1Research on hybrid multi-terminal high-voltage DC technology for offshore wind farm integration显示文摘Multi-terminal high-voltage DC(MTDC)technology is a promising way to transmit large amounts of offshore wind power to the main grids.This paper proposes a hybrid MTDC scheme to integrate several offshore wind farms into the onshore power grids at different locations.A hybrid four-terminal HVDC system comprising two onshore line commutated converters(LCCs)and two voltage source converters(VSCs)connecting an offshore wind farm is constructed in PSCAD/EMTDC.A coordination control scheme based on the VSCs’AC voltage control and the LCCs’DC voltage droop control is designed to ensure smooth system operation and proper power sharing between onshore AC grids.The operational characteristics of the system are analyzed.In addition,a black start-up method without any auxiliary power supply for the VSCs is proposed.The transmission scheme is tested through simulations under various conditions,including start-up,wind speed variation,and the disconnection of one VSC or of one LCC.Peng ZHAN Chenghao LI Jinyu WEN Yu HUA Meiqi YAO Naihu LI 2013Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2013,1,1:9
2Research on fast solid state DC breaker based on a natural current zero-crossing point显示文摘The DC fault characteristics of voltage source converter based high voltage direct current(VSC-HVDC)systems are analyzed in this paper.The phenomenon whereby the capacitor on DC side discharges quickly during a DC fault contributes to a large short-circuit fault current.Neither traditional DC breakers nor DC switches can cut off the fault current under this condition.A fast solid state DC breaker design method is proposed in this paper.This method is based on the fault current characteristics of the inverter in multi-terminal HVDC systems(MTDC),where a fault current appears at the natural zerocrossing point near the inverter.At this point,by coordinating the AC breakers near the rectifier,the DC breaker could reliably cut off the DC fault current and protect the system.A detailed model for this fast solid state DC breaker and its operation sequence are studied,based on this design method.Simulations modeling a five-terminal meshed DC grid and a fast DC breaker were carried out with PSCAD/EMTDC using this design method.The results from the simulations confirmed the validity of the design method.Wang XIANG Yu HUA Jinyu WEN Meiqi YAO Naihu LI 2014Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2014,2,1:9

4Regional Characteristics of Typhoon-Induced Ocean Eddies in the East China Sea显示文摘The asymmetrical structure of typhoon-induced ocean eddies(TIOEs) in the East China Sea(including the Yellow Sea)and the accompanying air–sea interaction are studied using reanalysis products. Thirteen TIOEs are analyzed and divided into three groups with the k-prototype method: Group A with typhoons passing through the central Yellow Sea; Group B with typhoons re-entering the sea from the western Yellow Sea after landing on continental China; and Group C with typhoons occurring across the eastern Yellow Sea near to the Korean Peninsula. The study region is divided into three zones(Zones Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ) according to water depth and the Kuroshio position. The TIOEs in Group A are the strongest and could reverse part of the Kuroshio stream, while TIOEs in the other two groups are easily deformed by topography. The strong currents of the TIOEs impact on the latent heat flux distribution and upward transport, which facilitates the typhoon development. The strong divergence within the TIOEs favors an upwelling-induced cooling. A typical TIOE analysis shows that the intensity of the upwelling of TIOEs is proportional to the water depth, but its magnitude is weaker than the upwelling induced by the topography. In Zones Ⅰ and Ⅱ, the vertical dimensions of TIOEs and their strong currents are much less than the water depths.In shallow water Zone Ⅲ, a reversed circulation appears in the lower layer. 