| 2 | 抗磷脂综合征诊疗指南显示文摘静脉血栓主要指深静脉血栓形成(deep vein thrombosis,DVT),最常见的部位为腓肠肌静脉,其次为股静脉。深静脉血栓形成相当多见,在美国人群的年发病率为0.1%,每年有超过20万人患DVT,大约10%的DVT患者发生肺栓塞。欧美国家对DVT的诊治与病因研究做了大量的工作,特别是近年来随着临床检验技术与分子生物学的发展,易栓症的各种发病机制已相继发现。约一半的易栓症患者的病因可被确定。 我国尚无DVT的统计资料,一般的印象是低于西方人群,但临床病例日益增多,有的医院已建立了专科病房。总的来讲,我国在心脑血管疾病方面做的工作较多,但对DVT的研究还处于早期阶段,在深度与广度上与国际水平还有较大的距离。另一方面,中国人易栓症发生情况与西方人似有较大的差别。因子VLeiden仅发现两例,凝血酶原G20210A变异尚未见报导。近年来我国血液学会对静脉血栓栓塞的诊断与治疗提出了一系列的指导意见,我们组织翻译了有关资料供有关医务人员参考,以期进一步提高我国DVT的诊断与防治水平,并希望对确定我国DVT诊断与治疗的原则及发展规划有一定的意义。我们将分5个专题介绍这些指导意见,本期介绍的'抗磷脂综合征诊疗指南';'有症状门诊病人深静脉血栓形成的诊断,临床评价和D-二聚体分析可能减少对影像学诊断的需要'。 | Greaves M Cohen H Machin SJ Mackie I 白艳艳 王兆钺 | 2004 | 国外医学(输血及血液学分册)2004，27，5： | 9 |
| 3 | 嘉陵江下游江段春季浮游藻类特征及污染现状显示文摘2006年春季,通过水质分析和浮游藻类调查,应用污生谱分析法及生物多样性指数法,对嘉陵江下游江段春季浮游藻类特征及污染现状进行了研究。结果发现,该江段共有浮游藻类7门42属85种(包括变种);优势种群并不单一,以黄藻、绿藻和硅藻占优势,优势种为黄藻门中的黄丝藻,绿藻门中的小球藻和硅藻门中的小环藻。5月份藻类的种类和个数均比4月份有所减少,可能与5月份降雨量比4月份多有关;流速最快的石门大桥具有最低的藻类细胞密度,流速最慢的化龙桥具有较高的藻类细胞密度,说明流速对浮游藻类种类和数量产生一定的影响。嘉陵江下游沿岸一带的氨氮含量都很高,氨氮已经形成全江段水系的主要污染,磷酸盐含量也较高,均超过水体富营养化的氮、磷含量最低限制标准,该江段水质污染较严重。污生谱分析法及生物多样性指数法的评价结果表明,该江段整体污染状况为中度污染,农业和工业污染不容忽视。 | 邹小兵 曾婷 TRINA MACKIE 肖尚友 夏之宁 | 2008 | 长江流域资源与环境2008，17，4： | 7 |
| 4 | Overexpression of blueberry FLOWERING LOCUS T is associated with changes in the expression of phytohormone-related genes in blueberry plants显示文摘Flowering locus T(FT)is a primary integrator in the regulation of plant flowering.Overexpressing a blueberry(Vaccinium corymbosum L.)FT gene(VcFT)(herein VcFT-OX)resulted in early flowering and dwarfing in‘Aurora’plants(herein‘VcFT-Aurora’).In this study,we found that VcFT-OX reduced shoot regeneration from leaf explants.To investigate the potential roles of the phytohormone pathway genes associated with VcFT-OX,differentially expressed(DE)genes in leaf tissues of‘VcFT-Aurora’plants were annotated and analyzed using non-transgenic‘Aurora’plants as a control.Three DE floral genes,including the blueberry SUPPRESSOR of Overexpression of constans 1(VcSOC1)(gibberellin related),Abscisic acid responsive elements-binding factor 2(VcABF2)and protein related to ABI3/VP1(VcABI3/VP1)(ethylene-related),are present under both the phytohormone-responsive and the dwarfing-related Gene Ontology terms.The gene networks of the DE genes overall showed the molecular basis of the multifunctional aspects of VcFT overexpression beyond flowering promotion and suggested that phytohormone changes could be signaling molecules with important roles in the phenotypic changes driven by VcFT-OX. | Xuan Gao Aaron E Walworth Charity Mackie Guo-qing Song | 2016 | Horticulture Research2016，3，1： | 6 |
| 5 | Midline synovial and ganglion cysts causing neurogenic claudication显示文摘Typically situated posterolateral in the spinal canal, intraspinal facet cysts often cause radicular symptoms. Rarely, the midline location of these synovial or ganglion cysts may cause thecal sac compression leading to neurogenic claudication or cauda equina syndrome. This article summarizes the clinical presentation, radiographic appearance, and management of three intraspinal, midline facet cysts. Three patients with symptomatic midline intraspinal facet cysts were retrospectively reviewed. Documented clinical visits, operative notes, histopathology reports, and imaging findings were investigated for each patient. One patient presented with neurogenic claudication while two patients developed partial, subacute cauda equina syndrome. All 3 patients initially responded favorably to lumbar decompression and midline cyst resection; however, one patient required surgical stabilization 8 mo later. Following the three case presentations, we performed a thorough literature search in order to identify articles describing intraspinal cystic lesions in lateral or midline locations. Midline intraspinal facet cysts represent an uncommon cause of lumbar stenosis and thecal sac compression. Such entities should enter the differential diagnosis of midline posterior cystic lesions. Midline cysts causing thecal sac compression respond favorably to lumbar surgical decompression and cyst resection.
