| 1 | Selection and characterization of the novel anti-human PD-1 FV78 antibody from a targeted epitope mammalian cell-displayed antibody library显示文摘Currently,display-based methods are well established and widely used in antibody engineering for affinity maturation and structural stability improvement.We obtained a novel anti-human programmed death 1(PD-1)antibody using computer-aided design and a mammalian cell display technology platform.We used computer-aided modeling and distance geometry methods to predict and assign the key residues that contributed to the binding of human PD-L1 to PD-1.Then,we analyzed the sequence of nivolumab(an anti-human PD-1 antibody,referred to as MIL75 in the article)to determine the template for antibody design and library construction.We identified a series of potential substitutions on the obtained template and constructed a virtual epitope-targeted antibody library based on the physicochemical properties and each possible location of the assigned key residues.The virtual antibody libraries were displayed on the surface of mammalian cells as the antigen-binding fragments of full-length immunoglobulin G.Then,we used flow cytometry and sequencing approaches to sort and screen the candidates.Finally,we obtained a novel anti-human PD-1 antibody named FV78.FV78 competitively recognized the PD-1 epitopes that interacted with MIL75 and possessed an affinity comparable to MIL75.Our results implied that FV78 possessed equivalent bioactivity in vitro and in vivo compared with MIL75,which highlighted the probability and prospect of FV78 becoming a new potential antibody therapy. | Longlong Luo Shi Wang Xiaoling Lang Tingting Zhou Jing Geng Xinying Li Chunxia Qiao Jiannan Feng Beifen Shen Ming Lv Yan Li | 2018 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2018,15,2: | 4 |
| 2 | Phase engineering oriented defect-rich amorphous/crystalline RuO_(2) nanoporous particles for boosting oxygen evolution reaction in acid media显示文摘Imposing phase engineering to porous materials is promising to realize outperforming electrocatalytic performances by taking advantages of the merits of porous nanoarchitecture and heterophase structure.In this work,amorphous/crystalline ruthenium oxide(RuO_(2))porous particles with rationally regulated heterophases are successfully prepared by integrating the phase engineering into the porous material synthesis.The resultant defect-rich amorphous/crystalline RuO_(2)porous particles exhibit excellent electrocatalytic performance toward the oxygen evolution reaction,achieving a low overpotential of 165 mV at a current density of 10 mA·cm^(−2)and a high mass activity up to 133.8 mA·cm^(-2)at a low overpotential of 200 mV.This work indicates that the synergistic effect of amorphous/crystalline heterophase and porous structural characteristics enables RuO_(2)to trigger a superior electrocatalytic activity. | Chengming Wang Qinghong Geng Longlong Fan Jun-Xuan Li Lian Ma Cuiling Li | 2023 | Nano Research Energy2023,2,3: | 0 |
| 3 | Enhanced electroreduction of CO_(2)to C_(2+)fuels by the synergetic effect of polyaniline/CuO nanosheets hybrids显示文摘Electrochemically converting CO_(2)to value-added multi-carbon(C_(2+))fuels and chemicals is a favorable way to achieve carbon neutrality.Herein,polyaniline/CuO nanosheets(PANI/CuO NSs)hybrid electrocatalysts are developed in order to achieve superior C_(2+)selectivity by imparting PANI functional component to the CuO NSs.The decorated PANI nanoparticles(NPs)can effectively stabilize the*CO intermediates and increase their coverage on the active Cu sites,which facilitates the C-C coupling to form multi-carbon products.Benefiting from the synergetic effect of PANI and CuO NSs,best Faradaic efficiency(FE)for C_(2+)product up to 66.4%at-1.6 V vs.reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE)in a H-cell measurement and 60.0%at 400 mA·cm^(-2) in a flow cell measurement are demonstrated by PANI/CuO NSs-25 sample.More importantly,the C_(2+)selectivity keeps stable even in a continuous measurement time period of 92 h in H-cell measurement.The present study may provide more insights for designing efficient hybrid materials toward superior C_(2+)production from electrocatalytic CO_(2)reduction. | Lian Ma Qinghong Geng Longlong Fan Jun-Xuan Li Dawei Du Junli Bai Cuiling Li | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,7: | 0 |
| 4 | Detection of maize leaf diseases using improved MobileNet V3-small显示文摘In order to realize the intelligent identification of maize leaf diseases for accurate prevention and control,this study proposed a maize disease detection method based on improved MobileNet V3-small,using a UAV to collect maize disease images and establish a maize disease dataset in a complex context,and explored the effects of data expansion and migration learning on model recognition accuracy,recall rate,and F1-score instructive evaluative indexes,and the results show that the two approaches of data expansion and migration learning effectively improved the accuracy of the model.The structured compression of MobileNet V3-small bneck layer retains only 6 layers,the expansion multiplier of each layer was redesigned,32-fold fast downsampling was used in the first layer,and the location of the SE module was optimized.The improved model had an average accuracy of 79.52%in the test set,a recall of 77.91%,an F1-score of 78.62%,a model size of 2.36 MB,and a single image detection speed of 9.02 ms.The detection accuracy and speed of the model can meet the requirements of mobile or embedded devices.This study provides technical support for realizing the intelligent detection of maize leaf diseases. | Ang Gao Aijun Geng Yuepeng Song Longlong Ren Yue Zhang Xiang Han | 2023 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,3: | 0 |