5The influence of correlation delay and spectral asymmetry on acoustic Doppler velocimetry bias显示文摘The influence of correlation delay and spectral amplitude asymmetry of the received signal on acoustic Doppler velocimetry bias with the complex covariance approach are studied.Neglecting the simplifying error of the velocimetry formula,the velocimetry bias is simplified to the Doppler shift measurement bias.It is deduced that if not considering the beam angle,the narrowband frequency measurement is unbiased while the broadband frequency measurement is biased;and if considering the beam angle,the narrowband and broadband frequency measurement are all biased.Inaccurate correlation delay and asymmetric spectrum are important sources of the biases.Simulation analysis shows that the frequency measurement bias can be reduced to 0 by eliminating the correlation delay inaccuracy or spectral asymmetry.Based on the above findings,the ellipse grid frequency measurement model with dual weighting of signal phase and amplitude for the bottom tracking Doppler velocimetry sonar is proposed;the theoretical analysis for the difference between the broadband and narrowband frequency measurement bias with the same pulse length is given.The proposed broadband frequency measurement model is utilized to simulate the fitting curve of the Doppler shift and the frequency estimation bias,with which the actual data is corrected.In the water tank experiment,the relative velocimetry bias decreases from 1.14%to 0.78%,and the maximum absolute value decreases from 2.83%to 1.83%;and for sea trial,the relative velocimetry bias decreases from 4.79%to 3.82%.LI Meiqi WANG Changhong DENG Kai 2020Chinese Journal of Acoustics2020,39,3:2
6Methodological exploration on the construction of a traditional Chinese medicine nursing expert consensus based on evidence--taking stroke as an example显示文摘Objective: To explore the methodology of the evidence-based expert consensus formulation process of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) nursing taking stroke as an example.Methods: First, preliminary and comprehensive presentation of all stroke-related symptoms and corresponding TCM nursing techniques involved were revealed through bibliometric analysis. Then, selection of stroke symptoms and TCM nursing techniques for inclusion in the consensus was performed using an expert consultation method. Next, we determined the search strategy for a precise evidence search;conducted an evaluation of evidence quality and the grade of the evidence;and completed evidence extraction, evidence analysis, and evidence synthesis based on the included symptoms and TCM nursing techniques. The Delphi method was then applied to determine the strength of each recommendation and the choice of nursing care points by referring to the Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development, and Evaluations grid. Finally, we conducted an external expert validation of the Delphi results to form an expert consensus guideline.Results: Through the bibliometric analysis, 22 stroke symptoms and 18 TCM nursing techniques were identified in the literature. Then, after expert consultation, 22 symptoms and 111 pairs of symptoms combined with TCM nursing techniques were selected for the evidence search. Evidence integration yielded 10 stroke symptoms corresponding to 29 bodies of evidence;these 10 symptoms were retained through the Delphi consultation, and recommendation strength results for 26 recommendations were obtained. 7Refractive index and temperature optical fiber sensor based on thin core S-taper and spherical structure显示文摘A Mach-Zehnder interferometer(MZI)for simultaneously measuring refractive index(RI)and temperature is proposed and verified in this paper.The sensor head is composed of thin core fiber(TCF)S-taper structure and spherical structure.By monitoring two interference dips,experimental results show that the RI sensitivities are-70.392 nm/RIU and-60.08 nm/RIU in the RI range of 1.3384—1.3500,respectively.And the temperature sensitivities are 0.05072 nm/℃and 0.0717 nm/℃in the temperature range of 30—70℃,respectively.The simultaneous measurement of the temperature and external RI is demonstrated based on the sensitive matrix.The sensor also has the advantages of low cost,simple structure and high sensitivity.YANG Fan CAO Ye LI Meiqi JU Hui LI Lijun 2022Optoelectronics Letters2022,18,6:2

