formulation,sensors are redefined as the integration of real physical sensors and virtual software-defined sensors based on parallel intelligence,in order to boost the performance of the sensors.Each sensor will have a parallel counterpart in the virtual world within the framework of parallel sensing.Digital sensors serve as the brain of sensors and maintain the same properties as physical sensors.Parallel sensing allows physical sensors to operate in discrete time periods to conserve energy,while cloud-based descriptive,predictive,and prescriptive sensors operate continuously to offer compensation data and serve as guardians.To better illustrate parallel sensing concept,we show some example applications of parallel sensing such as parallel vision,parallel point cloud and parallel light fields,both of which are designed by construct virtual sensors to extend small real data to virtual big data and then boost the performance of perception models.Experimental results demonstrate the effective of parallel sensing framework.The interaction between the real and virtual worlds enables sensors to operate actively,allowing them to intelligently adapt to various scenarios and ultimately attain the goal of“Cognitive,Parallel,Crypto,Federated,Social and Ecologic”6S sensing.Yu Shen Yuhang Liu Yonglin Tian Xiaoxiang Na 2022IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2022,9,12:3
10Synchronously Improving the Thermal Conductivity and Mechanical Properties of Al–Si–Fe–Mg–Cu–Zn Alloy Die Castings Through Ultrasonic-Assisted Rheoforming显示文摘An ultrasonic vibration-assisted air-cooled stirring rod process(ACSR+UV)was used to efficiently prepare a large-volume semisolid slurry with a mass of more than 40 kg.A low-cost Al–Si–Fe–Mg–Cu–Zn die-casted alloy with high thermal conductivity,high plasticity and medium strength was developed.The alloy was used to manufacture large,thin-walled parts for 5 G base stations by using the ACSR+UV rheological die-casting(ACSR+UV R-DC)process.Investigations were performed on the microstructure,porosity,mechanical properties,fracture behaviour and thermal conductivity of the ACSR+UV R-DC alloy,which was then compared to traditionally die-casted(T-DC)and ACSR R-DC alloys.The mechanisms for the microstructural refinement and enhancement of the mechanical and thermal conductivity performances of the ACSR+UV R-DC alloy were also analysed.The results showed that the ACSR+UV process increased the nucleation rate of the melt due to the increase in the nucleation area and the generation of cavitation bubbles.A radial-and an axial-forced convection was also generated inside the melt under the combined effects of acoustic flow and mechanical stirring,thereby homogenising the melt composition field and the temperature field.Therefore,the ACSR+UV R-DC process not only refined the primaryα-Al(α_(1)-Al),the eutectic silicon and the secondaryα-Al(α_(2)-Al),but also greatly improved the morphology and the distribution of the β-Al5FeSi phase.The mechanical properties of the ACSR+UV R-DC alloy were higher than those of the T-DC and the ACSR R-DC alloys.Compared to the T-DC alloy,the ultimate tensile strength,elongation and yield strength of the ACSR+UV R-DC alloy were increased by 34%,122%and 19%,respectively.This was because the ACSR+UV R-DC technique gave the alloy the characteristics of high density,fine sphericalα1-Al grain and a fine and uniform β-phase,which improved the fracture behaviour of the alloy.The thermal conductivity of the ACSR+UV R-DC alloy was 184 W/(m K),which was 10.2%and 3.4%higher than that of T-DC and ACSR R-DC alloys,respectively.This was because the refined eutectic silicon and β phases in the ACSR+UV R-DC alloy facilitated an easier electron flow through the eutectic region,and the decrease in porosity increased the effective area of heat conduction.Mingfan Qi Yonglin Kang Jingyuan Li Yuzhao Xu Jicheng Wang Gunan Li Aisen Liu 2021Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2021,34,10:2
11Dielectric Characterization and Microwave Roasting of Molybdenite Concentrates at 915 MHz Frequency显示文摘The magnetic hysteresis loop was measured to know the magnetic property of molybdenite concentrate.In order to evaluate its microwave absorption capacity, the dielectric properties of molybdenite concentrate was investigated using cavity perturbation method at 915 MHz dependent on densities and temperatures.The parameter data were fitted using regression fit and a model related to the same density and temperature ranges was developed.A nonlinear surface fitting was used to present visually the effect of dielectric parameters on the microwave penetrate depth of molybdnite concentrate.The crystal products of MoO 3 obtained from microwave roasting at different temperatures were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).The results show both the dielectric constants and loss factors increase in the increase of apparent densities and temperatures with different growth rates in the experimental range.Due to the distinguished trend of dielectric performance dependent on temperatures, two parts in the heating scenario for the molybdenite concentrate samples were divided.The microwave penetration depth is inversely proportional to both apparent densities and temperatures.The nonlinear fitting surfaces indicate the increase of dielectric loss provides an enough decrease in microwave penetration depth.In contrast, the dielectric constant has a positive effect for it.Pure MoO 3 was produced at 800 ℃ by using microwave energy.This work can be helpful to design and simulate microwave system for efficient beneficiation of molybdenite concentrate and to prepare molybdenum products from this concentrate.Yonglin Jiang Bingguo Liu Peng Liu Jinhui Peng Libo Zhang 2019Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology(New Series)2019,26,3:2
12Immersing Treatment of Steel Plate Surface in Steel-Aluminum Solid to Liquid Bonding显示文摘The interfacial status of the steel-aluminum solid to liquid bonding plates (their steel plate surfaces were or were not immersed in flux aqueous solution) were measured by using SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) and X-ray diffraction . The results showed that the layer of flux (the minimum thickness was 15 μm on the steel plate surface) could protect the steel plate surface from oxidizing effectively at high temperature in solid to liquid bonding. The melt temperatUre of the flux should be lower than 580 ℃ so that it could be melted and removed completely. 17Highly time-resolved aerosol characteristics during springtime in Weizhou Island显示文摘A single particle aerosol mass spectrometer was deployed to measure the changes of single particle species and sizes during March 2015 in Weizhou Island of the Beibu Gulf, Guangxi province, South China. In this campaign, a total of 3,100,597 particles were sized, and 25.8%particles with both positive and negative mass spectrum were collected and 24.8%characterized in combination with the ART-2 a neural network algorithm. The distribution of sized particles was mainly in from 520 to 600 nm, and the diameters ranging from 340 to1000 nm accounted for above 90%. Eight types of particles were classified: Elemental Carbon containing(EC), Organic Carbon containing(OC), EC and OC combined containing particles,Na containing particles, K containing particles(K), Levoglucosan containing particles,mineral containing particles, and Heavy Metal containing particles(HM). EC, OC and K were the major containing particles, which accounted for 84.3% in the eight types particles. The relative ratio and size distribution of the three types were EC(48.1%, 620 nm), OC(12.7%,440 nm), and K(23.5%, 600 nm), respectively. The three types of particles were a bit increasing ratios compared with those in clean periods during haze pollution periods.Combined with the back-trajectory results from the Hysplit-4 model and local pollution sources revealed that the ambient air quality on the Weizhou Island may be influenced by biomass burning in the Indochina Peninsula(biomass burning in the Indochina Peninsula)from the transportation on higher level atmospheric layer and by mainland of south China located northeast of Weizhou Island on the ground.Jingying Mao Zhiming Chen Zhaoyu Mo Xiaoyang Yang Hong Li Yonglin Liu Huilin Liu Jiongli Huang Junchao Yang Hongjiao Li 2018Journal of Environmental Sciences2018,30,10:1
