Preparation of isotropic Sm_2Fe_(17)N_x magnetic powders and their bonded magnets显示文摘The isotropic Sm2Fe17Nx magnetic powders were prepared by Hydrogenation-Disproportion-Desorption-Recombination (HDDR) process. The phase and microstructure evolutionary process of Sm-Fe alloy during the solidification, homogenization, HDDR and nitration processes were investigated by means of XRD, SEM, EDX and AFM. The results show that the homogeneous Sm2Fe17 alloy was successfully obtained and the impurity phases and residual stress were well removed by heated at 1050 ℃ for 24 h. When heated at 800 ℃ for 1h in H2 of 0.1 MPa, the alloy turns into SmHx and α-Fe with plenty of nanocrystals. After vacuumized at 800 ℃ for 2 h the alloy recombines into Sm2Fe17 with a crystal grain size of about 85 nm. The lattice constant of the alloy increases and the expanding of the crystal cell reaches 6.28% after nitrified at 500 ℃ for 5 h. The magnetic property of isotropic bonded Sm2Fe17Nx magnets is Br=0.6704 T, Hcj=1015 kA·m-1, (BH)max=73.7 kJ·m-3 with a density of 6.04 g·cm-3. | YE Jinwen LIU Ying LI Meng SONG Dayu GAO Shengji TU Mingjing | 2006 | Rare Metals2006,25,z1: | 2
Uncertainty Visualisation of a 3D Geological Geometry Model and Its Application in GIS-Based Mineral Resource Assessment:A Case Study in Huayuan District,Northwestern Hunan Province,China显示文摘This paper reports an application of uncertainty visualisation of a regional scale(1:50000)3 D geological geometry model to be involved in GIS-based 3 D mineral potential assessment of the Xiangxibei lead-zinc mineral concentration area in northwestern Hunan District,China.Three-dimensional(3 D)geological modelling is a process of interpretation that combines a set of input measurements in geometry.Today, technology has become a necessary part of GIS-based deep prospecting. However, issues of sparse data and imperfect understanding exist in the process so that there are several uncertainties in 3 D geological modelling. And these uncertainties are inevitably transmitted into the post-processing applications, such as model-based mineral resource assessment. Thus,in this paper, first,a big-data-based method was used to estimate the uncertainty of a 3 D geological model;second,a group of expectations of geological geometry uncertainty were calculated and integrated into ore-bearing stratoisohypse modelling, which is one of the major favourable parameters of assessment for Lead-Zinc(Pb-Zn)deep prospectivity mapping in northwestern Hunan;and finally, prospecting targets were improved. | Nan Li Cangbai Li Wenkai Chu Keyan Xiao Weihan Tao Xianglong Song Rui Cao Yang Xu Mingjing Fan | 2021 | Journal of Earth Science2021,32,2: | 1
Inhibition of cystathionine β-synthase promotes apoptosis and reduces cell proliferation in chronic myeloid leukemia显示文摘Increased endogenous hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S)level by cystathionine β-synthase(CBS)has been shown to closely relate tumorigenesis.H_(2)S promotes angiogenesis, stimulates bioenergy metabolism and inhibits selective phosphatases. However, the role of CBS and H_(2)S in chronic myeloid leukemia(CML)remains elusive. In this study,we found that CBS and H_(2)S levels were increased in the bone marrow mononuclear cells of pediatric CML patients,as well as in the CML-derived K562 cells and CBS expression levels were correlated with different disease phases.Inhibition of CBS reduced the proliferation of the CML primary bone marrow mononuclear cells and induced growth inhibition, apoptosis, cell cycle arrest, and migration suppression in K562 cells and tumor xenografts. The knockdown of CBS expression by shRNA and inhibiting CBS activity by AOAA decreased the endogenous H_(2)S levels, promoted mitochondrial-related apoptosis and inhibited the NF-xB-mediated gene expression. Our study suggests that inhibition of CBS induces cell apoptosis,as well as limits cell proliferation and migration,a potential target for the treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia. | Dan Wang Huan Yang Yun Zhang Rong Hu Dongjie Hu Qunxian Wang Yannan Liu Mingjing Liu Zijun Meng Weihui Zhou Weihong Song | 2021 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,3: | 0
Density-induced social stress alters oxytocin and vasopressin activities in the brain of a small rodent species显示文摘It is known that social stress could alter oxytocin(OT)and arginine-vasopressin(AVP)expression in specific regions of brains which regulate the aggressive behavior of small rodents, but the effects of density-induced social stress are still unknown.Brandt’s voles(Lasiopodomys brandtii)are small herbivores in the grassland of China, but the underlying neurological mechanism of population regulation is still unknown. We tested the effects of housing density of Brandt’s voles on OT/AVP system with physical contact(allowing aggression)and without physical contact(not allowing aggression)under laboratory conditions. Then,we tested the effects of paired-aggression(no density effect)of Brandt’s voles on OT/AVP system under laboratory conditions. We hypothesized that high density would increase aggression among animals which would then increase AVP but reduce OT in brains of animals. Our results showed that high housing density induced more aggressive behavior. We found high-densityinduced social stress(with or without physical contact)and direct aggression significantly increased expression of mRNA and protein of AVP and its receptor, but decreased expression of mRNA and protein of OT and its receptor in specific brain regions of voles. The results suggest that density-dependent change of OT/AVP systems may play a significant role in the population regulation of small rodents by altering density-dependent aggressive behavior. | Shuli HUANG Guoliang LI Yongliang PAN Mingjing SONG Jidong ZHAO Xinrong WAN Charles JKREBS Zuoxin WANG Wenxuan HAN Zhibin ZHANG | 2021 | Integrative Zoology2021,16,2: | 0
Galectin-7 overexpression destroys airway epithelial barrier in transgenic mice显示文摘When the integrity of airway epithelium is destroyed, the ordered airway barrier no longer exists and increases sensitivity to viral infections and allergens, leading to the occurrence of airway inflammation such as asthma. Here,we found that galectin-7 transgenic(+)mice exhibited abnormal airway structures as embryos and after birth. These abnormalities included absent or substantially reduced pseudostratified columnar ciliated epithelium and increased monolayer cells with irregular arrangement and widening of intercellular spaces. Moreover, airway tissue from galectin-7 transgenic(+)mice showed evidence of impaired cell–cell junctions and decreased expression of zonula occludens-1(ZO-1)and E-cadherin.When treated with respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)or ovalbumin(OVA),galectin-7 transgenic(+)mice developed substantially increased bronchial epithelial detachment and apoptosis, airway smooth muscle and basement membrane thickening, and enhanced airway responsiveness. We found that Galectin-7 localized in the cytoplasm and nucleus of bronchial epithelial cells, and that increased apoptosis was mediated through mitochondrial release of cytochrome c and upregulated JNK1 activation and expression of caspase-3 in galectin-7 Tg(+)mice. These findings suggested that Galectin-7 causes airway structural defects and destroys airway epithelium barrier, which predispose the airways to RSV or OVA-induced epithelial apoptosis, injury, and other asthma responses. | Jing TIAN Ruxuan HE Yimu FAN Qianqian ZHANG Baolin TIAN Chunju ZHOU Chunyan LIU Mingjing SONG Shunying ZHAO | 2021 | Integrative Zoology2021,16,2: | 0
