1Ultra-sensitive Nanoprobe Modified with Tumor Cell Membrane for UCL/MRI/PET Multimodality Precise Imaging of Triple-Negative Breast Cancer显示文摘Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is a subtype of breast cancer in which the estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor are not expressed,and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 is not amplified or overexpressed either,which make the clinical diagnosis and treatment very challenging.Molecular imaging can provide an effective way to diagnose TNBC.Upconversion nanoparticles(UCNPs),are a promising new generation of molecular imaging probes.However,UCNPs still need to be improved for tumor-targeting ability and biocompatibility.This study describes a novel probe based on cancer cell membrane-coated upconversion nanoparticles(CCm-UCNPs),owing to the low immunogenicity and homologous-targeting ability of cancer cell membranes,and modified multifunctional UCNPs.This probe exhibits excellent performance in breast cancer molecular classification and TNBC diagnosis through UCL/MRI/PET tri-modality imaging in vivo.By using this probe,MDA-MB-231 was successfully differentiated between MCF-7 tumor models in vivo.Based on the tumor imaging and molecular classification results,the probe is also expected to be modified for drug delivery in the future,contributing to the treatment of TNBC.The combination of nanoparticles with biomimetic cell membranes has the potential for multiple clinical applications.Hanyi Fang Mengting Li Qingyao Liu Yongkang Gai Lujie Yuan Sheng Wang Xiao Zhang Min Ye Yongxue Zhang Mingyuan Gao Yi Hou Xiaoli Lan 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,5:5
2A review on cyber security named entity recognition显示文摘With the rapid development of Internet technology and the advent of the era of big data,more and more cyber security texts are provided on the Internet.These texts include not only security concepts,incidents,tools,guidelines,and policies,but also risk management approaches,best practices,assurances,technologies,and more.Through the integration of large-scale,heterogeneous,unstructured cyber security information,the identification and classification of cyber security entities can help handle cyber security issues.Due to the complexity and diversity of texts in the cyber security domain,it is difficult to identify security entities in the cyber security domain using the traditional named entity recognition(NER)methods.This paper describes various approaches and techniques for NER in this domain,including the rule-based approach,dictionary-based approach,and machine learning based approach,and discusses the problems faced by NER research in this domain,such as conjunction and disjunction,non-standardized naming convention,abbreviation,and massive nesting.Three future directions of NER in cyber security are proposed:(1)application of unsupervised or semi-supervised technology;(2)development of a more comprehensive cyber security ontology;(3)development of a more comprehensive deep learning model.Chen GAO Xuan ZHANG Mengting HAN Hui LIU 2021Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2021,22,9:3
3Histone deacetylase inhibitors inhibit cervical cancer growth through Parkin acetylationmediated mitophagy显示文摘Parkin,an E3 ubiquitin ligase,plays a role in maintaining mitochondrial homeostasis through targeting damaged mitochondria for mitophagy.Accumulating evidence suggests that the acetylation modification of the key mitophagy machinery influences mitophagy level,but the underlying mechanism is poorly understood.Here,our study demonstrated that inhibition of histone deacetylase(HDAC)by treatment of HDACis activates mitophagy through mediating Parkin acetylation,leading to inhibition of cervical cancer cell proliferation.Bioinformatics analysis shows that Parkin expression is inversely correlated with HDAC2 expression in human cervical cancer,indicating the low acetylation level of Parkin.Using mass spectrometry,Parkin is identified to interact with two upstream molecules,acetylase acetyl-Co A acetyltransferase 1(ACAT1)and deacetylase HDAC2.Under treatment of suberoylanilide hydroxamic acid(SAHA),Parkin is acetylated at lysine residues 129,220 and 349,located in different domains of Parkin protein.In in vitro experiments,combined mutation of Parkin largely attenuate the interaction of Parkin with PTEN induced putative kinase 1(PINK1)and the function of Parkin in mitophagy induction and tumor suppression.In tumor xenografts,the expression of mutant Parkin impairs the tumor suppressive effect of Parkin and decreases the anticancer activity of SAHA.Our results reveal an acetylation-dependent regulatory mechanism governing Parkin in mitophagy and cervical carcinogenesis,which offers a new mitophagy modulation strategy for cancer therapy.Xin Sun Yuhan Shu Guiqin Ye Caixia Wu Mengting Xu Ruilan Gao Dongsheng Huang Jianbin Zhang 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,2:3
