| 1 | 流式细胞术测定保存血小板再表达CD62p方法的建立及应用显示文摘目的 ①建立并优化测定血小板再表达膜表面激活标志物CD6 2p能力的流式细胞术 (FCM) ;②测定2 2℃保存液体血小板不同保存期再表达CD6 2p的能力 ,以评价该指标在血小板质量监测以及新的保存方法研究中的应用价值。方法 ①采用浓度梯度法优化GPRP浓度条件 ,采用析因设计优化凝血酶浓度和 37℃孵育时间条件 ,寻找最佳阴、阳性对照 ;②将 13份血小板按AABB标准保存 ,并延长保存至 12d ,测定每天血小板CD6 2p再表达率 ,与其相应体内存活期作直线相关性分析。结果 ①约 1.5× 10 6个血小板内加入 2 .5mmol/LGPRP可有效防止过量凝血酶诱导的聚集反应 ,孵育条件以 1U/L凝血酶 37℃ 15min然后室温置 15min最佳。采用新鲜富含血小板血浆(FPRP)为阴性对照 ,以凝血酶激活FPRP为阳性对照效果良好。② 2 2℃保存血小板CD6 2p再表达率与其相应体内存活期呈明显正相关 ,单份相关系数 (r) 0 .91~ 0 .99,总体相关系数为 0 .99。结论 ①优化建立了一种灵敏简便 ,稳定性和重复性并好的流式细胞术方法用于测定保存血小板CD6 2p再表达率 ;②保存液体血小板CD6 2p再表达率与其相应体内存活期呈明显正相关 ,且相关性良好 ,提示CD6 2p再表达率是监测保存血小板质量的良好指标 ,同时还可能在新的保存方法研究和临床血小板功? | 欧阳锡林 刘景汉 Dayong Gao | 2002 | 中国输血杂志2002,15,2: | 38 |
| 2 | Investigation of a novel self-sealing pore micro-arc oxidation film on AM60 magnesium alloy显示文摘Micro-arc oxidation(MAO)is one of the promising methods to improve the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloys.However,there are plenty of micro-pores in the traditional MAO films,deteriorating their protection property.A novel self-sealing pore MAO film was developed in this paper.The morphologies and chemical composition of the film were detected by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX).The corrosion behavior was investigated by electrochemical and salt spray tests.The possible film formation and corrosion mechanisms were proposed.The self-sealing pore film presents a blue appearance.Most of the micro-pores in the surface of the film are sealed during the film formation process.The chemical composition of the film mainly contains Mg,O,Ti,F and P.The self-sealing pore film exhibits better corrosion resistance compared with the traditional silicate film.Especially,the self-sealing pore film keeps intact after salt spray test for 2000 h,which can be attributed to its high compactness. | Yingwei Song Kaihui Dong Dayong Shan En-Hou Han | 2013 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2013,1,1: | 23 |
| 3 | Assessment of locomotion behavioral defects induced by acute toxicity from heavy metal exposure in nematode Caenorhabditis elegans显示文摘Locomotion behaviors are susceptible to disruption by a broad spectrum of chemicals and environmental stresses. However, no systematic testing of locomotion behavior defects induced by metal exposure has been conducted in the model organism of nematode Caenorhabditis elegans. In this study, the acute toxicity from heavy metal exposure on the locomotion behaviors was analyzed in nematodes. Endpoints of head thrash, body bend, forward turn, backward turn, and Omega/U turn were chosen to evaluate the locomotion behavioral defects. Our data suggest that the endpoints of head thrash, body bend, and forward turn will be useful for the evaluation of heavy metal toxicity in nematodes. The endpoint of head thrash could detect the toxicity from Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Hg, and Pb exposures at a low concentration (2.5 μmol/L). The endpoint of body bend could be explored to evaluate the toxicity from all assayed heavy metal exposures at different concentrations, whereas the endpoint of forward turn will be more useful for the evaluation of heavy metal toxicity at high concentrations. | 5 | Precise nanomedicine for intelligent therapy of cancer显示文摘Precise nanomedicine has been extensively explored for efficient cancer imaging and targeted cancer therapy, as evidenced by a few breakthroughs in their preclinical and clinical explorations. Here, we demonstrate the recent advances of intelligent cancer nanomedicine, and discuss the comprehensive understanding of their structure-function relationship for smart and efficient cancer nanomedicine including various imaging and therapeutic applications, as well as nanotoxicity. In particular, a few emerging strategies that have advanced cancer nanomedicine are also highlighted as the emerging focus such as tumor imprisonment, supramolecular chemotherapy, and DNA nanorobot. The challenge and outlook of some scientific and engineering issues are also discussed in future development. | 6 | Scattering of SH waves induced by a symmetrical V-shaped canyon: a unified analytical solution显示文摘This paper reports a series solution of wave functions for two-dimensional scattering and diffraction of plane SH waves induced by a symmetrical V-shaped canyon with different shape ratios. A half-space with a symmetrical V-shaped canyon is divided into two sub-regions by using a circular-arc auxiliary boundary. The two sub-regions are represented by global and local cylindrical coordinate systems, respectively. In each coordinate system, the wave field satisfying the Helmholtz equation is represented by the separation of variables method, in terms of the series of both Bessel functions and Hankel functions with unknown complex coefficients. Then, the two wave fields are described in the local coordinate system using the Graf addition theorem. Finally, the unknown coefficients are sought by satisfying the continuity conditions of the auxiliary boundary. To consider the phase characteristics of the wave scattering, a parametric analysis is carried out in the time domain by assuming an incident signal of the Ricker type. | 12 | Crustal stress field in Yunnan: implication for crust-mantle coupling显示文摘We applied the g CAP algorithm to determine239 focal mechanism solutions 3:0 M We 6:0T with records of dense Chin Array stations deployed in Yunnan,and then inverted 686 focal mechanisms(including 447 previous results) for the regional crustal stress field with a damped linear inversion. The results indicate dominantly strike-slip environment in Yunnan as both the maximum(r1) and minimum(r3) principal stress axes are sub-horizontal. We further calculated the horizontal