Swarming Responsive Photonic Nanorobots for Motile-Targeting Microenvironmental Mapping and Mapping-Guided Photothermal Treatment显示文摘Micro/nanorobots can propel and navigate in many hard-to-reach biological environments, and thus may bring revolutionary changes to biomedical research and applications. However, current MNRs lack the capability to collectively perceive and report physicochemical changes in unknown microenvironments. Here we propose to develop swarming responsive photonic nanorobots that can map local physicochemical conditions on the fly and further guide localized photothermal treatment. The RPNRs consist of a photonic nanochain of periodically-assembled magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles encapsulated in a responsive hydrogel shell, and show multiple integrated functions, including energetic magnetically-driven swarming motions, bright stimuli-responsive structural colors, and photothermal conversion. Thus, they can actively navigate in complex environments utilizing their controllable swarming motions, then visualize unknown targets(e.g.,tumor lesion)by collectively mapping out local abnormal physicochemical conditions(e.g.,pH,temperature,or glucose concentra-tion)via their responsive structural colors, and further guide external light irradiation to initiate localized photothermal treatment. This work facilitates the development of intelligent motile nanosensors and versatile multifunctional nanotheranostics for cancer and inflam-matory diseases. | Luolin Li Zheng Yu Jianfeng Liu Manyi Yang Gongpu Shi Ziqi Feng Wei Luo Huiru Ma Jianguo Guan Fangzhi Mou | 2023 | Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,9: | 3

A wheat integrative regulatory network from large-scale complementary functional datasets enables trait-associated gene discovery for crop improvement显示文摘Gene regulation is central to all aspects of organism growth, and understanding it using large-scale functional datasets can provide a whole view of biological processes controlling complex phenotypic traits in crops. However, the connection between massive functional datasets and trait-associated gene discovery for crop improvement is still lacking. In this study,we constructed a wheat integrative gene regulatory network(wGRN)by combining an updated genome annotation and diverse complementary functional datasets, including gene expression, sequence motif, transcription factor(TF)binding, chromatin accessibility, and evolutionarily conserved regulation.wGRN contains 7.2 million genome-wide interactions covering 5947 TFs and 127439 target genes, which were further verified using known regulatory relationships,condition-specific expression, gene functional information, and experiments. We used wGRN to assign genome-wide genes to 3891 specific biological pathways and accurately prioritize candidate genes associated with complex phenotypic traits in genome-wide association studies. In addition,wGRN was used to enhance the interpretation of a spike temporal transcriptome dataset to construct high-resolution networks. We further unveiled novel regulators that enhance the power of spike phenotypic trait prediction using machine learning and contribute to the spike phenotypic differences among modern wheat accessions. Finally,we developed an interactive webserver,wGRN(http://gffzzaeec8df70e7c4b21hcxupocunov6q6vvu.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/wGRN),for the community to explore gene regulation and discover trait-associated genes.Collectively, this community resource establishes the foundation for using large-scale functional datasets to guide trait-associated gene discovery for crop improvement. | Yongming Chen Yiwen Guo Panfeng Guan Yongfa Wang Xiaobo Wang Zihao Wang Zhen Qin Shengwei Ma Mingming Xin Zhaorong Hu Yingyin Yao Zhongfu Ni Qixin Sun Weilong Guo Huiru Peng | 2023 | Molecular Plant2023,16,2: | 1
Enhanced Microwave Absorption for High Filler Content Composite Molded from Polymer Coated Flaky Carbonyl Irons Modified by Silane Coupling Agents显示文摘A microwave absorbing sheet with a high complex permeability and a relatively low complex permittivity is obtained by molding of the densely coated flaky carbonyl iron particles(FCIPs)by styrenebutadiene-styrene block copolymer(SBS)in the assistance of coupling agent modification.Direct molding of the core-shell FCIPs without adding extra binder results in a large permeability due to the high filling ratio(55vol%)of absorbents.Importantly, the permittivity is well suppressed by the dense insulate polymer shell on the FCIPs,avoiding the severe impedance mismatch problem of the high filler content microwave absorbing materials.Investigations show that modifying the surface of FCIPs by proper amount of silane coupling agent is critical for the coating quality of the SBS shell, which is verified by resistivity and corrosion current density measurements, and can be interpreted by improved interfacial compatibility between the modified FCIPs and SBS.The obtained microwave absorbing sheet shows a minimum reflection loss of-38.74 dB at 1.57 GHz and has an effective absorption bandwidth from 1.1 to 2.3 GHz at a relatively small thickness of 2 mm. | 崔正明 MA Guoqing WANG Mengqi LUO Chuangyu CHEN Zhihong MA Huiru LI Qifan 李维 | 2023 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2023,38,1: | 1
