1Ni(OH)_(2) nanoparticles encapsulated in conductive nanowire array for high-performance alkaline seawater oxidation显示文摘Design and development of high-efficiency and durable oxygen evolution reaction(OER)electrocatalysts is crucial for hydrogen production from seawater splitting.Herein,we report the in situ electrochemical conversion of a nanoarray of Ni(TCNQ)2(TCNQ=tetracyanoquinodimethane)on graphite paper into Ni(OH)_(2) nanoparticles confined in a conductive TCNQ nanoarray(Ni(OH)_(2)-TCNQ/GP)by anode oxidation.The Ni(OH)_(2)-TCNQ/GP exhibits high OER performance and demands overpotentials of 340 and 382 mV to deliver 100 mA·cm^(−2) in alkaline freshwater and alkaline seawater,respectively.Meanwhile,the Ni(OH)_(2)-TCNQ/GP also demonstrates steady long-term electrochemical durability for at least 80 h under alkaline seawater.Longcheng Zhang Jiaqian Wang Pengyu Liu Jie Liang Yongsong Luo Guanwei Cui Bo Tang Qian Liu Xuedong Yan Haigang Hao Meiling Liu Rui Gao Xuping Sun 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:5

5A facile design for multifunctional AIEgen based on tetraaniline derivatives显示文摘Aniline oligomers have been widely used in many fields due to their excellent physicochemical properties. Owing to strong intermolecular interactions, their emission is always weakened or quenched when they are in high concentration or aggregated state, which greatly limits their fluorescent applications. Inspired by the concept of aggregation-induced emission(AIE), herein we introduced large steric groups onto the aniline oligomer to prevent the formation of packing structure. In particular, diphenyl vinyl group was bonded with oligomeric tetraaniline by a facile synthetic procedure with high yield. The obtained aniline oligomer derivative exhibited typical AIE features, which was also confirmed by density functional theoretical calculation. More importantly, this AIE oligomer was able to detect Fe^(3+) ions selectively and quantitatively. The fluorescence intensity decreased linearly along with the increment of Fe^(3+) concentration. Moreover, we demonstrated that this AIE oligomer could stain live bacteria, such as E. coli and S. aureus efficiently. 9Stretchable and Superhydrophilic Polyaniline/Halloysite Decorated Nanofiber Composite Evaporator for High Efficiency Seawater Desalination显示文摘Here,authors report on composition of a stretchable,mechanically durable and superhydrophilic polyaniline(PANI)/hal-loysite nanotubes(HNTs)decorated PU nanofiber(PANI/HNTs@PU).The polymer nanofibers are placed as the core and PANI/HNTs makes the shell section.The PANI/HNTs creates a membrane with outstanding light absorption and photo-thermal conversion performance.The strong solar absorption capability and superhydrophilicity of the PANI/HNTs@PU remain almost unchanged during stretching,abrasion,and ultrasonic washing tests,exhibiting superior surface stability and durability.When the PANI/HNTs@PU is used for the interfacial evaporation,the evaporation rate and efficiency reach as high as 1.61 kg m^(-2) h^(-1) and 94.7%,respectively.No salt precipitation is observed on the solar absorber surface even under a high salinity or during the long term or cyclic evaporation test.Furthermore,the excellent interfacial evaporation function is maintained when the nanofiber composite is mechanically stretched.The PANI/HNTs@PU based evaporation device shows promising applications in high performance solar desalination.Jiang Han Wenqian Xing Jun Yan Jing Wen Yuntao Liu Yuqing Wang Zefeng Wu Longcheng Tang Jiefeng Gao 2022Advanced Fiber Materials2022,4,5:1

11Exceptionally flame-retardant flexible polyurethane foam composites:synergistic effect of the silicone resin/graphene oxide coating显示文摘A facile strategy was developed to fabricate flexible polyurethane(PU)foam composites with exceptional flame retardancy.The approach involves the incorporation of graphene oxide(GO)into a silicone resin(SiR)solution,which is then deposited onto a PU foam surface via the dip-coating technique and cured.Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,and Raman spectroscopy measurements demonstrated that the SiR and GO were successfully coated onto the PU skeleton and the intrinsic porous structure of the PU foam remained intact.The effects of SiR and GO on the mechanical and thermal stability and flame retardancy of PU composites were evaluated through compression tests,thermogravimetric analysis,vertical combustion tests,and the limiting oxygen index.The measurement results revealed that the composites(PU@SiR-GO)showed superior flame retardancy and thermal and mechanical stability compared to pristine PU or PU coated with SiR alone.The mechanical and thermal stability and the flame-retardant properties of the PU composites were enhanced significantly with increasing GO content.Based on the composition,microstructure,and surface morphology of PU@SiR-GO composites before and after combustion tests,a possible flame-retardance mechanism is proposed.This work provides a simple and effective strategy for fabricating flame retardant composites with improved mechanical performance.Qian Wu Jincheng Zhang Shengpeng Wang Bajin Chen Yijun Feng Yongbing Pei Yue Yan Longcheng Tang Huayu Qiu Lianbin Wu 2021Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2021,15,4:1

13Preparation of aldoxime through direct ammoximation using titanium silicalite-1 catalyst显示文摘The liquid phase direct ammoximation of 5-isooctyl salicylaldehyde with ammonia and hydrogen peroxide was studied using titanium silicalite-1(TS-1)catalyst.The effect of reaction parameters on the yield of the product was studied,which include reaction temperature,reaction time,molar ratio of ammonia to aldehyde as well as hydrogen peroxide to aldehyde.The influence of the amount of catalyst on the reaction results was also investigated.The maximum 5-isooctyl salicylaldoxime yield of 98.76%was achieved under the following optimal reaction conditions:the molar ratio of 5-isooctylaldehyde to hydrogen peroxide and ammonia of 1:1.4:1.6,the reaction temperature of 70℃,the amount of TS-1 of 17.5 g·mol^(-1)(5-isooctyl salicylaldehyde),and the feeding time of 2 h.This method has the mild reaction conditions and avoids the shortcomings of traditional methods.Moreover,useless inorganic salts by-products are avoided,and there is no environmental pollution.Zhigang Xu Xiongfei Jin Tao Zhou Qian Zou Longcheng Liu zhongbo Wang Hanbing Sheng Huasheng Xie 2022Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,35,7:0
