| 1 | The Regulation of cGAS显示文摘The cGAS-MITA pathway of cytosolic DNA sensing plays essential roles in immune response against pathogens that contain DNA or with DNA production in their life cycles. The cGAS-MITA pathway also detects leaked or aberrant accumulated self DNA in the cytoplasm under certain pathological conditions, such as virus induced cell death, DNA damage, mitochondria damage, gene mutations, which results in autoimmune diseases. Therefore, the cGAS-MITA pathway must be tightly controlled to ensure proper immune response against pathogens and to avoid autoimmune diseases. | 5 | Aging Characteristics, Stress Corrosion Behaviour and Role of Mg Segregation at Grain Boundary in 7175High-strength Al Alloy显示文摘The aging characteristics, stress corrosion behaviour and chemical composition of grain boundary in 7175 high-strength Al alloy during long term aging process have been investigated by hardness measurement, constant elongation rate testing (CERT) and energy spectroscopy analysis. The results indicate that double peaks in aged state feature the hardness and strength of 7175 Al alloy Although the intensity of double peaks is almost equal, the stress corrosion resistance in the second peak-aged state is better than that of the first peak-aged state. The effects of Mg segregation on the binding energy of grain boundary have been calculated by using free electron theory developed by the authors. | 7 | Electronic Structures and Alloying Behaviors of Ferrite Phases in High Co-Ni Secondary Hardened Martensitic Steels显示文摘The electronic structure of ferrite (tempered martensite phase) in high Co-Ni secondary hardened martensitic steel has been investigated. The local density of states (LDOS) of alloying elements in the steel displays the relationship between solid solubility and the shape of the LDOS. The bond order integral (BOI) between atoms in the steel shows that the directional bonding of the p orbital of Si or C leads to the brittleness of the steel. | 16 | Three new Ag-based full-Heusler alloys:Ag_(2)TiGa,Ag_(2)VGa,and Ag_(2)TiTl显示文摘There are various new structures with superior performance for Heusler alloy materials that are widely used in spintronic materials,thermoelectric materials,and other fields.In this study,three new Ag-based full-Heusler alloys(Ag 2 TiGa,Ag 2 VGa,and Ag 2 TiTl)are proposed.The stability,mechanical properties,and electronic proper-ties of these three new Ag-based Heusler alloys were studied using first-principles calculations.The results showed that the compression resistance,shear resistance,stiffness,and elastic anisotropy of Ag 2 VGa were greater than those of Ag 2 TiGa and Ag 2 TiTl,whereas the ductility of Ag 2 TiGa and Ag 2 TiTl was better than that of Ag 2 VGa.The spin density of states of Ag 2 VGa has evident spin splitting near the Fermi level,and the total magnetic moment of the Ag 2 VGa structure is 2.28μB,which indicates that Ag 2 VGa is magnetic.These studies enrich research on Ag-based Heusler alloys and provide theoretical references for subsequent theoretical and experimental research. | Qun Wei Rui Zhang Meiguang Zhang Yun Zhang Linghang Cao Junqin Zhang | 2022 | ChemPhysMater2022,1,3: | 0 |

In this paper, first, we build a directed hypergraph model for data-intensive workflow, since Hypergraphs can more accurately model communication volume and better represent asymmetric problems, and the cut metric of hypergraphs is well suited for minimizing the total volume of communication.Second, we propose a concept data supportive ability to help the presentation of data-intensive workflow application and provide the merge operation details considering the data supportive ability. Third, we present an optimized hypergraph multi-level partitioning algorithm. Finally we bring a data reduced scheduling policy HEFT-P for data-intensive workflow.