9High-yield and low-cost separation of high-purity semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotubes with closed-loop recycling of raw materials and solvents显示文摘Semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotubes (s-SWCNTs) are the foundation of CNT-based electronics and optoelectronics. For practical applications, s-SWCNTs should be produced with high purity, high structural quality, low cost, and high yield. Currently conjugated polymer wrapping method shows great potential to fulfill these requirements due to its advantages of simple operation process, high purity separation, and easy scaling-up. However, only a small portion of both CNTs and polymers go into the final solution, and most of them are discarded after a single use, resulting in high cost and low yield. In this paper, we introduce a closed-loop recycling strategy, in which raw materials (CNTs and polymers) and solvents were all recycled and reused for multiple separation cycles. In each cycle, high-purity (> 99.9%) s-SWCNTs were obtained with no significant change of structural quality. After 7 times of recycling and separation, the material cost was reduced to ∼ 1% in comparison with commercially available products, and total yield was increased to 36% in comparison with 2%–5% for single cycle separation. 10Effects of Temperature Induced Thermal Expansion and Oxidation on the Charpy Impact Property of C/C Composites显示文摘C/C composites are the emerging materials of choice for aero-engine hot-end components that will bear impact loading in thermal-oxidizing environments. For the components run for extended periods, the safe operation of components depends on how to evaluate damages under a dynamic load. In this study, Charpy impact tests at a temperature range of 25 to 1 200 ℃ were carried out on C/C composites to verify the effects of temperature induced thermal expansion and oxidation on their impact performance. Below 800 ℃, oxidation was negligible and composites expanding played a leading role, resulting in the remarkable increase in fi ber/matrix interface strength and impact energy. 11Polarization modulation with optical lock-in detection reveals universal fluorescence anisotropy of subcellular structures in live cells显示文摘The orientation of fluorophores can reveal crucial information about the structure and dynamics of their associated subcellular organelles.Despite significant progress in super-resolution,fluorescence polarization microscopy remains limited to unique samples with relatively strong polarization modulation and not applicable to the weak polarization signals in samples due to the excessive background noise.Here we apply optical lock-in detection to amplify the weak polarization modulation with super-resolution.This novel technique,termed optical lock-in detection super-resolution dipole orientation mapping(OLID-SDOM),could achieve a maximum of 100 frames per second and rapid extraction of 2D orientation,and distinguish distance up to 50 nm,making it suitable for monitoring structural dynamics concerning orientation changes in vivo.OLID-SDOM was employed to explore the universal anisotropy of a large variety of GFP-tagged subcellular organelles,including mitochondria,lysosome,Golgi,endosome,etc.We found that OUF(Orientation Uniformity Factor)of OLID-SDOM can be specific for different subcellular organelles,indicating that the anisotropy was related to the function of the organelles,and OUF can potentially be an indicator to distinguish normal and abnormal cells(even cancer cells).Furthermore,dual-color super-resolution OLID-SDOM imaging of lysosomes and actins demonstrates its potential in studying dynamic molecular interactions.The subtle anisotropy changes of expanding and shrinking dendritic spines in live neurons were observed with real-time OLID-SDOM.Revealing previously unobservable fluorescence anisotropy in various samples and indicating their underlying dynamic molecular structural changes,OLID-SDOM expands the toolkit for live cell research.Meiling Guan Miaoyan Wang Karl Zhanghao Xu Zhang Meiqi Li Wenhui Liu Jing Niu Xusan Yang Long Chen Zhenli Jing Micheal Q.Zhang Dayong Jin Peng Xi Juntao Gao 2022Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,1:1
12Continuous activation of polymorphonuclear myeloid-derived suppressor cells during pregnancy is critical for fetal development显示文摘The maternal immune system is vital in maintaining immunotolerance to the semiallogeneic fetus for a successful pregnancy.Although studies have shown that myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSCs)play an important role in maintaining feto-maternal tolerance,little is known about the role of MDSCs in pregnancies with intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR).Here,we reported that the activation of polymorphonuclear myeloid-derived suppressor cells(PMN-MDSCs)during pregnancy was closely associated with fetal growth.In humans,class E scavenger receptor 1(SR-E1),a distinct marker for human PMN-MDSCs,was used