1Trajectory Estimation with Multi-range-rate System Based on Sparse Representation and Spline Model Optimization显示文摘The classic state methods for trajectory estimation in boost phase with multi-range-rate system include method of point-by-point manner and that of spline-model-based manner.Both are deficient in terms of model-approximation accuracy and systematic error determination thus resulting in the estimation errors well beyond the requirements,especially,concerning the maneuvering trajectory.This article proposes a new high-precision estimation approach based on the residual error analysis.The residual error comprises three components,i.e.systematic error,model truncation error and random error.The approach realizes self-adaptive estimation of systematic errors in measurements following the theory of sparse representation of signals to minimize the low-frequency components of residual errors.By taking median-and high-frequency components as indexes,the spline model-approximation is improved by optimizing node sequence of the spline function and the weight selection for data fusion through iteration.Simulation has validated the performances of the proposed method.Liu Jiying,Zhu Jubo,Xie Meihua Department of Mathematics and Systems Science,National University of Defense Technology,Changsha 410073,China 2010Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2010,23,1:5

3AoATG5 plays pleiotropic roles in vegetative growth,cell nucleus development,conidiation,and virulence in the nematode-trapping fungus Arthrobotrys oligospora显示文摘Autophagy is an evolutionarily conserved process in eukaryotes,which is regulated by autophagy-related genes(ATGs).Arthrobotrys oligospora is a representative species of nematode-trapping(NT)fungi that can produce special traps for nematode predation.To elucidate the biological roles of autophagy in NT fungi,we characterized an orthologous Atg protein,AoAtg5,in A.oligospora.We found that AoATG5 deletion causes a significant reduction in vegetative growth and conidiation,and that the transcript levels of several sporulation-related genes were significantly downregulated during sporulation stage.In addition,the cell nuclei were significantly reduced in theΔAoATG5 mutant,and the transcripts of several genes involved in DNA bio-synthesis,repair,and ligation were significantly upregulated.InΔAoATG5 mutants,the autophagic process was significantly impaired,and trap formation and nematocidal activity were significantly decreased.Comparative transcriptome analysis results showed that AoAtg5 is involved in the regulation of multiple cellular processes,such as autophagy,nitrogen metabolism,DNA biosynthesis and repair,and vesicular transport.In summary,our results suggest that AoAtg5 is essential for autophagy and significantly contributes to vegetative growth,cell nucleus development,sporulation,trap formation,and pathogenicity in A.oligospora,thus providing a basis for future studies focusing on related mechanisms of autophagy in NT fungi.Duanxu Zhou Yingmei Zhu Na Bai Le Yang Meihua Xie Jiangliu Yang Meichen Zhu Ke-Qin Zhang Jinkui Yang 2022Science China(Life Sciences)2022,65,2:2
4Interface Reversible Electric Field Regulated by Amphoteric Charged Protein-Based Coating Toward High-Rate and Robust Zn Anode显示文摘Metallic interface engineering is a promising strategy to stabilize Zn anode via promoting Zn^(2+) uniform deposition.However,strong interactions between the coating and Zn^(2+) and sluggish transport of Zn^(2+) lead to high anodic polarization.Here,we present a bio-inspired silk fibroin(SF)coating with amphoteric charges to construct an interface reversible electric field,which manipulates the transfer kinetics of Zn^(2+) and reduces anodic polarization.The alternating positively and negatively charged surface as a build-in driving force can expedite and homogenize Zn^(2+) flux via the inter-play between the charged coating and adsorbed ions,endowing the Zn-SF anode with low polarization voltage and stable plating/stripping.Experimental analyses with theo-retical calculations suggest that SF can facilitate the desolvation of[Zn(H_(2)O)_(6)]^(2+) and provide nucleation sites for uniform deposition.Consequently,the Zn-SF anode delivers a high-rate performance with low voltage polarization(83 mV at 20 mA cm^(−2)) and excellent stability(1500 h at 1 mA cm^(−2);500 h at 10 mA cm^(−2)),realizing exceptional cumulative capacity of 2.5 Ah cm^(−2).The full cell coupled with Zn_(x)V_(2)O_(5)·nH_(2)O(ZnVO)cathode achieves specific energy of~270.5/150.6 Wh kg^(−1)(at 0.5/10 A g^(−1))with-99.8% Coulombic efficiency and retains~80.3%(at 5.0 A g^(−1))after 3000 cycles.Meihua Zhu Qing Ran Houhou Huang Yunfei Xie Mengxiao Zhong Geyu Lu Fu-Quan Bai Xing-You Lang Xiaoteng Jia Danming Chao 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,12:2
5A non-local vectorial total variational model for multichannel SAR image speckle suppression显示文摘This paper aims at the multichannel synthetic aperture radar(SAR)image speckle reduction.This paper proposes a novel energy minimized regularization model for multichannel image denoising,which is an extension of the non-local total variational model for gray-scale image.It contains two terms,namely the vectorial data fidelity term and the non-local vectorial total variation term.The latter is constructed by high-dimensional non-local gradient that contains the structure information of the multichannel image.The existence and the uniqueness of the solution of the model are proved.A fixed point iterative algorithm is designed to acquire the solution of this model.The convergence property of this algorithm is proved as well.This model is applied to the multipolarimetric and multi-temporal RADARSAT-2 images despeckling.The result shows that this model performs better than the original vectorial total variational model on texture preserving.Xi Rubing Wang Zhengming Xie Meihua Zhao Xia Wang Weiwei 2015Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2015,28,3:1
