| 1 | Cluster analysis for syndromes of real-world coronary heartdisease with angina pectoris显示文摘Syndromes of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris were analyzed to provide guidance forclinical practice and to improve accuracy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) diagnoses and efficacy of TCMtreatment. A total of 860 cases with coronary heart disease with angina pectoris were selected from TCM ClinicalResearch Information Sharing System for TCM clinics and research. Syndromes were automatically extractedwith the cluster method and were analyzed to provide objective evidence for clinical studies. Final syndromeclassifications were recognized and confirmed by clinical experts. Popular syndromes included Qi and blooddeficiency, blood stasis and obstruction collaterals, liver depression and spleen deficiency, and Qi stagnation andblood stasis. Syndromes Qi and blood deficiency and blood stasis and obstruction collaterals accounted for 28.61%of total syndromes, whereas liver depression and spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation and blood stasis accountedfor 26.44%. | 2 | Infective viruses produced from full-length complementary DNA of swine vesicular disease viruses HK/70 strain显示文摘The full-length cDNA clone of swine vesicular disease virus HK/70 strain named pSVOK12 was constructed in order to study the antigenicity, replication, maturation and pathogenicity of swine vesicular disease virus. In vitro transcription RNA from pSVOK12 transfected IBRS-2 cells and the re- covered virus RNA were isolated and sequenced, then indirect hemagglutination test, indirect im- munofluorescence assays, eleectron microscope test, 50% tissue culture infecting dose (TCID50) assays and mouse virulence studies were performed to study the antigenicity and virulence of the recovered virus. The result showed that the infectious clones we ob- tained and the virus derived from pSVOK12 had the same biological properties as the parental strain HK/70. | 3 | The Erosion Effect of Kapton Film in a Ground-based Atomic Oxygen Irradiation Simulator显示文摘In order to investigate the effect of space environmental factors on spacecraft materials, a ground-based simulation facility for space atomic oxygen(AO) irradiation was developed in our laboratory. Some Kapton film samples were subjected to AO beam generated by this facility. The Kapton films before and after AO exposure were analyzed comparatively using optical microscopy, scanning electronic microscopy, atomic force microscopy, high-precision microbalance, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The experimental results indicate that the transmittance of Kapton film will be reduced by AO irradiation notably, and its color deepens from pale yellow to brown. Surface roughness of the AO-treated sample is already increased obviously after AO irradiation for 5 hours, and exhibits a flannel-like appearance after 15 hours' exposure in AO beam. The imide rings and benzene rings in kapton molecule are partially decomposed, and some new bonds form during AO irradiation. The mass loss of kapton film increases linearly with the increase of AO fluence, which is resulted from the formation of volatile products, such as CO, CO2 and NOx. The breakage in structure and degradation in properties of AO-treated Kapton film can be attributed to the integrated effect ofimpaction and oxidization of AO beam. | 4 | Microstructure and Tribological Properties of PlasmaSprayed Ni/MoS_2 Solid Lubrication Coating显示文摘A composite Ni based MoS2 solid lubrication coating was prepared using the plasma spraying technology with optimized process parameters.The tribological properties of the composite Ni/MoS2 coatings in air and vacuum were studied with a ball-on-disk friction and wear tester under dry sliding condition,respectively.XRD,SEM and EDS were adopted to analyze the microstructures of the coating before and after wear tests.Results showed that the deposition quality of the coating was good.The content of lubricant MoS2 was high.But the compactability of the coating with many superficial micrometersized defects such as pores and cracks was relatively low.The composite Ni/MoS2 coating exhibited excellent friction-reduction properties both in air and in vacuum conditions.In vacuum,the wear loss was greater because the severe spalling of top layer resulted from breakthrough of the adjacent defects.In air condition,the wear loss of the coating was relatively low but its friction-reduction ability may be weakened for the oxidation of MoS2. | Ma Guozheng,Xu Binshi,Wang Haidou,Yang Daxiang National Key Laboratory for Remanufacturing,Academy of Armored Forces Engineering,Beijing 100072,China | 2012 | 稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1: | 3 |

| 6 | Recent progress in Co-based metal-organic framework derivatives for advanced batteries显示文摘To date,Co-based metal-organic frameworks(Co-MOFs)have drawn much attention owing to their advantages of easy preparation,high porosity and adjustable structure.Because of these enticing properties,numerous efforts have been devoted to their applications in energy storage and conversion.However,poor conductivity has become one of the biggest obstacles for large-scale use of pristine Co-MOFs.Subsequently,many attempts have been carried out to develop various Co-MOF derived materials as electrodes for rechargeable batteries in order to address the above-mentioned shortcoming and to enhance the electrical conductivity with improved stability during cycling.Moreover,in addition to improvement of Li-ion batteries in practical utilization,seeking for other rechargeable batteries is another urgent task due to the high cost and limited sources of metallic Li.Herein,by following the recent research progress,this review provides an overview of applications of Co-MOF derived materials in various rechargeable batteries including lithium-ion batteries,sodium-ion batteries,lithium-sulfur batteries,zinc air batteries and other rechargeable batteries,where they have been utilized as cathodes,anodes,separators and electrocatalysts.Accordingly,we categorize and compare the morphology driven electrochemical performance of various Co-MOF derivatives including porous carbon,cobalt oxides,cobalt chalcogenides,cobalt phosphides and corresponding composites.Finally,current challenges for large-scale production and commercialization of Co-MOF derived materials as well as some reasonable solutions have been discussed at the end. | Jianen Zhou Qingyun Yang Qiongyi Xie Hong Ou Xiaoming Lin Akif Zeb Lei Hu Yongbo Wu Guozheng Ma | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,1: | 2 |