Comparison of Sulfur Dioxide Residue in Chinese Me-dicinal Materials by Titration-fluorescence Spectrome-try and Pharmacopoeia Method显示文摘With sulphur-fumigated Chinese medicinal materials( Fritillaria thunbergii,Isatis indigotica,Asparagus cochinchinensis and Poria cocos) as the test materials, sulfur dioxide or sulfite residue was determined by the method in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition) and titration-fluorescence spectrometry, respectively. The results showed that there were significant differences in measured value between titration-fluorescence spectrometry and pharmacopoeia method. The measurement result of titration-fluorescence spectrometry was much closer to the actual content of sulfur dioxide in Chinese medicinal materials. Thus,titration-fluorescence spectrometry had higher application value. | Ma Donglai Shen Zhengxian Du Huiru Zhang Zhidong Jiang Cuilan Wang Liang Li Jing Zheng Yuguang | 2017 | Animal Husbandry and Feed Science2017,9,2: | 0
Heterogeneous Acid Catalytic Esterification by Porous Polyoxometalate-tantalum Pentoxide Nanocomposites显示文摘Polyoxometalates (POMs) are useful catalysts in both redox and acid catalysis reactions since its catalytic features can be controlled at a molecular level. We investigated POM (POM = H3PW12O40 ) on tantalum pentoxide (Ta2O5) via hydrolysis of tantalum pentachloride (TaCl5) in the presence of POM using the sol-gel method for acid catalytic reaction. All obtained amorphous materials have been characterized by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectra, Raman scattering spectroscopy, 31P magic-angle spinning (MAS) NMR, field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), and nitrogen adsorption/desorption analysis, in order to confirm the structure integrity of the Keggin unit in as-prepared composites and investigate the morphology and surface textural property of the composites. Catalytic activity of the catalysts has been evaluated for esterification of acetic acid with ethanol as a model reaction with different catalytic reaction parameters such as POM loading, reaction time, catalyst dose, molar ratio of the reactants, etc. The conversion of ethanol reached 87.4 % and the turnover frequency (TOF) was 2.9×103 .Meanwhile, it is easy to separate and recover POM/Ta2O5 from the reaction system. | 许蕾蕾 GUOYihang MA Huiru 官建国 | 2013 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2013,28,3: | 0
Swarming magnetic photonic-crystal microrobots withon-the-fly visual pH detection and self-regulated drug delivery显示文摘Swarming magnetic micro/nanorobots hold great promise for biomedical applications, but at present suffer from inferior capabilities to perceive and respond to chemical signals in local microenvironments. Here we demonstrate swarming magnetic photonic crystal microrobots(PC-bots)capable of sponta-neously performing on-the-fly visual pH detection and self regulated drug delivery by perceiving local pH changes. The magnetic PC-bots consist of pH-responsive hydrogel microspheres with encapsulated one-dimensional periodic assemblies of Fe3O4 nanoparticles.By programming extemnal rotating magnetic fields, they can self-organize into large swarms with much-enhanced collective velocity to actively find targets while shining bright“blinking”structural colors. When approaching the target with abnormal pH conditions(e.g.an ulcerated superficial tumor lesion),the PC-bots can visualize local pH changes on the fly via pH-responsive structural colors, and realize self-regulated release of the loaded drugs by recognizing local pH.This work facilita tes the develop-ment of intelligent micro/nanorobots for active“motile-targeting”tumor diag-nosis and treatment. | Zheng Yu Luolin Li Fangzhi Mou Shimin Yu Di Zhang Manyi Yang Qing Zhao Huiru Ma Wei Luo Tianlong Li Jianguo Guan | 2023 | InfoMat2023,5,10: | 0
Changes in concentrations and transcripts of plant hormones in wheat seedling roots in response to Fusarium crown rot显示文摘Fusarium crown rot(FCR) is a soilborne disease causing severe yield losses in many wheat-growing areas of the world. Diseased plants show browning and necrosis of roots and stems causing white heads at maturity. Little is known about the molecular processes employed by wheat roots to respond to the disease. We characterized morphological, transcriptional and hormonal changes in wheat seedling roots following challenge with Fusarium pseudograminearum(Fp), the main pathogen of FCR. The pathogen inhibited root development to various extents depending on plants' resistance level. Many genes responsive to FCR infection in wheat roots were enriched in plant hormone pathways. The contents of compounds involved in biosynthesis and metabolism of jasmonic acid, salicylic acid, cytokinin and auxin were drastically changed in roots at five days post-inoculation. Presoaking seeds in methyl jasmonate for 24 h promoted FCR resistance, whereas presoaking with cytokinin 6-benzylaminopurine made plants more susceptible. Overexpression of TaOPR3, a gene involved in jasmonic acid biosynthesis, enhanced plant resistance as well as root and shoot growth during infection. | Yutian Gao Xuejun Tian Weidong Wang Xiangru Xu Yuqing Su Jiatian Yang Shuonan Duan Jinlong Li Mingming Xin Huiru Peng Qixin Sun Chaojie Xie Jun Ma | 2023 | The Crop Journal2023,11,5: | 0