4Updated annotation of the wild strawberry Fragaria vesca V4 genome显示文摘The diploid strawberry Fragaria vesca serves as an ideal model plant for cultivated strawberry(Fragaria×ananassa,8x)and the Rosaceae family.The F.vesca genome was initially published in 2011 using older technologies.Recently,a new and greatly improved F.vesca genome,designated V4,was published.However,the number of annotated genes is remarkably reduced in V4(28,588 genes)compared to the prior annotations(32,831 to 33,673 genes).Additionally,the annotation of V4(v4.0.a1)implements a new nomenclature for gene IDs(FvH4_XgXXXXX),rather than the previous nomenclature(geneXXXXX).Hence,further improvement of the V4 genome annotation and assigning gene expression levels under the new gene IDs with existing transcriptome data are necessary to facilitate the utility of this high-quality F.vesca genome V4.Here,we built a new and improved annotation,v4.0.a2,for F.vesca genome V4.The new annotation has a total of 34,007 gene models with 98.1%complete Benchmarking Universal Single-Copy Orthologs(BUSCOs).In this v4.0.a2 annotation,gene models of 8,342 existing genes are modified,9,029 new genes are added,and 10,176 genes possess alternatively spliced isoforms with an average of 1.90 transcripts per locus.Transcription factors/regulators and protein kinases are globally identified.Interestingly,the transcription factor family FAr-red-impaired Response 1(FAR1)contains 82 genes in v4.0.a2 but only two members in v4.0.a1.Additionally,the expression levels of all genes in the new annotation across a total of 46 different tissues and stages are provided.Finally,miRNAs and their targets are reanalyzed and presented.Altogether,this work provides an updated genome annotation of the F.vesca V4 genome as well as a comprehensive gene expression atlas with the new gene ID nomenclature,which will greatly facilitate gene functional studies in strawberry and other evolutionarily related plant species.Yongping Li Mengting Pi Qi Gao Zhongchi Liu Chunying Kang 2019Horticulture Research2019,6,1:2

6Promoter and coding sequence diversity of CsCCD1 may contribute to the differential accumulation of floralβ-ionone in fresh tea leaves显示文摘The carotenoid-derived volatileβ-ionone makes an important contribution to tea fragrance.Here,we qualitatively and quantitatively analysed 15 carotenoids in tea leaves of 13 cultivars by UHPLC-APCI-MS/MS.The 13 cultivars were divided into two groups by PCA(Principal Component Analysis)clustering analysis of their carotenoid content,and OPLS-DA(Orthogonal projections to latent structures)indicated that the levels ofβ-carotene(VIP=2.89)and lutein(VIP=2.30)were responsible for much of the variation between the two groups.Interestingly,theβ-carotene toβ-ionone conversion rates in Group 1 were higher than in Group 2,while theβ-carotene content was significantly lower in Group 1 than in Group 2.Theβ-ionone content was significantly higher in Group 1.Pearson Correlation Coefficient calculation between the transcription level of candidate genes(CsCCD1 and CsCCD4)and the accumulation ofβ-ionone indicated that CsCCD1 may involve in the formation ofβ-ionone in 13 cultivars.Prokaryotic expression and in vitro enzyme activity assays showed that‘Chuanhuang 1’had an amino acid mutation in carotenoid cleavage dioxygenases 1(CsCCD1)compared with‘Shuchazao’,resulting in a significantly higherβ-ionone content in‘Chuanhuang 1’.Sequence analysis showed that‘Chuanhuang 1’and‘Huangdan’had different CsCCD1 promoter sequences,leading to significantly higher CsCCD1 expression andβ-ionone accumulation in‘Chuanhuang 1’.These results indicated that the promoter and coding sequence diversity of CsCCD1 might contribute to the differential accumulation ofβ-ionone in different tea cultivars.Jingming Wang Mingyue Zhao Ting Gao Yingying Feng Feiquan Wang Yuting Pan Jieyang Jin Tingting Jing Mengqian Lu Mengting Zhang Danyang Guo Xiaochun Wan Wilfried Schwab Chuankui Song 2023Horticultural Plant Journal2023,9,4:1
