3Construction of an artificial intelligence system in dermatology: effectiveness and consideration of Chinese Skin Image Database (CSID)显示文摘After more than 60 years of development,artificial intelligence(AI)has been widely used in various fields.Especially in recent years,with the development of deep learning,AI has made many remarkable achievements in the medical field.Dermatology,as a clinical discipline with morphology as its main feature,is particularly suitable for the development of AI.The rapid development of skin imaging technology has helped dermatologists to assist in the diagnosis of diseases and has greatly improved the accuracy of diagnosis.Skin imaging data have natural big data attributes,which is important for AI research.The establishment of the Chinese Skin Image Database(CSID)has solved many problems such as isolated data islands and inconsistent data quality.Based on the CSID,many pioneering achievements have been made in the research and development of AI-assisted decision-making software,the establishment of expert organizations,personnel training,scientific research,and so on.At present,there are still many problems with AI in the field of dermatology,such as clinical validation,medical device licensing,interdisciplinary,and standard formulation,which urgently need to be solved by joint efforts of all parties.Chengxu Li Wenmin Fei Yang Han Xiaoli Ning Ziyi Wang Keke Li Ke Xue Jingkai Xu Ruixing Yu Rusong Meng Feng Xu Weimin Ma Yong Cui 2021Intelligent Medicine2021,1,2:1
4Using Gaussian Mixture Model to Fix Errors in SFS Approach Based on Propagation显示文摘A new Gaussian mixture model is used to improve the quality of propagation method for SFS in this paper. The improved algorithm can overcome most difficulties of propagation SFS method including slow convergence, interdependence of propagation nodes and error accumulation. To slow convergence and interdependence of propagation nodes, stable propagation source and integration path are used to make sure that the reconstruction work of each pixel in the image is independent. A Gaussian mixture model based on prior conditions is proposed to fix the error of integration. 5Cross-layer resource allocation based on potential game theory in multi-cell OFDMA networks显示文摘A cross-layer resource allocation scheme based on potential game(CLRA_ PG) is proposed for the downlink multi-cell orthogonal frequency-division multiple-access(OFDMA) system with universal frequency reuse.As a method to mitigate inter-cell interference(ICI),base station coordination has been considered.In the process of the objective function modeling,this paper adopts a pricing mechanism which not only maximizes the individual utility but also considers the interference to other users.Based on the potential game theory,the objective problem is converted to a potential function which can be easily solved.The Karush-Kuhn-Tucker(KKT) conditions and the iterative water-filling algorithm are employed to solve the constraint objective optimization problem.Moreover,extensive simulations are conducted to evaluate how the pricing factors affect the algorithm.At the same time,comparing with the traditional policy,our simulation results show that the proposed scheme can significantly improve the performance of the system.路兆铭 Ma Wenmin Zheng Wei Wen Xiangming Ling Dabing 2013High Technology Letters2013,19,4:0
6Dynamic changes in transposable element and gene methylation in mulberry (Morus notabilis) in response to Botrytis cinerea显示文摘DNA methylation has been proposed to regulate plant stress resistance.However,the dynamic changes in DNA methylation in woody plants and their correlations with pathogenic responses are not fully understood.Here,we present single-base maps of the DNA methylomes of mulberry(Morus notabilis)leaves that were subjected to a mock treatment or inoculation with Botrytis cinerea.Compared with the former,the latter showed decreased mCG and mCHG levels and increased mCHH levels.DNA methylation inhibitors reduced resistance gene methylation levels and enhanced mulberry resistance,suggesting that the hypomethylation of resistance genes affects mulberry resistance to B.cinerea.Virus-induced gene silencing of MnMET1 enhanced the expression of mulberry-resistance genes,thereby increasing the plant’s resistance to B.cinerea.We also found that MITEs play a dominant role in controlling DNA methylation levels.MITEs appear to be the main sources of 24-nt siRNAs that regulate gene expression through the RNA-directed DNA methylation pathway.Youchao Xin Bi Ma Qiwei Zeng Wenmin He Meiling Qin Ningjia He 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:0
7Numerical research on biomass wastewater treatment using doublepartition vessel with off-centered impellers显示文摘Limited by single function,it is difficult for the traditional stirred vessels to meet the requirements of mixing system in biomass wastewater treatment processes.The estimation of biomass wastewater stirring reactor performance by computational fluid dynamics(CFD)during multiphase reactions is important,due to the uncertainty in the numerical results.In this study,a novel double-partition stirred vessel with eccentrically located impellers was developed for the special subject.In addition,many simulations were carried out with the wastewater from biomass ethanol production as the medium to ensure the high reactor performance.The fluid flow was simulated and analyzed using the turbulent RNG k-ε model and multi reference frames.A good agreement is found between the simulation results and the confirmatory experiment.Moreover,the weir crest and interconnected pore were specially designed for the establishment of the circulation of fluid to maintain different technological conditions in the two regions.The distributions of radial velocities and tangential velocities were concentrated near the stirring blade.From the velocity profile,it is deduced that the flow pattern in the stirred vessel is insensitive to Reynolds number.Finally,this simulation study could contribute to the improvement and optimization of the structure,as well as the operation of the novel stirred vessel.Wei Zhang Yijie Yang Wenmin Qian Longlong Ma Lungang Chen Na Liu Ying Liu Yubao Chen 2023International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,2:0