to investigate PMN-MDSC function during pregnancy.Continuous activation of SR-E1+PMN-MDSCs was observed in all stages of pregnancy,accompanied by high cellular levels of ROS and arginase-1 activity,mediated through STAT6 signaling.However,SR-E1+PMN-MDSCs in pregnancies with IUGR showed significantly lower suppressive activity,lower arginase-1 activity and ROS levels,and decreased STAT6 phosphorylation level,which were accompanied by an increase in inflammatory factors,compared with those in normal pregnancies.Moreover,the population of SR-E1+PMN-MDSCs was negatively correlated with the adverse outcomes of newborns from pregnancies with IUGR.In mice,decreases in cell population,suppressive activity,target expression levels,and STAT6 phosphorylation levels were also observed in the pregnancies with IUGR compared with the normal pregnancies,which were rescued by the adoptive transfer of PMN-MDSCs from pregnant mice.Interestingly,the growth-promoting factors(GPFs)secreted by placental PMN-MDSCs in both humans and mice play a vital role in fetal development.These findings collectively support that PMN-MDSCs have another new role in pregnancy,which can improve adverse neonatal outcomes.Mengyu Shi Ziyang Chen Meiqi Chen Jingping Liu Jing Li Zhe Xing Xiaogang Zhang Shuaijun Lv Xinyao Li Shaowen Zuo Shi Feng Ying Lin Gang Xiao Liping Wang Yumei He 2021Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,7:1
13A fluorescent film sensor for high-performance detection of Listeria monocytogenes via vapor sampling显示文摘Foodborne Listeria monocytogenes poses serious threats to public health.Fast and sensitive detection of the pathogen at the point of contamination is thus crucial to halt the spread of bacteria-related diseases.Herein,we report for the first time a fluorescent film sensor to detect the biomarker of L.monocytogenes,3-hydroxy-2-butanone.The sensor demonstrated unprecedented sensing performance for the analyte with a detection limit lower than 0.05 mg/m^(3),response time less than 1 s,full reversibility,and excellent selectivity.Further study showed that the sensor can be used to monitor the growth of L.monocytogenes with much-improved sensitivity.The superior performance of the sensor is ascribed to the specific binding,efficient charge transfer emission,and porous adlayer structure of the specially designed sensing fluorophore-based film.Our work paves the way to develop a portable detector to meet the needs for on-site and real-time detection of foodborne pathogens.Rongrong Huang Meiqi Li Dehui Lin Yangtao Shao Congdi Shang Qianqian Liu Guijun Liu Nan Li Rong Miao Haonan Peng Yanli Tang Yu Fang 2023Aggregate2023,4,1:0

15Persistent luminescence phosphor as in-vivo light source for tumoral cyanobacterial photosynthetic oxygenation and photodynamic therapy显示文摘Tumor oxygenation level has been regarded as an attractive target to elevate the efficiency of photodynamic therapy(PDT).Cyanobacterial photosynthesis-mediated reversal of tumor hypoxia could enable an oxygen-boosted PDT,but is limited by scant penetration depth and efficiency of external light.Herein,aiming at the dual purposes of reducing biological toxicity induced by long-term light irradiation and alleviating hypoxia,we here introduce a novel-designed CaAl2O4:Eu,Nd blue persistent luminescence material(PLM)as the in vivo light source after pre-excited in vitro.The ingenious construction of blue-emitting PLM with“optical battery”characteristics activates cyanobacterial cells and verteporfin simultaneously,which performs the successive oxygen supply and singlet oxygen generation without the long-term external excitation,resulting in the modulated tumor hypoxic microenvironment and enhanced photodynamic tumor proliferation inhibition efficiency.Both in vitro cellular assessment and in vivo tumor evaluation results affirm the advantages of self-produced oxygen PDT system and evidence the notable antineoplastic outcome.This work develops an irradiation-free photosynthetic bacteria-based PDT platform for the optimization of both oxygen production capacity and light utilization efficiency in cancer treatment,which is expected to promote the clinical progress of microbial-based photonic therapy.Meiqi Chang Wei Feng Li Ding Hongguang Zhang Caihong Dong Yu Chen Jianlin Shi 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,4:0