7Tuning the electronic structure of a metal-organic framework for an efficient oxygen evolution reaction by introducing minor atomically dispersed ruthenium显示文摘The establishment of efficient oxygen evolution electrocatalysts is of great value but also challenging.Herein,a durable metal–organic framework(MOF)with minor atomically dispersed ruthenium and an optimized electronic structure is constructed as an efficient electrocatalyst.Significantly,the obtained NiRu_(0.08)-MOF with doping Ru only needs an overpotential of 187 mV at 10 mA cm^(-2) with a Tafel slop of 40 mV dec^(-1) in 0.1M KOH for the oxygen evolution reaction,and can work continuously for more than 300 h.Ultrahigh Ru mass activity is achieved,reaching 56.7 Ag^(-1)_(Ru) at an overpotential of 200 mV,which is 36 times higher than that of commercial RuO_(2).X-ray adsorption spectroscopy and density function theory calculations reveal that atomically dispersed ruthenium on metal sites in MOFs is expected to optimize the electronic structure of nickel sites,thus improving the conductivity of the catalyst and optimizing the adsorption energy of intermediates,resulting in significant optimization of electrocatalytic performance.This study could provide a new avenue for the design of efficient and stable MOF electrocatalysts.Yuwen Li Yuhang Wu Tongtong Li Mengting Lu Yi Chen Yuanjing Cui Junkuo Gao Guodong Qian 2023Carbon Energy2023,5,2:1

12Enabling tandem oxidation of benzene to benzenediol over integrated neighboring V-Cu oxides in mesoporous silica显示文摘The direct tandem oxidation synthesis of benzenediol from benzene could simplify or even avoid the separation and purification of reaction intermediates, which is promising but challenged because of the further required immediate consecutive activation of intermediate phenol. In this work, a synergistic benzene tandem-oxidation catalyst that V-Cu bimetallic oxides modified nanoporous silica(VCu-NS)was constructed via a facile assembly strategy which involves addictive negative anion citric acid mediating the intercalation of metal-citric acid chelate in mesopore of silica and subsequent thermal calcination inducing dual-metal active site formation. Such a tactic could make amorphous VOxspecies well covered on the surface of mesopore, and ultrafine copper oxide particles surrounded and neighbored by highly dispersed VOxwith strong interplay in mesopore, which was comprehensively confirmed by various characterizations. Benefiting from the unique V-Cu neighboring effect, the desorption of formed phenol over the catalytic site might be restricted therefore easily further activated by the formed reactive oxidative species, 3VCu-NS shows synergetic tandem-oxidation catalytic activities for benzene towards benzenediol with a selectivity of 57%. 13Switching of CO_(2)hydrogenation selectivity via chlorine poisoning over Ru/TiO_(2)catalyst显示文摘It is fascinating to explore the distribution of CO_(2)hydrogenation products regulated by heterogeneous catalysts,as both the chemical state of surface metals and structure of the support itself of the supported catalysts may affect the performance of CO_(2)hydrogenation.Herein,the complete switching of CO_(2)hydrogenation products from CH4 to CO can be realized by induction of Cl into Ru/TiO_(2)catalyst.Density functional theory(DFT)calculations indicated that Cl ions were mainly located on the Ru metal sites of Ru/TiO_(2)catalysts.Bader charge analysis and Ru 3p X-ray photoelectron spectra(XPS)results suggested that electrons transferred from Ru to Cl,resulting in the decrease of electron density of Ru.In situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy(DRIFTS)of CO_(2)hydrogenation and CO adsorption proved that with the increase of the Cl ion content,the adsorption of CO on the catalyst surface was significantly weakened,and resulted in the high CO selectivity.Our work demonstrates the role of Cl ions in regulating the distribution of CO_(2)hydrogenation products,and provides new ideas for regulating other catalytic processes.Jin Zhang Mengting Gao Ruiyi Wang Xincheng Li Tianfen Huang Jing Wang Yunwei Wang Zhanfeng Zheng 2023Nano Research2023,16,4:0

15Controllable Generation of Reactive Oxygen Species on Cyano-Group-Modified Carbon Nitride for Selective Epoxidation of Styrene显示文摘The controlled generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS)to selectively epoxidize styrene is a grand challenge.Herein,cyano-group-modified carbon nitrides(CNCY_(x) and CN-T_(y))are prepared,and the catalysts show better performance in regulating ROS and producing styrene oxide than the cyano-free sample.The in situ diffuse reflectance infrared and density functional theory calculation results reveal that the cyano group acts as the adsorption and activation site of oxygen.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and NMR spectrum results confirm that the cyano group bonds with the intact heptazine ring.This unique structure could inhibit H_(2)O_(2) and,OH formation,resulting in high selectivity of styrene oxide.Furthermore,high catalytic activity is still achieved when the system scales up to 2.7 L with 100 g styrene under solar light irradiation.The strategy of cyano group modification gives a new insight into regulating spatial configuration for tuning the utilization of oxygen-active species and shows potential applications in industry.Hao Tan Peng Kong Riguang Zhang Mengting Gao Meixian Liu Xianmo Gu Weifeng Liu Zhanfeng Zheng 2021The Innovation2021,2,1:0
