| 1 | Effect of Ti-V-Nb-Mo addition on microstructure of high chromium cast iron显示文摘The effects of trace additions of multi-alloying elements(Ti,Nb,V,Mo)on carbides precipitation and as- cast microstructure of eutectic high chromium cast iron containing 2.85wt.%C and 31.0wt.%Cr were investigated from thermodynamic and kinetic considerations.The thermodynamic calculations show that Ti and Nb exist in the multi-alloying system in the forms of TiC and NbC.The formation of VC during the solidification is not feasible from the thermodynamic consideration.XRD analysis shows that the V exists in alloy compounds(VCr2C2,VCrFe8).The first precipitated high melting point particles(TiC,NbC)can act as the heterogeneous substrate of M7C3 carbides, which results in significant refinement of the M7C3 carbides.After the addition of alloying elements,C atom diffusion is hindered due to the strong affinities of the strong carbide forming elements for carbon,which decreases the growth rate of carbides.The combined roles of the increase of nucleation rate and the decrease of carbides growth rate lead to the finer microstructure. | Ma Youping Li Xiulan Liu Yugao Zhou Shuyi Dang Xiaoming | 2012 | China Foundry2012,9,2: | 6 |
| 2 | Rapid growth of a large-scale(600 mm aperture) KDP crystal and its optical quality显示文摘Potassium dihydrogen phosphate(KDP) single crystals are the only nonlinear crystals currently used for electro-optic switches and frequency converters in inertial confinement fusion research, due to their large dimension and exclusive physical properties. Based on the traditional solution-growth process, large bulk KDP crystals, usually with sizes up to600 × 600 mm2 so as to make a frequency doubler for the facility requirement loading highly flux of power laser, can be grown in standard Holden-type crystallizers, without spontaneous nucleation and visible defects, one to two orders of magnitude faster than by conventional methods. Pure water and KDP raw material with a few ion impurities such as Fe,Cr, and Al(less than 0.1 ppm) were used. The rapid-growth method includes extreme conditions such as temperature range from 60 to 35℃ , overcooling up to 5℃ , growth rates exceeding 10 mm/day, and crystal size up to 600 mm. The optical parameters of KDP crystals were determined. | 4 | Flashover Behavior of Cone-type Spacers with Inhomogeneous Temperature Distribution in SF_(6)/N_(2)-filled DC-GIL Under Lightning Impulse with DC Voltage Superimposed显示文摘Before designing DC gas insulated transmission lines(GIL),the insulation characteristics of spacers under a lightning impulse(LI)voltage with a superimposed DC voltage must be clarified.Many experiments have been performed to guide the development of the DC spacer.However,the impacts of thermal stresses on their insulation performance under combined voltage are always neglected,and little attention has been given to the insulation characteristics of spacers in an eco-friendly gas filled DC-GIL.To solve these problems,an experiment setup with the abilities to load the thermal field and the DC voltage with LI voltage superimposed on the cone-type spacer are built.After that,the insulation characteristics of spacers under the combined voltage of DC with lightning impulse at 0.1 MPa SF_(6)/N_(2) gas mixtures are investigated,under different thermal stress conditions.The experiment’s results indicate that:1)The flashover voltage of spacers under the same polarity superimposed voltages is slightly higher than that under LI alone.Conversely,the flashover voltage under reverse polarity superimposed voltages is lower than that under LI alone.2)The longer the duration of the foregoing DC voltage,the differences between the flashover voltage under superposed voltage and that under LI alone are larger.3)The combined flashover voltages are reduced under thermal stress.To ensure the insulation performance of newly designed DC spacers,the insulation test is suggested to be applied under thermal stress and combined voltage of the DC with lightning impulse,especially for superimposed reverse polarity. | Guoming Ma Hongyang Zhou Yuan Wang Hanchi Zhang Shijie Lu Youping Tu Jian Wang Chengrong Li | 2020 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2020,6,2: | 2 |
