1Full automorphism group of the generalized symplectic graph显示文摘Let Fq be a finite field of odd characteristic, m, ν the integers with 1≤m≤ν and Ka 2ν× 2ν nonsingular alternate matrix over Fq. In this paper, the generalized symplectic graph GSp2ν (q, m) relative to K over Fq is introduced. It is the graph with m-dimensional totally isotropic subspaces of the 2ν-dimensional symplectic space F(2ν)q as its vertices and two vertices P and Q are adjacent if and only if the rank of PKQT is 1 and the dimension of P ∩ Q is m-1. 2REMOTE SENSING OF ALGAL BLOOMS USING A TURBIDITY-FREE FUNCTION FOR NEAR-INFRARED ANDRED SIGNALS显示文摘This article presents a method for real- time mapping of algal blooms in turbid coastal waters using the remote sensing reflectance of red band (Channel 1, 580-680 nm) and near-infrared band (Channel 2, 720-1100 nm) of the AVHRR sensor on the NOAA series satellites. A turbidity-free function for near-infrared and red signals, α0 = (bb(1)/bb(2))(a(2)/ a(1)) based on the first order bb/(a+bb) model deduc-ing equation Rrs(2)?1 = α0 Rrs(1) ?1+ g?1 (1?α0), were se-lected as a chlorophyll-a related index for detecting algal blooms, and the algal blooms with chlorophyll-a concentration of 64-256 mg/L could be defined by window of 1.6 < α0 < 5.2 and 0.01< Rrs(2)/g < 0.2. Such turbidity-free two-band method is supported by both sea-truth data and remote sensing experiment for an algal blooms event on the near-shore water off the Minjiang estuary of southeastern China during early June of 2003. 3A spectral projection method for transmission eigenvalues显示文摘We consider a nonlinear integral eigenvalue problem, which is a reformulation of the transmission eigenvalue problem arising in the inverse scattering theory. The boundary element method is employed for discretization, which leads to a generalized matrix eigenvalue problem. We propose a novel method based on the spectral projection. The method probes a given region on the complex plane using contour integrals and decides whether the region contains eigenvalue(s) or not. It is particularly suitable to test whether zero is an eigenvalue of the generalized eigenvalue problem, which in turn implies that the associated wavenumber is a transmission eigenvalue. 6Enhancement of refresh time in quasi-nonvolatile memory by the density of states engineering显示文摘The recently reported quasi-nonvolatile memory based on semi-floating gate architecture has attracted extensive attention thanks to its potential to bridge the large gap between volatile and nonvolatile memory.However,the further extension of the refresh time in quasi-nonvolatile memory is limited by the charge leakage through the p-n junction.Here,based on the density of states engineered van der Waals heterostructures,the leakage of electrons from the floating gate to the channel is greatly suppressed.As a result,the refresh time is effectively extended to more than 100 s,which is the longest among all previously reported quasi-nonvolatile memories.This work provides a new idea to enhance the refresh time of quasi-nonvolatile memory by the density of states engineering and demonstrates great application potential for high-speed and low-power memory technology.Zhaowu Tang Chunsen Liu Senfeng Zeng Xiaohe Huang Liwei Liu Jiayi Li Yugang Jiang David Wei Zhang Peng Zhou 2021Journal of Semiconductors2021,42,2:1

8MashReDroid:enabling end-user creation of Android mashups based on record and replay显示文摘To allow end users to combine different apps for accomplishing various goals,it is desired that they can create mashups of mobile apps in an on-demand fashion.The end user creation of mobile mashups,however,is complicated by the fact that many apps do not expose interfaces for mashup and the lack of user friendly interfaces for end user programming.In this paper,we propose MashReDroid,an end user programming approach for the creation of Android mashups that incorporates the behaviors of backend apps into the execution of a host app.MashReDroid automatically transforms Android apps into mashup enabled apps.It then allows end users to create mashups by recording the interactions between host apps and backend apps and run mashups by replaying the interactions.Our evaluation shows that MashReDroid supports a variety of real scenarios and users can easily create and use mashups with a very low overhead.Jiahuan ZHENG Liwei SHEN Xin PENG Hongchi ZENG Wenyun ZHAO 2020Science China(Information Sciences)2020,63,10:1
9Impact of living donor liver with steatosis and idiopathic portal inflammation on clinical outcomes in pediatric liver transplantation:Beijing experience显示文摘Background:To evaluate the impact of steatosis and/or idiopathic portal inflammation(IPI)in living donor livers on recipients’clinical outcomes.Methods:We assessed 305 qualified donor liver samples from June 2013 to December 2018.Donors and recipients’clinical characteristics,including follow-up data were retrieved.The graft and overall survival with/without steatosis or portal inflammation were compared by Kaplan-Meier analysis.Results:For living donors,the medium age of was 31.2(28,35.8)years old;liver histopathology showed macrovesicular steatosis:0-5%264/305(86.6%)and 5-30%41/305(13.4%),IPI:no 220/305(72.1%)and mild 85/305(27.9%).For recipients,the medium age was 1.0(0.6,1.5)years old;the median pediatric-end-stage-liver-disease score was 16(5.0,26.0)and medium follow-up time was 32.8(24.8,52.0)months.Biliary atresia(69.5%)was the main indication for liver transplantation(LT).Conclusions:The presence of steatosis and portal inflammation of the donor liver did not impact the clinical outcomes including transaminase or bilirubin normalization,short-/long-term complications and recipients’survival.However,recipients with high pediatric-end-stage-liver-disease score(>16)receiving donor liver with portal inflammation,but not steatosis,had trend negative effect on recipients’survival.In conclusion,donor livers with mild steatosis and portal inflammation were qualified for pediatric living donor LT.However,donor liver with mild portal inflammation would better not be allocated to recipients with high pediatric-end-stage-liver-disease score.This study provided new evidence in pediatric living donor liver allocation.Xinyan Zhao Yafei He Jimin Liu Qian Zhang Liwei Liu Wei Qu Ying Liu Zhigui Zeng Haiming Zhang Jidong Jia Liying Sun Lin Wei Zhijun Zhu 2022Hepatobiliary Surgery and Nutrition2022,11,3:1