stress orientations(i.e., maximum and minimum horizontal compressive stress axes: S H and S h, respectively) accordingly and found an abrupt change near *26°N. To the north, S H aligns NW-SE to nearly E-W while S h aligns nearly N-S. In contrast, to the south, both S H and S h rotate laterally and show dominantly fan-shaped patterns. The minimum horizontal stress(i.e., maximum strain axis) S h rotates from NW-SE to the west of Tengchong volcano gradually to nearly E-W in west Yunnan, and further toNE-SW in the South China block in the east. The crustal strain field is consistent with the upper mantle strain field indicated by shear-wave splitting observations in Yunnan but not in other regions. | 18 | Reproductive management through integration of PGD and MPS-based noninvasive prenatal screening/diagnosis for a family with GJB2-associated hearing impairment显示文摘A couple with a proband child of GJB2(encoding the gap junction protein connexin 26)-associated hearing impairment and a previous pregnancy miscarriage sought for a reproductive solution to bear a healthy child. Our study aimed to develop a customized preconception-to-neonate care trajectory to fulfill this clinical demand by integrating preimplantation genetic diagnosis(PGD), noninvasive prenatal testing(NIPT), and noninvasive prenatal diagnosis(NIPD) into the strategy. Auditory and genetic diagnosis of the proband child was carried out to identify the disease causative mutations. The couple then received in-vitro-fertilization treatment, and eight embryos were obtained for day 5 biopsy. PGD was performed by short-tandem-repeat linkage analysis and Sanger sequencing of GJB2 gene. Transfer of a GJB2 c.235del C heterozygous embryo resulted in a singleton pregnancy. At the 13 th week of gestation, genomic DNA(g DNA) from the trio family and cell-free DNA(cf DNA) from maternal plasma were obtained for assessment of fetal chromosomal aneuploidy and GJB2 mutations. NIPT and NIPD showed the absence of chromosomal aneuploidy and GJB2-associated disease in the fetus, which was later confirmed by invasive procedures and postnatal genetic/auditory diagnosis. | 19 | New strategy for designing orangish-redemitting phosphor via oxygen-vacancyinduced electronic localization显示文摘Phosphor-converted white-light-emitting diodes(pc-WLED)have been extensively employed as solid-state lighting sources,which have a very important role in people’s daily lives.However,due to the scarcity of the red component,it is difficult to realize warm white light efficiently.Hence,red-emitting phosphors are urgently required for improving the illumination quality.In this work,we develop a novel orangish-red La_(4)GeO_(8):Bi^(3+) phosphor,the emission peak of which is located at 600 nm under near-ultraviolet(n-UV)light excitation.The full width at half maximum(fwhm)is 103 nm,the internal quantum efficiency(IQE)exceeds 88%,and the external quantum efficiency(EQE)is 69%.According to Rietveld refinement analysis and density functional theory(DFT)calculations,Bi^(3+) ions randomly occupy all La sites in orthorhombic La_(4)GeO_(8).Importantly,the oxygen-vacancy-induced electronic localization around the Bi3+ions is the main reason for the highly efficient orangish-red luminescence.These results provide a new perspective and insight from the local electron structure for designing inorganic phosphor materials that realize the unique luminescence performance of Bi^(3+) ions. | Yi Wei Gongcheng Xing Kang Liu Guogang Li Peipei Dang Sisi Liang Min Liu Ziyong Cheng Dayong Jin Jun Lin | 2019 | Light(Science & Applications)2019,8,1: | 12 |
| 20 | β-diversity Patterns of Plant Community in Fragmented Habitat in a Degenerated Meadow in Songnen Plain,China显示文摘A number of isolated islands of Leymus chinensis + herbosa community were investigated in fragmented habitat islands,by Braun-Blanquet field survey approach,in a degenerated meadow in the Songnen Plain,China in 2007.These islands were classified as large,medium,and small scales on the basis of the island area(100-1000m2,large island;50-100m2,middle island;10-50m2,small island).Each scale of the investigation involved eight islands.The responses of β-diversity patterns of plant taxon to the habitat fragmentation at local community and metacommunity levels were analyzed on different scales of 24 isolated islands.The results indicated that at the local community level,there were 57 species belonging to 20 families and 49 genera in large islands,49 species belonging to 16 families and 40 genera in middle islands,and 27 species belonging to eight families and 23 genera in small islands.β-diversity indexes for species,genus and family in large,middle,and small islands varied greatly,and the highest value of the indexes was not noted in the largest island.However,the average of the data obtained at the three scales showed that across large islands,Whittaker indexes were low and Bray-Curtis similarity indexes were high,while across small islands,Whittaker indexes were high and Bray-Curtis similarity indexes were low.At the metacommunity level,Whittaker indexes for species and genus showed a great significantly negative double logarithmic correlation(p<0.01) with the island area,whereas the Bray-Curtis indexes for species,genus and family showed a great significantly positive double logarithmic correlation(p<0.01) with the island area.At both local community and metacommunity levels,turnovers of species and genus could respond more sensitively to spatial changes of plant diversity patterns than that of family.Hence,the species and the genus could be used for the analysis of β-diversity patterns of plant community. | HAN Dayong LI Haiyan YANG Yunfei | 2009 | Chinese Geographical Science2009,19,4: | 11 |