16Common offset ground penetrating radar data inversion based on ray theory显示文摘The authors use the common offset ground penetrating radar(GPR)data inversion based on ray theory to estimate interval velocity and to obtain the relative permittivity.In the ray-tracing based inversion,the input data are the offset distance between antennas,the velocity of the first layer,the pick-up amplitude and re-ference amplitude of each reflection layer.The thickness and velocity of each layer are calculated by this recursive method.Firstly,the horizontal homogeneous layered medium model is established,and the ideal inversion results are obtained.Subsequently,Monte Carlo method is used to establish a randomly undulating homogeneous layered medium model.The common offset GPR data for the built geological model is then simulated by finite-difference time-domain(FDTD).It proved that this ray-tracing based inversion method is feasible for the horizontal layered geological model,even the layered geological model with random undulation.Undulation,represented by RMS height and CL(correlation length),influences the inversion results.Finally,a more complex geological model--pinch-out model was established.In the pinch-out model,the pinch-out interface can be clearly identified,though there is a false anomaly,which will not significantly affect the identification of the underground medium structure.XUE Meiqi LIU Sixin LU Qi LI Hongqing WANG Yuanxin CHANG Xinghao RAN Limin ZHAO Yonggang LI Jianwei 2021Global Geology2021,24,2:0
17Lignin-assisted construction of sub-10 nm supramolecular self-assembly for photothermal immunotherapy and potentiating anti-PD-1 therapy against primary and distant breast tumors显示文摘Photothermal therapy(PTT)has brought hope for cancer treatments,with hyperthermia-induced immunogenic cell death(ICD),which is a critical part of therapeutically induced antitumor immune responses.Limited immune stimulation response in PTT is the primary reason for incomplete tumor ablation,therefore demonstrating urgent requirements for ICD amplifier.Herein,a sub-10 nm supramolecular nanoassembly was formed by coassembly of clinically approved aluminum adjuvant and commonly used indocyanine green(ICG)under the assistance of lignosulfonate(LS,a green and sustainable multifunctional lignin derivative)for localized photothermal-immunotherapy of breast cancer.The overall results revealed that LS-Al-ICG is capable of inducing amplified ICD,efficiently eliciting solid immune responses through dendritic cells(DCs)activation and cytotoxic T-cell responses initiation for tumor killing.Moreover,anti-PD-1 therapy blocked the PD-1 pathway and led to remarkable anti-tumor efficacy against laser-irradiated primary tumors and distant tumors by potentiating systemic tumor specific T cell immunity.The results of this study demonstrate a handy and extensible approach for engineering green natural lignin nanoparticles for cancer immunotherapy,which shows promise for delivering other therapeutics in biomedical applications.Xudong Fan Tianxiang Yue Aidi Liu Xiaowei Xie Weixiang Fang Yinghui Wei Hangsheng Zheng Hongyue Zheng Meiqi Zhou Jigang Piao Fanzhu Li 2022Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2022,17,5:0

20Defect-modulated synthesis and optoelectronic properties in chemical vapor deposited CsPbBr_(3) microplates显示文摘The remarkable optoelectronic features of halide perovskite promote their potential applications in semiconductor devices beyond solar cells,which require high-quality single crystals with controlled defect levels.Herein,we investigated the synthesis mechanism of chemical vapor deposited single-crystalline all-inorganic perovskite microplates(MPs),and reported a defect-modulated photocurrent which is closely related to the growth sequence of the MPs.The MP synthesis initiates from island-like nano-disks,and subsequently transits to a layer-by-layer fashion,resulting in a defect-rich area at the center of the MPs.At elevated temperatures,these central defects may be thermally activated and become highly mobile,leading to photoluminescence quenching and degression of local and overall optoelectronic attributes,as evidenced by the spatial resolved optical and electrical scanning probe microscopy.Overall,this work shines light on the formation,proliferation and dynamics of defects in perovskites,and offers guidance for preparation of high-quality perovskites micro-crystals for functional semiconductor devices with high temperature stability.Yanan Bao Hengshan Wang Meiqi An Huayi Tang Jing Li Jianliang Li Conghui Tan Yingmin Luo Jiao Xu Yiming Yang 2024Nano Research2024,17,5:0