11Ultrafast flash memory with large self-rectifying ratio based on atomically thin MoS_(2)-channel transistor显示文摘Flash memory with high operation speed and stable retention performance is in great demand to meet the requirements of big data.In addition,the realisation of ultrafast flash memory with novel functions offers a means of combining heterogeneous components into a homogeneous device without considering impedance matching.This report proposes a 20 ns programme flash memory with 10^(8) self-rectifying ratios based on a 0.65 nm-thick MoS_(2)-channel transistor.A high-quality van der Waals heterojunction with a sharp interface is formed between the Cr/Au metal floating layer and h-BN tunnelling layer.In addition,the large rectification ratio and low ideality factor(n=1.13)facilitate the application of the MoS_(2)-channel flash memory as a bit-line select transistor.Finally,owing to the ultralow MoS_(2)/h-BN heterojunction capacitance(50 fF),the memory device exhibits superior performance as a high-frequency(up to 1 MHz)sine signal rectifier.These results pave the way toward the potential utilisation of multifunctional memory devices in ultrafast two-dimensional NAND-flash applications.Liwei Liu Yibo Sun Xiaohe Huang Chunsen Liu Zhaowu Tang Senfeng Zeng David Wei Zhang Shaozhi Deng Peng Zhou 2022Materials Futures2022,1,2:0
12High frequency of alternative splicing variants of the oncogene Focal Adhesion Kinase in neuroendocrine tumors of the pancreas and breast显示文摘The characteristic genetic abnormality of neuroendocrine neoplasms(NENs),a heterogeneous group of tumors found in various organs,remains to be identified.Here,based on the analysis of the splicing variants of an oncogene Focal Adhesion Kinase(FAK)in The Cancer Genome Atlas datasets that contain 9193 patients of 33 cancer subtypes,we found that Box 6/Box 7-containing FAK variants(FAK^(6/7))were observed in 7(87.5%)of 8 pancreatic neuroendocrine carcinomas and 20(11.76%)of 170 pancreatic ductal adenocarcinomas(PDACs).We tested FAK variants in 157 tumor samples collected from Chinese patients with pancreatic tumors,and found that FAK^(6/7)was positive in 34(75.6%)of 45 pancreatic NENs,19(47.5%)of 40 pancreatic solid pseudopapillary neoplasms,and 2(2.9%)of 69 PDACs.We further tested FAK splicing variants in breast neuroendocrine carcinoma(BrNECs),and found that FAK^(6/7)was positive in 14(93.3%)of 15 BrNECs but 0 in 23 non-NEC breast cancers.We explored the underlying mechanisms and found that a splicing factor serine/arginine repetitive matrix protein 4(SRRM4)was overexpressed in FAK^(6/7)-positive pancreatic tumors and breast tumors,which promoted the formation of FAK^(6/7)in cells.These results suggested that FAK^(6/7)could be a biomarker of NENs and represent a potential therapeutic target for these orphan diseases.Dawei Xie Zheng Wang Beibei Sun Liwei Qu Musheng Zeng Lin Feng Mingzhou Guo Guizhen Wang Jihui Hao Guangbiao Zhou 2023Frontiers of Medicine2023,17,5:0

14Effect of calcination temperature on B-site vacancy content of La0.75Sr0.25Mn0.92△0.08O3-δperovskite显示文摘Lanthanum manganite with cation vacancies from nominal La_(0.75)Sr_(0.25)Mn_(0.92)△_(0.08)O_(3-δ) nanocrystalline powder was successfully prepared at different calcination temperatures using the sol-gel method. X-ray diffraction shows that as the calcination temperature(T_(Cal)) increases, the crystal particle diameter increases, but the B-site vacancy content decreases. According to a powder diffraction profile fitting technique and transmission electron microscopy results, the vacancy content can be estimated as 0.08,0.01, and 0.005 for T_(Cal) = 1073,1273, and 1473 K, respectively. Magnetization versus temperature curves show that the magnetic transition temperatures, including the Curie temperature, are influenced by both B-site vacancies and double-exchange interaction between Mn^(3+) and Mn^(4+) cations. A core-shell model is proposed for vacancies located on the surfaces of the crystal particles.
