An active damping vibration control system for wind tunnel models显示文摘In wind tunnels, long cantilever sting support systems with low structural damping encounter flow separation and turbulence during wind tunnel tests, which results in destructive low-frequency and big-amplitude resonance, leading to data quality degradation and test envelope limitation. To ensure planed test envelope and obtain high-quality data, an active damping vibration control system independent of balance signal based on stackable piezoelectric actuators and velocity feedback using accelerometer, is proposed to improve the support stability and wind tunnel testing safety in transonic wind tunnel. Meanwhile, a design of powerful sting-root embedded active damping device is given and an active vibration control method is presented based on the mechanism analysis of aircraft model vibration. Furthermore, a self-adaptive fuzzy Proportion Differentiation(PD) control model is proposed to realize control parameters adjustment automatically for various testing conditions. Besides, verification tests are performed in laboratory and a continuous transonic wind tunnel. Experimental results indicate that the aircraft model does not vibrate obviously from -4° to 11° at Ma = 0.6, the number of useable angle-of-attack has increased by 7° at Ma = 0.6 and 5° at Ma = 0.7 respectively, satisfying the requirements of practical wind tunnel tests. | Wei LIU Mengde ZHOU Zhengquan WEN Zhuang YAO Yu LIU Shihong WANG Xiaochun CUI Xiao LI Bing LIANG Zhenyuan JIA | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2019,32,9: | 8
A Portable Noncontact Profile Scanning System for Aircraft Assembly显示文摘Three-dimensional(3D)profile scanning plays a crucial role in the inspection of assembled large aircraft. In this paper,to achieve noncontact automatic measurements of the high-reflective profiles of large-scale curved parts and components,an automated noncontact system and method with high accuracy and high efficiency are presented.First,a hybrid 3D coordinate measurement system based on proximity sensors and cameras is proposed to obtain noncontact measurements while avoiding the influence of high reflection on the measurement accuracy.A hybrid measurement model that combines the one-dimensional distances measured by the proximity sensors and the 3D information obtained by cameras is proposed to determine high-accuracy 3D coordinates of the measured points. Then,a profile-driven 3D automated scanning method and strategy are designed to rapidly scan and reconstruct the profile within the effective range without scratching the profile or exceeding the measurement range of the proposed system. Finally, experiments and accuracy analyses are performed in situ on an assembled tailplane panel(approximately 1760 mm×460 mm).The automated scanning process is completed in a timeframe of 208s with an average error of less than 0.121 mm for profile reconstruction. Therefore, the proposed method is promising considering both the high accuracy and high efficiency requirements of profile inspections for large aircraft. | Bing Liang Wei Liu Kun Liu Mengde Zhou Yang Zhang Zhenyuan Jia | 2022 | Engineering2022,8,8: | 2
An active vibration control method based on energy-fuzzy for cantilever structures excited by aerodynamic loads显示文摘In wind tunnel tests for the full-model fixed with sting, the low structural damping of the long cantilever sting results in destructive low-frequency and large-amplitude vibration. In order to obtain high-quality wind tunnel test data and ensure the safety of wind tunnel tests,an energy-fuzzy adaptive PD(Proportion Differentiation)control method is proposed. This method is used for active vibration control of a cantilever structure under variable aerodynamic load excitation, and real-time adjustment of parameters is achieved according to the system characteristics of vibration energy.Meanwhile,a real-time method is proposed to estimate the real-time vibration energy through the vibration acceleration signal, and the average exciting power of aerodynamic load is obtained by deducting the part of the power contributed by the vibration suppressor from the total power.Furthermore,an energy-fuzzy adaptive PD controller is proposed to achieve adaptive control to the changes of the aerodynamic load.Besides, the subsonic and transonic experiments were carried out in wind tunnel, the results revealed that comparing to fixed gain PD controllers, the energy-fuzzy adaptive PD controller maintains higher performance. | Wei LIU Weixiao LIU Mengde ZHOU Linlin TANG Qinqin WANG Zhengquan WEN Zhuang YAO Xiaojing YUAN | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,9: | 2

Reciprocal interaction between vascular niche and sweat gland promotes sweat gland regeneration显示文摘The incorporation of vasculature is known to be effective in tissue or organ functional regeneration. However,a vague understanding of the interaction between epidermal appendages and their vascular niches is a foremost obstacle to obtaining sweat gland(SG)-specific vasculature units. Here,we map their precise anatomical con-nections and report that the interplay between SG cells(SGCs)and the surrounding vascular niche is key for glandular development and homeostasis maintenance. To replicate this interplay in vitro,we used three-dimensional(3D)bioprinting to generate reproducible SGC spheroids from differentiated adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells(ADSCs).With dermal microvascular endothelial cells(DMECs),sacrificial templates made from poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL)were fabricated to pattern the vascular niche. This interplay model promoted physiologically relevant vascularized glandular morphogenesis in vitro and in vivo.We identified a reciprocal regulatory mechanism for promoting SGs regeneration via contact-independent cell communication and direct cell-cell interactions between SGs and the vasculature. We envision the successful use of our approach for vascularized organ regeneration in the near future. | Xingyu Yuan Xianlan Duan Enhejirigala Zhao Li Bin Yao Wei Song Yuzhen Wang Yi Kong Shijun Zhu Fanliang Zhang Liting Liang Mengde Zhang Chao Zhang Deling Kong Meifeng Zhu Sha Huang Xiaobing Fu | 2023 | Bioactive Materials2023,,3: | 0
Collagen triple helix repeat containing-1 promotes functional recovery of sweat glands by inducing adjacent microvascular network reconstruction in vivo显示文摘Background:Sweat glands(SGs)have low regenerative potential after severe burns or trauma and their regeneration or functional recovery still faces many obstacles. In practice, restoring SG function requires not only the structural integrity of the gland itself, but also its neighboring tissues, especially blood vessels.Collagen triple helix repeat containing-1(CTHRC1)was first identified in vascular repair, and increasing reports showed a close correlation between cutaneous appendage specification, patterning and regeneration. The purpose of the present study was to clarify the role of CTHRC1 in SGs and their adjacent microvessels and find therapeutic strategies to restore SG function. Methods:The SGs and their adjacent microvascular network of Cthrc^(1−/−)mice were first inves-tigated using sweat test, laser Doppler imaging, tissue clearing technique and transcriptome analysis. The effects of CTHRC1 on dermal microvascular endothelial cells(DMECs)were further explored with cell proliferation,DiI-labeled acetylated low-density lipoprotein uptake, tube for-mation and intercellular junction establishment assays. The effects of CTHRC1 on SG function restoration were finally confirmed by replenishing the protein into the paws of Cthrc(1−/−)mice.Results:CTHRC1 is a key regulator of SG function in mice.At the tissue level,Cthrc1 deletion resulted in the disorder and reduction of the microvascular network around SGs.At the molecular level, the knockout of Cthrc1 reduced the expression of vascular development genes and functional proteins in the dermal tissues.Furthermore,CTHRC1 administration considerably enhanced SG function by inducing adjacent vascular network reconstruction.Conclusions:CTHRC1 promotes the development, morphogenesis and function execution of SGs and their neighboring vasculature. Our study provides a novel target for the restoration or regeneration of SG function in vivo. | Xingyu Yuan Xianlan Duan Zhao Li Bin Yao Enhejirigala Wei Song Yi Kong Yuzhen Wang Fanliang Zhang Liting Liang Shijun Zhu Mengde Zhang Chao Zhang Sha Huang Xiaobing Fu | 2022 | Burns & Trauma2022,10,1: | 0
