| 1 | Efficient aerobic oxidation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural to 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid on Ru/C catalysts显示文摘2,5-Furandicarboxylic(FDCA) is a potential substitute for petroleum-derived terephthalic acid, and aerobic oxidation of5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF) provides an efficient route to synthesis of FDCA. On an activated carbon supported ruthenium(Ru/C) catalyst(with 5 wt% Ru loading), HMF was readily oxidized to FDCA in a high yield of 97.3% at 383 K and 1.0 MPa O_2 in the presence of Mg(OH)_2 as base additive. Ru/C was superior to Pt/C and Pd/C and also other supported Ru catalysts with similar sizes of metal nanoparticles(1–2 nm). The Ru/C catalysts were stable and recyclable, and their efficiency in the formation of FDCA increased with Ru loadings examined in the range of 0.5 wt%–5.0 wt%. Based on the kinetic studies including the effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, O_2 pressure, on the oxidation of HMF to FDCA on Ru/C, it was confirmed that the oxidation of HMF to FDCA proceeds involving the primary oxidation of HMF to 2,5-diformylfuran(DFF) intermediate, and its sequential oxidation to 5-formyl-2-furancarboxylic acid(FFCA) and ultimately to FDCA, in which the oxidation of FFCA to FDCA is the rate-determining step and dictates the overall formation rate of FDCA. | 2 | Controllable preparation of γ-alumina nanoparticles with bimodal pore size distribution in membrane dispersion microreactor显示文摘In this paper,we present a new method for preparing γ-alumina nanoparticles with a bimodal pore size distribution by using an efficiently mixing membrane dispersion microreactor.NH4HCO3and AI2(SO4)3.18H2Owere reacted under vigorous mixing to give an ammonium aluminum carbonate hydroxide (AACH)precursor.γ-Alumina was obtained by calcination of AACH at 550℃ for 6h.The effects of NH4HCO3concentration,pH during aging,and reaction temperature were investigated.The mechanism of bimodal pore formation was clarified.The results showed that large pores (10-100nm) were mainly formed in the reactor and during aging,and small pores (0-10nm)were mainly formed during calcination.When the concentration of NH4HCO3was 1.5mol/L,the aging pH was 9.2,and the reaction temperature was 80℃,γ-alumina with a specific surface area of 504.7m^2/g and pore volume of 1.76mL/g was obtained.The average size of the large pores was about 30nm,and the average size of the small pores was about 4nm. | Lufan Yang Mingzhao Guo Fan Zhang Yu Jing Yujun Wang Guangsheng Luo | 2018 | Particuology2018,16,6: | 2 |
| 3 | Structure optimization of connection frames based on frequency sensitivity in macro-micro motion platforms显示文摘High-performance connection frames are of great significance for ultra-high acceleration and ultra-precision positioning in macro-micro motion platforms. This paper first takes the connection frame as a research object,builds a finite element model(FEM) of the natural frequency of the frame, and then verifies the correctness of this model. The frequency sensitivity method is then used to perturb the structural parameters of the FEM of the connection frame, and the sensitivities of the first-order natural frequency and mass of the corresponding structural parameters are obtained by calculation and analysis. The design variables are also determined. The natural frequency is used as the optimization objective, and the design parameters and mass of the connection frame are constrained. The structural parameters of the connecting frame are obtained through optimization, and the model is built and verified by experiments. The results show that the first-order natural frequency of the connecting frame is effectively improved by the frequency sensitivity method, avoids resonance between the connecting frame and the voice coil motor, and realizes the lightweight design of the connection frame. | 12 | LSM14B coordinates protein component expression in the P-body and controls oocyte maturation显示文摘The generation of mature and healthy oocytes is the most critical event in the entire female reproductive process,and the mechanisms regulating this process remain to be studied.Here,we demonstrate that Smith-like(LSM)family member 14B(LSM14B)regulates oocyte maturation,and the loss of LSM14B in mouse ovaries leads to abnormal oocyte MII arrest and female infertility.Next,we find the aberrant transcriptional activation,indicated by abnormal non-surrounded nucleolus and surrounded nucleolus oocyte proportions,and abnormal chromosome assembly and segregation in Lsm14b-deficient mouse oocytes.The global transcriptome analysis suggests that many transcripts involved in cytoplasmic processing body(P-body)function are altered in Lsm14b-deficient mouse oocytes.Deletion of Lsm14b results in the expression and/or localization changes of P-body components(such as LSM14A,DCP1A,and 4E-T).Notably,DDX6,a key component of the P-body,is downregulated and accumulates in the nuclei in Lsm14b-deficient mouse oocytes.Taken together,our data suggest that LSM14B links mouse oocyte maturation to female fertility through the regulation of the P-body. | Huiru Zhang Tao Zhang Xiang Wan Chang Chen Shu Wang Dongdong Qin Lufan Li Luping Yu Xin Wu | 2024 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2024,51,1: | 0 |

| 16 | Self-powered lead-free quantum dot plasmonic phototransistor with multi-wavelength response显示文摘Because they possess excellent visible light absorption properties, lead-free colloidal copper-based chalcogenide quantum dots(QDs) have emerged in photoelectronic fields. By means of localized surface plasmonic resonance(LSPR), the absorption properties of QDs can be enhanced. In this paper, we fabricate a lead-free CuInSe2 QD field effect phototransistor(FEpT) by utilizing the LSPR enhancement of Au nanoparticles(NPs). The plasmonic FEpT demonstrates responsivity up to 2.7 μA· W^(-1) and a specific detectivity of 7 × 10~3 Jones at zero bias under illumination by a 532 nm laser, values that are enhanced by approximately 200% more than devices without Au NPs. Particularly, the FEpT exhibits a multi-wavelength response, which is photoresponsive to 405, 532,and 808 nm irradiations, and presents stability and reproducibility in the progress of ON–OFF cycles.Furthermore, the enhancement induced by Au NP LSPR can be interpreted by finite-difference time domain simulations.