6PKC-SWI6 signaling regulates asexual development,cell wall integrity,stress response,and lifestyle transition in the nematode-trapping fungus Arthrobotrys oligospora显示文摘Predatory fungi possess intricate signal transduction systems that regulate their development and support successful infection of the host.Herein,we characterized three components of the cell wall integrity-controlling pathway,namely protein kinase C(Ao PKC),SLT2-MAPK(Ao SLT2),and SWI6(Ao SWI6),in a representative nematode-trapping fungus Arthrobotrys oligospora,using gene disruption and multi-omics approaches.The phenotypic traits(such as mycelia development,conidiation,stress response,and trap morphogenesis) and metabolic profiles of ΔAopkc and ΔAoswi6 mutants were similar but differed from those of the ΔAoslt2 mutants.Transcriptomic analysis indicated that the genes differentially expressed in the absence of Aoswi6 were involved in DNA replication,repair,and recombination during trap formation.Moreover,the yeast two-hybrid assay showed that Ao PKC interacted with Ao SWI6,suggesting that in A.oligospora,PKC can directly regulate SWI6,bypassing the SLT2signaling cascade.Conclusively,our findings deepen our understanding of the regulatory mechanism of asexual development and lifestyle switching in nematode-trapping fungi.Meihua Xie Ni Ma Na Bai Le Yang Xuewei Yang Ke-Qin Zhang Jinkui Yang 2022Science China(Life Sciences)2022,65,12:1

8Extraction and Antioxidant Activity Analysis of Crude Polysaccharides from Wild Lactarius volemus Fr. in Yunnan Province显示文摘[Objective]This study aimed to investigate the optimal extraction process of crude polysaccharides from wild Lactarius volemus Fr. in Yunnan Province and preliminarily analyzed its antioxidant activity in vitro. [Method] With water extraction and alcohol precipitation method,the optimal conditions for extracting crude polysaccharides from wild L. volemus Fr. were screened by single-factor and orthogonal experiments. The antioxidant activity of the extracted crude polysaccharides was determined with DPPH assay. [Result] The optimal conditions for pigment removal with activated carbon were: activated carbon amount of 20 g / L,water bath time of 40 min,water bath temperature of 40 ℃; the optimal conditions for extracting crude polysaccharides from wild L. volemus Fr. with hot water extraction method were: hot water extraction time of 3 h,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶ 45,extraction frequency of twice. Under the optimized extraction conditions,the yield of crude polysaccharides was 21. 33 mg / g. In addition,the antioxidant activity of 0. 665 mg / ml crude polysaccharides was 52. 46%; the amount of crude polysaccharides was proportional to the antioxidant activity. [Conclusion]Hot water extraction method can be used as a high-efficiency extraction technology of crude polysaccharides from wild L. volemus Fr. with simple operation and low costs. 11Three New Species of Diploderma Hallowell, 1861 (Reptilia: Squamata: Agamidae) from the Shaluli Mountains in Western Sichuan, China显示文摘In recent years,taxonomic research of the genus Diploderma has made great progress,but there are still areas lacking relevant investigations.During 2020-2021,we carried out survey of reptile diversity in and around the Shaluli Mountains and collected some specimens of Diploderma.Of which,based on systematics inferred from mitochondrial ND2 gene sequence and morphological data,three new species were recognized:Diploderma daochengense sp.nov.from the Shuiluo River and Muli River valleys in southeastern Daocheng County,D.xinlongense sp.nov.from the upper-middle valleys of the Yalong River in Xinlong County,and D.kangdingense sp.nov.from the Yalong River middle valley and Liqiu River valley.Specifically,these three new species formed three monophyletic lineages with strongly supported and nested into the subclade I of the Bayesian and Maximum Likelihood trees.The uncorrected mean genetic distance between these new species and their closely related species was 4.3%(D.xinlongense sp.nov.vs.D.panchi),3.4%(D.daochengense sp.nov.vs.D.yulongense)and 5.5%(D.kangdingense sp.nov.vs.D.bowoense),higher than many pairs of species of Diploderma.With respect to the morphology,D.daochengense sp.nov.can be easily diagnosed from D.yulongense byhaving smoothupper edge of the dorsolateral stripes,cyan or dark olive green to yellow gular spots inbothsexes and light yelloworwhite ventrolateral body in males;D.xinlongense sp.nov.can be easily diagnosed from D.panchi by having cyan gular spot in both sexes;D.kangdingense sp.nov.can be easily diagnosed from D.bowoense by having more T4S 20-25(average 23),more F4S 16-20(average 17)and yellow to light yellow ventrolateral body,yellow gular spot present in males.To date,the number of species of the genus Diploderma has increased to 40,of which 37 species have been known in China.Bo CAI Meihua ZHANG Jing LI Simeng DU Feng XIE Mian HOU Huaming ZHOU Jianping JIANG 2022Asian Herpetological Research2022,13,4:0
